| 6 | COMPRESSED SPEECH SIGNAL SENSING BASED ON THE STRUCTURED BLOCK SPARSITY WITH PARTIAL KNOWLEDGE OF SUPPORT显示文摘Structural and statistical characteristics of signals can improve the performance of Compressed Sensing (CS). Two kinds of features of Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) coefficients of voiced speech signals are discussed in this paper. The first one is the block sparsity of DCT coefficients of voiced speech formulated from two different aspects which are the distribution of the DCT coefficients of voiced speech and the comparison of reconstruction performance between the mixed program and Basis Pursuit (BP). The block sparsity of DCT coefficients of voiced speech means that some algorithms of block-sparse CS can be used to improve the recovery performance of speech signals. It is proved by the simulation results of the mixed program which is an improved version of the mixed program. The second one is the well known large DCT coefficients of voiced speech focus on low frequency. In line with this feature, a special Gaussian and Partial Identity Joint (GPIJ) matrix is constructed as the sensing matrix for voiced speech signals. | 8 | Researches on the Internal Molecular Weight Uniformity of Chitosan Biomaterials显示文摘Uniform molecular weight(Mw)chitosan(CS)is highly demanded in medical biomaterial industry.This present article described heterogeneous degradation of CS in aqueous HCl/ethanol solution,in which progress uniform Mw CS was successfully prepared.The Mw distribution of CS was measured by gel permeation chromatography(GPC)analysis.Moreover,the structure and properties of degraded CS were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(^1H NMR),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and thermogravimetric(TG)analysis.In addition,the biocompatibility of degraded CS was also assessed by hemolysis rate(HR)measurement.The Mw of CS dramatically decreased from 246 KDa to 76 k Da at the initial 30 min,and stabilized at 18 kDa after 24 h.GPC analysis results showed that the degraded CS molecular become homogenization.FT-IR and 1 H NMR analysis confirmed the basic structure of CS molecular backbone was not destroyed during this progress.Besides,the water solubility of CS was not significantly influenced by this reaction.Moreover,the XRD analysis revealed that crystallinity of degraded CS increased from 70.32% to 99.25%with time.The TG analysis showed improved thermal stability of degraded CS.HR measurement demonstrated the degraded CS possessed excellent biocompatibility.This simple and efficient heterogeneous degradation would open up a new route to produce uniform Mw CS. | LANG Xuqian LI Yang SUN Guohui ZHOU Zhongzheng LI Jing FENG Chao KONG Ming LIU Ya CHENG Xiaojie CHEN Xiguang | 2020 | Journal of Ocean University of China2020,19,2: | 1 |

| 11 | The relationship between sarcopenia,multidimensional frailty,and malnutrition cluster and long-term mortality in hospitalized patients with cirrhosis显示文摘Aim:Sarcopenia,multidimensional frailty,and malnutrition represent common debilitating conditions in the context of cirrhosis,linked to a variety of dismal outcomes.We aimed to clarify their overlap and cumulative impact on long-term mortality in hospitalized patients with cirrhosis.Methods:Consecutive patients with cirrhosis were prospectively recruited from January 2018 to December 2020.The diagnosis of sarcopenia,multidimensional frailty,and malnutrition was standardized according to the consensus definition and our well-documented criteria.The prevalence of the respective debilitating condition and the concurrence of this comorbidity were calculated.Results:In total,253 patients with cirrhosis aged 64 years with a female predominance(52.4%)were recruited.Sarcopenia was present in 20.9%(53/253),multidimensional frailty in 12.6%(32/253),and malnutrition in 44.7%(113/253)of the entire cohort.Approximately half of the patients had at least one debilitating condition(127/253).Sarcopenia and malnutrition co-existed in 33 nonfrail patients(13.0%)and multidimensional frailty and malnutrition in eight nonsarcopenic patients(3.2%).Fifteen(5.9%)subjects had all three debilitating conditions,namely malnutrition,sarcopenia,and frailty(MSF)group.The proportions of males,infections,and ascites were significantly higher in the MSF group.Patients in the MSF group had the highest levels of neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio and creatinine.The 2-year mortality rates in patients with three debilitating conditions,two conditions,one condition,and no conditions were 60.0%,23.8%,21.4%,and 13.5%,respectively.Multivariate Cox regression indicated the long-term mortality risk was approximately four-fold higher among patients in the MSF group compared to those with no conditions.Conclusions:A fraction of patients with cirrhosis exhibited comorbidities of sarcopenia,multidimensional frailty,and malnutrition,linked to a higher risk of long-term mortality. | Gaoyue Guo Han Wang Wanting Yang Chaoqun Li Xingliang Zhao Xiaofei Fan Yangyang Hui Binxin Cui Xiaoyu Wang Xuqian Zhang Kui Jiang Chao Sun | 2023 | Portal Hypertension & Cirrhosis2023,2,2: | 0 |
| 12 | A scalable software package for time series reconstruction of remote sensing datasets on the Google Earth Engine platform显示文摘Spatiotemporal residual noise in terrestrial earth observation products,often caused by unfavorable atmospheric conditions,impedes their broad applications.Most users prefer to use gap-filled remote sensing products with time series reconstruction(TSR)algorithms.Applying currently available implementations of TSR to large-volume datasets is time-consuming and challenging for non-professional users with limited computation or storage resources.This study introduces a new open-source software package entitled‘HANTS-GEE’that implements a well-known and robust TSR algorithm,i.e.Harmonic ANalysis of Time Series(HANTS),on the Google Earth Engine(GEE)platform for scalable reconstruction of terrestrial earth observation data.Reconstruction tasks can be conducted on user-defined spatiotemporal extents when raw datasets are available on GEE.According to site-based and regional-based case evaluation,the new tool can effectively eliminate cloud contamination in the time series of earth observation data.Compared with traditional PC-based HANTS implementation,the HANTS-GEE provides quite consistent reconstruction results for most terrestrial vegetated sites.The HANTS-GEE can provide scalable reconstruction services with accelerated processing speed and reduced internet data transmission volume,promoting algorithm usage by much broader user communities.To our knowledge,the software package is thefirst tool to support full-stack TSR processing for popular open-access satellite sensors on cloud platforms. | Jie Zhou Massimo Menenti Li Jia Bo Gao Feng Zhao Yilin Cui Xuqian Xiong Xuan Liu Dengchao Li | 2023 | International Journal of Digital Earth2023,16,1: | 0 |

A finite difference method was applied to simulating groundwater flow near a partially penetrating river under riverside pumping, and to analyzing the effects of river width, partial penetration and permeability of riverbed sediments on groundwater recharges. Results show that riverside pumping may cause groundwater to flow beneath the partially penetrating river, and that river width, penetration and riverbed permeability obviously influence flows from the partially penetrating river and constant-head boundaries. | 14 | The Chemical Kinetics in Migration of Organophosphorus in Clay with Different pH显示文摘In order to study the characters of chemical kinetics for organophosphorus migration in clay with different pH, waste of organophosphorus was put under pressure to leakage permeating the cohesive soil, and simulate the process of organophosphorus leakage permeating the Aquitard, searching the characters of chemical kinetics for organophosphorus migration in clay with different pH. It is shown that the ability of migration of organophosphorus leakage permeating the cohesive soil fall with increase of pH; the penetration rate of organophosphorus is about 1.25% when pH is 7.5, organophosphorus has not penetrated the cohesive soil when pH is equal or greater than 8.5. The effect of retardarce is obvious. Concentration of PO43? that comes from the mineralization of organophosphorus is lowered slightly with increases of pH of clay, and rise with extension of time.
