2EFFECTS OF POLISHING PARAMETERS ON MATERIAL REMOVAL FOR CURVED OPTICAL GLASSES IN BONNET POLISHING显示文摘The paper firstly analyzes the influence factor on material removal rate of curved optical work-pieces in the bonnet polishing.Then the experiments are conducted to reveal the effects of several polishing parameters on the material removal rate when the spherical optical glasses are polished with different curvature radius,such as the decrement of the bonnet,the rotational speed of the bonnet and the curvature radius of the work-piece's surface using a bonnet trial-manufacturing machine developed by our assignment groups.In the end,the curvilinear relationships between these parameters and the material removal rate are acquired and the laws of the effects on material removal rate in bonnet polishing by several parameters are given.When the spherical-pieces are polished with smaller curvature radius,it is not proportional to either bonnet decrement or bonnet rotational speed as described by the Preston equation although the removal rate increases as the relative velocity or the applied pressure increases.Therefore,for the purpose of calculating more accurately the material removal of the spherical work-pieces,the Preston equation should be modified and studied further.SONG Jianfeng YAO Yingxue XIE Dagang GAO Bo YUAN Zhejun 2008Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2008,21,5:10

6溃疡性结肠炎内镜下严重度指数(UCEIS评分)与Mayo内镜评分(MES)用于预测急性重症结肠炎患者行肠切除术的比较研究显示文摘背景溃疡性结肠炎内镜下严重度指数(UCEIS)和Mayo内镜评分(MES)都是溃疡性结肠炎(UC)内镜下严重程度的客观评估方法,然而,对于这两种评分方法能否用于筛选出需要行结肠切除术的急性重症结肠炎患者,目前仍不明了。方法:对2012年1月至2016年5月间连续收治的ASC患者进行回顾性分析。提取并分析入组患者的人口统计资料、既往治疗史、疾病特征资料、实验室指标、药物治疗及内镜评估等资料。主要结局指标是住院和随访期间需行结肠切除术的患者比例。结果:92例患者纳入研究,其中37例(40.2%)需行结肠切除术。多因素分析显示,UCEIS评分是需行结肠切除术的独立预测因素(OR=3.25,95%CI:1.77~5.97;P<0.001)。UCEIS评分的ROC曲线下面积为0.85;以7分作为最佳阈值,其预测需行结肠切除术的敏感度为60.3%,特异度为85.5%。UCEIS评分对于需要行结肠切除术的预测价值优于MES评分,后者曲线下面积仅为0.65。当UCEIS评分≥7分时,有80%的ASC患者最终需行结肠切除术。结论:预测ASC患者的肠切除风险,UCEIS评分优于MES评分。对于USEIS≥7分的患者,由于其药物治疗失败风险较高,因此,可考虑早期行结肠切除术。Tingbin Xie Tenghui Zhang Chao Ding Xujie Dai Yi Li Zhen Guo Yao Wei Jianfeng Gong Weiming Zhu Jieshou Li 2018Gastroenterology Report2018,6,1:6
7Enabling Technologies in the Problem Solving Environment HEDP显示文摘Enabling technologies are those technologies preparing input data,analyzing output data and facilitating the whole processes for numerical simulations.This paper outlines current enabling technologies for large-scale multidisciplinary simulations used in the High End Digital Prototyping(HEDP)system,a problem solving environment equipped with capability of mesh generation and large-scale visualization.A problem solving environment is a computer system that provides all the computational facilities necessary to solve a target class of problems.Mesh generation continues to be the pacing technology for a practical numerical analysis,which is essential to yielding an accurate and efficient solution.Large-scale visualization maps the massive data to some kinds of scenes interactively,which can be realized through a tiled display wall system with distributed visualization capability.HEDP is designed for large-scale andmultidisciplinary simulations,and there are four categories of modules involved,namely pre-processing module,computing module,post-processing module,and platform control module.All these modules are coupled through a software bus,which makes the modules integrated seamlessly.Detailed design principles and applications of the HEDP environment are addressed in this paper.Lijun Xie Yao Zheng Jianjun Chen Jianfeng Zou 2008Communications in Computational Physics2008,4,10:6
8Dark matter direct search sensitivity of the PandaX-4T experiment显示文摘The Panda X-4T experiment, a 4-ton scale dark matter direct detection experiment, is being planned at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory. In this paper we present a simulation study of the expected background in this experiment. In a 2.8-ton fiducial mass and the signal region between 1-10 keV electron equivalent energy, the total electron recoil background is found to be 4.9 × 10^(-5) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). The nuclear recoil background in the same region is 2.8 × 10^(-7) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). 9Implementation of regional Acute Stroke Care Map increases thrombolysis rates for acute ischaemic stroke in Chinese urban area in only 3 months显示文摘Background The rate of intravenous thrombolysis for acute ischaemic stroke remains low in China.We investigated whether the implementation of a citywide Acute Stroke Care Map(ASCaM)is associated with an improvement of acute stroke care quality in a Chinese urban area.Methods The ASCaM comprises 10 improvement strategies and has been implemented through a network consisting of 20 tertiary hospitals.We identified 7827 patients with ischaemic stroke admitted from April to October 2017,and 506 patients underwent thrombolysis were finally included for analysis.Results Compared with‘pre-ASCaM period’,we observed an increased rate of administration of tissue plasminogen activator within 4.5 hours(65.4% vs 54.5%;adjusted OR,1.724;95% CI 1.21 to 2.45;p=0.003)during‘ASCaM period’.In multivariate analysis models,‘ASCaM period’was associated with a significant reduction in onset-to door time(114.1±55.7 vs 135.7±58.4 min,p=0.0002)and onset-to needle time(ONT)(169.2±58.1 vs 195.6±59.3 min,p<0.0001).Yet no change was found in door-to needle time.Clinical outcomes such as symptomatic intracranial haemorrhage,favourable functional outcome(modified Rankin Scale≤2)and in-hospital mortality remained unchanged.Conclusion The implementation of ASCaM was significantly associated with increased rates of intravenous thrombolysis and shorter ONT.The ASCaM may,in proof-of principle,serve as a model to reduce treatment delay and increase thrombolysis rates in Chinese urban areas and possibly other highly populated Asian regions.Yi Sui Jianfeng Luo Chunyao Dong Liqiang Zheng Weijin Zhao Yao Zhang Ying Xian Huaguang Zheng Bernard Yan Mark Parsons Li Ren Ying Xiao Haoyue Zhu Lijie Ren Qi Fang Yi Yang Weidong Liu Bing Xu 2021Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,1:4

11Material Removal Model Considering Influence of Curvature Radius in Bonnet Polishing Convex Surface显示文摘The bonnet tool polishing is a novel, advanced and ultra-precise polishing process, by which the freeform surface can be polished. However, during the past few years, not only the key technology of calculating the dwell time and controlling the surface form in the bonnet polishing has been little reported so far, but also little attention has been paid to research the material removal function of the convex surface based on the geometry model considering the influence of the curvature radius. Firstly in this paper, for realizing the control of the freeform surface automatically by the bonnet polishing, on the basis of the simplified geometric model of convex surface, the calculation expression of the polishing contact spot on the convex surface considering the influence of the curvature radius is deduced, and the calculation model of the pressure distribution considering the influence of the curvature radius on the convex surface is derived by the coordinate transformation. Then the velocity distribution model is built in the bonnet polishing the convex surface. On the basis of the above research and the semi-experimental modified Preston equation obtained from the combination method of experimental and theoretical derivation, the material removal model of the convex surface considering the influence of the curvature radius in the bonnet polishing is established. Finally, the validity of the model through the simulation method has been validated. 12Initial Rifting Process and Dynamics Mechanism of Huaguang Sag: Evidence from a Numerical Modeling Method显示文摘Huaguang Sag is located in the deep seawater area of Qiongdongnan Basin, and its tectonic position belongs to the intersection of NE-trending, SN-trending and NW-trending tectonic systems in the continental margin of the Northwest South China Sea. To investigate the initial rifting process and further more the dynamics mechanism of Huaguang Sag, this paper sets up the structure model of basement which mainly makes up with several depression-controlling faults, and simulates the initial rifting process of Huaguang Sag by the FLAC software. The simulation results show that only affected by the S-N trending extensional stress, the rifting center appears in northern boundary basement faults(two NEE-trending and NWW-trending faults) of Huaguang Sag while does not take place at the NNE-trending and NE-trending basement fault zone in the middle sag, and doesn't match the current pattern that the basement fault plays a main role in controlling the sediment. In the other case, affected by the S-N trending and E-W trending extensional stress at the same time, the areas of the northern boundary faults zone and internal NNE-trending basement faults zone come to be rifting center quickly, the sedimentary is controlled by the main basement faults to different degrees, and is consistent with the tectonic-sedimentary framework of Huaguang Sag which obtained by the data of geophysical interpretation. In combination with the analysis of regional tectonic background, the paper proposes that two remote tectonic effects occurred by the collision of India-Eurasian Plate: One remote effect was the rotational extrusion of Indo China Block, which led to form a series of NE-trending and NNE-trending basement faults, as well as the E-W trending tensile stress field in Huaguang Sag. The other remote effect was that the deep mantle material of South China Block flowed southward, which resulted in the S-N trending extensional rifting of the lithosphere in northern South China Sea, and finally formed a series of EW-trending and NEE-trending basement faults and the S-N trending tensile stress field in Huaguang Sag. 15Protein C receptor is a therapeutic stem cell target in a distinct group of breast cancers显示文摘Breast cancer is a heterogeneous disease.In particular,triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)comprises various molecular subgroups with unclear identities and currently has few targeted treatment options.Our previous study identified protein C receptor(Procr)as a surface marker on mammary stem cells(MaSCs)located in the basal layer of the normal mammary gland.Given the possible connection of TNBC with basal layer stem cells,we conducted comparative analyses of Procr in breast cancers of mouse and human origin.In mouse mammary tumors,we showed that Procr+cells are enriched for cancer stem cells(CSCs)in Wnt1 basal-like tumors,but not in Brea basal-like tumors or PyVT luminal tumors.In human cancers,PROCR was robustly expressed in half of TNBC cases.Experiments with patient-derived xenografts(PDXs)revealed that PROCR marks CSCs in this discrete subgroup(referred to as PROCR+TNBC).Interfering with the function of PROCR using an inhibitory nanobody reduced the CSC numbers,arrested tumor growth and prevented rapid tumor recurrence.Our data suggest a key role of MaSC in breast tumorigenesis.Moreover,our work indicates that PROCR can be used as a biomarker to stratify TNBC into clinically relevant subgroups and may provide a novel targeted treatment strategy for this clinically important tumor subtype.Daisong Wang Xin Hu Chunye Liu Yingying Jia Yiqin Bai Cheguo Cai Jingqiang Wang Lanyue Bai Ruikai Yang ChangDong Lin Yi-Rong Liu Shan Li Feng Qiao Ling Yao Li Chen Gaoxiang Ge Hai Jiang Dianfan Li Lin Li JianFeng Chen Zhi-Ming Shao Yi Arial Zeng 2019Cell Research2019,29,10:2
