3In-situ construction of Z-scheme g-C_(3)N_(4)/WO_(3) composite with enhanced visible-light responsive performance for nitenpyram degradation显示文摘Developing an excellent photocatalysis system to remove pesticides from water is an urgent problem in current environment purification field.Herein,a Z-scheme WO_(3)/g-C_(3)N_(4) photocatalyst was prepared by a facile in-situ calcination method,and the photocatalytic activity was investigated for degradation of nitenpyram(NTP)under visible light.The optimal Z-scheme WO_(3)/g-C_(3)N_(4) photocatalyst displayed the highest rate constant(0.036 min-1),which is about 1.7 and 25 times higher than that of pure g-C_(3)N_(4) and WO_(3),respectively.The improvement of photocatalytic performance is attributed to fast transfer of photogene rated carriers in the Z-scheme structure,which are testified by electron spin resonance(ESR)experiments,photocurrent and electrochemical impedance spectra(EIS)measurements.Moreover,the effects of typical water environmental factors on the degradation NTP were systematically studied.And the possible degradation pathways of NTP were deduced by the intermediates detected by highperformance liquid chro matography-mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS).This work will not only contribute to understand the degradation mechanism of pesticides in real water environmental condition,but also promote the development of new technologies for pesticide pollution control as well as environmental remediation.Shiqiao Zhou Ye Wang Kun Zhou Dongyang Ba Yanhui Ao Peifang Wang 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,7:3

5The Effect of Nitrogen Deposition on Soil Microorganisms in the Woodland-Grassland Border of Tibet显示文摘Nitrogen deposition was simulated from July 2014 to August 2015 in the grassland, woodland, and woodland-grassland border in Zhuqudeng Village, Bujiu Township, Linzhi County,(CK, 0 kg·hm^2·a^(-1); LN, 25 kg·hm^2·a^(-1), MN, 50 kg·hm^2·a^(-1); HN, 150 kg·hm^2·a^(-1)). NH_4NO_3 was used as nitrogen source to analyze the number of microorganisms in soil layers of 0–20 cm and 20–40 cm and explore the effect of different degrees of nitrogen deposition on soil microorganisms in grassland, woodland, and woodlandgrassland border. 7Water Holding Characteristics of Coarse Woody Debris of Abies fabri Forest on the East Slope of Tibet Sygera Mountain显示文摘Coarse woody debris( CWD) has an important role in hydrological function and water and soil conservation function of forest ecosystem especially mountain forest ecosystem. To understand water holding capacity of CWD in subalpine forest of southeast Tibet,CWD reserve of primitive A. fabri forest in Sygera Mountain was investigated by sample plot method,and water absorption and storage capacity of CWD was studied by using soaking method. The results showed that decay grade was positively related to water storage potential,that is to say,the higher the decay grade,the larger the water storage potential. Saturated water holding capacity,saturated water holding rate,effective water holding capacity and effective water holding rate of A. fabri CWD all rose with decay grade increased,and the order was Ⅴ>Ⅳ>Ⅲ>Ⅱ>Ⅰ. 8Short-term Effects of Nitrogen Deposition on Soil Physical and Chemical Properties of Tibetan Forest-Grassland Landscape Boundary显示文摘[Objective] The paper was to study the effects of nitrogen deposition on soil nutrients and soil dissolved organic carbon in forest-grass-land landscape in Linzhi, Tibet, and to provide scientific basis and basic data for understanding and assessing the effect of atmospheric nitrogen de-position on soil nutrients and soil dissolved organic carbon. [Method] From July 2014 to August 2015, in situ nitrogen deposition(CK 0 kg·hm^2/a, LN25 kg·hm^2/a, MN 50 kg·hm^2/a, HN 150 kg·hm^2/a) was simulated in the forest-grassland boundary of Zhuqudeng village, Bujiu Township, Linzhi County, Tibet. The soil samples were collected for analyzing nutrient and dissolved contents in the soil layer of 0-20 and 20-40 cm. The effects of different nitrogen deposition levels on soil nutrients and dissolved organic carbon(DOC) were studied. [Result] Nitrogen deposition had significant impacts on soil organic matter, total N, total P, total K, available N, available P, available K, exchangeable Ca, exchangeable Mg, p H, and DOC( P<0.05).(2) With the deepening of nitrogen deposition from CK, LN, MN to HN in the 0-20 cm boundary soil, the contents of organic matter, total N,total P, available P, exchangeable Ca, exchangeable Mg and DOC kept decreasing, and the content of total K and available N increased continuous-ly. The p H increased in LN treatment and decreased in HN treatment, while the available K content was decreased in LN and HN treatment, but increased in MN treatment.(3) The contents of organic matter, total N, total P, available N, available P, exchangeable Ca, exchangeable Mg and DOC all decreased at the soil layer of 20-40 cm under the same nitrogen deposition. The p H increased in LN treatment, but decreased in HN treat-ment; the content of total K decreased in LN treatment and increased in MN and HN treatments; the content of available K decreased in LN and HN treatments, but increased in MN treatment.(4) With the deepening of boundary soil layer(0-20 to 20-40 cm), the organic matter, total N, total P, available P, available K, exchangeable Ca, exchangeable Mg, DOC showed the same response to simulated nitrogen deposition, while the avail-able N and total K responded differently. 13Short-term Effects of Nitrogen Deposition on Soil Enzyme Activities in Tibet Grasslands显示文摘[Objective] The paper was to study the effects of nitrogen deposition on enzyme activity in different layers of soil. [Method] With grassland located in Zhuqudeng Village, Bujiu Township, Linzhi City, the Tibet Autonomous Region, as the object, nitrogen deposition was simulated from July 2014 to August 2015. Four N addition treatments were established: control(0 kg·hm2/a), low N(LN, 25 kg·hm2/a), medium N(MN, 50 kg·hm2/a) and High N(HN, 150 kg·hm2/a), aiming at measuring enzyme activity(invertase, catalase, urease, amylase, cellulase, polyphenol oxidase and β-glucosidase) in different layers of grassland soil(0-20 cm and 20-40 cm). [Result](1) Different levels of simulated nitrogen deposition had significant impact on invertase and β-glucosidase at the soil depth of 0-20 cm(P<0.05), but no significant impact on catalase, urease, amylase, cellulase and polyphenol oxidase(P>0.05); invertase, polyphenol oxidase and β-glucosidase had significant response to nitrogen deposition at the soil depth of 20-40 cm(P<0.05), while catalase, urease, amylase and cellulose had no significant response( P>0.05).(2) The activities of invertase and polyphenol oxidase were enhanced at the soil depth of 0-20 cm, and that of β-glucosidase was inhibited.(3) With the deepening of nitrogen deposition, the ac-tivities of invertase and cellulose were enhanced at the soil depth of 20-40 cm; the activity of polyphenol oxidase was reduced in LN treatment, but increased in HN treatment; the activity of β-glucosidase was increased in LN treatment, but decreased in MN treatment.(4) With the deepening of soil layers, invertase and polyphenol oxidase responded similarly to simulated nitrogen deposition. 14Biased heteroplasmy within the mitogenomic sequences of Gigantometra gigas revealed by sanger and high-throughput methods显示文摘Few studies have explored the differences between Sanger and HTS methods in the results of mitogenome sequencing. We used a single individual of insect to study the differences between the sequences given by Sanger and PCR-free HTS methods. Here we provided evidence for biased results of sequencing due to different methods in the mitochondrial genes of atp6, atp8, cox1, cox2, cox3, Cytb, nad2, nad3, nad4, nad5, rrn S, rrnL, trnH, trn I, and control region at various degrees. Especially, in cox1, the differently sequenced nucleotides account for 2.6% of the complete length. Furthermore, the highest value of the intraspecific genetic distance based on K2 P accounts for 2.5% using a barcode fragment size of cox1(651 bp, Sanger), while the maximum distance of the corresponding cox1 fragment obtained by the two sequencing methods was 5.0%. We revealed that the methods of Sanger and HTS may give different sequencing results of mitochondrial genes, which may reflect the heteroplasmy of mitogenomes within an insect individual. 15Enhancing thermal conductivity of silicone rubber composites by insitu constructing SiC networks:A finite-element study based on first principles calculation显示文摘Polymer composites as thermal interface materials have been widely used in modern electronic equipment.In this work,we report a novel method to prepare highly through-plane thermally conductive silicone rubber(SR)composites with vertically aligned silicon carbide fibers(VA-SiCFs)entangled by SiC nanowires(SiCNWs)networks.First,a series of carbon fibers(CFs)skeletons were fabricated in sequence of coating poor thermally conductive polyacrylonitrile-based CFs with polydopamine,icetemplated assembly,and freeze-drying processes.Furthermore,VA-SiCFs networks,i.e.,long-range continuous SiCFs-SiCNWs networks,based on the prepared CFs skeletons,were in-situ obtained via template-assisted chemical vapor deposition method.The thermal conductivity enhancement mechanism of VA-SiCFs networks on its SR composites was also intensively studied by finite element simulation,based on the first principles investigation of SiC,and Foygel’s theory.The in-situ grown VA-SiCFs networks possess high intrinsic thermal conductivity without the thermal interface between fillers,acting as the high-efficiency through-plane long-range continuous thermal conduction path,in which the SiCNWs were the in-plane“thermal spreader”.The VA-SiCFs/SR composites reached a high through-plane thermal conductivity,2.13 W/(m·K),at the filler loading of 15 vol.%,which is 868.2%,and 249.2%higher than that of pure SR sample,and random-CFs@polydopamine(PDA)/SR composites at the same content,respectively.The VA-SiCFs/SR composites also exhibited good electrical insulation performance and excellent dimensional stability,which guaranteed the stable interfacial heat transfer of high-power density electronic devices.Dongliang Ding Shiyu Zhang Haoyu Liang Xu Wang Ya Wu Yuanming Ye Zhenguo Liu Qiuyu Zhang Guangzhao Qin Yanhui Chen 2023Nano Research2023,16,1:0
16Effects of Different Substrates on Seed Germination and Growth of Piptanthus nepalensis显示文摘[Objectives] To find out the more suitable substrate for seed germination and seedling growth by comparing the effects of different substrates on seed germination.[Methods] Taking the seeds collected in Nyingchi Lulang area of Tibet as the research object, the germination effects (germination percentage, germination potential, germination index) and seedling growth status (primary root number, secondary root number, main root length, root-shoot ratio, seedling height) were measured and compared.[Results] The germination effect of Piptanthus nepalensis seeds was different in different substrates, and the germination rate, germination potential and germination index of P. nepalensis seeds in vermiculite were better than those in humus soil and perlite;the growth status of seedlings in different substrates was different, the number of primary and secondary roots in vermiculite substrate was significantly larger than that in the other two substrates, and the seedling growth in vermiculite was also better than that in the other two substrates;in comparing the main root length and root-shoot ratio, it was found that the main root length in perlite was longer than that in the other two substrates, and the root-shoot ratio was also higher than that in the other two substrates.[Conclusions] The seed germination effect and seedling growth status of P. nepalensis in different substrates were different, and there were significant differences. Vermiculite substrate had better effect on seed germination and growth, and vermiculite substrate could better promote seed germination and seedling growth. 17Safety and feasibility of laparoscopic surgery for colorectal and gastric cancer under the Chinese multi-site practice policy:admittance standards of competence are needed显示文摘Background:The multi-site practice(MSP)policy has been practiced in China over 10 years.This study aimed to investigate the safety and feasibility of performing laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer(LSCRC)and gastric cancer(LSGC)under the Chinese MSP policy.Methods:We collected and analysed the data from 1,081 patients who underwent LSCRC or LSGC performed by one gastrointestinal surgeon in his original hospital(n=573)and his MSP institutions(n=508)between January 2017 and December 2020.Baseline demographics,intraoperative outcomes,post-operative recovery,and pathological results were compared between the original hospital and MSP institutions,as well as between MSP institutions with and without specific competence(surgical skill,operative instrument,perioperative multi-discipline team).Results:In our study,690 patients underwent LSCRC and 391 patients underwent LSGC.The prevalence of post-operative complications was comparable for LSCRC(11.5%vs 11.1%,P=0.89)or LSGC(15.2%vs 12.6%,P=0.46)between the original hospital and MSP institutions.However,patients in MSP institutions without qualified surgical assistant(s)and adequate instruments experienced longer operative time and greater intraoperative blood loss.The proportion of patients with inadequate lymph-node yield was significantly higher in MSP institutions than in the original hospital for both LSCRC(11.5%vs 21.2%,P<0.01)and LSGC(9.8%vs 20.5%,P<0.01).Conclusion:For an experienced gastrointestinal surgeon,performing LSCRC and LSGC outside his original hospital under the MSP policy is safe and feasible,but relies on the precondition that the MSP institutions are equipped with qualified surgical skills,adequate operative instruments,and complete perioperative management.Zhenghao Cai Haiqin Song Zhenfeng Huang Abraham Fingerhut Ximo Xu Hao Zhong Zhigang Li Yingjie Zhang Dachong Sha Dandan Bao Haibo Wang Binghua Cai Shangbo Hua Yanhui Zhang Jianguang Sun Ke Ye Jianwen Li Yong Lu Bo Feng 2022Gastroenterology Report2022,10,1:0
18Effects of Different Hormone Treatments on Rooting and Growth of Xinjiang Early-maturing Fig Cuttings显示文摘[Objectives] To find the optimal hormone and the optimal hormone concentration for promoting rooting of the fig cuttings through the different hormone treatments for cuttings of Xinjiang early-maturing figs. [Methods]Taking Xinjiang early-maturing figs of Tibet Agricultural and Animal Husbandry College as mother trees,the semi-lignified branches were cut for cuttage and the rooting status and growth under different hormone concentrations were compared. [Results]Under the different concentrations of IBA,NAA and ABT rooting powder,the rooting rate,average root length,average number of roots,seedling rate,new shoot length and germination rate of cuttings were promoted. Especially,ABT rooting powder at the concentration of 200 mg/L showed the best promotion effect. 19Chromosome-scale genome sequence of Suaeda glauca sheds light on salt stress tolerance in halophytes显示文摘Soil salinity is a growing concern for global crop production and the sustainable development of humanity.Therefore,it is crucial to comprehend salt tolerance mechanisms and identify salt-tolerance genes to enhance crop tolerance to salt stress.Suaeda glauca,a halophyte species well adapted to the seawater environment,possesses a unique ability to absorb and retain high salt concentrations within its cells,particularly in its leaves,suggesting the presence of a distinct mechanism for salt tolerance.In this study,we performed de novo sequencing of the S.glauca genome.The genome has a size of 1.02 Gb(consisting of two sets of haplotypes)and contains 54761 annotated genes,including alleles and repeats.Comparative genomic analysis revealed a strong synteny between the genomes of S.glauca and Beta vulgaris.Of the S.glauca genome,70.56%comprises repeat sequences,with retroelements being the most abundant.Leveraging the allele-aware assembly of the S.glauca genome,we investigated genome-wide allele-specific expression in the analyzed samples.The results indicated that the diversity in promoter sequences might contribute to consistent allele-specific expression.Moreover,a systematic analysis of the ABCE gene families shed light on the formation of S.glauca’s flower morphology,suggesting that dysfunction of A-class genes is responsible for the absence of petals in S.glauca.Gene family expansion analysis demonstrated significant enrichment of Gene Ontology(GO)terms associated with DNA repair,chromosome stability,DNA demethylation,cation binding,and red/far-red light signaling pathways in the co-expanded gene families of S.glauca and S.aralocaspica,in comparison with glycophytic species within the chenopodium family.Time-course transcriptome analysis under salt treatments revealed detailed responses of S.glauca to salt tolerance,and the enrichment of the transition-upregulated genes in the leaves associated with DNA repair and chromosome stability,lipid biosynthetic process,and isoprenoid metabolic process.Additionally,genome-wide analysis of transcription factors indicated a significant expansion of FAR1 gene family.However,further investigation is needed to determine the exact role of the FAR1 gene family in salt tolerance in S.glauca.Yan Cheng Jin Sun Mengwei Jiang Ziqiang Luo Yu Wang Yanhui Liu Weiming Li Bing Hu Chunxing Dong Kangzhuo Ye Zixian Li Fang Deng Lulu Wang Ling Cao Shijiang Cao Chenglang Pan Ping Zheng Sheng Wang Mohammad Aslam Hong Wang Yuan Qin 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,9:0
20The Effect of Nitrogen Deposition on Soil Enzyme Activity in the Forest Grassland Landscape Boundary of Tibet显示文摘The simulated nitrogen deposition [control check(CK), 0 kg·hm^2/a; low nitrogen(LN),25 kg·hm^2/a; medium nitrogen(MN), 50 kg·hm^2/a; high nitrogen(HN), 150 kg·hm^2/a] was performed from July 2014 to August 2015 in the forest-grassland boundary in Zhuqudeng Village, Bujiu Township,Linzhi City, Tibet Autonomous Region to analyze the activity of enzymes(invertase, catalase, urease,amylase, cellulase, polyphenol oxidase, and β-glucosidase) in soil layers of 0-20 cm and 20-40 cm and explore the effect of different levels of nitrogen deposition on enzyme activity different layers of soil.The results showed that: ① different levels of simulated nitrogen deposition had remarkable effects on sucrase, amylase, cellulase, polyphenol oxidase and β-glucosidase in the soil layer of 0-20 cm(p < 0.05) and unremarkable effects on catalase and urease(p > 0.05); in the soil layer of 20-40 cm, the response made by sucrase, catalase, urease, amylase, cellulase, polyphenol oxidase and β-glucosidase to nitrogen deposition reached a significant level(p < 0.05). ② In the soil layer of 0-20 cm, the activity of urease and poyphenol oxidase reduced under LN treatment and enhanced under HN treatment, and the activity of invertase,catalase, amylase, cellulose, and β-glucosidase was inhibited by nitrogen deposition. ③ In the soil layer of20-40 cm, the activity of polyphenol oxidase and β-glucosidase reduced under under LN treatment and enhanced under HN treatment, and the activity of invertase, catalase, urease, amylase, and cellulase was inhibited by nitrogen deposition. ④ With the deepening of the boundary soil layer(from 0-20 cm to20-40 cm), urease and β-glucosidase made different responses to the different levels of nitrogen deposition,while invertase, catalase, amylase, cellulose, and polyphenol oxidase showed the same response to nitrogen deposition.HAN Yanying LIU Yunlong YE Yanhui DA Buqiong GAO Yi ZHAO Yalei LI Linwei LIU Shuanghao 2018Journal of Landscape Research2018,10,4:0
