| 4 | 北方半干旱草原生态系统光合参数的季节和年际变异显示文摘生态系统表观量子效率(α)、最大光合速率(P_(max))和暗呼吸速率(R_(d))不仅反映了生态系统水平光合生理特征,同时也是碳循环模型中光合过程模拟的关键参数。气候和植被因子都会影响光合参数的季节和年际变异,但二者在光合参数调控过程中的相对贡献和作用途径尚不清晰。本研究基于连续12年(2006-2017)的涡度相关观测数据,分析了内蒙古半干旱典型草原光合参数的季节和年际变化规律利用回归分析和结构方程模型(SEM)方法明晰了环境和生理调控的作用途径及相对贡献。结果发现,光合参数(α、P_(max)和R)均表现出单峰的季节变化趋势,并呈现明显的年际波动。温度(T_(a))和土壤含水量(SWC)的变化共同影响光合参数的季节变化,而SWC主导了其年际变异。α和R_(d)的变化主要由T_(a)决定,而P_(max)的变化主要受SWC的影响。SEM模型分析表明,除了直接作用外,环境因子主要通过影响冠层水平气孔导度(gc)对光合参数和碳同化生理过程进行调控。此外,叶面积指数对光合参数特别是Pmax的季节和年际变异起主要调控作用。以上结果明确了环境和植被共同决定了生态系统水平光合参数的季节和年际变异,并强调了在水分受限的草原生态系统中,植被生理调控在光合碳同化能力和碳汇功能评估中的重要作用。 | Cuihai You Yanbing Wang Xingru Tan Bingwei Zhang Tingting Ren Boyu Chen Mengzhen Xu Shiping Chen | 2022 | Journal of Plant Ecology2022,15,5: | 1 |

| 7 | Characterization and Functional Study on Octopus ocellatus Interleukin-17显示文摘Interleukin-17(IL-17),a prototype member of IL-17 family,plays an important role in defending against extracellular pathogens as a pro-inflammatory cytokine.The function and distribution of IL-17 have been extensively studied in many vertebrates.However,few study has focused on the role of IL-17 in invertebrates,especially in mollusks.In this study,an IL-17 homolog was identified in Octopus ocellatus,which was designated as OoIL-17.The phylogenetic analysis showed that OoIL-17 is clustered well with other invertebrate IL-17,indicating it is highly similar with the IL-17 of other invertebrates.The expression of OoIL-17 gene was analyzed with qRT-PCR in a variety of healthy tissues and the hemocytes infected with Vibro anguillarum or Micrococcus luteus.The mRNA of OoIL-17 gene is constitutively expressed at different levels in all examined tissues of healthy O.ocellatus,including mantle,stomach,hemocytes,muscle,gonad,hepatopancreas,systemic heart and gill.The lowest expression was observed in mantle while the highest was observed in hepatopancreas.The expression level of OoIL-17 gene is significantly up-regulated in O.ocellatus hemocytes upon infection with V.anguillarum and M.luteus,indicating its active involvement in the host immune response against bacterial pathogens.The results laid the foundation for further understanding the innate immune mechanisms of IL-17 in O.ocellatus and mollusks. | LI Zan FAN Tingting LIU Xintian LIU Xiumei WANG Weijun WANG Qianqian YOU Lunhe WANG Lei WEI Xiumei YANG Jianmin | 2019 | Journal of Ocean University of China2019,18,6: | 1 |

| 13 | Phase transition and photoluminescence properties of Eu^3+-doped ZnMoO4 red phosphors显示文摘Eu^(3+)-doped ZnMoO_4 with different doping concentrations were synthesized by a hydrothermal method. The effects of Eu^(3+)doping on the phase structure and photoluminescence(PL) properties of ZnMoO_4 were investigated. The result showed that the introduction of Eu^(3+) could lead to phase transition of ZnMoO_4. With the increase of Eu^(3+)doping amount, β-ZnMoO_4 was transformed to a phase gradually, which led to different photoluminescence performances. The optimized doping concentration of Eu^(3+) was 6 mol% for the highest emission intensity at 615 nm. | 14 | LoS MIMO Transmission for LEO Satellite Communication Systems显示文摘To provide global service with low latency, the broadband low earth orbits (LEO) satellite constellation based communication systems have become one of the focuses in academic and industry. To allow for wideband access for user links, the feeder link of LEO satellite is correspondingly required to support high throughput data communications. To this end, we propose to apply line-of-sight (LoS) multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) transmission for the feeder link to achieve spatial multiplexing by optimizing the antenna arrangement. Unlike the LoS MIMO applications for static scenarios, the movement of LEO satellites make it impractical to adjust the optimal antenna separation for all possible satellite positions. To address this issue, we propose to design the antenna placement to maximize the ergodic channel capacity during the visible region of the ground station. We first derive the closed-form probability distribution of the satellite trajectory in visible region. Based on which the ergodic channel capacity can be then calculated numerically. The antenna placement can be further optimized to maximize the ergodic channel capacity. | 15 | Single-molecule investigation of human telomeric G-quadruplex interactions with Thioflavin T显示文摘G-quadruplex ligands have been accepted as potential therapeutic agents for anticancer treatment.Thioflavin T(ThT), a highly selective G-quadruplex ligand, can bind G-quadruplex with a fluorescent light-up signal change and high specificity against DNA duplex. However, there are still different opinions that ThT induces/stabilizes G-quadruplex foldings/topologies in human telomere sequence. Here, a sensitive single-molecule nanopore technology was utilized to analyze the interactions between human telomeric DNA(Tel DNA) and ThT. Both translocation time and current blockade were measured to investigate the translocation behaviors. Furthermore, the effects of metal ion(K^+ and Na^+) and pH on the translocation behaviors were studied. Based on the single-molecule level analysis, there are some conclusions:(1) In the electrolyte solution containing 50 mmol/L KCI and 450 mmol/L NaCl, ThT can bind strongly with Tel DNA but nearly does not change the G-quadruplex form;(2) In the presence of high concentration K^+,the ThT binding induces the structural change of hybrid G-quadruplex into antiparallel topology with an enhanced structural stability;(3) In either alkaline or acidic buffer, G-quadruplex form will change in certain degree. All above conclusions are helpful to deeply understand the interaction behaviors between Tel DNA and ThT. | 18 | Sequential ultrasound molecular imaging for noninvasive identification and assessment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis in mouse models显示文摘Background and objective:Noninvasive non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)assessment is a clinical challenge to the management of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.We aim to develop diagnostic models based on sequential ultrasound molecular imaging(USMI)for the noninvasive identification of NASH in mouse models.Methods:Animal experiments were approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of South China Agricultural University.Forty-nine C57BL/6 mice were divided into normal control,non-alcoholic fatty liver,NASH,and hepatitis groups.Sequential USMI was implemented using CD36-targeted microbubbles(MBs-CD36)and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)-targeted microbubbles(MBs-ICAM-1)to visualize hepatic steatosis and inflammation.The targeting signal of USMI was quantified as the normalized intensity difference(NID)with the destruction-replenishment method.Correlation analysis was conducted between the NID-MBs-CD36 and pathological steatosis score and between the NID-MBsICAM-1 and pathological inflammation score.Finally,diagnostic models combining NID-MBs-CD36 with NID-MBs-ICAM-1 were established for NASH diagnosis.Results:MBs-CD36 and MBs-ICAM-1 were successfully prepared and used for sequential USMI in all mice.NID-MBs-CD36 values increased with the progression of steatosis,while NID-MBs-ICAM-1 values increased in parallel with the progression of inflammation.A strong positive correlation was identified between NID-MBs-CD36 and pathological steatosis grade(r_(s)=0.9078,P<0.0001)and between NIDMBs-ICAM-1 and pathological inflammation grade(r_(s)=0.9071,P<0.0001).Among various sequential USMI-based diagnostic models,the serial testing model showed high diagnostic performance in detecting NASH,with 95%sensitivity,97%specificity,95%positive predictive values,97%negative predictive values,and 96%accuracy.Conclusions:Sequential USMI using MBs-CD36 and MBs-ICAM-1 allows noninvasive grading of hepatic steatosis and inflammation.Sequential USMI-based diagnostic models hold great potential in the noninvasive identification of NASH. | Tingting Sha Yujia You Xiaoyan Miao Huan Deng Wei Zhang Huolin Ye Ping Wang Rongqin Zheng Jie Ren Tinghui Yin | 2023 | Liver Research2023,7,4: | 0 |

To further improve the performance, an adaptive orthogonal matching pursuit(OMP) is proposed and its sparsity is estimated by a threshold method. Finally, the full-duplex interference is removed using serial interference cancellation and sphere decoding is used to complete the maximum likelihood detection. Simulation results demonstrate that in terms of both the mean square error(MSE) and the bit error rate(BER), the proposed adaptive OMP performs better than the TD-LS by exploiting the sparse property of the channel.
