| 1 | Atomically dispersed Au_1 catalyst towards efficient electrochemical synthesis of ammonia显示文摘Tremendous efforts have been devoted to explore energy-efficient strategies of ammonia synthesis to replace Haber–Bosch process which accounts for 1.4% of the annual energy consumption. In this study,atomically dispersed Au_1 catalyst is synthesized and applied in electrochemical synthesis of ammonia under ambient conditions. A high NH_4^+ Faradaic efficiency of 11.1% achieved by our Au_1 catalyst surpasses most of reported catalysts under comparable conditions. Benefiting from efficient atom utilization, an NH_4^+ yield rate of 1,305 lg h^(-1) mg_(Au)^(-1) has been reached, which is roughly 22.5 times as high as that by supported Au nanoparticles. We also demonstrate that by employing our Au_1 catalyst, NH4+can be electrochemically produced directly from N_2 and H_2 with an energy utilization rate of 4.02 mmol kJ^(-1). | 2 | Factors influencing the concentration of negative air ions during the year in forests and urban green spaces of the Dapeng Peninsula in Shenzhen, China显示文摘Negative air ions(NAIs)benefit the mental and physical health of humans,but rapid urbanization can decrease the abundance of NAIs.Quantifying the spatial and seasonal distribution of NAIs and determining the factors that infl uence the concentration during urbanization is thus essential.In the present study of a typical developing urban district in southern China,negative air ion concentrations(NAICs)in 60 forests sites and 30 urban green spaces were quantifi ed on seven consecutive days in each of the four seasons.Large seasonal variations in NAIC were revealed in forests and urban green spaces with trough values in summer.NAIC progressively decreased from forests to urban green spaces and was infl uenced by local land morphology,vegetation characteristics,and climatic factors.The vast,heavily vegetated northeastern region was the richest area for NAIs,whereas the narrow central region(urbanized area)was the poorest,implying dramatic impacts of urbanization on the spatial distribution of NAIs.The relationship between air temperature and NAIC was better fi tted with a quadratic equation than a linear equation.Moreover,the NAIC was more sensitive to local morphology in urban green spaces than in urban forests,indicating the vulnerability of NAIs in urbanized areas.Therefore,the appropriate design of local urban morphology is critical. | Yafei Wang Zhuobiao Ni Di Wu Chen Fan Jiaqi Lu Beicheng Xia | 2020 | Journal of Forestry Research2020,31,6: | 11 |

| 6 | Downregulation of ceramide synthase 1 promotes oral cancer through endoplasmic reticulum stress显示文摘C18 ceramide plays an important role in the occurrence and development of oral squamous cell carcinoma.However,the function of ceramide synthase 1,a key enzyme in C18 ceramide synthesis,in oral squamous cell carcinoma is still unclear.The aim of our study was to investigate the relationship between ceramide synthase 1 and oral cancer.In this study,we found that the expression of ceramide synthase 1 was downregulated in oral cancer tissues and cell lines.In a mouse oral squamous cell carcinoma model induced by 4-nitroquinolin-1-oxide,ceramide synthase 1 knockout was associated with the severity of oral malignant transformation.Immunohistochemical studies showed significant upregulation of PCNA,MMP2,MMP9,and BCL2 expression and downregulation of BAX expression in the pathological hyperplastic area.In addition,ceramide synthase 1 knockdown promoted cell proliferation,migration,and invasion in vitro.Overexpression of CERS1 obtained the opposite effect.Ceramide synthase 1 knockdown caused endoplasmic reticulum stress and induced the VEGFA upregulation.Activating transcription factor 4 is responsible for ceramide synthase 1 knockdown caused VEGFA transcriptional upregulation.In addition,mild endoplasmic reticulum stress caused by ceramide synthase 1 knockdown could induce cisplatin resistance.Taken together,our study suggests that ceramide synthase 1 is downregulated in oral cancer and promotes the aggressiveness of oral squamous cell carcinoma and chemotherapeutic drug resistance. | Wen Chen Chenzhou Wu Yafei Chen Yuhao Guo Ling Qiu Zhe Liu Haibin Sun Siyu Chen Zijian An Zhuoyuan Zhang Yi Li Longjiang Li | 2021 | International Journal of Oral Science2021,13,1: | 3 |

| 9 | Simultaneous diffusion of cation and anion to access N,S cocoordinated Bi-sites for enhanced CO_(2) electroreduction显示文摘Developing highly active single-atom sites catalysts for electrochemical reduction of CO_(2) is an effective and environmental-friendly strategy to promote carbon-neutral energy cycle and ameliorate global climate issues.Herein,we develop an atomically dispersed N,S co-coordinated bismuth atom sites catalyst(Bi-SAs-NS/C)via a cation and anion simultaneous diffusion strategy for electrocatalytic CO_(2) reduction.In this strategy,the bonded Bi cation and S anion are simultaneously diffused into the nitrogen-doped carbon layer in the form of Bi2S3.Then Bi is captured by the abundant N-rich vacancies and S is bonded with carbons.support at high temperature,formed the N,S co-coordinated Bi sites.Benefiting from the simultaneous diffusion of Bi and S,different electronegative N and S can be effectively co-coordinated with Bi,forming the uniform Bi-N_(3)S/C sites.The synthesized.Bi-SAs-NS/C exhibits a high selectivity towards CO with over 88%Faradaic efficiency in a wide potential range,and achieves a maximum FE_(CO)of 98.3%at-0.8 V vs.RHE with a current density of 10.24 mA·cm^(-2),which can keep constant with negligible degradation in 24 h continuous electrolysis.Experimental results and theoretical calculations reveal that the significantly improved catalytic performance of Bi-SAs-NS/C than Bi-SAs-N/C is ascribed to the replacement of one coordinated-N with low electronegative S in Bi-N_(4)C center,which can greatly reduce the energy barrier of the intermediate formation in rate-limiting step and increase the reaction kinetics.This work provides an effective strategy for rationally designing highly active single-atom sites;catalysts for efficient electrocatalysis with optimized electronic structure. | Zhiyuan Wang Chun Wang Yidong Hu Shuai Yang Jia Yang Wenxing Chen Huang Zhou Fangyao Zhou Lingxiao Wang Junyi Du Yafei Li Yuen Wu | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,8: | 2 |

| 11 | User-experience-based availability analysis model and its application in P2P storage systems显示文摘Data availability is one of the most important properties of peer-to-peer (P2P) storage systems.Availability analysis model and data placement are two key design choices.Users in P2P storage system are both providers and customers.This characteristic determines that the availability analysis must be user-centric,and thereby enhance the quality of service and decrease the system cost.The popular approach in recent studies is simple random placement with steady-state model,which has the following drawbacks:1) It ignores the up/down patterns of nodes,whose availability is over-estimated or under-estimated at different periods of time.2) It ignores the access patterns of users,so the availability perceived by users is hard to evaluate precisely.3) It ignores the huge difference of nodes' availability, thus leading to the absence of incentive. This paper proposes a novel user-experience-based availability model, which evaluates the availability of P2P storage system in terms of user experience,which can degenerate to traditional availability analysis model. | 13 | The nature of irreversible phase transformation propagation in nickel-rich layered cathode for lithium-ion batteries显示文摘Ni-rich layered cathode is regarded as one of the most promising candidates to achieve lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) with high energy density. However, due to the irreversible phase transformation (IPT) and its eventual propagation from surface to the bulk of the material, Ni-rich layered cathode typically suffers from severe capacity fading, structure failure, and thermal instability, which greatly hinders its mass adoption. Hence, achieving an in-depth understanding of the IPT propagation mechanism in Ni-rich layered cathode is crucial in addressing these issues. Herein, the triggering factor of IPT propagation in Ni-rich cathode is verified to be the initial surface disordered cation mixing domain covered by a thin rock-salt phase, instead of the rock-salt phase itself. According to the density functional theory (DFT) results, it is further illustrated that the metastable cation mixing domain possesses a lower Ni migration energy barrier, which facilitates the migration of Ni ions towards the Li slab, and thus driving the propagation of IPT from surface to the bulk of the material. | 14 | Source and possible tectonic driver for Jurassic-Cretaceous gold deposits in the West Qinling Orogen, China显示文摘The West Qinling Orogen(WQO) in Central China Orogenic Belt contains numerous metasedimentary rock-hosted gold deposits(>2000 t Au), which mainly formed during two pulses: one previously recognized in the Late Triassic to Early Jurassic(T3 - J1) and one only recently identified in the Late Jurassic to Early Cretaceous(J3 - K1). Few studies have focused on the origin and geotectonic setting of the J3 - K1 gold deposits.Textural relationships, LA-ICP-MS trace element and sulfur isotope compositions of pyrites in hydrothermally altered T3 dykes within the J3 - K1 Daqiao deposit were used to constrain relative timing relationships between mineralization and pyrite growth in the dykes, and to characterize the source of ore fluid. These results are integrated with an overview of the regional geodynamic setting, to advance understanding of the tectonic driver for J3 - K1 hydrothermal gold systems. Pyrite in breccia-and dykehosted gold ores at Daqiao have similar chemical and isotopic compositions and are considered to be representative of J3 - K1 gold deposits in WQO. Co/Ni and sulfur isotope ratios suggest that ore fluids were derived from underlying Paleozoic Ni-and Se-rich carbonaceous sedimentary rocks. The geochemical data do not support the involvement of magmatic fluids. However, in the EQO(East Qinling Orogen), J3 - K1 deposits are genetically related to magmatism. Gold mineralization in WQO is contemporaneous with magmatic deposits in the EQO and both are mainly controlled by NE-and EWtrending structures produced by changes in plate motion of the Paleo-Pacific plate as it was subducted beneath the Eurasian continent. We therefore infer that the J3 - K1 structural regime facilitated the ascent of magma in the EQO and metamorphic fluids in the WQO with consequent differences in the character of contemporaneous ore deposits.
