3A series of dithienobenzodithiophene based small molecules for highly efficient organic solar cells显示文摘Three acceptor-donor-acceptor(A-D-A) small molecules DCAODTBDT,DRDTBDT and DTBDTBDT using dithieno[2,3-d:2',3'-d']benzo[l,2-b:4,5-b']dithiophene as the central building block,octyl cyanoacetate,3-octylrhodanine and thiobarbituric acid as the end groups were designed and synthesized as donor materials in solution-processed photovoltaic cells(OPVs).The impacts of these different electron withdrawing end groups on the photophysical properties,energy levels,charge carrier mobility,morphologies of blend films,and their photovoltaic properties have been systematically investigated.OPVs device based on DRDTBDT gave the best power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 8.34%,which was significantly higher than that based on DCAODTBDT(4.83%) or DTBDTBDT(3.39%).These results indicate that rather dedicated and balanced consideration of absorption,energy levels,morphology,mobility,etc.for the design of small-molecule-based OPVs(SM-OPVs)and systematic investigations are highly needed to achieve high performance for SM-OPVs.Huanran Feng Miaomiao Li Wang Ni Bin Kan Yunchuang Wang Yamin Zhang Hongtao Zhang Xiangjian Wan Yongsheng Chen 2017Science China Chemistry2017,60,4:1

5A two-stage optimization method for unmanned aerial vehicle inspection of an oil and gas pipeline network显示文摘Oil and gas pipeline networks are a key link in the coordinated development of oil and gas both upstream and downstream.To improve the reliability and safety of the oil and gas pipeline network, inspections are implemented to minimize the risk of leakage, spill and theft, as well as documenting actual incidents. In recent years, unmanned aerial vehicles have been recognized as a promising option for inspection due to their high efficiency. However, the integrated optimization of unmanned aerial vehicle inspection for oil and gas pipeline networks, including physical feasibility, the performance of mission, cooperation, real-time implementation and three-dimensional(3-D) space, is a strategic problem due to its large-scale,complexity as well as the need for efficiency. In this work, a novel mixed-integer nonlinear programming model is proposed that takes into account the constraints of the mission scenario and the safety performance of unmanned aerial vehicles. To minimize the total length of the inspection path, the model is solved by a two-stage solution method. Finally, a virtual pipeline network and a practical pipeline network are set as two examples to demonstrate the performance of the optimization schemes. 7Modification of colorimetric method based digital soil test kit for determination of macronutrients in oil palm plantation显示文摘It is the need of time that oil palm farmers must perform the spatially planned soil analysis to know about the fertilizer sufficient and deficient zones of land.Colorimetric method is a suitable and fast solution of soil analysis for NPK determination using the digital soil test kit.NPK determination procedure with a digital soil test kit was undefined for oil palm.Furthermore,the digital soil test kit determines the passage of light through an opaque medium of soil solution with a specified reagent.Therefore,environmental light may interfere leading to wrong results of NPK measurement.Likewise,this equipment was non-incorporable with the controller of any VRT fertilizer applicator.In this research,these issues were addressed and the NPK measurement procedure was defined for oil palm plantation by modifying the‘soil to water’ratio in sample soil solution with an optimum environmental light range of 18-23 W/m^(2).‘Soil to water’ratios were found for nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium as 0.31 to 5.00,1.00 to 5.00 and 4.50 to 5.00,respectively to fit the requirement of NPK for oil palm in the prescribed range of the equipment.Validation study of modified digital soil test kit showed that 91.7%N,89.6%P and 93.8%K results of modified digital soil test kit were matched with analytical laboratory method.Thus,the reliability of NPK results using digital soil test kit was enhanced,making the kit incorporable with the controller of variable rate fertilizer applicator through remote monitoring based data acquisition system.The outcome of this research can be used in the development of an IoT network data fusion for dynamic assessment of the NPK variation in the soil and nutrient management in oil palm plantations.Muhammad Yamin Wan Ishak bin Wan Ismail Muhamad Saufi bin Mohd Kassim Samsuzana Binti Abd Aziz Farah Naz Akbar Redmond R.Shamshiri Muhammad Ibrahim Benjamin Mahns 2020International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,4:0
8A solution-processed nanoscale COF-like material towards optoelectronic applications显示文摘Two-dimensional(2 D)covalent organic frameworks(COFs)with periodic functionalπ-electron systems are an emerging class of optoelectronic materials.However,almost all conjugated COFs so far are insoluble and hard to process,which hampers severely their optoelectronic applications.Here,a solution-processable,nanoscale and sp2 carbon-conjugated COF-like material,PDPP-C20 was successfully designed and synthesized.The solution-processed PDPP-C20 films exhibit high crystallinity and excellent charge transport properties along out-of-plane directions,combined with the highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO)/lowest unoccupied molecular orbital(LUMO)levels of-5.36/-3.75 e V,making PDPP-C20 suitable for electronic device applications.An efficiency as high as 21.92%has been demonstrated when it was used as a functional interfacial layer in perovskite solar cells,coupled with dramatically improved stability in comparison with the control device due to the superior hydrophobicity of PDPP-C20 layer as well as its passivation effect on perovskite surface.Furthermore,the soluble PDPP-C20 could also be used as donor in bulk-heterojunction organic solar cells and an initial efficiency of 2.46%has been achieved.These results indicate that this new class of soluble and nanoscale COF-like materials should offer a new arena of functional materials for optoelectronic devices.Qiang Fu Ting Wang Yanna Sun Nan Zheng Zengqi Xie Di Lu Zhiyuan Xu Xiangjian Wan Yamin Zhang Yongsheng Liu 2021Science China Chemistry2021,64,1:0
