1The Chinese Hα Solar Explorer(CHASE) mission: An overview显示文摘The Chinese Hα Solar Explorer(CHASE), dubbed “Xihe”—Goddess of the Sun, was launched on October 14, 2021 as the first solar space mission of China National Space Administration(CNSA). The CHASE mission is designed to test a newly developed satellite platform and to acquire the spectroscopic observations in the Hα waveband. The Hα Imaging Spectrograph(HIS)is the scientific payload of the CHASE satellite. It consists of two observational modes: raster scanning mode and continuum imaging mode. The raster scanning mode obtains full-Sun or region-of-interest spectral images from 6559.7 to 6565.9 ? and from 6567.8 to 6570.6 ? with 0.024 ? pixel spectral resolution and 1 min temporal resolution. The continuum imaging mode obtains photospheric images in continuum around 6689 ? with the full width at half maximum of 13.4 ?. The CHASE mission will advance our understanding of the dynamics of solar activity in the photosphere and chromosphere. 4MXR7 facilitates liver cancer metastasis via epithelial-mesenchymal transition显示文摘MXR7 is a cell-surface protein and highly expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). The aim of this study is to determine the expression profile of MXR7 in HCC and investigate the influence of MXR7 on invasion and metastasis of HCC cells. For this purpose, immunohistochemical assay was used to identify the differential expression of MXR7 in 94 HCC specimens. Expression of MXR7 in 4 pairs of HCC and portal vein tumor thrombus(PVTT) was also tested. The motility of HCC cells were characterized by transwell migration and matrigel invasion assays. In vivo metastasis potential was determined via tail vein injection assay.Moreover, compared with noninvasive HCC tumors or human HCC cell lines with low metastatic potential, invasive HCC samples and HCC cell lines with high metastatic potential exhibited higher MXR7 expression. Furthermore, forced expression of MXR7 in SMMC-7721 promoted cell proliferation, migration and invasion in vitro and accelerated tumor growth and metastasis in vivo. Conversely, knockdown of MXR7 expression in HuH7 cells inhibited proliferation and motility of cells. Mechanically,overexpression of MXR7 promoted epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT) progress, and MXR7 depletion repressed the EMT phenotype. 5The R1947X mutation of NF1 causing autosomal dominant neurofibromatosis type 1 in a Chinese family显示文摘Neurofibromatosis type 1 is a common autosomal dominant disorder with a high rate of penetrance. It is caused by the mutation of the tumor suppressor gene NF1, which encodes neurofibromin. The main function of neurofibromin is down-regulating the biological activity of the proto-oncoprotein Ras by acting as a Ras-specific GTPase activating protein. In this study, we identified a Chinese family affected with neurofibromatosis type 1. The known gene NF1 associated with NF1 was studied by linkage analysis and by direct sequencing of the entire coding region and exon-intron boundaries of the NF1 gene. The R1947X mutation of NF1 was identified, which was co-segregated with affected individuals in the Chinese family, but not present in unaffected family members. 6On the technologies of Hα imaging spectrograph for the CHASE mission显示文摘The Hα imaging spectrograph(HIS) is the scientific payload of the first solar space mission, the Chinese Hα solar explorer(CHASE), supported by the China National Space Administration(CNSA). The CHASE/HIS achieves, for the first time in space, Hα spectroscopic observations with high spectral and temporal resolutions. Separate channels for the raster scanning mode(RSM) and continuum imaging mode(CIM) are integrated into one, and a highly integrated design is achieved through multiple folding of the optical path and ultra-light miniaturized components. The design of HIS implements a number of key technologies such as high-precision scanning of the optical field of view(FOV), high-precision integrated manufacturing inspection, a large-tolerance pre-filter window, and full-link solar radiation calibration. 12Silver nanocubes monolayers as a SERS substrate for quantitative analysis显示文摘Surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)is a powerful spectroscopic tool in quantitative analysis of molecules,where the substrate plays a critical role in determining the detection performance.Herein,a silver nanocubes/polyelectrolyte/gold film sandwich structure was prepared as a reproducible,highperformance SERS substrate by the wate r/oil inte rfacial assembly method.In addition to the hot spots on the nanocubes surface,the edge-to-edge interspace of the Ag nanocubes led to marked enhancement of the SERS intensity,with a limit of detection of 10~(11)mol/L and limit of quantitation of 10~(10)mol/L for crystal violet.When rhodamine 6 G and crystal violet were co-adsorbed on the Ag nanocube surfaces,the characteristic SERS peaks of the two molecules remained well resolved and separated,and the peak intensities varied with the respective concentration,which could be exploited for concurrent detection of dual molecules.Results from this work indicate that organized ensembles of Ag nanocubes can serve as effective SERS substrate can for sensitive analysis for complex molecular systems.Ziang Zhou Xiuhui Bai Peishen Li Changzheng Wang Ming Guo Yang Zhang Peiren Ding Shaowei Chen Yunyun Wu Qiang Wang 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,4:1
13Surface etching induced ultrathin sandwich structure realizing enhanced photocatalytic activity显示文摘Photocatalytic conversion efficiency is limited by serious charge carrier recombination. Efficient carrier separation is usually achieved by elegantly-designed multi-component structures connected by directional electric field. Herein, we developed a twodimensional(2 D) sandwich structure, as a new photocatalytic system, to realize high-efficiency carrier separation. This strategy integrated multifunction into a single structure for the first time, which successfully introduces a stable built-in electric field,realizing high-effective carrier separation. Besides, the carrier concentration is dramatically increased due to dimensional confinement. Benefiting from above synergic advantages, 2 D sandwich photocatalyst achieves the highest nitrogen fixation rate(435 μmol g^(-1) h^(-1)) in inorganic solid photocatalysts under visible light irradiation. 17Photocatalytic fuel cell for simultaneous antibiotic wastewater treatment and electricity production by anatase TiO_(2) nanoparticles anchored on Ni foam显示文摘Photocatalytic fuel cell (PFC) holds great potential for the sustainable production of electricity and degradation of organic pollutants for solving global energy and environmental problems.However,the efficient photodegradation of organic dyes and antibiotic drugs,such as ciprofloxacin (CIP) and methylene blue(MB),remains challenging.Aiming at improving the separation efficiency of hole and electron for electricity generation in the PFC system,TiO_(2)-NPs@NF-x photoanode was fabricated by a cost-effective and laborsaving hydrothermal approach.The as-fabricated photoanode demonstrated abundant active sites,enhanced light harvesting capacity and photogenerated charge carrier separation.At a CIP-HCl concentration of 10 mg/L and p H value of about 7,85%of CIP-HCl can be efficiently removed after 3 h irradiation by 300 W Xe lamp.TiO_(2)-NPs@NF-20 photoelectrode based PFC system exhibited an impressed ability to simultaneously degrade ciprofloxacin and generate electricity under light irradiation with an open circuit voltage of 1.021 V,short circuit current density and maximum power density of 2.4 mA/cm^(2),0.357 mW/cm^(2),respectively.This work provided a cost-effective method for the treatment of organic waste and generation of electrical power.Jinhan Li Xicheng Li Shaobin Yu Shuai Gao Yang Zhang Yan Li Changzheng Wang Qiang Wang 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,2:0
