| 2 | Filling Rules of Bevel Gears in the Closed-die Cold Forging显示文摘The closed-died cold forging technology of the bevel gears used in Jada car was investigated. With the analysis of the strain field and velocity field of the plastic deformation and the endured forces of the dies, the filling rules for the metal were analyzed by the elastic-plastic finite element method (FEM). The results show that there is a great difference among closed-die cold forging, extrusion and forging, as far as the metal flowing is concerned. The outer addendum cannot be filled completely in the closed-die cold forging of the bevel gears, and the round angle will be formed. But it does not influence the application of the bevel gears. At the beginning, the rigid area is formed in the cavity of the lower die. And then it will move upwards to supply the metal for the gear filling. | 3 | Cellulose derived biochar:Preparation,characterization and Benzo[α]pyrene adsorption capacity显示文摘Edible oil is prone to be contaminated by Benzo[a]pyrene(BaP)during production and processing.Adsorption is an important technology for the removal of BaP from edible oil,and biochar as a new type of adsorbent for the treatment BaP has received extensive attention.In this study,we prepared unmodified biochar and ZnCl_(2)-modified biochar from sesame straw cellulose(SSB and SSZ)and sesame capsule cellulose(SCB and SCZ),carried out structure characterization by Fourier Transform Infrared(FT-IR),Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)and Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM),and finally evaluated their potential effectiveness in BaP removal from sesame oil.FT-IR results revealed that SSZ and SCZ showed higher peak intensities,indicating that they could provide more active sites for adsorption.The results of XRD presented that SSZ and SCZ had a higher graphitization degree than the unmodified biochar.SEM results showed that the SSZ and SCZ had more complex pore structure,which is beneficial to adsorption.BET analysis results showed that SSZ and SCZ had a higher specific surface area of 1622.83-1797.39 m^(2)/g and a better developed porous structure(the total pore volume Vtotal was 0.9434-1.0023 cm^(3)/g)than the SSB and SCB(specific surface area was 350.55-352.59 m^(2)/g,and Vtotal was 0.1907-0.1918 cm^(3)/g),indicating that modification promoted the formation of porous structure and thus improved the adsorption capacity of biochar.Adsorption experiments confirmed once again that the BaP removal rates of SSZ and SCZ(92.67%-96.13%)were much higher than that of unmodified biochar(3.34%-4.28%),and the BaP content in the sesame oil treated by SSZ and SCZ were far below the current EU maximum levels(2μg/kg).Therefore,the modified biochar from cellulose is a promising adsorbent for BaP removal.In future studies,the influences of bichar on the nutritional quality of edible oil should be taken into consideration so as to find an ideal active carbon substitute for BaP removal in edible oil. | Qiaoli Yang Yanxia Sun Wenhui Sun Zhao Qin Huamin Liu Yuxiang Ma Xuede Wang | 2021 | Grain & Oil Science and Technology2021,4,4: | 2 |

| 12 | Microscopic Evidence of Destroying the Order of Magnetic Sequence in CuO_2 Chain by Zn, Ni, Co Doping in Sr_(14)Cu_(24)O_(41) Compound显示文摘The Zn2+, Ni2+and Co3+doped Sr 14 Cu 24 O 41 compounds were synthesized by standard solid state method. X-ray diffraction results show that the changes in lattice parameters are very small. Selected area electron diffraction patterns(EDPs) show that the diffraction spots corresponding to the CuO 2 chain substructure are extended to streaks along a* and b* directions for all the samples, while the diffraction spots produced merely by the Cu 2 O 3 ladder substructure are still very sharp. This means that the periodicities of chains in a* and b* directions are partially destroyed upon doping of Zn, Ni and Co due to that the initial phase of each chain becomes a random variable. The temperature dependence of magnetic properties was measured for every sample. And the number of dimers in CuO 2 chain per formula unit(f.u.) and dimer coupling constant are obtained by fitting the temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibility. It is found that the degree of initial phase disorder is related to the order degree of magnetic sequence in CuO 2 chain. For the un-doped sample, the decoupling of dimers is weak, the magnetic sequence is slightly destroyed, and the streaks in EDP are also very weak, which implies the degree of initial phase disorder in CuO 2 chain is very low. When Zn2+and Ni2+ions are doped, the number of dimers per f.u. decreases, and the intensity of diffraction streaks increases in comparison with the corresponding spots. Furthermore, when the high spin magnetic ions Co3+are doped, the number of holes in Sr 14 Cu 24 O 41 decreases, the magnetic sequence is destroyed very seriously, and the spots in EDP are extended to streaks almost completely. | 17 | TIM: threat context-enhanced TTP intelligence mining on unstructured threat data显示文摘TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures), which represent an attacker’s goals and methods, are the long period and essential feature of the attacker. Defenders can use TTP intelligence to perform the penetration test and compensate for defense deficiency. However, most TTP intelligence is described in unstructured threat data, such as APT analysis reports. Manually converting natural language TTPs descriptions to standard TTP names, such as ATT&CK TTP names and IDs, is time-consuming and requires deep expertise. In this paper, we define the TTP classification task as a sentence classification task. We annotate a new sentence-level TTP dataset with 6 categories and 6061 TTP descriptions from 10761 security analysis reports. We construct a threat context-enhanced TTP intelligence mining (TIM) framework to mine TTP intelligence from unstructured threat data. The TIM framework uses TCENet (Threat Context Enhanced Network) to find and classify TTP descriptions, which we define as three continuous sentences, from textual data. Meanwhile, we use the element features of TTP in the descriptions to enhance the TTPs classification accuracy of TCENet. The evaluation result shows that the average classification accuracy of our proposed method on the 6 TTP categories reaches 0.941. The evaluation results also show that adding TTP element features can improve our classification accuracy compared to using only text features. TCENet also achieved the best results compared to the previous document-level TTP classification works and other popular text classification methods, even in the case of few-shot training samples. Finally, the TIM framework organizes TTP descriptions and TTP elements into STIX 2.1 format as final TTP intelligence for sharing the long-period and essential attack behavior characteristics of attackers. In addition, we transform TTP intelligence into sigma detection rules for attack behavior detection.
