| 1 | Nitrogen doping and graphitization tuning coupled hard carbon for superior potassium-ion storage显示文摘Hard carbon material is one of the most promising anode materials for potassium ion batteries(PIBs)due to its distinct disordered and non-expandable framework.However,the intrinsically disordered microarchitecture of hard carbon results in low electric conductivity and poor rate capability.Herein,nitrogendoped and partially graphitized hard carbons(NGHCs)derived from commercial coordination compound precursor-ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid(EDTA)disodium cobalt salt hydrate are designed and prepared as high-performance PIBs anode materials.By means of a facile annealing method,nitrogen elements and graphitic domains can be controllably introduced to NGHCs.The resulting NGHCs show structural merits of mesoporous construction,nitrogen doping and homogeneous graphitic domains,which ensures fast kinetics and electron transportation.Applying in anode for PIBs,NGHCs exhibit robust rate capability with high reversible capacity of 298.8 m Ah g^-1 at 50 m A g^-1,and stable cycle stability of 137.6 mAh g^-1 at 500 m A g^-1 after 1000 cycles.Moreover,the ex situ Raman spectra reveal a mixture'adsorption-intercalation mechanism'for potassium storage of NGHCs.More importantly,full PIBs by pairing with perylenetetracarboxylic dianhydride(PTCDA)cathode demonstrate the promising potential of practical application.In terms of commercial precursor,facile synthesis and long cycle lifespan,NGHCs represent a brilliant prospect for practical large-scale applications. | Junxian Hu Yangyang Xie Meng Yin Zhian Zhang | 2020 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,10: | 8 |

| 4 | Identification and Physical Mapping of New PCR-Based Markers Specific for the Long Arm of Rye(Secale cereale L.) | 8 | Polymer electrolytes reinforced by 2D fluorinated filler for all-solidstate Li-Fe-F conversion-type lithium metal batteries显示文摘The polyethylene oxide(PEO)based solid-state batteries are considered as promising candidates for the next-generation Li metal batteries with high energy density and safety.However,the low Li-ion conductivity and high-voltage endurability hinder the further applications of PEO-based electrolytes.To overcome these issues,herein two-dimensional(2D)CeF_(3)nanoplates with maximally exposed[001]crystal faces are introduced into the PEO matrix to expand the electrochemical window and improve Liion conduction and transport.The optimized crystal shape and crystal face anisotropy of CeF_(3)nanoplate filler reduce the crystallinity of composite solid polymer electrolyte(CSPE)via its Lewis acid-base interaction with ether oxygen of PEO.The Liaffinity[100]and Li-repellent[001]crystal faces of CeF_(3)nanoplates synergistically realize the dissociation of lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide(LiTFSI),fast Li-adsorption/desorption,and Li+migration.The optimized CSPE-0.1CeF_(3)membrane enables the achievement of Li metal batteries with high endurability and stability,from the kinetically favorable Li/Li symmetric cells with long-term cycling over 8000 h.The highly reversible Li/LiFePO_(4) cells exhibit a capacity retention of 109.2 mAh·g^(−1)after 1000 cycles at 1 C,corresponding to a low capacity fading rate of 0.026%per cycle.The conversion-type allsolid-state Li/CSPE-0.1CeF_(3)/FeF_(3)cells show a high reversible capacity of 201.9 mAh·g^(−1)after long-term 600 cycles and of 231.1 mAh·g^(−1)at an ultra-high rate of 5 C. | Meng Lei Xiaoxue Wu Yangyang Liu Keyi Chen Jiulin Hu Chilin Li | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,6: | 1 |

| 11 | Biodiversity, productivity, and temporal stability in a natural grassland ecosystem of China显示文摘Understanding the effect of biodiversity on ecosystem function is critical to promoting the sustainability of ecosystems and species conservation in natural ecosystems. We observed species composition, species richness and aboveground biomass,and simulated the competitive assemblages in a natural grassland ecosystem of China, aiming to test some assumptions and predictions about biodiversity–stability relationships. Our results show that aboveground productivity and temporal stability increased significantly with increasing species richness, and via a combination of overyielding, species asynchrony, and portfolio effects. Species interactions resulted in overyielding caused by trait-independent complementarity, and were not offset by a negative dominance effect and trait-dependent complementarity effect. | 14 | Application of Simple Head Cooling Combined with Gangliosides in Neonatal Hypoxic-ischemic Encephalopathy显示文摘Objective To investigate the effect of simple head cooling combined with ganglioside therapy on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE)and its clinical efficacy.Methods A total of 100 children with HIE admitted in the neonatal ward of our hospital from August 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with gangliosides,and the observation group was treated with simple head cooling combined with gangliosides.Observe and compare the clinical performance improvement time,the level of relevant hematological examination indexes before and after treatment,and the neonatal behavioral neurological assessment(NBNA),clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions.Results The improvement time of convulsions,disturbance of consciousness,pupil changes,hypotonia,and gastrointestinal dysfunction in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(all P<0.001).After treatment,the NSE,IL-6,CK,CK-MB of the two groups of children were significantly lower than before treatment,and the serum calcium and NBNA scores were significantly higher than before treatment,and the decrease or increase in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control Group(all P<0.001).The total effective rate of treatment of children in the observation group(82.00%)was higher than that of the control group(62.00%)(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion The simple head cooling combined with gangliosides in the treatment of HIE can improve the clinical symptoms,blood test index levels,and NBNA scores.The clinical effect is clear and superior to the single use of gangliosides. | Zhen Zhan Huanhuan Cheng Xianhong Lin Yangyang Meng Liying Dai Hong Zheng Qilian Xie | 2020 | Journal of Human Physiology2020,2,2: | 0 |

| 16 | Fluorination reaction of UO_(3)and electrochemical preparation of UO_(2)显示文摘In this work,a technique was proposed to prepare UO_(2)from UO_(3)by the two processes of fluorination reaction of UO_(3)with NH_(4)HF_(2)and electrochemical reduction of UO_(2)^(2+)for the recycle uranium.The feasibility of fluorination reaction was firstly confirmed using thermodynamic calculation;then,the products were analyzed using XRD,Raman and fluorescence to be UO_(2)F_(2).The fluorination mechanism was inferred to be UO_(3)(s)+NH_(4)HF_(2)→(NH_(4))_(3)UO_(2)F_(5)→NH_(4)(UO_(2))_(2)F_(5)→UO_(2)F_(2).The redox behavior of UO_(2)^(2+)on W electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry and square wave voltammetry,which indicated that UO_(2)^(2+) was reduced to UO_(2)via a two-step single electron transfer with diffusion-controlled.The diffusion coefficient of UO_(2)^(2+) was calculated to be 6.22×10^(-5)cm/s.The disproportionation reaction of UO_(2)^(+) was observed,and the relationship between the disproportionation reaction and scan rate was discussed.Moreover,the electrochemical fabrication of UO_(2) was conducted by electrolysis at-0.8 V,and the product was analyzed by XRD,SEM and EDS to be UO_(2).ICP-AES results showed that the extraction efficiency of UO_(2) could reach 98.53%. | Rugeng Liu Yangyang Meng Wenjing Ji Wei Han Mei Li Yang Sun | 2022 | Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,7: | 0 |
| 17 | Targeting the CXCR4/CXCL12 axis with the peptide antagonist E5 to inhibit breast tumor progression显示文摘Emerging evidence has demonstrated that stromal cell-derived factor 1(SDF-1)and its cognate receptor CXCR4 have critical roles in tumorigenesis,angiogenesis and metastasis.In this study,we demonstrated the significant inhibitory effects of a novel chemically synthetic peptide(E5)on the CXCR4/CXCL12 axis in breast cancer both in vitro and in vivo.E5 was capable of specifically binding to the murine breast cancer cell line 4T1,remarkably inhibiting CXCL12-or stromal cell(MS-5)-induced migration,and adhesion and sensitizing 4T1 cells to multiple chemotherapeutic drugs.Furthermore,E5 combined with either paclitaxel or cyclophosphamide significantly inhibited tumor growth in a breast cancer model.Mechanistic studies implied that E5 can inhibit the expression of CXCR4 to block the CXCL12-mediated recruitment of endothelial progenitor cells and repress CXCR4 downstream of the Akt and Erk signaling pathway,which are involved in tumor angiogenesis and progression.Further pharmacokinetic evaluation suggested that E5 has an acceptable stability,with a half-life of 10 h in healthy mice.In conclusion,E5 demonstrates a promising anti-tumor effect and could be a potential chemotherapeutic sensitizer to improve current clinical breast cancer therapies. | Hua Guo Yangyang Ge Xiaojin Li Yanlian Yang Jie Meng Jian Liu Chen Wang Haiyan Xu | 2017 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2017,2,1: | 0 |
