| 1 | PhaseⅡstudy of induction chemotherapy followed by concurrent chemoradiotherapy with raltitrexed and cisplatin in locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma显示文摘Objective:For locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma(LA-NPC)patients,high incidences of distant metastases and severe treatment related toxicities are the main obstacles needed to be overcome.Raltitrexed,a specific thymidylate synthase inhibitor with a convenient administration schedule,has an acceptable and manageable toxicity,and possesses radio-sensitizing properties.To investigate the efficacy and safety of raltitrexed and cisplatin induction chemotherapy and concurrent chemoradiotherapy(IC+CCRT)in patients with LA-NPC,a phaseⅡclinical study was conducted.Methods:Sixty eligible patients with LA-NPC were enrolled into this study.A raltitrexed-cisplatin combination was used as part of an IC+CCRT regimen.Raltitrexed-cisplatin IC was given once every 3 weeks(q3 w)for two cycles,followed by raltitrexed-cisplatin based CCRT q3 w for two cycles.Intensity-modulated radiotherapy(IMRT)was given for all enrolled patients.Results:All patients were included in survival analysis according to the intent-to-treat principle.The objective response rate(ORR)3 months after treatment was 98%.The 2-year overall survival(OS)rate was 92%.The median relapse-free survival(RFS)time was 30.5[95%confidence interval(95%CI),28.4-32.3]months.The 2-year RFS rate was 85%.The 2-year local failure-free survival(LFFS)rate was 97%and the 2-year distant metastasis-free survival(DMFS)rate was 88%.Acute toxicities were mostly grade 2 and 3 reactions in bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal side effect and oropharyngeal mucositis.Only two patients occurred grade 4 acute toxicities,one was bone marrow suppression and the other was dermatitis radiation.Conclusions:The combination of raltitrexed and cisplatin has a comparable efficacy to those in standard firstline therapy. | Yuan Wu Xueyan Wei Zilong Yuan Hongbin Xu Yanping Li Ying Li Liu Hu Guang Han Yu Qian Desheng Hu | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2020,32,5: | 4 |

| 3 | Community-Based User Domain Model Collaborative Recommendation Algorithm显示文摘Collaborative Filtering (CF) is a commonly used technique in recommendation systems. It can promote items of interest to a target user from a large selection of available items. It is divided into two broad classes: memory-based algorithms and model-based algorithms. The latter requires some time to build a model but recommends online items quickly, while the former is time-consuming but does not require pre-building time. Considering the shortcomings of the two types of algorithms, we propose a novel Community-based User domain Collaborative Recommendation Algorithm (CUCRA). The idea comes from the fact that recommendations are usually made by users with similar preferences. The first step is to build a user-user social network based on users' preference data. The second step is to find communities with similar user preferences using a community detective algorithm. Finally, items are recommended to users by applying collaborative filtering on communities. Because we recommend items to users in communities instead of to an entire social network, the method has perfect online performance. | 4 | Effect of current emission abatement strategies on air quality improvement in China:A case study of Baotou,a typical industrial city in Inner Mongolia显示文摘The national Air Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan required significant decreases in PM_(2.5) levels over China.To explore more effective emission abatement strategies in industrial cities,a case study was conducted in Baotou to evaluate the current national control measures.The total emissions of SO_2,NO_X,PM_(2.5) and NMVOC(non-methane volatile organic compounds) in Baotou were 211.2 Gg,156.1 Gg,28.8 Gg,and 48.5 Gg,respectively in 2013,and they would experience a reduction of 30.4%,26.6%,15.1%,and 8.7%,respectively in 2017 and 39.0%,32.0%,24.4%,and 12.9%,respectively in2020.The SO_2,NO_Xand PM_(2.5) emissions from the industrial sector would experience a greater decrease,with reductions of 37%,32.7 and 24.3%,respectively.From 2013 to 2020,the concentrations of SO_2,NO_2,and PM_(2.5) are expected to decline by approximately 30%,10% and 14.5%,respectively.The reduction rate of SNA(sulfate,nitrate and ammonium)concentrations was significantly higher than that of PM_(2.5) in 2017,implying that the current key strategy toward controlling air pollutants from the industrial sector is more powerful for SNA.Although air pollution control measures implemented in the industrial sector could greatly reduce total emissions,constraining the emissions from lower sources such as residential coal combustion would be more effective in decreasing the concentration of PM_(2.5) from 2017 to 2020.These results suggest that even for a typical industrial city,the reduction of PM_(2.5) concentrations not only requires decreases in emissions from the industrial sector,but also from the low emission sources.The seasonal variation in sulfate concentration also showed that emission from coal-burning is the key factor to control during the heating season. | Xionghui Qiu Lei Duan Siyi Cai Qian Yu Shuxiao Wang Fahe Chai Jian Gao Yanping Li Zhaoming Xu | 2017 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2017,29,7: | 2 |

| 7 | DOWNWARD LOOKING SPARSE LINEAR ARRAY 3D SAR IMAGING ALGORITHM BASED ON BACK-PROJECTION AND CONVEX OPTIMIZATION显示文摘Downward Looking Sparse Linear Array Three Dimensional SAR(DLSLA 3D SAR) is an important form of 3D SAR imaging, which has a widespread application field. Since its practical equivalent phase centers are usually distributed sparsely and nonuniformly, traditional 3D SAR algorithms suffer from low resolution and high sidelobes in cross-track dimension. To deal with this problem, this paper introduces a method based on back-projection and convex optimization to achieve 3D high accuracy imaging reconstruction. Compared with traditional SAR algorithms, the proposed method sufficiently utilizes the sparsity of the 3D SAR imaging scene and can achieve lower sidelobes and higher resolution in cross-track dimension. | 11 | Jumonji domain-containing 6 (JMJD6) identified as a potential therapeutic target in ovarian cancer显示文摘Jumonji domain-containing 6(JMJD6)is a candidate gene associated with tumorigenesis,and JMJD6 overexpression predicts poor differentiation and unfavorable survival in some cancers.However,there are no studies reporting the expression of JMJD6 in ovarian cancer,and no JMJD6 inhibitors have been developed and applied to targeted cancer therapy research.In the present study,we found that the high expression of JMJD6 in ovarian cancer was correlated with poor prognosis in ovarian cancer.A potential inhibitor(SKLB325)was designed based on the crystal structure of the jmjC domain of JMJD6.This molecule significantly suppressed proliferation and induced apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner in SKOV3 cell lines as detected by CCK-8 cell proliferation assays and flow cytometry.A Matrigel endothelial tube formation assay showed that SKLB325 inhibited capillary tube organization and migration in HUVECs in vitro.We also observed that JMJD6 colocalized with p53 protein in the nucleus,with mRNA and protein expression of p53 as well as its downstream effectors significantly increasing both in vitro and in intraperitoneal tumor tissues treated with SKLB325.In addition,SKLB325 significantly reduced the intraperitoneal tumor weight and markedly prolonged the survival of tumor-bearing mice.Taken together,our findings suggest that JMJD6 may be a marker of poor prognosis in ovarian cancer and that SKLB325 may be a potential candidate drug for the treatment of ovarian cancer. | Heng Zheng Yan Tie Zhen Fang Xiaoai Wu Tao Yi Shuang Huang Xiao Liang Yanping Qian Xi Wang Ruyu Pi Siyuan Chen Yong Peng Shengyong Yang Xia Zhao Xiawei Wei | 2019 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2019,4,1: | 1 |

| 15 | Combining Topological Properties and Strong Ties for Link Prediction显示文摘Link prediction is an important task that estimates the probability of there being a link between two disconnected nodes. The similarity-based algorithm is a very popular method that employs the node similarities to find links. Most of these types of algorithms focus only on the contribution of common neighborhoods between two nodes. In sociological theory relationships within three degrees are the strong ties that can trigger social behaviors.Thus, strong ties can provide more connection opportunities for unconnected nodes in the networks. As critical topological properties in networks, nodes degrees and node clustering coefficients are well-suited for describing the tightness of connections between nodes. In this paper, we characterize node similarity by utilizing the strong ties of the ego network(i.e., paths within three degrees) and its close connections(node degrees and node clustering coefficients). We propose a link prediction algorithm that combines topological properties with strong ties, which we called the TPSR algorithm. This algorithm includes TPSR2, TPSR3, and the TPSR4 indices. We evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm using the metrics of precision and the Area Under the Curve(AUC). | 17 | Edge localized modes suppression via edge E × B velocity shear induced by RF sheath of ion cyclotron resonance heating in EAST显示文摘The control of large edge localized modes(ELMs) is a critical issue for the successful operation of future burning plasma devices,such as the international thermonuclear experimental reactor(ITER) and China fusion engineering test reactor(CFETR). In this paper, we present a new active and effective means of ELM suppression using ion cyclotron resonant heating(ICRH) on the experimental advanced superconducting tokamak(EAST). We obtained the key role of the external E × B velocity shear near the pedestal top and the scrape-off-layer(SOL) induced by the RF sheath potential of ICRH in ELM suppression. The experimental results showed a positive correlation between the RF sheath and the E × B shear rate in SOL. BOUT++ simulations indicate that increased E × B velocity shear rates in the pedestal and SOL regions promote ELM suppression;thereby, supporting the experimental observations on EAST.
