2Single titanium-oxide species implanted in 2D g-CsN4 matrix as a highly efficient visible-light CO2 reduction photocatalyst显示文摘A visible-light-response, efficie nt and robust photo-catalyst for CO2 reduction is highly desirable. Herein, we demonstrate that single titanium-oxide species impla nted in two-dime nsion al (2D) graphitic carb on n itride (g-C3N4) matrix (2D TiO-CN) can efficie ntly photo-catalyze the reduction of CO2 to CO under the irradiation of visible light. The synergistic interaction between single titanium oxide species and g-C3N4 in 2D TiO-CN not only enhances the separation of photo-excited charges, but also results in visible light response of single titanium-oxide species, realizing high activity of CO2 photo-reduction with extremely high CO generation rate of 283.9 pmol·h^-1·g^-1, 5.7, 6.8 and 292.2 times larger than those of TQ2/CN hybrid material, CN and commercial TiO2, respectively. 3Relationship between physicochemical properties and dewaterability of hydrothermal sludge derived from different source显示文摘Sewage sludge(SS) and deinking sludge(DS) were used to comparatively study the hydrothermal dewatering of sludge with different components. For a better overview, an insight into the relationship between physicochemical properties and dewaterability of hydrothermal sludge was provided. Results found that not all kinds of sludge were suitably conditioned by hydrothermal treatment(HT) in term of the elevation of dewaterability.Higher hydrothermal temperature tended to enhance the dewaterability of SS rather than DS, which was supported by the variation of their physicochemical properties(including water distribution, bonding energy, extracellular polymeric substance(EPS), particles size,acid functional groups and zeta potential in this study). In addition, the changes in surface morphology suggested that the reverse effect of HT on sludge dewaterability was mainly due to their dewatering behavior. For SS, the destruction of EPS structure leaded to the release of bound water, thereby strengthening sludge dewatering. 4The synthesis, deprotection and properties of poly(γ-benzyl-L-glutamate)显示文摘With dicy- clohexylamine as initiator, the influence of monomer concentration, and reaction temperature and time on the polymerization of BLG NCA was examined. Three reagents were used for the deprotection of benzyl groups in PBLG, including hydrobromic acid/acetic acid (33 wt.%), NaOH aqueous solution and trimethylsilyl iodide (TMSI). Through examining the molecular weight of PLGA obtained using different deprotection methods, it was revealed that TMSI could minimize chain cleavage in the process of deprotection and retain the degree of polymerization. The biocompatibilities of PBLG obtained using different initiators were evaluated by a live/dead assay against L929 fibroblast cells. The in vitro cytotoxicities of PLGA obtained using different deprotecting agents were evaluated by a methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium assay. 6The Study of Visible Implant Elastomer(VIE)Tag on Small-sized Chinese Shrimp(Fenneropenaeus chinensis)显示文摘[Objective] The paper was to prove the feasibility of using visible implant elastomer( VIE) tags to mark Chinese shrimp of about 1 cm in length.[Method]In June 2014,2 856 Chinese shrimps with an average length of 1. 14 cm were tagged with red VIE. After temporary rearing for one day,2 321 tagged shrimps were cultured in the same pond with 60 000 untagged shrimps in this experiment. In predation test,spottedtail gobies( Synechogobius ommaturus) were selected as the predator,and the predation rate of spottedtail gobies on small-sized Chinese shrimps was measured. [Result]On September 21,2014,206 kg of Chinese shrimp was harvested in the pond. There were 389 tagged shrimps,with an average body weight of 16. 84 g,and an average length of 11. 15 cm. The untagged shrimps had an average body weight of 17. 08 g,and average length of 11. 23 cm. The results indicated that there was no significant difference in growth between the tagged and untagged shrimps. The survival rate of the tagged shrimps was 2. 7% lower than the untagged ones. Although the fluorescent tag dispersed and the position changed,the tag was still distinct both under ultraviolet light and to the naked eye. The predation test revealed that the fluorescent tag of shrimps did not increase the predation rate by spottedtail gobies. [Conclusion]Red VIE tagging is feasible in Chinese shrimps. 19Study on the Geo-Environmental Evolution of the Laolonggou Lagoon Under the Impacts of the Caofeidian Reclamation Project in Hebei Province显示文摘The Caofeidian Reclamation Project has been the biggest reclamation project in China so far, in which 310 km^2 sea areas were reclaimed along the coast of Hebei Province, and it also bring about many problems and defects for large reclaiming area. The study focuses on the influences of the engineering exerted on evolution of the Laolonggou Lagoon with the methods of topographical measurement and surface sediment analysis. The results demonstrate that the topographical changes in the Laolonggou Lagoon had been controlled obviously by the engineering at three stages. Besides, blocking and reopening of the shoal tidal channel also affected the geological environment of the lagoon area. In the aspect of topographical change, the Laolonggou Inlet first experienced deposition after the shoal tidal channel was blocked, followed by short-time eroding for quarrying and cofferdam construction in the east, then depositing slowly after the reclaiming activity ceased, and finally eroding after the shoal tidal channel was reopened. The project, particularly cofferdam construction led to the movement of the Laolonggou Inlet axis from west to east for 50 – 100 m. In the aspect of sediment variation, the reclamation project and hydrodynamic change resulted in the variation in compositions and distribution pattern. The western lagoon area has become land mainly constituted by silt, while the sediments in the eastern area have turned finer in size. After the shoal tidal channel was reopened, the current velocity in the Laolonggou Inlet has been enhanced, making the sediments at the bottom become coarser.
