| 1 | Synthesis of novel hierarchical porous polymers with a nanowire-interconnected network structure from core-shell polymer nanoobjects显示文摘Design and fabrication of the micro/nanostructures of the network units is a critical issue for porous nanonetwork structured materials. Significant progress has been attained in construction of the network units with zero-dimensional spherical shapes.However, owing to the limitations of synthetic methods, construction of porous building blocks in one dimension featuring high aspect ratios for porous nanonetwork structured polymer(PNSP) remains largely unexplored. Here we present the successful design and preparation of PNSP with a novel type of one-dimensional network unit, i.e., microporous heterogeneous nanowire. Well-defined core-shell polymer nanoobjects prepared from a gelable block copolymer, poly(3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate)-block-polystyrene are employed as building blocks, and facilely transformed into PNSP via hypercrosslinking of polystyrene shell. The as-prepared PNSP exhibits unique three-dimensional hierarchical nanonetwork morphologies with large surface area. | 5 | An optimal design of the broadcast ephemeris for LEO navigation augmentation systems显示文摘As the deployment of large Low Earth Orbiters(LEO)communication constellations,navigation from the LEO satellites becomes an emerging opportunity to enhance the existing satellite navigation systems.The LEO navigation augmentation(LEO-NA)systems require a centimeter to decimeter accuracy broadcast ephemeris to support high accuracy positioning applications.Thus,how to design the broadcast ephemeris becomes the key issue for the LEO-NA systems.In this paper,the temporal variation characteristics of the LEO orbit elements were analyzed via a spectrum analysis.A non-singular element set for orbit fitting was introduced to overcome the potential singularity problem of the LEO orbits.Based on the orbit characteristics,a few new parameters were introduced into the classical 16 parameter ephemeris set to improve the LEO orbit fitting accuracy.In order to identify the optimal parameter set,different parameter sets were tested and compared and the 21 parameters data set was recommended to make an optimal balance between the orbit accuracy and the bandwidth requirements.Considering the real-time broadcast ephemeris generation procedure,the performance of the LEO ephemeris based on the predicted orbit is also investigated.The performance of the proposed ephemeris set was evaluated with four in-orbit LEO satellites and the results indicate the proposed 21 parameter schemes improve the fitting accuracy by 87.4%subject to the 16 parameters scheme.The accuracy for the predicted LEO ephemeris is strongly dependent on the orbit altitude.For these LEO satellites operating higher than 500 km,10 cm signal-in-space ranging error(SISRE)is achievable for over 20 min prediction. | Xueli Guo Lei Wang Wenju Fu Yingbo Suo Ruizhi Chen Hongxing Sun | 2022 | Geo-Spatial Information Science2022,25,1: | 1 |
| 6 | The basic helix-loop-helix transcription factor gene,OsbHLH38,plays a key role in controlling rice salt tolerance显示文摘The plant hormone abscisic acid(ABA)is crucial for plant seed germination and abiotic stress tolerance.However,the association between ABA sensitivity and plant abiotic stress tolerance remains largely unknown.In this study,436 rice accessions were assessed for their sensitivity to ABA during seed germination.The considerable diversity in ABA sensitivity among rice germplasm accessions was primarily reflected by the differentiation between the Xian(indica)and Geng(japonica)subspecies and between the upland-Geng and lowland-Geng ecotypes.The upland-Geng accessions were most sensitive to ABA.Genome-wide association analyses identified four major quantitative trait loci containing21 candidate genes associated with ABA sensitivity of which a basic helix-loop-helix transcription factor gene,OsbHLH38,was the most important for ABA sensitivity.Comprehensive functional analyses using knockout and overexpression transgenic lines revealed that OsbHLH38 expression was responsive to multiple abiotic stresses.Overexpression of OsbHLH38 increased seedling salt tolerance,while knockout of OsbHLH38 increased sensitivity to salt stress.A salt-responsive transcription factor,OsDREB2A,interacted with OsbHLH38 and was directly regulated by OsbHLH38.Moreover,OsbHLH38 affected rice abiotic stress tolerance by mediating the expression of a large set of transporter genes of phytohormones,transcription factor genes,and many downstream genes with diverse functions,including photosynthesis,redox homeostasis,and abiotic stress responsiveness.These results demonstrated that OsbHLH38 is a key regulator in plant abiotic stress tolerance. | Fengping Du Yinxiao Wang Juan Wang Yingbo Li Yue Zhang Xiuqin Zhao Jianlong Xu Zhikang Li Tianyong Zhao Wensheng Wang Binying Fu | 2023 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2023,65,8: | 0 |

| 8 | Leader-Following Entrapping Control of AUVs Using Bearing Measurements in Local Coordinate Frames显示文摘In this paper,the entrapping control problem of discrete-time AUVs with local coordinate frames is studied.To achieve entrapment in arbitrarily shaped orbits and formations,we design a bearingbased leader-following framework fully in the discrete-time domain with four parts:the orientation estimation unit,estimator unit,controller unit and parameters tuning unit.With bearing measurements and communication information,the orientation estimation unit can estimate orientations of local coordinate frames infinite time,and the estimator unit can achieve local localization.Based on estimation,the controller unit can drive each AUV to track the desired orbit or formation with an arbitrary shape.We present su±cient conditions under which stability of the overall system is proved using the theorem offinite-time stability and LaSalle's theorem for the discrete-time system.Moreover,the parameters tuning unit can calculate optimal parameters to improve overall performance.Additionally,we extend our schemes to nonholonomic AUVs with unicycle models.Finally,simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme. | Yingbo Fu Ziwen Yang Shanying Zhu Cailian Chen | 2022 | Guidance, Navigation and Control2022,2,4: | 0 |
| 9 | Transmission of Carbapenem Resistance Between Human and Animal NDM-Positive Escherichia coli Strains显示文摘Although carbapenem use is prohibited in animals in China,carbapenem-resistant Escherichia coli(CREC),especially New Delhi metallo-β-lactamase(NDM)-producing strains,are widely prevalent in foodproducing animals.At present,the impact of livestock-associated CREC strains on human populations at the national level is unknown.Here,we conduct a retrospective cross-sectional study to investigate the prevalence of CREC from clinical settings across 22 Chinese provinces or municipalities and analyze anthropogenic factors associated with their presence.We also ascertain the blaNDMand blaKPCabundance among pig and chicken farms and present a detailed genomic framework for CREC of animal and human origin.Overall,631/29799(2.1%)clinical Escherichia coli(E.coli)isolates were identified as CREC.Multivariable analysis revealed that being male,an age below 1,an age between 13 and 18,provinces with greater chicken production,and provinces with higher pig production were associated with higher odds of CREC infection.In general,73.8%(n=45/61)of pig farms and 62.2%(n=28/45)of chicken farms had a blaNDMabundance of 1×10^(-5)to 1×10^(-3)and 1×10^(-3)to 1×10^(-2),respectively.Among all the Chinese NDM-positive E.coli(n=463)available at the National Center for Biotechnology Information(NCBI),the genomic analysis revealed that blaNDM-5and Inc X3 were the predominant carbapenemase gene-plasmid combination,while a highly homogeneous relationship between NDM-positive isolates from humans and animals was demonstrated at the plasmid and core genome levels.All the findings suggest frequent CREC transmission between humans and animals,indicating that further discussions on the use of antibiotics in animals and humans are needed,both in China and across the globe. | Yingbo Shen Fupin Hu Yongqiang Wang Dandan Yin Lu Yang Yiqiang Chen Chunyan Xu Jiyun Li Junyao Jiang Xueyang Wang Yulin Fu Dongyan Shao Dejun Liu Tengfei Ma Chang Cai Zhangqi Shen Shaolin Wang Juan Li Rong Zhang Yuebin Ke Congming Wu Jianzhong Shen Timothy R.Walsh Yang Wang | 2022 | Engineering2022,8,8: | 0 |
