1Certificateless Public Verification for Data Storage and Sharing in the Cloud显示文摘By advances in cloud computing,users are allowed to remotely store their data in the cloud,manage the stored data without limitation of time and place,and give rights to visitors that want to access to their data.As may no longer possess data physically,the data owner has to ensure the integrity of the data with the public key given by Public key infrastructure(PKI).However,there are many security risks of the traditional PKI and the certificate management is complex.We utilize elliptic curve group to propose a certificateless signature to solve the above problem.To check the integrity of files stored in the cloud,we design a certificateless public verification mechanism based on the signature and further extend it to support batch auditing tasks.Meanwhile,an efficient key updating method is proposed to provide visitors a friendly data success environment.The security analysis proves that the proposed scheme is secure under the discrete logarithm assumption.Extensive theoretical analyses and experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.HUANG Longxia ZHOU Junlong ZHANG Gongxuan ZHANG Mingyue 2020Chinese Journal of Electronics2020,29,4:3
2Induced regulatory T cells suppress Tel cells through TGF-β signaling to ameliorate STZ-induced type 1 diabetes mellitus显示文摘Type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1D)is a chronic autoimmune condition in which the immune system destroys insulin-producing pancreatic β cells.In addition to well-established pathogenic effector T cells,regulatory T cells(Tregs)have also been shown to be defective in T1D.Thus,an increasing number of therapeutic approaches are being developed to target Tregs.However,the role and mechanisms of TGF-β-induced Tregs(iTregs)in T1D remain poorly understood.Here,using a streptozotocin(STZ)-induced preclinical T1D mouse model,we found that iTregs could ameliorate the development of T1D and preserve β cell function.The preventive effect was associated with the inhibition of type 1 cytotoxic T(Tel)cell function and rebalancing the Treg/Tc1 cell ratio in recipients.Furthermore,we showed that the underlying mechanisms were due to the TGF-β-mediated combinatorial actions of mTOR and TCF1.In addition to the preventive role,the therapeutic effects of iTregs on the established STZ-T1D and nonobese diabetic(NOD)mouse models were tested,which revealed improved β cell function.Our findings therefore provide key new insights into the basic mechanisms involved in the therapeutic role of iTregs in T1D.Li Zhou Xuemin He Peihong Cai Ting Li Rongdong Peng Junlong Dang Yue Li Haicheng Li Feng Huang Guojun Shi Chichu Xie Yan Lu Yanming Chen 2021Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,3:3

4Synthesis of novel hierarchical porous polymers with a nanowire-interconnected network structure from core-shell polymer nanoobjects显示文摘Design and fabrication of the micro/nanostructures of the network units is a critical issue for porous nanonetwork structured materials. Significant progress has been attained in construction of the network units with zero-dimensional spherical shapes.However, owing to the limitations of synthetic methods, construction of porous building blocks in one dimension featuring high aspect ratios for porous nanonetwork structured polymer(PNSP) remains largely unexplored. Here we present the successful design and preparation of PNSP with a novel type of one-dimensional network unit, i.e., microporous heterogeneous nanowire. Well-defined core-shell polymer nanoobjects prepared from a gelable block copolymer, poly(3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate)-block-polystyrene are employed as building blocks, and facilely transformed into PNSP via hypercrosslinking of polystyrene shell. The as-prepared PNSP exhibits unique three-dimensional hierarchical nanonetwork morphologies with large surface area. 13Analysis of lithofacies and evaluation of effective reservoirs of member 2 of Xujiahe Formation in the Xinchang area in Western Sichuan显示文摘In the Xinchang area in western Sichuan Basin,a total of 121.12 billion cubic meters of proved reserves of natural gas are discovered in Member 2 of Xujiahe Formation,but only 7.739 billion cubic meters of proved reserves of natural gas are produced.The main reason is that sandstones in Member 2 of Xujiahe Formation in the Xinchang area are generally tight,with strong heterogeneity,only intervals with relatively good physical properties have a certain production capacity;therefore,it is very necessary and important to evaluate effective reservoirs in Member 2 of Xujiahe Formation.Through analysis of cores,with consideration of color,sedimentary texture and grain size,lithofacies of Member 2 of Xujiahe Formation in the Xinchang area can be divided into 12 types.According to data of physical properties and thin section analysis,it can be concluded that the favorable lithofacies in the upper submember of Member 2 of Xujiahe Formation are the massive medium-coarse sandstone,the medium-coarse sandstone with cross bedding,and the medium-coarse sandstone with carbonaceous fragments.On the basis of electrical characteristics,well-logging interpretation standards for favorable lithofacies are established,in addition,favorable lithofacies and effective reservoir in the Xinchang area are determined,and distribution of favorable lithofacies(effective reservoir)is identified,which lay a solid foundation for next deployment of appraisal well and development of effective reserves.Yanqing Huang Zhongqun Liu Pengwei Li Junlong Liu Changzhen Liao Shilin Xu 2020Petroleum Research2020,5,3:1
14Numerical modeling and performance evaluation of passive convergence-permeable reactive barrier(PC-PRB)显示文摘The passive convergence-permeable reactive barrier(PC-PRB)was proposed to address the limitations of traditional PRB configurations.To evaluate the hydraulic and pollutant removal performance of the PC-PRB system,we developed a simulation code named PRB-Trans.This code uses the two-dimensional(2D)finite element method to simulate groundwater flow and solute transport.Case studies demonstrate that PC-PRB technology is more efficient and cost-effective than continuous permeable reactive barrier(C-PRB)in treating the same contaminated plume.Implementation of PC-PRB technology results in a 33.3%and 72.7%reduction in PRB length(L_(PRB))and height(H_(PRB)),respectively,while increasing 2D horizontal and 2D vertical pollutant treatment efficiencies of PRB by 87.8%and 266.8%,respectively.In addition,the PC-PRB technology has the ability to homogenize the pollutant concentration and pollutant flux through the PRB system,which can mitigate the problems arising from uneven distribution of pollutants in the C-PRB to some extent.The L_(PRB)required for PC-PRB decreases as the water pipe length(L_(p))increases,while the H_(PRB)required initially decreases and then increases with increasing L_(p).The effect of passive well height(Hw)on H_(PRB)is not as significant as that of L_(p)on H_(PRB).Overall,PC-PRB presents a promising and advantageous PRB configuration in the effective treatment of various types of contaminated plumes.Kaixuan Zheng Dong Xie Yiqi Tan Zhenjiang Zhuo Tan Chen Hongtao Wang Ying Yuan Junlong Huang Tianwei Sun Fangming Xu Yuecen Dong Ximing Liang 2023Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2023,17,11:0
15Oxygen-vacancy-containing cerium oxide nanoparticle-decorated nanonetwork-structured carbon toward high-performance lithium–sulfur batteries显示文摘Lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries have been regarded as promising next-generation energy-storage devices owing to their inherently high theoretical energy density.Unfortunately,the poor capacity and cycling life caused by severe polysulfide shuttle effect and sluggish redox kinetics in sulfur cathodes greatly impede the practical application of Li-S batteries.Herein,a new class of nanonetworkstructured carbon decorated with oxygen-vacancy-containing cerium oxide nanoparticles(NSC-CeO_(2−x)),in which carbon skeleton is composed of highly conductive carbon nanotube core welded by hybrid carbon shell,has been developed via one-step heating treatment of hybrid molecular brush and further employed as functional interlayer to modify separator of Li-S battery.Owing to the synergistic effect of the highly active CeO_(2−x)nanoparticles and the threedimensional carbon nanonetwork in enhancing the preservation of the soluble polysulfides and boosting the redox kinetics of sulfur species,the NSC-CeO_(2−x)significantly promotes the electrochemical performance of sulfur cathode.As a result,the as-constructed Li-S batteries exhibit an ultrahigh initial sulfur utilization of 92.9%and an extremely large capacity of 751mA h g^(−1) at a high rate of 5 C.Remarkably,a stable capacity of 728 mA h g^(−1)over 300 cycles at 1 C is also achieved.Chuanfa Li Pengwei Ma Shenghao Lin Zongheng Cen Junlong Huang Yin Cui Shimei Li Shaohong Liu Ruowen Fu Dingcai Wu 2023SusMat2023,3,1:0
