1Geochronologic constraints on magmatic intrusions and mineralization of the Zhunuo porphyry copper deposit in Gangdese,Tibet显示文摘In situ zircon U-Pb ages for the recently discovered Zhunuo porphyry copper deposit in the western part of the Gangdese metallogenic belt in Tibet were determined by sensitive high-resolution ion mi-croprobe(SHRIMP) . The ages can be divided into two separate groups,reflecting more than four major tectono-magmatic events in the area. The 62.5±2.5 Ma age of inherited zircons may be related to the volcanic eruption of the Linzizong Group formed shortly after the India-Asia continental collision. The 50.1±3.6 Ma age most likely corresponds to the time of underplating of mantle-derived mafic magma in Gangdese. The 15.6±0.6 Ma age obtained from magmatic zircons is interpreted as the age of crystalli-zation of the Zhunuo ore-forming porphyry. Finally,a molybdenite Re-Os isochron age of 13.72±0.62 Ma is consistent with another zircon U-Pb age of 13.3 ±0.2 Ma,representing the time of copper mineraliza-tion. These ages,in combination with available literature data,indicate that magmatic crystallization and copper mineralization in the Gangdese metallogenic belt became gradually younger westward,and further suggest that the Zhunuo porphyry copper deposit was formed in the same tectonic stage as other porphyry copper deposits in the eastern and central Gangdese belt. 2Molecular dynamics simulations of thermal effects in nanometric cutting process显示文摘Understanding the basic action of how material removing in nanoscale is a critical issue of producing well-formed components.In order to clarify thermal effects on material removal at atomic level,molecular dynamics(MD)simulations of nanometric cutting of mono-crystalline copper are performed with Morse,EAM and Tersoff potential.The effects of cutting speed on temperature distribution are investigated.The simulation results demonstrate that the temperature distribution shows a roughly concentric shape around shear zone and a steep temperature gradient lies in diamond tool,a relative high temperature is located in shear zone and machined surface,but the highest temperature is found in chip.At a high cutting speed mode,the atoms in shear zone with high temperature implies a large stress is built up in a local region.GUO YongBo,LIANG YingChun,CHEN MingJun,BAI QingShun&LU LiHua Precision Research Engineering Institute,Harbin Institute of Technology,Harbin 150001,China 2010Science China(Technological Sciences)2010,53,3:7

4Multiscale simulation of nanometric cutting of single crystal copper——effect of different cutting speeds显示文摘A multiscale simulation has been performed to determine the effect of the cutting speed on the deformation mechanism and cutting forces in nanometric cutting of single crystal copper.The multiscale simulation model,which links the finite element method and the molecular dynamics method,captures the atomistic mechanisms during nanometric cutting from the free surface without the computational cost of full atomistic simulations.Simulation results show the material deformation mechanism of single crystal copper greatly changes when the cutting speed exceeds the material static propagation speed of plastic wave.At such a high cutting speed,the average magnitudes of tangential and normal forces increase rapidly.In addition,the variation of strain energy of work material atoms in different cutting speeds is investigated.Hongmin PEN Qingshun BAI Yingchun LIANG Mingjun CHEN 2009Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2009,22,6:6

6MICRO/NANO-MACHINING ON SILICON SURFACE WITH A MODIFIED ATOMIC FORCE MICROSCOPE显示文摘To understand the deformation and removal mechanism of material on nano-scale at ultralow loads,a systemic study on AFM micro/nano-machining on single crystal ailicon is conducted. The results indicate that AFM nano- machining has a precisely dimensional controllability and a good surface quality on nanometer scale.A SEM is adopted to observe nano-machined region and chips,the results indicate that the material removal mechanisms change with the applied normal load. An XPS is used to analyze the changes of chemical composition inside and outside the nano-machined region respectively.The nano-indentation which is conducted with the same AFM diamond tip on the machined region shows a big discrepancy compared with that on the macro-scale. 7Optimization of Ultrasonic Extraction Conditions of Polyphenols from the Needles of Black Pine (Pinus thunbergii) Using Response Surface Methodology (RSM)显示文摘Ultrasonic extraction conditions of polyphenols from the needles of black pine(Pinus thunbergii) were optimized by single factors analysis and Box-Behnken experiment design. The results showed that both of ethanol concentration and ultrasonic time had a significant effect on polyphenol extraction, and there was significant interaction between any two variables in the three parameters of ethanol concentration, ultrasonic temperature and ultrasonic time. The optimal parameters for polyphenol extraction were the ethanol concentration of 52.67%, ultrasonic temperature at 49.21 ℃and ultrasonic time of 30.76 min. Under these conditions, the actual content of polyphenols was close to the predicted value. 8A novel BIST scheme for circuit aging measurement of aerospace chips显示文摘The avionics working environment is bad, easy to accelerate aging of circuits. Circuit aging is one of the important factors that influence the reliability of avionics, so circuit aging testing is of great significance to improve the reliability of avionics. As continuing aging would degrade circuit performance, aging can be monitored through precise measurement of performance degradation. However, previous methods for predicting circuit performance have limited prediction accuracy. In this paper, we propose a novel Built-In Self-Test(BIST) scheme for circuit aging measurement, which constructs self-oscillation loops employing parts of critical paths and activates oscillations by specific test patterns. An aging signature counter is then used to capture the oscillation frequency and in turn measure the aging state of the circuit. We propose to implement this measurement process by BIST. Experimental results show that the proposed in-field aging measurement is robust with respect to process variations and can achieve a precision of about 90%. 9GA-BASED PID NEURAL NETWORK CONTROL FOR MAGNETIC BEARING SYSTEMS显示文摘In order to overcome the system non-linearity and uncertainty inherent in magnetic bear-ing systems,a GA(genetic algorithm)-based PID neural network controller is designed and trained to emulate the operation of a complete system (magnetic bearing,controller,and power amplifiers). The feasibility of using a neural network to control nonlinear magnetic bearing systems with un-known dynamics is demonstrated. The key concept of the control scheme is to use GA to evaluate the candidate solutions (chromosomes),increase the generalization ability of PID neural network and avoid suffering from the local minima problem in network learning due to the use of gradient descent learning method. 17An engineered platform for reconstituting functional multisubunit SCF E3 ligase in vitro显示文摘Multisubunit SKP1/Cullin1/F-box(SCF)E3 ligases play essential roles in regulating the stability of crucial regulatory factors and controlling growth and development in eukaryotes.Detecting E3 ligase activity in vitro is important forexploring the molecular mechanism of protein ubiquitination.However,in vitro ubiquitination assay systems for multisubunit E3 ligases remain difficult to achieve,especially in plants,mainly owing to difficulties in achieving active components of multisubunit E3 ligases with high purity and characterizing specific E2 and E3 pairs.In this study,we characterized components of the rice ScFDiwARF3(SCFDs)E3 ligase,screened the coordinated E2,and reconstituted active ScFD3 E3 ligase in vitro.We further engineered SCFD3 E3 ligase using a fused SKP1-Cullin1-RBX1(eSCR)protein and found that both the wild-type SCFD3 E3 ligase and the engineered SCFD3 E3 ligase catalyzed ubiquitination of the substrate D53,which is the key transcriptional repressor in strigolactone signaling.Finally,we replaced D3 with other F-box proteins from rice and humans and reconstituted active escF E3 ligases,including escFaID2,escFBxL1s,and escFcDC4 E3 ligases.Our work reconstitutes functional SCF E3 ligases in vitro and generates an engineered system with interchangeable F-box proteins,providing a powerful platform for studying the mechanisms of multisubunit SCF E3 ligases in eukaryotes.Huihui Liu Simiao Liu Hong Yu Xiahe Huang Yingchun Wang Liang Jiang Xiangbing Meng Guifu Liu Mingjiang Chen Yanhui Jing Feifei Yui Bing Wang Jiayang Li 2022Molecular Plant2022,15,8:1

19Calculation of the intracellular elastic modulus based on an atomic force microscope micro-cutting system显示文摘Better understanding of variations in the mechanical properties of cancer cells could help to provide novel solutions for the diagnosis,prevention,and treatment of cancers.We therefore developed a calculation model of the intracellular elastic modulus based on the contact pressure between the silicon tip of an atomic force microscope and the target cells,and cutting depth.Ovarian cells(UACC-1598) and colon cancer cells(NCI-H716) were cut into sequential layers using an atomic force microscope silicon tip.The cutting area on the cells was 8μm×8μm,and the loading force acting on the cells was increased from 17.523 to 32.126μN.The elastic modulus distribution was measured after each cutting process.There were significant differences in contact pressure and cutting depth between different cells under the same loading force,which could be attributed to differences in their intrinsic structures and mechanical properties.The differences between the average elastic modulus and surface elastic modulus for UACC-1598 and NCI-H716 cells were 0.288±0.08 kPa and 0.376±0.16 kPa,respectively.These results demonstrate that this micro-cutting method can be used to measure intracellular mechanical properties,which could in turn provide a more accurate experimental basis for the development of novel methods for the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases.YU Miao WANG JingHe WANG HongXiang LIU Li YAN YongDa ZHANG JunJie LIANG YingChun DONG Shen 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,15:1
