Ground pressure and overlying strata structure for a repeated mining face of residual coal after room and pillar mining显示文摘To investigate the abnormal ground pressures and roof control problem in fully mechanized repeated mining of residual coal after room and pillar mining, the roof fracture structural model and mechanical model were developed using numerical simulation and theoretical analysis. The roof fracture characteristics of a repeated mining face were revealed and the ground pressure law and roof supporting conditions of the repeated mining face were obtained. The results indicate that when the repeated mining face passes the residual pillars, the sudden instability causes fracturing in the main roof above the old goaf and forms an extra-large rock block above the mining face.A relatively stable ‘‘Voussoir beam' structure is formed after the advance fracturing of the main roof. When the repeated mining face passes the old goaf,as the large rock block revolves and touches gangue, the rock block will break secondarily under overburden rock loads. An example calculation was performed involving an integrated mine in Shanxi province, results showed that minimum working resistance values of support determined to be reasonable were respectively 11,412 kN and 10,743 kN when repeated mining face passed through residual pillar and goaf.On-site ground pressure monitoring results indicated that the mechanical model and support resistance calculation were reasonable. | Jiang Bangyou Wang Lianguo Lu Yinlong Sun Xiaokang Jin Gan | 2016 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2016,26,4: | 10
Analysis of insidious fault activation and water inrush from the mining floor显示文摘Based on the stress field distribution rule of the mining floor under abutment pressure, we have established a simplified mechanical model, which contains multiple factors relating to activation and evolution of insidious water-conductive faults. The influence of normal and shear stresses on fault activation and effective shear stress distribution in the fault plane was acquired under mining conditions.Using fracture mechanics theory to calculate the stress intensity factor of an insidious fault front, we have derived the criterion for main fault activation. Results indicate that during the whole working face advance, transpressions are exerted on fault planes twice successively in opposite directions. In most cases, the second transpression is more likely to lead to fault activation. Activation is influenced by many factors, predominant among which are: burial depth of the insidious fault, friction angle of the fault plane, face advance direction and pore water pressure. Steep fault planes are more easily activated to induce a sustained water inrush in the face. | Hu Xinyu Wang Lianguo Lu Yinlong Yu Mei | 2014 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2014,24,4: | 7
An experimental study of a yielding support for roadways constructed in deep broken soft rock under high stress显示文摘A rationally designed support for deep roadways excavated in broken soft rock under high stress was investigated. The deformation and failure characteristics and the mechanism of ''yielding support'' was studied for anchor bolts and cables. The rail roadway of the 2-501 working face in the Liyazhuang Mine of the Huozhou coal area located in Shanxi province was used for field trials. The geological conditions used there were used during the design phase. The new ''highly resistant, yielding'' support system has a core of high strength, yielding bolts and anchor cables. The field tests show that this support system adapts well to the deformation and pressure in the deep broken soft rock. The support system effectively controls damage to the roadway and ensures the long term stability of the wall rock and safe production in the coal mine. This provides a remarkable economic and social benefit and has broad prospects for fur- ther application. | Lu Yinlong Wang Lianguo Zhang Bei | 2011 | Mining Science and Technology2011,21,6: | 6
Roadway failure and support in a coal seam underlying a previously mined coal seam显示文摘The influence of an upper, mined coal seam on the stability of rock surrounding a roadway in a lower coal seam is examined. The technical problems of roadway control are discussed based on the geological conditions existing in the Liyazhuang Mine No.2 coal seam. The stress distribution and floor failure in the lower works after mining the upper coal is studied through numerical simulations. The failure mechanism of the roof and walls of a roadway located in the lower coal seam is described. The predicted deformation and failure of the roadway for different distances between the two coal seams are used to design two ways of supporting the lower structure. One is a combined support consisting of anchors with a joist steel tent and a combined anchor truss.A field test of the design was performed to good effect. The results have significance for the design of supports for roadways located in similar conditions. | Lu Yinlong Wang Lianguo Zhang Bei | 2012 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2012,22,5: | 5
Ground stress and its impact on the stability of the surrounding rock in the Lüliang mining area显示文摘Ground stress is the fundamental cause of deformation and failure during underground structural engi- neering. Field stress measurements in the main coal bed in the Lüliang mining area were made by the bore hole, stress relief method. From these data the ground stress distribution of the mining area was obtained. The relationship between the horizontal principal stress and the deformation and failure of a roadway is discussed with an engineering example. The results indicate that horizontal stress dominates in the shallow crust in the Lüliang mining area. Roadways at different angles to the maximum principal stress have different levels of stress concentration. This leads to a significant difference in stability of the corresponding roadways. These research results provide an important criterion for determining roadway position and direction, stope layout, and roadway support design. | Wang Lianguo Lu Yinlong | 2011 | Mining Science and Technology2011,21,5: | 5
The design and construction of a pulsed beam generation system based on high intensity cyclotron显示文摘In order to perform the studies on a pulsed beam generation system based on a high intensity cyclotron, a test beam line with a pulsed beam generation for a 10 MeV compact cyclotron (CYCIAE-10) has been designed and constructed at China Institute of Atomic Energy (CIAE). A 70 MHz continuous H- beam can be pulsed to the pulse length of less than 10 ns with a repetition rate of 4.4 MHz. The sine waveform with a frequency of 2.2 MHz is adopted for the chopper and a mesh structure with single drift and dual gaps is used for the 70 MHz buncher. A helical resonator is designed and constructed based on simulations and experiments on the RF matching for the chopper. A helical inductance loop that is exceptionally large of its kind and equipped with water cooling for the resonator has been successfully wound and a 500 W solid RF amplifier has been manufactured. A special measuring device has been designed, which can be used to measure both the DC beam and the pulsed beam. The required pulsed beam was obtained after pulsed beam tuning. | AN ShiZhong YIN ZhiGuo LI PengZhan SONG GuoFang WU LongCheng GUAN FengPing XIE HuaiDong JIA XianLu LU YinLong ZHANG TianJue | 2011 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2011,54,S2: | 3

Schistosomiasis Surveillance--China,2015−2018显示文摘Background The prevalence of schistosomiasis in China is at the lowest level in history, and sentinel surveillance sites of schistosomiasis have fully covered all epidemic areas of China. This article has analyzed the surveillance data for the last four years and can help guide the next stage of surveillance work at the national level, including the scope of surveillance, surveillance content, and surveillance methods, etc. Methods Data from the National Schistosomiasis Surveillance System were collected. The infection rate of schistosomiasis among the human population, livestock, snails, and the change of the breeding area of snails in sentinel surveillance sites for four consecutive years were analyzed, and the trends in schistosomiasis prevalence in surveillance sites were determined. Results The prevalence of schistosomiasis in all sentinel surveillance sites of China showed downward trends from 2015 to 2018 with infection rates decreasing in this time period for local human population(0.05%to 0.00%),the floating population(0.020% to 0.003%),and cattle(0.037% to 0.000%).No infected snails were found during the period. From 2015 to 2018,the total area of newly found habitats of snails(Oncomelania hupensis,O.hupensis)were 34,730 m^(2),1,367,694 m^(2),18,944 m^(2),and 50,420 m^(2),and the total area of re-emergent habitats of snails(O.hupensis)were 822,194 m^(2),1,391,779 m^(2),1,516,292 m^(2),and 1,750,558 m^(2),respectively.Conclusions and Implications for Public Health Practice The prevalence of schistosomiasis in human and livestock is going down and is sustained at a very low level, but new and re-emerging habitats of O.hupensis are new challenges regardless of the achievement of schistosomiasis control. Therefore, two actions are necessary to effectively further reduce the transmission risk of schistosomiasis:1)taking effective measures to control the source of infection of schistosomiasis;and 2)reducing the breeding areas of O.hupensis. | Yinlong Li Hui Dang Lijuan Zhang Guangping Li Xiaowei Shan Min Yuan Songjun Ding Yun Feng Meifen Shen Jia Xu Yanjun Jin Haijuan Du Wencheng Lu Wenqian Tang Dianwei Jiang Yi Yuan Shan Lyu Shizhu Li Xiao-nong Zhou | 2020 | China CDC weekly2020,2,3: | 0
Multi-objective optimization of a hybrid distributed energy system using NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm显示文摘In this paper,a multi-objective optimization model is established for the investment plan and operation management of a hybrid distributed energy system. Considering both economic and environmental benefits, the overall annual cost and emissions of CO2 equivalents are selected as the objective functions to be minimized. In addition, relevant constraints are included to guarantee that the optimized system is reliable to satisfy the energy demands. To solve the optimization model, the non-dominated sorting generic algorithm Ⅱ (NSGA-Ⅱ)is employed to derive a set of non-dominated Pareto solutions. The diversity of Pareto solutions is conserved by a crowding distance operator, and the best compromised Pareto solution is determined based on the fuzzy set theory. As an illustrative example,a hotel building is selected for study to verify the effectiveness of the optimization model and the solving algorithm. The results obtained from the numerical study indicate that the NSGA-Ⅱ results in more diversified Pareto solutions and the fuzzy set theory picks out a better combination of device capacities with reason-able operating strategies. | Hongbo REN Yinlong LU Qiong WU Xiu YANG Aolin ZHOU | 2018 | Frontiers in Energy2018,12,4: | 0

Structure-activity relationship of pyrazol-4-ylpyridine derivatives and identification of a radiofluorinated probe for imaging the muscarinic acetylcholine receptor M4显示文摘There is an accumulating body of evidence implicating the muscarinic acetylcholine receptor4(M4)in schizophrenia and dementia with Lewy bodies, however,a clinically validated M4positron emission tomography(PET)radioligand is currently lacking. As such, the aim of this study was to develop a suitable M4PET ligand that allows the non-invasive visualization of M4in the brain.Structure-activity relationship studies of pyrazol-4-yl-pyridine derivates led to the discovery of target compound 12—a subtype-selective positive allosteric modulator(PAM).The radiofluorinated analogue,[18F]12,was synthesized in 28±10%radiochemical yield,>37 GBq/μmol and an excellent radiochemical purity>99%.Initial in vitro autoradiograms on rodent brain sections were performed in the absence of carbachol and showed moderate specificity as well as a low selectivity of[18F]12 for the M4-rich striatum. However,in the presence of carbachol,a significant increase in tracer binding was observed in the rat striatum, which was reduced by>60%under blocking conditions, thus indicating that orthosteric ligand interaction is required for efficient binding o f[18F]12 to the allosteric site.Remarkably, however, the presence of carbachol was not required for high specific binding in the non-human primate(NHP)and human striatum, and did not further improve the specificity and selectivity of[18F]12 in higher species. These results pointed towards significant species-differences and paved the way for a preliminary PET study in NHP,where peak brain uptake of[18F]12 was found in the putamen and temporal cortex. In conclusion,we report on the identification and preclinical development of the first radiofluorinated M4PET radioligand with promising attributes. The availability of a clinically validated M4PET radioligand harbors potential to facilitate drug development and provide a useful diagnostic tool for non-invasive imaging. | Ahmed Haider Xiaoyun Deng Olivia Mastromihalis Stefanie K.Pfister Troels E.Jeppesen Zhiwei Xiao Vi Pham Shaofa Sun Jian Rong Chunyu Zhao Jiahui Chen Yinlong Li Theresa R.Connors April T.Davenport James B.Daunais Vahid Hosseini Wenqing Ran Arthur Christopoulos Lu Wang Celine Valant Steven H.Liang | 2023 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,1: | 0
