| 1 | Vapor phase fabrication of three-dimensional arrayed BiI3 nanosheets for cost-effective solar cells显示文摘Multilayered photovoltaic absorbers have triggered widespread attention for their unique structure and properties.However,multilayered materials in the randomly oriented polycrystalline thin-film lead to ineffective carrier transport and collection,which hinders the process of achieving high-performance solar cells.Herein,this issue is tackled by producing the three-dimensional(3D)heterojunction BiI3 nanosheets(NSs)solar cells,which embed vertically aligned monocrystalline BiI3 NSs into spiro-OMeTAD.The preferred orientation of BiI3 NSs and large p-n junction areas of 3D heterojunction structure enable a strong light absorption and effective carrier transport and collection,and thus a power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 1.45%was achieved.Moreover,this PCE is the highest ever reported for BiI3 based solar cells to our best knowledge.Moreover,the nonencapsulated device remained 96%of the initial PCE after 24 h continuous one sun illumination at^70%humidity condition,and 82%of the initial PCE after 1-month storage at^30%humidity condition. | Yiyi Zhu Qianpeng Zhang Matthew Kam Swapnadeep Poddar Leilei Gu Shijun Liang Pengfei Qi Feng Miao Zhiyong Fan | 2020 | InfoMat2020,2,5: | 2 |

| 4 | NICKEL(Ⅱ)ion-intercalated MXene membranes for enhanced H_(2)/CO_(2) separation显示文摘Hydrogen fuel has been embraced as a potential long-term solution to the growing demand for clean energy.A membrane-assisted separation is promising in producing high-purity H_(2).Molecular sieving membranes(MSMs)are endowed with high gas selectivity and permeability because their well-defined micropores can facilitate molecular exclusion,diffusion,and adsorption.In this work,MXene nanosheets intercalated with Ni^(2+) were assembled to form an MSM supported on Al_(2)O_(3) hollow fiber via a vacuum-assisted filtration and drying process.The prepared membranes showed excellent H_(2)/CO_(2) mixture separation performance at room temperature.Separation factor reached 615 with a hydrogen permeance of 8.35×10^(-8) mol·m^(-2)·s^(-1) ·Pa^(-1).Compared with the original Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/Al_(2)O_(3) hollow fiber membranes,the permeation of hydrogen through the Ni^(2+)-Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/Al_(2)O_(3) membrane was considerably increased,stemming from the strong interaction between the negatively charged MXene nanosheets and Ni^(2+).The interlayer spacing of MSMs was tuned by Ni^(2+).During 200-hour testing,the resultant membrane maintained an excellent gas separation without any substantial performance decline.Our results indicate that the Ni2+tailored Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/Al_(2)O_(3) hollow fiber membranes can inspire promising industrial applications. | Yiyi Fan Jinyong Li Saidi Wang Xiuxia Meng Yun Jin Naitao Yang Bo Meng Jiaquan Li Shaomin Liu | 2021 | Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2021,15,4: | 1 |
| 5 | CCGD-ESCC: A Comprehensive Database for Genetic Variants Associated with Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma in Chinese Population显示文摘Esophageal squamous-cell carcinoma(ESCC) is one of the most lethal malignancies in the world and occurs at particularly higher frequency in China. While several genome-wide association studies(GWAS) of germline variants and whole-genome or whole-exome sequencing studies of somatic mutations in ESCC have been published, there is no comprehensive database publically available for this cancer. Here, we developed the Chinese Cancer Genomic Database-Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma(CCGD-ESCC) database, which contains the associations of 69,593 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) with ESCC risk in 2022 cases and 2039 controls, survival time of 1006 ESCC patients(survival GWAS) and gene expression(expression quantitative trait loci,eQTL) in 94 ESCC patients. Moreover, this database also provides the associations between8833 somatic mutations and survival time in 675 ESCC patients. Our user-friendly database is a resource useful for biologists and oncologists not only in identifying the associations of genetic variants or somatic mutations with the development and progression of ESCC but also in studying the underlying mechanisms for tumorigenesis of the cancer.
