| 2 | Automatic analytical approach for the determination of 12 illicit drugs and nicotine metabolites in wastewater using on-line SPE-UHPLC-MS/MS显示文摘In this study,we developed a novel on-line solid phase extraction(SPE)-ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UHPLC-MS/MS)-based analytical method for simultaneously quantifying 12 illicit drugs and metabolites(methamphetamine,amphetamine,morphine,codeine,6-monoacetylmorphine,benzoylecgonine,3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine,3,4-methylenedioxyamphetamine,cocaine,ketamine,norketamine,and methcathinone)and cotinine(COT)in wastewater samples.The analysis was performed by loading 2 m L of the sample onto an Oasis hydrophilic-lipophilic balance cartridge and using a cleanup step(5%methanol)to eliminate interference with a total run time of 13 min.The isotope-labeled internal standard method was used to quantify the target substances and correct for unavoidable losses and matrix effects during the on-line SPE process.Typical analytical characteristics used for method validation were sensitivity,linearity,precision,repeatability,recovery,and matrix effects.The limit of detection(LOD)and limit of quantification(LOQ)of each target were set at 0.20 ng/L and 0.50 ng/L,respectively.The linearity was between 0.5 ng/L and250 ng/L,except for that of COT.The intra-and inter-day precisions were<10.45%and 25.64%,respectively,and the relative recovery ranged from 83.74%to 162.26%.The method was used to analyze various wastewater samples from 33 cities in China,and the results were compared with the experimental results of identical samples analyzed using off-line SPE.The difference rate was between 19.91%and-20.44%,and the error range could be considered acceptable.These findings showed that on-line SPE is a suitable alternative to off-line SPE for the analysis of illicit drugs in samples. | Jingyuan Wang Likai Qia Chenzhi Hou Tingting Zhang Mengyi Chen Haitao Meng Mengxiang Su Hui Xu Zhendong Hua Youmei Wang Bin Di | 2021 | Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2021,11,6: | 5 |

| 4 | Key technologies for the construction of the Xiluodu high arch dam on the Jinsha River in the development of hydropower in western China显示文摘Hydropower development in China is concentrated in the country's western regions.Among all the rivers in China,the lower course of the Jinsha River contains the richest hydro-energy resource,and therefore,4 mammoth hydropower plants are under construction on this particular section of the river at Wudongde,Baihetan,Xiluodu,and Xiangjiaba.The water-blocking structures of the hydropower facilities at Wudongde,Baihetan and Xiluodu are all arch dams of around 300 m high.In view of changes in the geological conditions at the foundation of the Xiluodu dam on the riverbed after excavation started,the designs of expanding foundation surface excavation and dovetailing the dam body and foundation rock on both upstream and downstream sides were introduced,allowing the arch dam and foundation to fit each other and improving the stress conditions of the dam body and foundation.By dividing the dam body into various concrete sections,the dynamic properties of concrete were adequately adjusted to the distribution of stress in the dam body.In addition,the use of the most optimal concrete material and mixture ratio allowed thermodynamics of concrete to satisfy the requirements of the strength,durability,temperature control and crack prevention of the concrete.Moreover,rigorous temperature control measures were introduced to prevent harmful cracking,thus enhancing the integrity of the arch dam.Furthermore,sophisticated construction machinery,scientific testing methods,and sound construction techniques were employed to ensure the uniformity and reliability of concrete placement.The 'Digital Dam' for the Xiluodu project,which is based on the theory of total life cycle,has supplied strong support for construction process control and decision-making. | Lu Youmei Fan Qixiang Zhou Shaowu Li Bingfeng Li Wenwei | 2012 | Engineering Sciences2012,10,2: | 3 |

| 11 | A study of the suppression of the high-temperature helium embrittlement in an oxide-particle dispersion strengthened alloy显示文摘In this paper,an investigation on the micro-structure of an Fe-base oxide-dispersion-strengthened(ODS) alloy irradiated with high-energy 20Ne ions to different doses at a temperature around 0.5Tm(Tm is the melting point of the alloy) is presented.Investigation with the transmission electron microscopy found that the accelerated growth of voids at grain-boundaries,which is usually a concern in conven-tional Fe-base alloys under conditions of inert-gas implantation,was not observed in the ODS alloy irradiated even to the highest dose(12000 at.ppm Ne).The reason is ascribed to the enhanced recom-bination of point defects and strong trapping of Ne atoms at the interfaces of the nano-scale oxide par-ticles in grains.The study showed that ODS alloys have good resistance to the high-temperature in-ter-granular embrittlement due to inert-gas accumulation,exhibiting prominence of application in harsh situations of considerable helium production at elevated temperatures like in a fusion reactor. | ZHANG ChongHong JANG J. | 19 | Geographic Information and Node Selfish-Based Routing Algorithm for Delay Tolerant Networks显示文摘In Delay Tolerant Networks(DTNs), some routing algorithms ignore that most nodes are selfish, i.e.,nodes are willing to use their own resources to forward messages to nodes with whom they have a relationship. In view of this phenomenon, we propose a routing algorithm based on Geographic Information and Node Selfishness(GINS). To choose a forwarding node, GINS combines nodes' willingness to forward and their geographic information to maximize the possibility of contacting the destination. GINS formulates the message forwarding process as a 0-1 Knapsack Problem with Assignment Restrictions to satisfy node demands for selfishness.Extensive simulations were conducted, and results show that GINS can achieve a high delivery ratio and a lower hop count compared with GRONE and LPHU.
