1High power and stable P-doped yolk-shell structured Si@C anode simultaneously enhancing conductivity and Li^(+)diffusion kinetics显示文摘Silicon is a low price and high capacity ancxje material for lithium-ion batteries.The yolk-shell structure can effectively accommodate Si expansion to improve stability.However,the limited rate performance of Si anodes can't meet people's growing demand for high power density.Herein,the phosphorus-doped yolk-shell Si@C materials(P-doped Si@C)were prepared through carbon coating on P-doped Si/SiO_(x)matrix to obtain high power and stable devices.Therefore,the as-prepared P-doped Si@C electrodes delivered a rapid increase in Coulombic efficiency from 74.4%to 99.6%after only 6 cycles,high capacity retention of-95%over 800 cycles at 4 A·g^(-1),and great rate capability(510 mAh·g^(-1)at 35 A·g^(-1)).As a result,P-doped Si@C anodes paired with commercial activated carbon and LiFePO_(4)cathode to assemble lithium-ion capacitor(high power density of〜61,080 W·kg^(-1)at 20 A·g^(-1))and lithium-ion full cell(good rate performance with 68.3 mAh·g^(-1)at 5 C),respectively.This work can provide an effective way tofurther improve power density and stability for energy storage devices.Ming Chen Qinnan Zhou Jiantao Zai Asma Iqbal TsegayeTadesse Tsega Boxu Dong Xuejiao Liu Yuchi Zhang Changyu Yan Liang Zhao Ali Nazakat SharelPeisan E CheeTongJohn Low Xuefeng Qian 2021Nano Research2021,14,4:5
2Evaluation of miR-122-regulated suicide gene therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma in an orthotopic mouse model显示文摘Objective:Intratumoral administration of adenoviral vector encoding herpes simplex virus(HSV)thymidine kinase(TK)gene(Ad-TK)followed by systemic ganciclovir(GCV)is an effective approach in treating experimental hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).However,hepatotoxicity due to unwanted vector spread and suicide gene expression limited the application of this therapy.miR-122 is an abundant,liver-specific microRNA whose expression is decreased in human primary HCC and HCC-derived cell lines.These different expression profiles provide an opportunity to induce tumor-specific gene expression by miR-122 regulation.Methods:By inserting miR-122 target sequences(miR-122T)in the 3'untranslated region(UTR)of TK gene,we constructed adenovirus(Ad)vectors expressing miR-122-regulated TK(Ad-TK-122T)and report genes.After intratumoral administration of Ad vectors into an orthotopic miR-122-deficient HCC mouse model,we observed the miR-122-regulated transgene expression and assessed the antitumor activity and safety of Ad-TK-122T.Results:Insertion of miR-122T specifically down-regulated transgene expression in vitro and selectively protected the miR-122-positive cells from killing by TK/GCV treatment.Insertion of miR-122T led to significant reduction of tansgene expression in the liver without inhibition of its expression in tumors in vivo,resulting in an 11-fold improvement of tumor-specific transgene expression.Intratumoral injection of Ad vectors mediated TK/GCV system led to a vector dosage-dependent regression of tumor.The insertion of miR-122T does not influence the antitumor effects of suicide gene therapy.Whereas mice administrated with Ad-TK showed severe lethal hepatotoxicity at the effective therapeutic dose,no liver damage was found in Ad-TK-122T group.Conclusions:miR-122-regulated TK expression achieved effective anti-tumor effects and increased the safety of intratumoral delivery of adenovirus-mediated TK/GCV gene therapy for miR-122-deficient HCC.Gang Wang Xiaoyan Dong Wenhong Tian Yue Lu Jianyan Hu Yunfan Liu Jie Yuchi Xiaobing Wu 2013Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2013,25,6:5
3Discovery of a series of dimethoxybenzene FGFR inhibitors with 5H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyrazine scaffold: structure–activity relationship, crystal structural characterization and in vivo study显示文摘Genomic alterations are commonly found in the signaling pathways of fibroblast growth factor receptors(FGFRs). Although there is no selective FGFR inhibitors in market, several promising inhibitors have been investigated in clinical trials, and showed encouraging efficacies in patients. By designing a hybrid between the FGFR-selectivity-enhancing motif dimethoxybenzene group and our previously identified novel scaffold, we discovered a new series of potent FGFR inhibitors, with the best one showing sub-nanomolar enzymatic activity. After several round of optimization and with the solved crystal structure, detailed structure–activity relationship was elaborated. 4Hierarchical Code Assignment Algorithm and StateBased CDMA Protocol for UWSN显示文摘The characteristics of underwater acoustic channel such as long propagation delay and low bit rate cause the MAC(Medium Access Control) protocols designed for radio channels to be either inapplicable,or have low efficiency for UWSN(Underwater Sensor Network).We propose a hierarchical and distributed code assignment algorithm based on divisive probability function which can avoid conflict between spread codes with high probability,and provide a statebased MAC protocol for UWSN.Without RTS/CTS(Request To Send/Clear To Send) handshaking,each node maintains a neighbor table including state field,and packages are forwarded according to the state of the receiver,so it can avoid the interference caused by transmitting to a sending node in a half-duplex system and improve channel utilization.The design of power control minimizes the nearfar effect inherent in CDMA.Simulation results reveal that state-based CDMA protocol shows outstanding performance in throughput,delivery ratio and resource-consumption.DU Xiujuan PENG Chunyan LIU Xiuxiu LIU Yuchi 2015China Communications2015,12,3:2

6Synergistic modulation of Li nucleation/growth enabled by CNTswrapped lithiophilic CoP/Co_(2)P decorated hollow carbon polyhedron host for stable lithium metal anodes显示文摘Infinite volume expansion and uncontrolled lithium dendrite growth are the main bottlenecks that greatly hinder the commercial application of lithium metal anodes.Herein,derived from zeolitic imidazolate framework(ZIF)-67,carbon nanotubes(CNTs)-wrapped and CoP/Co_(2)P uniformly distributed nitrogen-doped hollow porous polyhedron carbon(CNT-CoP@NC)is elaborately designed as lithium metal host.A hybrid of N-doping and metallic phosphides modifications improves the lithiophilicity and reduces the nucleation barrier,consequently leading to homogeneous nucleation and smooth deposition of metallic lithium,thus suppresses the growth of Li dendrites.Meanwhile,self-generated CNTs arrays efficiently reduce the local current density.Moreover,the reduced lithium is preferentially deposited into the hollow structure of CNT-CoP@NC and then filled the voids among the CNT-CoP@NC particles.This all-pervasive Li plating design can not only alleviate the volume effect,but also maximize the anode space utilization.Benefiting from these synergistic modulations,even with an ultra-thin(7.2μm)anode layer of CNT-CoP@NC host,a high Coulombic efficiency for more than 400 cycles and an extended lifespan of 1,700 h under 1 mA·cm^(−2)can be achieved.When paired with a competitive high mass loading(17.1 mg·cm^(−2))LiFePO4 cathode,a superb cycling stability(126.7 mAh·g^(−1)over 550 cycles)is recorded at 1 C.Zhicui Song Yuchi Liu Zihao Wang Jianxiong Xing Chaohui Wei Wei Zou Aijun Zhou Jingze Li 2023Nano Research2023,16,4:1

8New interpretation on the provenance changes of the upper Pinghu–lower Huagang Formation within Xihu Depression,East China Sea Shelf Basin显示文摘Both Pinghu and Huagang formations are important hydrocarbon reservoirs of the Xihu Depression in the East China Sea Shelf Basin.Clarifying the source suppliers and restoring source-to-sink transport routes are of great significance to the future petroleum and gas undertakings.Previous researchers were largely confined by either limitation of geological records,highly dependence on a singular method or low-precision dating techniques.Our study integrated heavy mineral assemblages,geochemical analyses and detrital zircon U-Pb dating to reconstruct multiple source-to-sink pathways,and to provide a better understanding on the provenance evolution for the upper Pinghu–lower Huagang depositions of the Xihu Depression.At least three major provenances have been confirmed and systematically investigated for their separate compositional features.The Hupijiao Uplift(or even farther northern area)was dominated by a major Paleoproterozoic population peaked at ca.1830 Ma along with minor Mesozoic clusters.The Haijiao Uplift to the west and the Yushan Low Uplift to the southwest,on the other hand,generate opposite U-Pb age spectra with apparently larger peaks of Indosinian and Yanshanian-aged zircons.To be noted,both Indosinian and Paleoproterozoic peaks are almost identical in proportion for the Haijiao Uplift.The overall sedimentary pattern of late Eocene-early Oligocene was featured by both spatial and temporal distinction.The Hupijiao Uplift was likely to cast limited impact during the late Eocene,whereas the broad southern Xihu Depression was transported by a large abundance of materials from the nearby Haijiao and Yushan Low Uplifts.The northern source substantially extended its influence to the farther south during the early Oligocene by delivering plentiful sediments of higher-degree metamorphic parent rocks.Combined with the proximal western and southwestern suppliers,the overall Xihu Depression was under control from both distant and local provenances.Jinshui Liu Shuai Li Kaifei Liao Yuchi Cui Lei Shao Peijun Qiao Yi Lu Yuanli Hou Thian Lai Goh Yongjian Yao 2023Acta Oceanologica Sinica2023,42,3:1

12Study on the adaptability of block-rock embankment in permafrost regions显示文摘As an effective solution for protecting the underlying permafrost and preventing roadway damages, the block-rock embankment(BRE) has been widely used on the Qinghai–Tibet Railway, Qinghai–Tibet Highway, and Ching–Hong Road;and it will be promoted for other roadways in the future. To evaluate the adaptability of BRE, the catastrophe-progression method was adopted for the evaluation. By analyzing the factors affecting the stability of BRE and utilizing engineering experience, we were able to establish the mathematical model and divide the adaptability of BRE into five grades. After the verifying analysis of 28 practical engineering examples, the evaluation results are broadly in line with practical application effects. 16Effect of Surface Texture on Tensile Shear Strength of 1060Al-PET Welding Joints显示文摘Joining metal to plastic can lighten weight of products to reduce energy consumption.However,it is difficult to achieve high-strength welding between metal and plastic.To address this problem,the methods of surface texture pretreatment and laser irradiation welding was proposed to achieve the high-strength connection of metal and plastic.In this study,with different parameters of laser power and texture morphology,1060 Al with surface texture treatment was joined to polyethylene terephthalate(PET)by laser irradiation welding from metal side.Study showed that as the laser power increased,the tensile shear strength of joints increased first,and decreased thereafter.Tensile shear tests demonstrated that the mechanical force of joint was strengthened contributed to mechanical anchorage formed by surface texture.The depth-width ratio of the texture grooves affected the tensile shear process of the joint.According to the result of temperature simulation,the existence of texture grooves reduced the heat transfer efficiency,and the heat dissipation at interface was also impeded in course of laser welding.Finally,the maximum tensile strength of 1060Al-PET joint reached 48.4 MPa,which was close to the strength of PET matrix.The bonding mechanism of the 1060Al-PET joints was composed of mechanical bonding and chemical bonding.This study proposes an effective method to join metal to plastic which achieved high-strength connection between metal and plastic.Jia Liu Yuchi Dai Yan Shi Wenfu Cui Tao Jiang 2021Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2021,34,5:1

19Discovery of Novel Anthranilic Diamide Derivatives Bearing Sulfoximine Group as Potent Insecticide Candidates显示文摘The fall armyworm,Spodoptera frugiperda(S.frugiperda),represents the most resistant insect species and poses serious threat to grain yield.Chlorantraniliprole(CHL),which targets the ryanodine receptors(RyRs)in insects,has demonstrated the efficacy in controlling S.frugiperda.Nevertheless,this has led to emerging resistance in several countries.To counter this resistance,a viable approach involves the development of novel compounds that bind against RyRs via distinct binding sites or modes.In this study,a series of 22 novel anthranilic diamide derivatives was designed and synthesized,and their insecticidal activities were evaluated.Most of these derivatives showed moderate to good insecticidal activity against S.frugiperda and Mythimna separata.Time-lapse fluorescence measurements of endoplasmic reticulum luminal calcium revealed that most derivatives elicited cellular responses similar as CHL when assessed on HEK293 cells expressing S.frugiperda ryanodine receptors(SfRyRs).The mode of action of compound 13a was studied and verified on the isolated neurons by calcium imaging technique.Finally,molecular docking analysis was employed to predict the binding mechanism of compound 13a against SfRyRs.Overall,these novel diamide derivatives hold promise as a valuable resource for guiding the future design of insecticidal compounds targeting RyRs.ZHANG Hongyuan PENG Jinmin ZHONG Yuanhan CHEN Yue WANG Qing Haditullah HADIATULLAH XIE Weibin XIONG Lixia YUCHI Zhiguang LIU Jingbo LI Yuxin 2024Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2024,40,1:0
20Wind resistance aerial path planning for efficient reconstruction of offshore ship显示文摘When the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)is applied to three-dimensional(3D)reconstruction of the offshore ship,it faces two problems:the battery capacity limitation of the UAV and the disturbance of the wind in the environment.Wind disturbance is generally not considered in the path planning process of the existing UAV 3D reconstruction path planning research.Therefore,the planned path is only suitable for no-wind or light-wind scenarios.For the 3D reconstruction of ship targets,we propose a UAV path planning method that can satisfy both reconstruction efficiency and wind disturbance resistance requirements.Firstly,the concept of model surface complexity is proposed to generate a more efficient candidate view set.Secondly,the Min–Max strategy and a new viewpoint construction method are used to generate the initial path.Thirdly,combined with the wind field model,a method for generating a stable path against wind disturbance based on the idea of interval optimization is proposed.Experimental results demonstrate that our method can adaptively determine the number of sample points and viewpoints according to ship’s geometric characteristics and further reduce the number of viewpoints without significantly affecting the reconstruction quality;the path planned by our method is also stable against wind disturbance.Tao Liu Ruiqi Shen Zhengling Lei Yuchi Huo Jiansen Zhao Xiaogang Xu 2022International Journal of Digital Earth2022,15,1:0
