1Phyllotaxis-inspired nanosieves with multiplexed orbital angular momentum显示文摘Nanophotonic platforms such as metasurfaces,achieving arbitrary phase profiles within ultrathin thickness,emerge as miniaturized,ultracompact and kaleidoscopic optical vortex generators.However,it is often required to segment or interleave independent sub-array metasurfaces to multiplex optical vortices in a single nano-device,which in turn affects the device’s compactness and channel capacity.Here,inspired by phyllotaxis patterns in pine cones and sunflowers,we theoretically prove and experimentally report that multiple optical vortices can be produced in a single compact phyllotaxis nanosieve,both in free space and on a chip,where one meta-atom may contribute to many vortices simultaneously.The time-resolved dynamics of on-chip interference wavefronts between multiple plasmonic vortices was revealed by ultrafast time-resolved photoemission electron microscopy.Our nature-inspired optical vortex generator would facilitate various vortex-related optical applications,including structured wavefront shaping,free-space and plasmonic vortices,and high-capacity information metaphotonics.Zhongwei Jin David Janoschka Junhong Deng Lin Ge Pascal Dreher Bettina Frank Guangwei Hu Jincheng Ni Yuanjie Yang Jing Li Changyuan Yu Dangyuan Lei Guixin Li Shumin Xiao Shengtao Mei Harald Giessen Frank Meyer zu Heringdorf Cheng-Wei Qiu 2021eLight2021,1,1:3
2Laser powder bed fusion additive manufacturing of NiTi shape memory alloys: a review显示文摘NiTi alloys have drawn significant attentions in biomedical and aerospace fields due to their unique shape memory effect(SME),superelasticity(SE),damping characteristics,high corrosion resistance,and good biocompatibility.Because of the unsatisfying processabilities and manufacturing requirements of complex NiTi components,additive manufacturing technology,especially laser powder bed fusion(LPBF),is appropriate for fabricating NiTi products.This paper comprehensively summarizes recent research on the NiTi alloys fabricated by LPBF,including printability,microstructural characteristics,phase transformation behaviors,lattice structures,and applications.Process parameters and microstructural features mainly influence the printability of LPBF-processed NiTi alloys.The phase transformation behaviors between austenite and martensite phases,phase transformation temperatures,and an overview of the influencing factors are summarized in this paper.This paper provides a comprehensive review of the mechanical properties with unique strain-stress responses,which comprise tensile mechanical properties,thermomechanical properties(e.g.critical stress to induce martensitic transformation,thermo-recoverable strain,and SE strain),damping properties and hardness.Moreover,several common structures(e.g.a negative Poisson’s ratio structure and a diamond-like structure)are considered,and the corresponding studies are summarized.It illustrates the various fields of application,including biological scaffolds,shock absorbers,and driving devices.In the end,the paper concludes with the main achievements from the recent studies and puts forward the limitations and development tendencies in the future.Shuaishuai Wei Jinliang Zhang Lei Zhang Yuanjie Zhang Bo Song Xiaobo Wang Junxiang Fan Qi Liu Yusheng Shi 2023International Journal of Extreme Manufacturing2023,5,3:1
3Mechanical Response of Triply Periodic Minimal Surface Structures Manufactured by Selective Laser Melting with Composite Materials显示文摘It is of significance but remains a pivotal challenge to simultaneously enhance the strength and lightweight levels of porous structures.We provide an innovative strategy to improve the strength of porous structures with unchanged lightweight levels by applied composite materials.Selective laser melting(SLM)is convenient for integral forming of materials and structures.Hence,in this study,the research about the mechanical response of triply periodic minimal surfaces(TPMS)porous structures with 316 L and composites fabricated by SLM was conducted.The compression test and finite element method(FEM)were used to characterize mechanical properties.The composite structures exhibit enhanced elastic modulus,yield strength,unvaried lightweight level and refined grain microstructure,which are difficult to realize for porous structures made by pure 316 L materials.The elastic modulus,yield strength,plateau stress and energy absorption of composites were 3187.50,67.73,15.24 and 17.09 MJ/m^(3),respectively.Shuaishuai Wei Bo Song Yuanjie Zhang Lei Zhang Yusheng Shi 2022Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2022,35,3:1

5In situ SR-CT Experimental Study on the Directional Sintering of High-Temperature Superconductor YBCO Materials in the Microwave Fields显示文摘YBa_(2)Cu_(3)O_(7-x)(YBCO)is a kind of high-temperature superconducting material that has important application in information,energy,medical treatment,etc.,and the superconducting properties of YBCO are closely related to its internal microstructure.In this study,the microwave heating method was adopted to prepare the YBCO materials.The internal 3 D online evolution observation based on the synchrotron radiation computed tomography technology shows that there was directional grain growth phenomenon of YBCO during microwave sintering process.In local regions with special microstructure,these particles grew to the same point.Here,the theoretical models of single and multiple particles in the microwave electromagnetic fields were established.Based on these theoretical models and finite element analysis,it shows that the YBCO particles can modulate the distribution of electromagnetic fields,resulting in the significantly higher electric field intensity at the particle junctions than other regions.Moreover,there were very high electric field intensity and temperature gradients in the directions of particle growth.These factors were crucial in directional sintering.These results will provide theoretical basis and technical guidance for the controllable preparation and performance optimization of the internal microstructure of superconducting materials in the preparation process.Liangyuan Wang Lei Shen Yongcun Li Yuanjie Wang Yu Xiao Xingyi Zhang Feng Xu Xiaofang Hu 2022Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2022,35,1:0
62-22 Elastic Scattering Studies of Light Proton-rich显示文摘The elastic scattering is an important probe to study the properties of a nucleus. An accurate measurement ofthe elastic scattering differential cross section is very important to determine the optical potential parameters andthe so-called one quarter angle (q1=4). Also, the optical potential parameters of stable nuclei and unstable nucleiare found to be different. 8B, the binding energy of the last proton is only 0.137 MeV, is a well-known protonhalonucleus even there are still some arguments. Many investigations have been done for 8B by measuring thetotal reaction cross sections, breakup cross section and inelastic scattering differential cross section. However, theexperimental data of elastic scattering of 8B and other light proton-rich nuclei on heavy target are few. 8Electrochemical Corrosion Behavior and Mechanical Response of Selective Laser Melted Porous Metallic Biomaterials显示文摘The porous metallic biomaterials have attracted significant attention for implants because their lower young's modulus matches the human bones, which can eliminate the stress shielding effect and facilitate the growth of bone tissue cells. The porous metallic biomaterials fabricated by selective laser melting (SLM) have broad prospects, but the surface of the SLM-built porous structure has been severely adhered with unmelted powders, which affects the forming accuracy and surface quality. The porous metallic biomaterials face the corrosion problem of complex body fluid environments during service, so their corrosion resistance in the human body is extremely important. The surface quality will affect the corrosion resistance of the porous metallic biomaterials. Therefore, it is necessary to study the effect of post-treatment on the corrosion resistance of SLMed samples. In this work, the mechanical response and the electrochemical corrosion behavior in simulated body fluid of diamond and pentamode metamaterials Ti-6Al-4V alloy fabricated by SLM before and after sandblasting were studied.
