1Chinese Stroke Association guidelines for clinical management of cerebrovascular disorders: executive summary and 2019 update of clinical management of ischaemic cerebrovascular diseases显示文摘Aim Stroke is the leading cause of disability and death in China.Ischaemic stroke accounts for about 60%-80%of all strokes.It is of considerable significance to carry out multidimensional management of ischaemic cerebrovascular diseases.This evidence-based guideline aims to provide the latest detailed and comprehensive recommendations on the diagnosis,treatment and secondary prevention of ischaemic cerebrovascular diseases.Methods We had performed comprehensive searches of MEDLINE(via PubMed)(before 30 June 2019),and integrated the relevant information into charts and distributed to the writing group.Writing group members discussed and determined the recommendations through teleconference.We used the level of evidence grading algorithm of Chinese Stroke Association to grade each recommendation.The draft was reviewed by the Guideline Writing Committee of Chinese Stroke Association Stroke and finalised.This guideline is fully updated every 3 years.results This evidence-based guideline is based on the treatment,care and prevention of ischaemic cerebrovascular diseases,which emphasises on pathogenesis evaluation,intravenous thrombolysis,endovascular therapy,antiplatelet therapy,prevention and treatment of complications,and risk factor management.Conclusions This updated guideline presents a framework for the management of ischaemic cerebrovascular diseases.Timely first-aid measures,professional care in the acute stage,and proactive secondary prevention will be helpful to patients.Liping Liu Weiqi Chen Hongyu Zhou Wanying Duan Shujuan Li Xiaochuan Huo Weihai Xu Li'an Huang Huaguang Zheng Jingyi Liu Hui Liu Yufei Wei Jie Xu Yongjun Wang 2020Stroke & Vascular Neurology2020,5,2:42

3Schisandra sphenanthera extract(Wuzhi Tablet)protects against chronic-binge and acute alcohol-induced liver injury by regulating the NRF2-ARE pathway in mice显示文摘Alcohol abuse leads to alcoholic liver disease and no effective therapy is currently available.Wuzhi Tablet(WZ), a preparation of extract from Schisandra sphenanthera that is a traditional hepatoprotective herb, exerted a significant protective effect against acetaminophen-induced liver injury in our recent studies, but whether WZ can alleviate alcohol-induced toxicity remains unclear. This study aimed to investigate the contribution of WZ to alcohol-induced liver injury by using chronic-binge and acute models of alcohol feeding. The activities of ALT and AST in serum were assessed as well as the level of GSH and the activity of SOD in the liver. The expression of CYP2E1 and proteins in the NRF2-ARE signaling pathway including NRF2, GCLC, GCLM, HO-1 were measured, and the effect of WZ on NRF2 transcriptional activity was determined. We found that both models resulted in liver steatosis accompanied by increased transaminase activities, but that liver injury was significantly attenuated by WZ. WZ administration also inhibited CYP2E1 expression induced by alcohol, and elevated the level of GSH and the activity of SOD in the liver. Moreover, the NRF2-ARE signaling pathway was activated by WZ andthe target genes were all upregulated. Furthermore, WZ significantly activated NRF2 transcriptional activity. 6Adaptive sliding mode backstepping control for near space vehicles considering engine faults显示文摘A fault tolerant control methodology based adaptive sliding mode(ASM) backstepping is proposed for near space vehicle(NSV) attitude control system under engine faults. The proposed scheme combined adaptive backstepping with the sliding mode control strategy could guarantee the system's stability and track desired signals under external disturbances and engine faults. Firstly, attitude mode description and the engine faulty model are given. Secondly, a nominal control law is designed.Thirdly, a sliding mode observer is given later in order to estimate both the information of engine faults and external disturbances. An adaptive sliding mode technology based on the previous nominal control law is developed via updating faulty parameters. 7Tuning the selectivity of photoreduction of CO2 to syngas over Pd/layered double hydroxide nanosheets under visible light up to 600 nm显示文摘Photocatalytic reduction of CO2 with H2 O to syngas is an effective way for producing high value-added chemical feedstocks such as methanol and light olefins in industry.Nevertheless,the precise control of CO/H2 ratio from photocatalytic CO2 reduction reaction still poses a great challenge for the further application.Herein,we prepared a series of highly efficient heterostructure based on highly dispersed palladium supported on ultrathin Co Al-layered double hydroxide(LDH).In conjunction with a Ru-complex sensitizer,the molar ratios of CO/H2 can be tuned from 1:0.74 to 1:3 under visible-light irradiation(λ>400 nm).More interestingly,the syngas can be obtained under light irradiation atλ>600 nm.Structure characterization and density functional theory calculations revealed that the remarkable catalytic activity can be due to the supported palladium,which improved the charge transfer efficiency.Meanwhile,more H atoms were used to generate H2 on the supported palladium for further tunable CO/H2 ratio.This work demonstrates a new strategy for harnessing abundant solar-energy to produce syngas from a CO2 feedstock.Xian Wang Zelin Wang Ya Bai Ling Tan Yanqi Xu Xiaojie Hao Jikang Wang Abdul Hanif Mahadi Yufei Zhao Lirong Zheng Yu-Fei Song 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,7:5
8Remarkable carbon dioxide catalytic capture (CDCC) leading to solid-form carbon material via a new CVD integrated process (CVD-IP): An alternative route for CO_2 sequestration显示文摘Through our newly-developed 'chemical vapor deposition integrated process (CVD-IP)' using carbon dioxide (CO2) as the raw material and only carbon source introduced, CO2 could be catalytically activated and converted to a new solid-form product, i.e., carbon nanotubes (CO2-derived) at a quite high yield (the single-pass carbon yield in the solid-form carbon-product produced from CO2 catalytic capture and conversion was more than 30% at a single-pass carbon-base). For comparison, when only pure carbon dioxide was introduced using the conventional CVD method without integrated process, no solid-form carbon-material product could be formed. In the addition of saturated steam at room temperature in the feed for CVD, there were much more end-opening carbon nano-tubes produced, at a slightly higher carbon yield. 9Niacin alters the ruminal microbial composition of cattle under high-concentrate condition显示文摘To understand the effects of niacin on the ruminal microbial ecology of cattle under high-concentrate diet condition, Illumina MiSeq sequencing technology was used. Three cattle with rumen cannula were used in a 3 x 3 Latin-square design trial. Three diets were fed to these cattle during 3 periods for 3 days, respectively: high-forage diet(HF; forage-to-concentrate ratio = 80:20), high-concentrate diet(HC;forage-to-concentrate ratio=20:80), and HC supplemented with 800 mg/kg niacin(HCN). Ruminal pH was measured before feeding and every 2 h after initiating feeding. Ruminal fluid was sampled at the end of each period for microbial DNA extraction. Overall, our findings revealed that subacute ruminal acidosis(SARA) was induced and the a-diversity of ruminal bacterial community decreased in the cattle of HC group. Adding niacin in HC could relieve the symptoms of SARA in the cattle but the ruminal pH value and the Shannon index of ruminal bacterial community of HCN group were still lower than those of HF group. Whatever the diet was, the ruminal bacterial community of cattle was dominated by Bacteroidetes,Firmicutes and Proteobacteria. High-concentrate diet significantly increased the abundance of Prevotella,and decreased the abundance of Paraprevotella, Sporobacter, Ruminococcus and Treponema than HF.Compared with HC, HCN had a trend to decrease the percentage of Prevotella, and to increase the abundance of Succiniclasticum, Acetivibrio and Treponema. Increasing concentrate ratio could decrease ruminal pH value, and change the ruminal microbial composition. 12Slightly ruthenium doping enables better alloy nanoparticle exsolution of perovskite anode for high-performance direct-ammonia solid oxide fuel cells显示文摘Fuel flexibility is one of the most distinguished advantages of solid oxide fuel cells(SOFCs)over other low-temperature fuel cells.Furthermore,the combination of ammonia fuel and SOFCs technology should be a promising clean energy system after considering the high energy density,easy transportation/storage,matured synthesis technology and carbon-free nature of NH_(3) as well as high efficiency of SOFCs.However,the large-scale applications of direct-ammonia SOFCs(DASOFCs)are strongly limited by the inferior anti-sintering capability and catalytic activity for ammonia decomposition reaction of conventional nickel-based cermet anode.Herein,a slightly ruthenium(Ru)doping in perovskite oxides is proposed to promote the alloy nanoparticle exsolution,enabling better DA-SOFCs with enhanced power outputs and operational stability.After treating Ru-doped Pr_(0.6)Sr_(0.4)Co_(0.2)Fe_(0.75)Ru_(0.05)O_(3-δ) single-phase perovskite in a reducing atmosphere,in addition to the formation of two layered Ruddlesden-Popper perovskites and Pr_(2)O_(3) nanoparticles(the same as the Ru-free counterpart,Pr_(0.6)Sr_(0.4)Co_(0.2)Fe_(0.8)O_(3-δ)),the exsolution of CoFeRu-based alloy nanoparticles is remarkably promoted.Such reduced Pr_(0.6)Sr0.4Co_(0.2)Fe_(0.75)Ru_(0.05)O_(3-δ) composite anode shows superior catalytic activity and stability for NH_(3) decomposition reaction as well as anti-sintering capability in DA-SOFCs to those of reduced Pr0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O_(3-δ)due to the facilitated nanoparticle exsolution and stronger nanoparticle/substrate interaction.This work provides a facile and effective strategy to design highly active and durable anodes for DA-SOFCs,promoting large-scale applications of this technology.Xiandong Xiong Jian Yu Xiaojian Huang Dan Zou Yufei Song Meigui Xu Ran Ran Wei Wang Wei Zhou Zongping Shao 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,30:3
13Effectiveness of moxibustion alone on lumbar disc herniation:a Meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the available evidence from randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of moxibustion alone for lumbar disc herniation(LDH)treatment.METHODS:A systematic search of 10 databases(until August 30,2021)was used to identify studies that reported the response rate,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA)score,and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)score.Study selection and data extraction were independently performed by two reviewers.Cochrane criteria for risk of bias were used to assess the methodological quality of the trials.The Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development,and Evaluation Methodology(GRADE)were also used to test the quality of the result evidence.RESULTS:Nineteen RCTs,including 1888 patients,met the inclusion criteria.Five studies showed no difference between moxibustion and acupuncture on response rate[risk ratio(RR)=1.07,95%CI(0.98,1.16),P=0.11].Meanwhile,six studies suggested that there is no significant difference between moxibustion and acupuncture on VAS score[mean difference(MD)=-0.43,95%CI(-0.91,0.05),P=0.08].Eight studies implied that there is no significant difference between moxibustion and acupuncture on JOA score[MD=0.84,95%CI(-1.27,2.96),P=0.44].Two studies indicated that moxibustion may have equivalent effects for treating LDH in the VAS score in comparison with drug therapy[MD=-1.16,95%CI(-2.63,0.31),P=0.12].The evidence level of results was determined to be very low to low.CONCLUSIONS:Based on the existing evidence,moxibustion may not be suitable for treating LDH alone,but it may be applied as an adjuvant treatment.Furthermore,well-designed RCTs with high quality and larger samples are still needed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of moxibustion alone for LDH treatment.YAO Yao ZHAO Zhenni CHEN Fengqin LENG Yufei PANG Xiangtian XU Xiao SUN Zhiling 2023Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,1:3

16Comparison of inorganic chemical compositions of atmospheric TSP,PM10 and PM2.5 in northern and southern Chinese coastal cities显示文摘To compare the inorganic chemical compositions of TSP(total suspended paniculate),PM_(10)(particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter less than 10 μm) and PM_(2.5)(particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter less than 2.5 μm) in southern and northern cities in China,atmospheric particles were synchronously collected in Dalian(the northern city)and Xiamen(the southern city) in spring and autumn of 2004.The mass concentrations,twenty-three elements and nine soluble ions were assessed.The results show that in Dalian,the mass concentrations of Mg,Al,Ca,Mn and Fe in spring were 4.0-10.1,2.6-8.0,4.1-12,1.2-3.6 and 2.9-7.9 times higher,respectively,than those in Xiamen.The dust storm influence is more obvious in Dalian in spring.However,in Xiamen,heavy metals accounted for 13.9%-17.9%of TSP,while heavy metals contributed to 5.5%-9.3%of TSP in Dalian.These concentrations suggest that heavy metal pollution in Xiamen was more serious.In addition,the concentrations of Na^+,Cl^-,Ca^(2+) and Mg^(2+) were higher in Dalian due to the influence of marine aerosol,construction activities and soil dust.The NO^(3-)/SO_4^(2-) ratios in Dalian(0.25-0.49) were lower than those in Xiamen(0.51-0.62),indicating that the contributions of vehicle emission to particles in Xiamen were higher.Coefficient of divergence values was higher than 0.40,implying that the inorganic chemical composition profiles for the particles of Dalian and Xiamen were quite different from each other.Yiding Ma Zongshuang Wang Yufei Tan Shu Xu Shaofei Kong Gang Wu Xuefang Wu Hong Li 2017Journal of Environmental Sciences2017,29,5:2

20Constant temperature control of tundish induction heating power supply for metallurgical manufacturing显示文摘The tundish induction heating power supply(TIHPS)is one of the most important equipment in the continuous casting process for metallurgical manufacturing.Specially,the constant temperature control is greatly significant for metallurgical manufacturing.In terms of the relationship between TIH load temperature and output power of TIHPS,the constant temperature control can be realized by power control.In this paper,a TIHPS structure with three-phase PWM rectifiers and full-bridge cascaded inverter is proposed.Besides,an input harmonic current blocking strategy and a load voltage feedforward control are also proposed to realize constant temperature control.To meet the requirement of the system,controller parameters are designed properly.Experiments are con?ducted to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed TIHPS topology and the control methods.Yufei YUE Qianming XU Peng GUO An LUO 2019Frontiers in Energy2019,13,1:2
