| 1 | Structural changes of gut microbiota in Parkinson's disease and its correlation with clinical features显示文摘The aim of this study was to compare the structure of gut microbiota in Parkinson's disease(PD) patients and healthy controls;and to explore correlations between gut microbiota and PD clinical features. We analyzed fecal bacterial composition of 24 PD patients and 14 healthy volunteers by using 16 S rRNA sequencing. There were significant differences between PD and healthy controls, as well as among different PD stages. The putative cellulose degrading bacteria from the genera Blautia(P=0.018),Faecalibacterium(P=0.048) and Ruminococcus(P=0.019) were significantly decreased in PD compared to healthy controls.The putative pathobionts from the genera Escherichia-Shigella(P=0.038), Streptococcus(P=0.01), Proteus(P=0.022), and Enterococcus(P=0.006) were significantly increased in PD subjects. Correlation analysis indicated that disease severity and PD duration negatively correlated with the putative cellulose degraders, and positively correlated with the putative pathobionts. The results suggest that structural changes of gut microbiota in PD are characterized by the decreases of putative cellulose degraders and the increases of putative pathobionts, which may potentially reduce the production of short chain fatty acids, and produce more endotoxins and neurotoxins; and these changes is potentially associated with the development of PD pathology. | Wei Li Xiaoli Wu Xu Hu Tao Wang Shan Liang Yunfeng Duan Feng Jin Bin Qin | 2017 | Science China(Life Sciences)2017，60，11： | 26 |
| 2 | Surface magnetization of siderite mineral显示文摘Surface self-magnetization of siderite is achieved by generating ferromagnetic substance on the surface of siderite by adjusting slurry temperature,pH value,stirring rate and reaction time.No addition of any iron-containing reagent is required.The temperature of 60 ℃,NaOH concentration of 0.10 mol/L;stirring rate of 900 r/min and the reaction time of 10 min are the optimal conditions.The results show that the siderite recovery in magnetic separation increased from 26.9% to 88.8% after surface magnetization.Magnetization kinetic equation is expressed as 1 [1(e0.269)]1/3 = Kt.Activation energy for the magnetization reaction is 4.30 kJ/mol.VSM,SEM and XPS were used to characterize the siderite,and results show that the saturated magnetization(rs) of siderite increased from 0.652 to 2.569Am2 /kg,the magnetic hysteresis was detected with a coercive force of 0.976 A/m after magnetization;Fe2P3/2 electron binding energy changed which reflects the valence alteration in iron on the surface and the formation of ferromagnetic Fe3O4. | Wu Xiqing Xu Pengyun Duan Yunfeng Hu Cong Li Guoping | 2012 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2012，22，6： | 5 |

| 4 | Low-bandgap conjugated polymers based on benzodipyrrolidone with reliable unipolar electron mobility exceeding 1 cm^(2) V^(-1)s^(-1)显示文摘The employment of an intrinsic quinoidal building block,benzodipyrrolidone(BDP),on constructing conjugated polymers(PBDP-2F and PBDP-2CN)with high electron mobility and unipolar transport characteristic in polyethylenimine ethoxylated(PEIE)modified organic field-effect transistors(OFETs)is reported.The intrinsic quinoidal characteristic and excellent coplanarity of BDP can lower the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital(LUMO)levels and improve ordered interchain packing of the resulting polymers in solid states,which are favorable for electron-injection and transport.By using PEIE as the interlayer to block the hole injection,unipolar n-type transport characteristics with high electron mobility of 0.58 and 1.01 cm^(2) V^(-1)s^(-1)were achieved by the OFETs based on PBDP-2F and PBDP-2CN,respectively.More importantly,the extracted mobilities are highly reliable with the reliability factor of above 80%.To the best of our knowledge,PBDP-2CN is the very first quinoid-based conjugated polymer with reliable electron mobility exceeding 1 cm^(2) V^(-1)s^(-1).This work represents a significant step in exploring intrinsic quinoidal CPs for application in n-channel OFETs and logic complementary circuits. | Mingqun Yang Tian Du Xuxia Zhao Xuelong Huang Langheng Pan Shuting Pang Haoran Tang Zhongxiang Peng Long Ye Yunfeng Deng Mingliang Sun Chunhui Duan Fei Huang Yong Cao | 2021 | Science China Chemistry2021，64，7： | 1 |
