| 2 | Perovskite LaFeO_3 supported bi-metal catalyst for syngas methanation显示文摘LaFeO3 perovskite supported Ni and Ni-Fe catalysts were prepared and applied to methanation reaction of syngas.Two preparation methods were employed.One was one-step citrate complexing method,and the other was a two step method using citrate complexing method to produce LaFeO3 and followed by loading nickel oxide on it with impregnation.The structure evolution of the sample as prepared was investigated by XRD,TPR and TEM techniques.For the former,the chemical composites of the calcined sample are NiO-Fe2O3/LaFe1-xNix O3.After reduction and reaction of CO methanation,its composites convert to Fe-Ni@Ni/LaFeO3-La2O2CO3,in which Fe-Ni@Ni is metal particles in nano-size composed of nickel core and Fe-Ni alloy shell.For the latter,the chemical composites of the calcined sample are NiO/LaFeO3; and after reduction and reaction of CO methanation,its chemical composites change to Ni/LaFeO3.Ni/LaFeO3 catalyst is a little more active, while Fe-Ni@Ni/LaFeO3-La2O2CO3 is much more stable and shows very good resistance to carbon deposition.In this work it is aimed to show that the structure and composites of the catalysts can be tailored using perovskite-type oxide as precursor prepared with different methods and conditions.Therefore,it is a promising route to prepare supported bi-metal catalysts in nano-size for a lot of metals with desired catalytic performances. | Hong Wang Yuzhen Fang Yuan Liu Xue Bai | 2012 | Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2012,21,6: | 5 |

| 4 | 奥曲肽持续皮下泵入治疗恶性肠梗阻的临床观察(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of the study was to observe the effectiveness of continuously subcutaneous-pumped octreotide infusion in palliative treatment of malignant bowel obstruction (MBO).Methods: Clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in 26 carcinoma patients complicated with MBO,in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,China,from March 2007 to April 2009.All 26 carcinoma patients with MBO were divided into two groups: the controlling group (CG,routine therapy,15 patients) and the octreotide group (OG,11 patients).The octreotide group received routine therapy combined with octreotide (0.3 mg/d) by 24 hours continuously subcutaneous octreotide infusion.The changes of curative effectiveness related to symptoms,the times of recovering exsufflation and defecation,the average drain of gastrointestinal drainage tube,the duration of gastrointestinal drainage tube and the rate of extubation,were observed and compared between the two groups.Results: After treatment,remarkable changing rates of MBO related symptoms were 81.8% (9/11) in OG,and 46.7% (7/15) in CG (P < 0.05).The 78% of SG and 30% of CG recovered the exsufflation and defecation,and the mean times they needed were 3.2 d and 5.8 d,respectively (P < 0.05).The durations of gastrointestinal drainage tube of OG and CG were (5 ± 1.2) d and (10 ± 2.3) d,respectively,and the rates of extubation were 54.5% and 20%,respectively.The improvement rate in the octreotide group was better than that in the controlling group and the difference was significant (72.7% and 26.7%,P < 0.05).Conclusion: The administration of octreotide in combination with routine treatment can be very effective in the treatment of MBO.It can relieve the symptoms of MBO effectively and improve the quality of life of the end-stage patients.It has provided one kind of new treating thought and method for treatment of malignant bowel obstruction. | Dongfeng Yin Yin Zhu Yuqing Xing Hong Gao Yuzhen Pan Lin Pan Guangyi Tang Xiangrong Xing Lijiang Zhou | 2011 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2011,10,1: | 2 |
| 5 | UPLC-Q-TOF/MS-based metabolomics reveals modulatory effects of Mesona chinensis Benth polysaccharide in liver injury mice induced by cyclophosphamide显示文摘The main purpose of this study was to investigate the improvement effect of Mesona chinensis Benth polysaccharide(MP)on cyclophosphamide(CTX)induced liver injury in mice.To explore metabolic profile of liver tissue and feces among normal group,CTX-induced group and MP management group based on metabolomics method by using UPLC-Q-TOF/MS.The results showed that MP could alleviate liver injury and promote the production of short chain fatty acids(SCFAs),with the best dose of 200 mg/kg·body weight(bw).The principal component analysis(PCA)and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis(OPLSDA)scores plots of the liver and feces samples showed a clear separation among normal,model and highdose of MP(MPH).There were 18 endogenous metabolites in liver and 29 endogenous metabolites in feces,which were mainly involved in 8 metabolic pathways:taurine and hypotaurine metabolism,phenylalanine metabolism,α-linolenic acid metabolism,tricarboxylic acid(TCA)cycle,phenylalanine,tyrosine and tryptophan biosynthesis,arachidonic acid metabolism,sphingolipid metabolism as well as tryptophan metabolism.Moreover,a common metabolite arachidonic acid was observed in liver and feces samples.These endogenous metabolites may be considered to be MP’s response to liver protection.It will help to further understand the mechanism of MP and provide a basis for further research. | Yuzhen Hong Mingyue Shen Qiang Yu Yi Chen Jianhua Xie | 2023 | Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,2: | 2 |
| 6 | Mesona chinensis Benth polysaccharides alleviates liver injury by beneficial regulation of gut microbiota in cyclophosphamide-induced mice显示文摘There are a number of health benefits of Mesona chinensis Benth polysaccharide(MP),but little is known about its hepatoprotective effect and effect on gut microbiota composition in mice with liver damage induced by cyclophosphamide(CTX).This study indicated that MP supplementation effectively inhibited the production of serum aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT),enhanced liver antioxidant capacity and repaired liver damage in mice caused by CTX.The release of inflammatory cytokines in liver and the concentration of lipopolysaccharide(LPS)in serum were decreased,and the level of short chain fatty acids(SCFAs)in colon was increased after MP administration.Those effects may be correlated with the regulation of the gut microbiota.Importantly,MP restrained liver inflammatory responses induced by CTX may via increasing the SCFAs-producing bacteria family Ruminococcaceae and reduced LPS-producing bacteria genus Bacteroides.In short,the prevention of CTX-induced liver injury by supplementing MP is achieved at least in part by regulating the community structure of the gut microbiota,and MP is expected to be a potential prebiotic to treat and prevent liver diseases. | Yuzhen Hong Mingyue Shen Lixin Huang Ting Wu Jianhua Xie | 2022 | Food Science and Human Wellness2022,11,1: | 2 |
