| 1 | Comprehensive reform of community health service in east,middle and west regions of China:from patients’perspective显示文摘Objectives:To analyze the satisfaction of patients with community health service(CHS)and the changes of the CHS delivered before and after the new health reform in different regions of China,and to put forward relevant policy recommendations for CHS development.Methods:Twelve community health centers were selected by random sampling in each of the eight typical cities in the east,middle and west regions of China.Questionnaire survey was conducted among patients visiting these institutions during daily work hours.Results:The proportions of the participants who stated that the medical environment,service attitude and medical skills of the doctors were improved were higher in the west region than those of the east and middle regions;but the percentage of patients who held that the drug price had lowered was higher in the east region than those of the middle and west region,the differences were of statistical significance(P<0.0125).The patients’satisfaction rates with medical environment,service attitude,and technical skills of the medical staff in the west region were 88.9%,91.5%and 81.6%respectively,which were higher than those in the east and middle regions.In the east region,the satisfaction rate with the reimbursement for this visit was 58.5%,which was highest among the three regions;in the west region,patients’satisfaction rates with drug types and preventive care were 51.5%and 65.9%,respectively,which was significantly higher than those in the east and middle regions(P<0.0125).As recommended by the participants,the top three aspects of health services that need to be improved were drug type and quality(25.3%),drug prices(21.8%)and technical skills(18.2%)in the east region;infrastructure(28.2%),drug prices(21.8%)and drug types and quality(21.2%)in the middle region;infrastructure(30.8%),drug types and quality(28.1%)and reimbursement(27.9%)in the west region.Conclusions:The comprehensive CHS reform should take the opinions of patients into account;essential drug system should be consolidated continually;and the reform of the payment system should be promoted by actively cooperating with the health insurance organizations. | JIANGMEI QIN YANCHUN ZHANG LIFANG ZHANG LIQUN LIU WEI ZHOU CAILING LIU LIKUN WANG JING LI | 2013 | Family Medicine and Community Health2013,1,2: | 6 |
| 2 | Efficient photo-assisted Fenton oxidation treatment of multi-walled carbon nanotubes显示文摘In this paper,a new and efficient way to oxidize and functionalize the multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) has been developed by using a combination of ultraviolet (UV) irradiation and Fenton oxida-tion process,namely UV/Fenton oxidation treatment. Comparing with conventionally individual Fenton oxidation treatment of MWNTs,UV/Fenton combined treatment improved the etching rates and effi-ciencies and hence reduced the time for surface modification of MWNTs,which was proved to be an effective method in etching and functionalizing CNTs. The formation of new functional groups,struc-tural changes and thermal stability during oxidation period were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR),Raman spectroscopy and could be clarified by thermogravimetric analy-sis (TGA),which showed that it was under UV irradiation conditions that MWNTs could be rapidly functionalized with hydroxyl,carbonyl and carboxyl groups in the presence of Fenton reagents,origi-nating from the increase in the gross HO· concentration and the existent synergetic effect when using UV irradiation combing with Fenton oxidation process. | 5 | Impacts of Land-Use Data on the Simulation of Surface Air Temperature in Northwest China显示文摘This study examines the impacts of land-use data on the simulation of surface air temperature in Northwest China by the Weather Research and Forecasting(WRF) model. International Geosphere–Biosphere Program(IGBP) landuse data with 500-m spatial resolution are generated from Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS)satellite products. These data are used to replace the default U.S. Geological Survey(USGS) land-use data in the WRF model. Based on the data recorded by national basic meteorological observing stations in Northwest China, results are compared and evaluated. It is found that replacing the default USGS land-use data in the WRF model with the IGBP data improves the ability of the model to simulate surface air temperature in Northwest China in July and December 2015. Errors in the simulated daytime surface air temperature are reduced, while the results vary between seasons. There is some variation in the degree and range of impacts of land-use data on surface air temperature among seasons. Using the IGBP data, the simulated daytime surface air temperature in July 2015 improves at a relatively small number of stations, but to a relatively large degree; whereas the simulation of daytime surface air temperature in December 2015 improves at almost all stations, but only to a relatively small degree(within 1°C). Mitigation of daytime surface air temperature overestimation in July 2015 is influenced mainly by the change in ground heat flux. | 6 | Evaluation of the Forecast Accuracy of Near-Surface Temperature and Wind in Northwest China Based on the WRF Model显示文摘This study investigated the performance of the mesoscale Weather Research and Forecasting(WRF) model in predicting near-surface atmospheric temperature and wind for a complex underlying surface in Northwest China in June and December 2015. The spatial distribution of the monthly average bias errors in the forecasts of 2-m temperature and 10-m wind speed is analyzed first. It is found that the forecast errors for 2-m temperature and 10-m wind speed in June are strongly correlated with the terrain distribution. However, this type of correlation is not apparent in December, perhaps due to the inaccurate specification of the surface albedo and freezing-thawing process of frozen soil in winter in Northwest China in the WRF model. In addition, the WRF model is able to reproduce the diurnal variation in 2-m temperature and 10-m wind speed, although with weakened magnitude. Elevations and land-use types have strong influences on the forecast of near-surface variables with seasonal variations. | 15 | Oxidized Nb_(2)C MXene as catalysts for lithium-sulfur batteries:Mitigating the shuttle phenomenon by facilitating catalytic conversion of lithium polysulfides显示文摘Extensive research has been devoted to lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries due to their overwhelming promises and advantages such as high theoretical capacity(1675 m Ah g^(-1)),extremely cost effectiveness and abundance and availability of sulfur.Nevertheless,a sluggish electrochemical kinetics of the battery limited by a slow conversion of lithium polysulfide(LiPSs)intermediates and Li PSs shuttle effect severely hinder its development towards industrial application.Herein,we designed the oxidized Nb2_(C)MXene with amorphous carbon(Nb_(2)O_(5)/C)composites as sulfur host using CO_(2)treatment to address the above issues.The Nb_(2)O_(5)/C composites with high conductivity are directly employed as sulfur hosts for Li-S battery capable to remarkably mitigate the shuttle phenomenon due to a combined effect of their Li PSs trapping ability and catalytic activity towards their accelerated conversion.Meanwhile,the unique layered structure of the composite facilitates ion transfer and accommodates the volume changes of the cathode during cycling.With this rational design,the resultant Li-S batteries exhibit superior electrochemical performance with a high initial specific capacity of 745 m Ah g^(-1)at 1.0 C and a reversible capacity of 620 m Ah g^(-1)at a high rate cycling at 3.0 C. | Cailing Song Wen Zhang Qianwen Jin Yan Zhao Yongguang Zhang Xin Wang Zhumabay Bakenov | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,24: | 0 |
