1Discharge Characteristics of Long SF6 Gas Gap with and Without Insulator in GIS Under VFTO and LI显示文摘Gas insulator switchgears(GISs),widely used in electric power systems for decades,have many advantages due to their compactness,minimal environmental impact,and long maintenance cycles.However,very fast transient overvoltage(VFTO)increases caused by a rise in voltage levels can lead to GIS insulation failures.In this paper,a generating system of VFTO and standard lightning impulse(LI)is established.The insulation characteristics of SF6 gas with and without insulators under VFTO and standard LI are investigated.Experimental results show that the 50%breakdown voltages of the inhomogeneous electric field rod-plane gap under positive VFTO and standard LI are higher than that under negative VFTO and standard LI.The research shows that the 50%breakdown voltage under VFTO could be lower than that under standard LI at 0.5 MPa for the negative polarity.Moreover,the polarity effect of the insulator without defect is different from that with defect.Similarly,the breakdown voltage of the defective insulator under VFTO could be lower than that under standard LI by 8%.The flashover channel under VFTO is seen as more than that under standard LI.Based on the analysis of discharge images and experimental results,it is concluded that the polarity effect is related to the distortion effect of ion clusters formed by SF6 on the electric field.Additionally,the steepness and front time of impulse plays an important role in the initiation and further development of discharge on insulator surface.Finally,the research shows that different discharge characteristics between VFTO and standard LI may be caused by different wave fronts and oscillation on the tails of the impulses.Tao Wen Qiaogen Zhang Jingtan Ma Can Guo Haoyang You Yifan Qin Yu Yin Weidong Shi Weijiang Chen 2015CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2015,1,3:17

3Enhanced light-matter interactions in dielectric nanostructures via machine-learning approach显示文摘A key concept underlying the specific functionalities of metasurfaces is the use of constituent components to shape the wavefront of the light on demand.Metasurfaces are versatile,novel platforms for manipulating the scattering,color,phase,or intensity of light.Currently,one of the typical approaches for designing a metasurface is to optimize one or two variables among a vast number of fixed parameters,such as various materials’properties and coupling effects,as well as the geometrical parameters.Ideally,this would require multidimensional space optimization through direct numerical simulations.Recently,an alternative,popular approach allows for reducing the computational cost significantly based on a deep-learning-assisted method.We utilize a deep-learning approach for obtaining high-quality factor(high-Q)resonances with desired characteristics,such as linewidth,amplitude,and spectral position.We exploit such high-Q resonances for enhancedlight–matter interaction in nonlinearoptical metasurfaces and optomechanical vibrations,simultaneously.We demonstrate that optimized metasurfaces achieve up to 400-fold enhancement of the third-harmonic generation;at the same time,they also contribute to 100-fold enhancement of the amplitude of optomechanical vibrations.This approach can be further used to realize structures with unconventional scattering responses.Lei Xu Mohsen Rahmani Yixuan Ma Daria ASmirnova Khosro Zangeneh Kamali Fu Deng Yan Kei Chiang Lujun Huang Haoyang Zhang Stephen Gould Dragomir N.Neshev Andrey E.Miroshnichenko 2020Advanced Photonics2020,2,2:8
4Development of a spontaneous combustion TARPs system based on BP neural network显示文摘Spontaneous combustion of coal is a major cause of coal mine fires.It not only poses a severe hazard to the safe extraction of coal resources,but also jeopardizes the safety of mine workers.The development of a scientific management system of coal spontaneous combustion is of vital importance to the safe production of coal mine.This paper provides a comparative analysis of a range of worldwide prediction techniques and methods for coal spontaneous combustion,and systematically introduces the trigger action response plans(TARPs)system used in Australian coal mines for managing the spontaneous heating of coal.An artificial neural network model has been established on the basis of real coal mine operational conditions.Through studying and training the neural network model,prediction errors can be controlled within the allowable range.The trained model is then applied to the conditions of Nos.1 and 3 coal seams located in Weijiadi Coal Mine to demonstrate its feasibility for spontaneous combustion assessment.Based upon the TARPs system which is commonly used in Australian longwall mines,a TARPs system has been developed for Weijiadi Coal Mine to assist the management of spontaneous combustion hazard and ensure the safe operation of its mining activities.Wang Longkang Ren Tingxiang Nie Baisheng Chen Yang Lv Changqing Tang Haoyang Zhang Jufeng 2015International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2015,25,5:7
5An all-silk-derived functional nanosphere matrix for sequential biomolecule delivery and in situ osteochondral regeneration显示文摘Endogenous repair of osteochondral defect is usually limited by the insufficient number of cells in the early stage and incomplete cell differentiation in the later stage.The development of drug delivery systems for sequential release of pro-migratory and pro-chondrogenic molecules to induce endogenous bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)recruitment and chondrogenic differentiation is highly desirable for in situ osteochondral regeneration.In this study,a novel,all-silk-derived sequential delivery system was fabricated by incorporating the tunable drug-loaded silk fibroin(SF)nanospheres into a SF porous matrix.The loading efficiency and release kinetics of biomolecules depended on the initial SF/polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)concentrations(0.2%,1%and 5%)of the nanospheres,as well as the hydrophobicity of the loaded molecules,resulting in controllable and programmed delivery profiles.Our findings indicated that the 5%nanosphere-incorporated matrix showed a rapid release of E7 peptide during the first 120 h,whereas the 0.2%nanosphere-incorporated matrix provided a slow and sustained release of Kartogenin(KGN)longer than 30 days.During in vitro culture of BMSCs,this functional SF matrix incorporated with E7/KGN nanospheres showed good biocompatibility,as well as enhanced BMSCs migration and chondrogenic differentiation through the release of E7 and KGN.Furthermore,when implanted into rabbit osteochondral defect,the SF nanosphere matrix with sequential E7/KGN release promoted the regeneration of both cartilage and subchondral bone.This work not only provided a novel all-silk-derived drug delivery system for sequential release of molecules,but also a functional tissueengineered scaffold for osteochondral regeneration.Wei Zhang Chen Ling Aini Zhang Haoyang Liu Yujie Jiang ,Xiaolong Li Renwang Sheng Qingqiang Yao Jialin Chen 2020Bioactive Materials2020,5,4:5

8First experimental constraints on WIMP couplings in the effective field theory framework from CDEX显示文摘We present weakly interacting massive particles(WIMPs) search results performed using two approaches of effective field theory from the China Dark Matter Experiment(CDEX), based on the data from both CDEX-1B and CDEX-10 stages. In the nonrelativistic effective field theory approach, both time-integrated and annual modulation analyses were used to set new limits for the coupling of WIMP-nucleon effective operators at 90% confidence level(C.L.) and improve over the current bounds in the low mχregion. In the chiral effective field theory approach, data from CDEX-10 were used to set an upper limit on WIMP-pion coupling at 90% C.L. 9Reliable screening of pesticide residues in maternal and umbilical cord sera by gas chromatography-quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry显示文摘The widespread use of pesticides induces heavy adverse effects on human health,especially for the pregnant women and the newborns.In this study,a screening method has been developed for the determination of multi-pesticides in maternal and umbilical cord sera.All pesticides in sera were collected using solid phase extraction(SPE),and analyzed by gas chromatography-quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry(GC-QTOF MS).To set up the quality criteria,a database of 50 pesticides was created and the accurate masses of 3 up to 5 representative ions with their intensity ratios were included for each pesticide.In addition,a novel'identification points'(IPs)system relying on the accurate MS1 and MS2 spectra was used to interpret the data for each suspected pesticide.The methodology was then applied to a pair of maternal and umbilical cord sera.A total of six pesticide residues were screened out successfully.In conclusion,GC-QTOF MS combined with an accurate mass database seemed to be one of the most efficient tools for systematic pesticide analysis.FAN RuoJing ZHANG Fang WANG HaoYang ZHANG Li ZHANG Jing ZHANG Ying YU ChongTian GUO YinLong 2014Science China Chemistry2014,57,5:3
10First results on ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay from CDEX-1 experiment显示文摘We report the first results on ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay from stage one of the China dark-matter experiment(CDEX).A p-type point-contact high-purity germanium detector with a mass of 994 g has been installed to detect neutrinoless double beta decay events, as well as to directly detect dark matter particles. An exposure of 304 kg d has been analyzed over a wide spectral band from 500 keV to 3 MeV. The average event rate obtained was about 0.012 counts per keV per kg per day over the 2.039 MeV energy range. The half-life of ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay derived based on this result is T^(0ν)1/2>6.4×10^(22) yr(90% C.L.). 11Preventive and therapeutic effectiveness of Sanfu acupoint herbal patching for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stages:a systematic review and Meta-analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the preventive and therapeutic effects of Sanfu acupoint herbal patching(SAHP)in adjuvant treatment in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).METHODS:We had searched eight electronic databases and six major trial registries from their inception to July 2017 for randomized controlled trials(RCTs).We utilized RevMan 5.3 to evaluate the methodological quality and to perform data analyses.RESULTS:A total of 28 RCTs involving 1615 records were included in the descriptive analysis,and 25 RCTs were performed for Meta-analysis.Lung function such as forced vital capacity rate of one second FEV1/predicted%,forced vital capacity(FVC)%found no significant difference.The results of Meta-analysis showed that SAHP plus conventional therapy(CT)in the treatment of stable COPD were better than CT,in second sessions'data of FEV1,in third sessions'data of FEV1/FVC,in three sessions'data of SGRQ,in third session's data of Modified Medical Research Council and 6MWT.The symptoms of SAHP's adverse reactions seem to be mild and the incidence of that seems to be low.Descriptive analysis shows that SAHP with CT seems to improve clinical effective rate and had a certain preventive effect on acute exacerbation of COPD,which the curative effect may be better with the increase of treatment course.CONCLUSION:SAHP with CT appears to be more effective than CT or CT plus placebo only on improving the quality of life,but the effect on lung function is not obvious.Improve clinical effective rate and preventive effect is uncertainty.SAHP with CT may be used in any Grade to safely treat patients with stable COPD.The more exactly clinical effect still needs to be proved by more high-quality,large sampling,multilingual RCTs.Pang Lijian Zhang Haoyang Lu Xiaodong Liu Jianping Liu Chuang Lu Ling 2020Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2020,40,4:3

13Ultrasensitive and stable all graphene field-effect transistor-based Hg^(2+)sensor constructed by using different covalently bonded RGO films assembled by different conjugate linking molecules显示文摘As'molecular bridge,'coupling agents can not only realize the covalent connection of composites,but also affect their properties,thus affecting the properties of devices based on them.Herein,leveraging differences in charge conduction properties of the(3-aminopropyl)trimethoxysilane and 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-aminophenyl)-21H,23H-porphine caused by conjugacy structural differences,two kinds of layerby-layer assembled smart carbon materials with different electrical properties are obtained at the same reduction temperature.The two graphene ultrathin films are then“planted”on Si/SiO2 substrates,respectively,as semiconductor layer and source/drain electrodes to fabricate an ultra-stable all-graphene field effect transistor(AG-FET).Enabled by the covalent functionalized configuration and the functionally diverse of coupling agents,the AG-FET obtained by this simple method won the high electrical characteristics,the hole,electron mobility,and the shelflife could reach 3.79 cm2/(V·s),3.78 cm2/(V·s),and 18months,respectively.In addition,good material stability and excellent device structure endow the device exceptional stability,electrical stability,and solvent resistance,improving its application prospect in solution phase sensing/detection.Such characteristics could be used to sense,transduce,and respond to external stimuli,especially in solution phase to monitor the important analytes,such as Hg^(2+)in a flowing sewage environment.We believe that such easy-to-manufacture AG-FETs with ultrahigh performance and ultrahigh stability could also show great application prospects in other significant fields.Mingyuan Sun Congcong Zhang Duo Chen Jian Wang Yanchen Ji Na Liang Haoyang Gao Shanshan Cheng Hong Liu 2021SmartMat2021,2,2:2

15Silk-based hydrogel incorporated with metal-organic framework nanozymes for enhanced osteochondral regeneration显示文摘Osteochondral defects(OCD)cannot be efficiently repaired due to the unique physical architecture and the pathological microenvironment including enhanced oxidative stress and inflammation.Conventional strategies,such as the control of implant microstructure or the introduction of growth factors,have limited functions failing to manage these complex environments.Here we developed a multifunctional silk-based hydrogel incorporated with metal-organic framework nanozymes(CuTA@SF)to provide a suitable microenvironment for enhanced OCD regeneration.The incorporation of CuTA nanozymes endowed the SF hydrogel with a uniform microstructure and elevated hydrophilicity.In vitro cultivation of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)and chondrocytes showed that CuTA@SF hydrogel accelerated cell proliferation and enhanced cell viability,as well as had antioxidant and antibacterial properties.Under the inflammatory environment with the stimulation of IL-1β,CuTA@SF hydrogel still possessed the potential to promote MSC osteogenesis and deposition of cartilage-specific extracellular matrix(ECM).The proteomics analysis further confirmed that CuTA@SF hydrogel promoted cell proliferation and ECM synthesis.In the full-thickness OCD model of rabbit,CuTA@SF hydrogel displayed successfully in situ OCD regeneration,as evidenced by micro-CT,histology(HE,S/O,and toluidine blue staining)and immunohistochemistry(Col I and aggrecan immunostaining).Therefore,CuTA@SF hydrogel is a promising biomaterial targeted at the regeneration of OCD.Zhicheng Cao Hongmei Wang Jialin Chen Yanan Zhang Qingyun Mo Po Zhang Mingyue Wang Haoyang Liu Xueyang Bao Yuzhi Sun Wei Zhang Qingqiang Yao 2023Bioactive Materials2023,,2:2
16Simultaneous enhancement of coercivity and electric resistivity of Nd-Fe-B magnets by Pr-Tb-Al-Cu synergistic grain boundary diffusion toward high-temperature motor rotors显示文摘To high-power permanent magnetic motors,it is critical for Nd-Fe-B magnets to maintain the desirable coercivity at high-temperature operating conditions.To address this,two approaches have been proven effective:(1)enhancing the room temperature coercivity;(2)reducing the eddy current loss.However,these two items are difficult to be simultaneously achieved.Here,the grain boundary diffusion(GBD)of the Pr-Tb-Al-Cu-based source is applied to enhance the coercivity and electric resistivity at room temperature from 1101 kA m-1 and 2.13×10–6Ωm to 1917 kA m-1 and 2.60×10–6Ωm,and those at 120°C from 384 kA m-1 and 4.31×10–6Ωm to 783 kA m-1 and 4.86×10–6Ωm,respectively.Such optimization is ascribed to the improved formation depth of Tb-rich 2:14:1 shells with large magnetocrystalline anisotropy and the increased intergranular Pr-based oxides with high electric resistivity,induced by the coordination effects of Tb and Pr,as proven by the atomic-scale observations and the first principles calculations.It thus results in the simultaneously improved output power and energy efficiency of the motor because of the combination of magnetic thermal stability enhancement and eddy current loss reduction,as theoretically confirmed by electromagnetic simulation.Jiayi He Jinwen Hu Bang Zhou Haoyang Jia Xiaolian Liu Zhenhua Zhang Lin Wen Lizhong Zhao Hongya Yu Xichun Zhong Xuefeng Zhang Zhongwu Liu 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,23:1
17Integrated strategies for chemotherapy cycles in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients: Real-world data from two epidemic centers guiding decision-making显示文摘objective:Two cycles of induction chemotherapy(IC)followed by 2 cycles of platinum-based concurrent chemoradiotherapy(CCRT)(2IC+2CCRT)for locoregionally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma(LA-NPC)is widely adopted but not evidence-confirmed.This study aimed to determine the clinical value of 2IC+2CCRT regarding efficacy,toxicity and cost-effectiveness.Methods:This real-world study from two epidemic centers used propensity score matching(PSM)and inverse probability of treatment weighting(IPTW)analyses.The enrolled patients were divided into three groups based on treatment modality:Group A(2IC+2CCRT),Group B(3IC+2CCRT or 2IC+3CCRT)and Group C(3IC+3CCRT).Long-term survival,acute toxicities and cost-effectiveness were compared among the groups.We developed a prognostic model dividing the population into high-and low-risk cohorts,and survivals including overall survival(OS),progression-free survival(PFS),distant metastasis-free survival(DMFS)and locoregional relapse-free survival(LRRFS)were compared among the three groups according to certain risk stratifications.Results:Of 4,042 patients,1,175 were enrolled,with 660,419,and 96 included in Groups A,B and C,respectively.Five-year survivals were similar among the three groups after PSM and confirmed by IPTW.Grade 3-4 neutropenia and leukocytopenia were significantly higher in Groups C and B than in Group A(52.1%vs.41.5%vs.25.2%;41.7%vs.32.7%vs.25.0%)as were grade 3-4 nausea/vomiting and oral mucositis(29.2%vs.15.0%vs.6.1%;32.3%vs.25.3%vs.18.0%).Cost-effective analysis suggested that 2IC+2CCRT was the least expensive,while the health benefits were similar to those of the other groups.Further exploration showed that 2IC+2CCRT tended to be associated with a shorter PFS in high-risk patients,while 3IC+3CCRT potentially contributed to poor PFS in low-risk individuals,mainly reflected by LRRFS.Conclusions:In LA-NPC patients,2IC+2CCRT was the optimal choice regarding efficacy,toxicity and costeffectiveness;however,2IC+2CCRT and 3IC+3CCRT probably shortened LRRFS in high-and low-risk populations,respectively.Zejiang Zhan Yingying Huang Jiayu Zhou Zhuochen Cai Haoyang Huang Ying Deng Wenze Qiu Xun Cao Xi Chen Chixiong Liang Lulu Zhang Xiang Guo Taize Yuan Xing Lyu 2023Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2023,35,2:1

19Deformylated Gramicidin A and Its Derivatives Showing High Antimicrobial Activity and Low Hemolytic Toxicity显示文摘Summary of main observation and conclusion Gramicidin A is a natural peptide,which shows high antimicrobial activity to Gram-positive bacteria. However,the hemolytic toxicity prevents its therapeutic usage.We demonstrated that by simply removing the formyl group at the N terminus,the hemolytic toxicity of the peptide could be obviously decreased.The deformylated gramicidin A (1)could efficiently insert into the lipid bilayer to form transmembrane channels.The peptide can also selectively insert into the membrane of Gram-positive bacteria but not that of erythrocytes,leading to its high antimicrobial activity and very low hemolytic toxicity.The derivation of 1 could be achieved by decoration at the terminal NH2 group,which also produced peptides showing high activity and low hemolytic toxicity.This derivation method provided us with an efficient strategy to build a library for future activity and cytotoxicity screening in vitro and in vivo.Wei-Wei Haoyang Min Zhang Jun-Li Hou 2019Chinese Journal of Chemistry2019,37,1:1
20Microstructure engineering beyond SnSe_(1-x)S_(x)solid solution for high thermoelectric performance显示文摘Recently,SnSe has attracted wide attention as a promising environment-friendly IV-VI thermoelectric material.Here,SnS is alloyed with Na-doped SnSe to decrease the thermal conductivity for better thermoelectric performance.Consistent with previous reports,the lattice constant and the band gap change linearly with increasing SnS,suggesting the formation of SnSe1-xSx solid solution.However,SnS nano-precipitations have been clearly observed,indicating the phase separation in the alloys.Moreover,the grain size decreases obviously with increasing SnS amount.The first-principles calculations show that the nano-precipitation is due to the positive formation energies for SnSe1-xSx in the small x region.Due to the structure engineering,the lattice thermal conductivity is greatly reduced in SnSe1-xSx samples,leading to a promising ZT of 1.35 for Na_(0.03)Sn_(0.97)Se_(0.7S0.3)at 816 K.Miaomiao Li Hezhu Shao Jingtao Xu Qingsong Wu Xiaojian Tan Guoqiang Liu Min Jin Haoyang Hu Huajie Huang Jianfeng Zhang Jun Jiang 2018Journal of Materiomics2018,4,4:1
