1Cell membrane-based nanoparticles: a new biomimetic platform for tumor diagnosis and treatment显示文摘Taking inspiration from nature, the biomimetic concept has been integrated into drug delivery systems in cancer therapy. Disguised with cell membranes, the nanoparticles can acquire various functions of natural cells. The cell membrane-coating technology has pushed the limits of common nano-systems(fast elimination in circulation) to more effectively navigate within the body. Moreover, because of the various functional molecules on the surface, cell membrane-based nanoparticles(CMBNPs) are capable of interacting with the complex biological microenvironment of the tumor. Various sources of cell membranes have been explored to camouflage CMBNPs and different tumor-targeting strategies have been developed to enhance the anti-tumor drug delivery therapy. 2Effect of temperature,salinity and irradiance on growth and photosynthesis of Ulva prolifera显示文摘Intensive Pyropia aquaculture in the coast of southwestern Yellow Sea and its subsequent waste, including disposed Ulva prolifera, was speculated to be one of the major sources for the large-scale green tide proceeding in the Yellow Sea since 2007. It was, however, unclear how the detached U. prolifera responded and resumed growing after they detached from its original habitat. In this study, we investigated the growth and photosynthetic response of the detached U. prolifera to various temperature, salinity and irradiance in the laboratory. The photosynthetic rate of the detached U. prolifera was significantly higher at moderate temperature levels(14–27°C)and high salinity(26–32), with optimum at 23°C and 32. Both low(<14°C) and highest temperature(40°C), as well as low salinity(8) had adverse effects on the photosynthesis. Compared with the other Ulva species, U. prolifera showed higher saturated irradiance and no significant photoinhibition at high irradiance, indicating the great tolerance of U. prolifera to the high irradiance. The dense branch and complex structure of floating mats could help protect the thalli and reduce photoinhibition in field. Furthermore, temperature exerted a stronger influence on the growth rate of the detached U. prolifera compared to salinity. Overall, the high growth rate of this detached U. prolifera(10.6%–16.7% d^(–1)) at a wide range of temperature(5–32°C) and salinity(14–32) implied its blooming tendency with fluctuated salinity and temperature during floating. 3Drug targeting through platelet membrane-coated nanoparticles for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis显示文摘The effective drug treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is hindered by poordelivery efficiency to the diseased site and the serious side effects caused bywide-spread drug distribution. Traditional drug-targeting strategies, such asligand modification, are complex, laborious, and inefficient. Inspired by theintrinsic relationship between platelets and RA, platelet-mimetic nanoparticles(PNPs) were developed for targeted drug delivery in RA. Through plateletreceptor-mediated adhesion, an intact platelet membrane was coated onto poly(lactic-co-glycolic add) nanopartides, endowing the resulting PNPs with variousfunctional receptors. By coating with platelet membranes, the nanoparticleswere stabilized and had a better circulation profile, providing a benefit forpassive targeting. In vitro binding of PNPs to inflamed endothelium, and in vivoaccumulation in joints of a collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) mouse model of RAwere significantly improved via P-selectin and GVPI recognition, indicating thatthe PNPs could effectively target to RA tissues through multiple mechanisms,similar to natural platelets. Moreover, FK506, a model drug, was loaded into thePNPs and used to treat RA. Pharmacodynamic studies demonstrated that theFK506-PNPs had a notable anti-arthritic effect in CIA mice. 5Carbon Materials Reinforced Aluminum Composites:A Review显示文摘Carbon materials, including carbon fibers, graphite, diamond, carbon foams, carbon nanotubes, and graphene, are attractive reinforcements for aluminum matrix composites due to their excellent mechanical and/or physical properties as well as light weight. Carbon materials reinforced aluminum(C/Al) composites are promising materials in many areas such as aerospace, thermal management, and automobile. However, there are still some challenging problems that need to be resolved,such as interfacial reactions, low wettability, and anisotropic properties. These problems have limited the use of these composites. 6Community structure and controlled factor of attached green algae on the Porphyra yezoensis aquaculture rafts in the Subei Shoal, China显示文摘This study analyzes the community structure, the quantity changes of the algae and the effect of important environmental factors and estimates the total biomass of the attached green algae in the survey areas. The study uses data from surveys of the attached green algae on the Porphyra yezoensis aquaculture rafts and data regarding the environmental factors from October 2010 to April 2011 in the Subei Shoal. The attached green algae on the rafts included Ulva prolifera, Capsosiphon groenlandicus, U. linza, U. intestinalis, U. clathrata, and U. compressa.The biomass changes of the attached green algae exhibited an inverted parabola: the biomass was the highest(14 898 t) in April, and was the second highest(2 034 t) in November; it was lowest in February(only 729 t) and increased sharply from March to April. The species diversity differed significantly among the seasons. In September and October, when the P. yezoensis aquaculture rafts were initially set up, the attached green algae had a high biodiversity, while from December to the next February, a variety of green algae species coexisted on the rafts, although the biomass was low, and from March to April, as the biomass increased sharply, the species diversity dropped to the minimum. During this time, C. groenlandicus was apparently dominant with the maximum biomass proportion up to 80%, while the U. prolifera proportion increased exponentially to 20% to 40%.The water temperature had a direct regulating effect on the biomass and the species succession of the attached green algae. 7Using finite difference method to simulate casting thermal stress显示文摘Thermal stress simulation can provide a scientific reference to eliminate defects such as crack,residual stress centralization and deformation etc.,caused by thermal stress during casting solidification.To study the thermal stress distribution during casting process,a unilateral thermal-stress coupling model was employed to simulate 3D casting stress using Finite Difference Method(FDM),namely all the traditional thermal-elastic-plastic equations are numerically and differentially discrete.A FDM/FDM numerical simulation system was developed to analyze temperature and stress fields during casting solidification process.Two practical verifications were carried out,and the results from simulation basically coincided with practical cases.The results indicated that the FDM/FDM stress simulation system can be used to simulate the formation of residual stress,and to predict the occurrence of hot tearing.Because heat transfer and stress analysis are all based on FDM,they can use the same FD model,which can avoid the matching process between different models,and hence reduce temperature-load transferring errors.This approach makes the simulation of fluid flow,heat transfer and stress analysis unify into one single model.Liao Dunming Zhang Bin Zhou Jianxin Liu Ruixiang Chen Liliang 2011China Foundry2011,8,2:6
8Sodium Tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonate for acute myocardial infarction:a systematic review and Meta-analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the efficacy and safety of Sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate(STS) plus the conventional treatment on acute myocardial infarction(AMI) patients.METHODS: We searched several electrical databases and hand searched several Chinese medical journals up to January 2019. Randomized controlled trials(RCTs) comparing STS plus conventional treatment with conventional treatment were retrieved.Study screening, data extraction, quality assessment, and data analysis were conducted in accordance with the Cochrane standards.RESULTS: Sixteen trials involving 1383 people were included. The Meta-analysis showed STS combined with conventional treatment was a better treatment option than conventional treatment alone in reducing the risk of mortality, heart failure, arrhythmia and shock. In addition, STS was associated with improvement in left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and left ventricular end diastolic dimension(LVEDD). No significant difference of STS was found on recurrent angina and recurrent AMI. However,the safety of STS remained uncertain for limited data.CONCLUSION: Compared with conventional treatment alone, STS combined with conventional treatment may provide more benefits for patients with AMI. 9ZIF-derived Co-N-C ORR catalyst with high performance in proton exchange membrane fuel cells显示文摘Metal and nitrogen-doped carbon(M-N-C)materials have been considered as the most promising non-precious metal oxygen reduction(ORR)catalysts to replace expensive Pt catalysts.Due to high Fenton catalytic activity of Fe element and the resulting instability,Co-based N-C(Co-N-C)catalysts without Fenton catalytic activity should be a worthier ORR catalyst being explored.Although the high ORR activity of Co-N-C catalyst has been demonstrated in aqueous half-cell tests,their performance under PEMFC working condition is still far away from that of state-of-the-art Fe-N-C catalysts.In this study,a high-performance Co-N-C catalyst was synthesized by one-step pyrolyzing Co-doped ZIF-8(zeolitic imidazolate framework-8)particles in-situ grown on the highsurface-area KJ600 carbon black with high electronic conductivity.The resulting Co-N-C catalyst exhibited high intrinsic ORR activity,fast mass transfer rate and high electronic conductivity,and thus yielded a remarkable peak power density of 0.92 W cm^(-2) in H_(2)-O_(2) PEMFC,which is comparable to state-of-the-art Fe-N-C catalyst.This strategy is helpful to synthesize highly active M-N-C ORR catalysts with improved mass transfer and electric conductivity.Ruixiang Wang Pengyang Zhang Yucheng Wang Yuesheng Wang Karim Zaghib Zhiyou Zhou 2020Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2020,30,6:4

11Flexible ITO-free organic solar cells over 10% by employing drop-coated conductive PEDOT:PSS transparent anodes显示文摘Highly conductive poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene-sulfonic acid)(PEDOT:PSS) has been explored to fabricate flexible and stretchable conductors. Generally, PEDOT:PSS transparent anodes are prepared by spin-coating method. In this article, we adopt a method by dropping PEDOT:PSS aqueous solution on the PET plastic substrate to fabricate flexible electrodes. Compared with spin coating, drop-coating is simple and cost-effective with large-area fabrications. Through this method, we fabricated highly transparent conductive electrodes and systematically studied their electrical, optical, morphological and mechanical properties. With dimethyl sulfoxide/methanesulfonic acid(DMSO/MSA) treated PEDOT:PSS electrode,bendable devices based on non-fullerene system displayed an open-circuit voltage of 0.925 V, a fill factor of 70.74%, and a high power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 10.23% under 100 mW cm^(-2) illumination, which retained over 80% of the initial PCE value after 1000 bending cycles. 12The Distribution of Green Algal Micro-Propagules and Macroalgae at the Early Stage of Green Tide in the Coastal Area of South Jiangsu Province in 2014显示文摘An integrated investigation was carried out during late April to late May of 2014 in the coastal area of South Jiangsu Province to understand the early development of green tide in the Yellow Sea and discover the temporal and spatial distribution of green algal micro-propagules and macroalgae at the early stage of green tide. The results showed that green algal micro-propagules distributed in all stations from late April to late May, and micro-propagules of high density(> 300 ind. L^(-1)) concentrated in the adjacent Porphyra aquaculture area. Floating macroalgae were initially observed in the northern survey areas, and increased gradually. The dominant species was U. prolifera in the floating macroalgae, ranging between 90% and 100%. The seawater surface temperature and salinity in the above mentioned time period were suitable for the growth of macroalgae. 13Catalytic decomposition of ethyl acetate over La-modified Cu-Mn oxide supported on honeycomb ceramic显示文摘The La-modified Cu-Mn spinel oxide was successfully coated onto honeycomb ceramic by a washcoating method for complete catalytic decomposition of ethyl acetate.The La-modified Cu-Mn oxides were characterized by X-ray diffraction,X-ray fluorescence,H_(2)-temperature programmed reduction,Brunauer-Emmett-Teller method,field-emission scanning electron microscopy and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy.The effects of different precipitants and rare earth doping on the structure and catalytic performance of the catalysts were investigated.The results show that the CuMn_(2)O_(4) spinel with(NH_(4))_(2)CO_(3) as a precipitant can form a larger specific surface area and a suitable pore size,which is beneficial to the absorption of ethyl acetate.Although the rare earth doping does not significantly change the crystal phase structure of the catalyst,it improves its reducibility and lowers the temperature of the catalytic decomposition.With respect to the catalytic decomposition of ethyl acetate,the rare earth-modified Cu-Mn oxide supported on honeycomb ceramic shows excellent catalytic performance with 100% conversion under the conditions of 239℃,space velocity of 12500 h^(-1) and 1000 ppm.And the ethyl acetate removal rate is still 100% after 1440 min of continuous reaction.Rui Xiao Ruixiang Qin Chunxue Zhang Shan Chen Jinbo Wang 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,7:2
14Psychometric properties of the Caregiver Strain Questionnaire among Chinese parents of children with ADHD or ASD显示文摘Background There is an urgent need in clinical practice to measure the stress of parenting.The Caregiver Strain Questionnaire(CGSQ)was found to be useful to measure parenting stress,but it has not been validated among the Chinese population.Aims To assess the reliability and construct validity of the Chinese version of CGSQ among Chinese parents.Methods From 2016 to 2017,266 parents(patient group)with a child having DSM-5-defined attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)(n=107)or autism spectrum disorder(ASD)(n=159)and 268 parents of healthy children(control group)were recruited to the present study in Kunming,Yunnan province.All the parents were asked to fill out the Chinese version of CGSQ.We conducted exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA)to verify construct validity of CGSQ in both patient and control groups.Cronbach’s α coefficient as an index of internal consistency was assessed for each subscale.Fourteen days later,23 subjects filled out the scale again.Intra-class correlation coefficient was calculated to evaluate the test-retest reliability.Results(1)Cronbach’s alpha of the global scale was 0.901 for the control group and 0.952 for the patient group.The test-retest reliability for the whole scale was 0.890;(2)CFA indicated that the three-factor model had better fitting indices compared with the two-factor model in both groups.Besides,the fitting indices in the patient group were more favourable than those of the control group,withχ2/df=1.564,Goodness-of Fit Index=0.841,Comparative Fit Index=0.954,and root mean square error of approximation=0.065 for the patient group at three-factor model;(3)The caregiver strain of ASD parents was statistically higher than that of ADHD parents,and caregiver strain of ADHD parents was higher than that of control group.Conclusion These findings provide initial evidence to support the construct validity and reliability of CGSQ as a parenting stress measurement tool for Chinese parents,especially for parents of children with ADHD or ASD.Runxu Yang Huizhi Zhou Jin Liu Yufeng Wang Yan Zhang Yanjiao Wang Ruixiang Liu Xia Cao Dong Han Shuran Yang Jianzhong Yang Chuanyuan Kang 2021General Psychiatry2021,34,2:2
15Surface-Modified Graphene Oxide/Lead Sulfide Hybrid Film-Forming Ink for High-Efficiency Bulk Nano-Heterojunction Colloidal Quantum Dot Solar Cells显示文摘Solution-processed colloidal quantum dot solar cells(CQDSCs) is a promising candidate for new generation solar cells.To obtain stable and high performance lead sulfide(PbS)-based CQDSCs,high carrier mobility and low non-radiative recombination center density in the PbS CQDs active layer are required.In order to effectively improve the carrier mobility in PbS CQDs layer of CQDSCs,butylamine(BTA)-modified graphene oxide(BTA@GO) is first utilized in PbS-PbX2(X=I-,Br-) CQDs ink to deposit the active layer of CQDSCs through one-step spin-coating method.Such surface treatment of GO dramatically upholds the intrinsic superior hole transfer peculiarity of GO and attenuates the hydrophilicity of GO in order to allow for its good dispersibility in ink solvent.The introduction of B TA@GO in CQDs layer can build up a bulk nano-heterojunction architecture,which provides a smooth charge carrier transport channel in turn improves the carrier mobility and conductivity,extends the carriers lifetime and reduces the trap density of PbS-PbX2 CQDs film.Finally,the BTA@GO/PbS-PbX2 hybrid CQDs film-based relatively large-area(0.35 cm2) CQDSCs shows a champion power conversion efficiency of 11.7% which is increased by 23.1% compared with the control device.Yaohong Zhang Guohua Wu Chao Ding Feng Liu Dong Liu Taizo Masuda Kenji Yoshino Shuzi Hayase Ruixiang Wang Qing Shen 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,9:2

18Parameter optimization of fluted-roller meter using discrete element method显示文摘The most important performance indicator of a fertilizer metering mechanism is the evenness of fertilizer flow.In this study,a regression mathematical model between the key operating parameters of the fluted roller meter and the flow evenness was developed to simulate a fluted-roller meter for metering diammonium phosphate fertilizer using the discrete element method(DEM).The model was verified by bench test using the same equipment and parameters as the DEM model.Selected working parameters of the fluted-roller meter,including roll length(L),roll rotational speed(n),and flap angle(α)(for fertilizer discharge control),were optimized to maximize the flow evenness.Flow evenness was assessed by the coefficient of variation(CV)of the discharging mass during the operation.The simulation and experiment results showed the similar trends,in terms of effects of machine parameters on the CV.The relative errors ranged from 0.2%to 34.6%with a mean of 10.5%.This demonstrated that the DEM model was feasible to simulate the metering process of the fluted-roller meter.The machine parameters that significantly affected the values of CV in descending order wereα,L and n.Both simulation and measurement results revealed that the optimal machine parameters,represented by the minimum value of CV,were observed at L=45 mm,n=55 r/min andα=22.5°.This combination of parameters returned CV values of 10.89%and 9.55%for simulations and measurements,respectively.The study provided useful information for guiding the design and selection of machine parameters for metering devices for fertilizer applications.Yuxiang Huang Botao Wang Yuxiang Yao Shangpeng Ding Junchang Zhang Ruixiang Zhu 2018International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,6:1
