| 1 | Vertical ozone profiles deduced from measurements of SBUS on FY-3 satellite显示文摘The FY-3 satellite is a second-generation Chinese polar-orbit meteorological satellite.The Solar Backscatter Ultraviolet Sounder (SBUS),one of the main payloads on the FY-3 satellite,is the first Chinese ozone-monitoring instrument on a meteorological satellite.As part of the in-orbit validation of FY-3,we carried out a retrieval trial using measurements from SBUS during the period of 17-30 July,2008,and compared those data with measurements and retrieved profiles from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) satellite SBUV/2.The results show that the precision of the measurements and retrieved profiles are quite good.The averaged relative difference percentages of the ozone profiles retrieved from SBUS and those from SBUV/2 are within ±7%. | HUANG FuXiang LIU NianQing ZHAO MingXian WANG ShuRong HUANG Yu | 2010 | Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,10: | 9 |
| 2 | Nonlinear dispersive scale Alfvén waves in magnetosphere-ionosphere coupling:Physical processes and simulation results显示文摘Dispersive Alfvén waves(DAWs)have been demonstrated to play a significant role in auroral generation of the magnetosphereionosphere coupling system.Starting from a two fluid reduced MHD model,we summarize the frequency,temporal and spatial characteristics of magnetospheric DAWs.Then,the nonlinear kinetic and inertial scale Alfveén waves are studied,and we review some theoretical aspects and simulation results of dispersive Alfve′n waves in Earth's magnetosphere.It is shown that dispersive standing Alfve′n waves can generate the field-aligned currents which transport energy into the auroral ionosphere,where it is dissipated by Joule heating and energy lost due to electron precipitation.The Joule dissipation can heat the ionospheric electron and produce changes in the ionospheric Pedersen conductivity.As a feedback,the conducting ionosphere can also strongly affect the magnetospheric currents. The ponderomotive force can cause the plasma to move along the field line,and generate ionospheric density cavity.The nonlinear structuring can lead to a dispersive scale to accelerate auroral particle,and the Alfvn waves can be trapped within the density cavity. | 3 | Protective effects of sodium butyrate on rotavirus inducing endoplasmic reticulum stress-mediated apoptosis via PERK-eIF2αsignaling pathway in IPEC-J2 cells显示文摘Background:Rotavirus(RV)is a major pathogen that causes severe gastroenteritis in infants and young animals.Endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress and subsequent apoptosis play pivotal role in virus infection.However,the protective mechanisms of intestinal damage caused by RV are poorly defined,especially the molecular pathways related to enterocytes apoptosis.Thus,the aim of this study was to investigate the protective effect and mechanism of sodium butyrate(SB)on RV-induced apoptosis of IPEC-J2 cells.Results:The RV infection led to significant cell apoptosis,increased the expression levels of ER stress(ERS)markers,phosphorylated protein kinase-like ER kinase(PERK),eukaryotic initiation factor 2 alpha(eIF2α),caspase9,and caspase3.Blocking PERK pathway using specific inhibitor GSK subsequently reversed RV-induced cell apoptosis.The SB treatment significantly inhibited RV-induced ERS by decreasing the expression of glucose regulated protein 78(GRP78),PERK,and eIF2α.In addition,SB treatment restrained the ERS-mediated apoptotic pathway,as indicated by downregulation of C/EBP homologous protein(CHOP)mRNA level,as well as decreased cleaved caspase9 and caspase3 protein levels.Furthermore,siRNA-induced GPR109a knockdown significantly suppressed the protective effect of SB on RV-induced cell apoptosis.Conclusions:These results indicate that SB exerts protective effects against RV-induced cell apoptosis through inhibiting ERS mediated apoptosis by regulating PERK-eIF2αsignaling pathway via GPR109a,which provide new ideas for the prevention and control of RV. | Ye Zhao Ningming Hu Qin Jiang Li Zhu Ming Zhang Jun Jiang Manyi Xiong Mingxian Yang Jiandong Yang Linyuan Shen Shunhua Zhang Lili Niu Lei Chen Daiwen Chen | 2021 | Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2021,12,4: | 2 |

| 6 | Gold@Halloysite nanotubes-chitin composite hydrogel with antibacterial and hemostatic activity for wound healing显示文摘Infection and healing of wounds after injury has always been an unavoidable problem in daily life,so design of a biomaterial with antibacterial and good wound healing properties is highly needed.Herein,a wound healing hydrogel dressing with halloysite clay and chitin as the main components was prepared,which combines the advantages of the biomacromolecule and clay.Halloysite nanotubes(HNTs)are extremely biocompatible clay materials with a hollow tubular structure,and the inner and outer surfaces of HNTs are composed of SiOx and AlOx layers with different charges.Au nanoparticles with diameter in 5-10 nm were filled into the HNTs’lumen to endow photothermal effect of the clay materials.Au@HNTs was then mixed with chitin solution to prepare flexible composite hydrogel by crosslinking by epichlorohydrin.The antibacterial properties,biocompatibility and hemostatic properties of the hydrogel material were investigated by antibacterial experiments,cell experiments,mouse liver and tail hemostatic experiments.After infecting the back wound of mice with Staphylococcus aureus,the hydrogel was applied to the wound to further verify the killing effect on bacteria and wound healing effect of the hydrogel material in vivo.The Au@HNTs-chitin composite hydrogel exhibits high antibacterial and hemostatic activity as well as promoting wound healing function with low cytotoxicity.This study is significant for the development of high-performance wound dressings based on two commonly used biocompatible materials,which shows promising application in wound sterilization and healing. | Puxiang Zhao Yue Feng Youquan Zhou Cuiying Tan Mingxian Liu | 2023 | Bioactive Materials2023,,2: | 1 |
| 7 | Performance test of a 5 kW solid oxide fuel cell system under high fuel utilization with industrial fuel gas feeding显示文摘As the demand for green energy with high efficiency and low carbon dioxide(CO2)emissions has increased,solid oxide fuel cells(SOFCs)have been intensively developed in recent years.Integrated gasification fuel cells(IGFCs)in particular show potential for large-scale power generation to further increase system efficiency.Thus,for commercial application of IGFCs,it is important to design reliable multi-stacks for large systems that show long-term stability and practical fuel gas for application to industrial equipment.In this work,a test rig(of a 5 kW SOFC system,with syngas from industrial gasifiers as fuel)was fabricated and subjected to long-term tests under high fuel utilization to investigate its performance.The maximum steady output power of the system was 5700 W using hydrogen and 5660 W using syngas and the maximum steady electrical efficiency was 61.24%while the fuel utilization efficiency was 89.25%.The test lasted for more than 500 h as the fuel utilization efficiency was larger than 83%.The performances of each stack tower were almost identical at both the initial stage and after long-term operation.After 500 h operation,the performances of the stack towers decreased only slightly under lower current and showed almost no change under high current.These results demonstrate the reliability of the multi-stack design and the prospect of this SOFC power-generation system for further enlarging its application in a MWth demonstration. | Ming Xu Hanlin Wang Mingxian Liu Jianning Zhao Yuqiong Zhang Pingping Li Mingliang Shi Siqi Gong Zhaohuan Zhang Chufu Li | 2021 | International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2021,8,3: | 0 |
