5Numerical Study on the Leakage and Diffusion Characteristics of Low-Solubility and Low-Volatile Dangerous Chemicals from Ship in Inland Rivers显示文摘Considering the accidents of ships for dangerous chemicals transportation in inland rivers,a numerical method for the simulation of the leakage and diffusion processes of dangerous chemicals in inland rivers is proposed in this paper.Geographic information,such as rivers and buildings in the model,is obtained through Google Earth and structures of rivers and buildings are described by Auto CAD.In addition,the Fluent is adopted to simulate the leakage and diffusion processes of the dangerous chemicals where the standard k-εmodel is used to calculate the turbulent flow.Considering the interaction between chemicals and water,the VOF method is used to describe the leakage,drift and diffusion process of dangerous chemicals groups on the water surface.Taking a section of the Yangtze River as an example,the leakage and diffusion processes from a ship carrying 3,000 tons of low-solubility and low-volatile dangerous chemicals are studied,and the characteristics of leakage and diffusion are analyzed in detail.During the simulation,the area of the maximum group of leaked dangerous chemicals reaches up to about 1800 m2,and the number reaches up to 45.Furthermore,the influence of density,viscosity,water velocity and leakage velocity on the leakage and diffusion processes is investigated in this paper.Shuifen Zhan Mingchao Wang Min Wang Qianqian Shao Zefang Zhang Wenxin Jiang Xuemin Chen 2020Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2020,,4:2

7Terahertz Spectroscopy for Accurate Identification of Panax quinquefolium Basing on Nonconjugated 24(R)-Pseudoginsenoside F_(11)显示文摘Panax quinquefolium is a perennial herbaceous plant that contains many beneficial ginsenosides with diverse pharmacological effects.24(R)-pseudoginsenoside F_(11)is specific to P.quinquefolium,a useful biomarker for distinguishing this species from other related plants.However,because of its nonconjugated property and the complexity of existing detection methods,this biomarker cannot be used as the identification standard.We herein present a stable 24(R)-pseudoginsenoside F_(11)fingerprint spectrum in the terahertz band,thereby proving that F_(11)can be detected and quantitatively analyzed via terahertz spectroscopy.We also analyzed the sample by high-performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry.The difference between the normalized data for the two analytical methods was less than 5%.Furthermore,P.quinquefolium from different areas and other substances can be clearly distinguished based on these terahertz spectra with a standard principal component analysis.Our method is a fast,simple,and cost-effective approach for identifying and quantitatively analyzing P.quinquefolium.Tianyi Kou Ji Ye Jing Wang Yan Peng Zefang Wang Chenjun Shi Xu Wu Xitian Hu Haihong Chen Ling Zhang Xiaohong Chen Yiming Zhu Huiliang Li Songlin Zhuang 2021Plant Phenomics2021,3,1:1

9Distributed reinforcement learning based framework for energy-efficient UAV relay against jamming显示文摘Unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)network is vulnerable to jamming attacks,which may cause severe damage like communication outages.Due to the energy constraint,the source UAV cannot blindly enlarge the transmit power,along with the complex network topology with high mobility,which makes the destination UAV unable to evade the jammer by flying at will.To maintain communication with a limited battery capacity in the UAV networks in the presence of a greedy jammer,in this paper,we propose a distributed reinforcement learning(RL)based energy-efficient framework for the UAV networks with constrained energy under jamming attacks to improve the communication quality while minimizing the total energy consumption of the network.This framework enables each relay UAV to independently select its transmit power based on historical state-related information without knowing the moving trajectory of other UAVs as well as the jammer.The location and battery level of each UAV need not be shared with other UAVs.We also propose a deep RL based anti-jamming relay approach for UAVs with portable computation equipment like Raspberry Pi to achieve higher and faster performance.We study the Nash equilibrium(NE)and the performance bounds based on the formulated power control game.Simulation results show that the proposed schemes can reduce the bit error rate(BER)and reduce energy consumption of the UAV network compared with the benchmark method.Weihang Wang Zefang Lv Xiaozhen Lu Yi Zhang Liang Xiao 2021Intelligent and Converged Networks2021,2,2:1
10Role of TGF-β1 and its Receptors in Breast Carcinogenesis:Evaluation of Gene Expression Patterns and Clinical Implications显示文摘OBJECTIVE Transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) is a multifunc-tional cytokine that may play an important role in tumor development and progression. METHODS We evaluated gene expression patterns of TGF-β1 and its receptors [transforming growth factor β type I receptor (TβR-Ⅰ) and transforming growth factor β type II receptor (TβR-Ⅱ)] in tumor tissue from patients with breast cancer or with benign breast diseases (BBD) and adja-cent normal tissue from the patients with breast cancer. Included in the study were 527 breast cancer patients and 213 BBD patients who participated in the Shanghai Breast Cancer Study. RESULTS The expression levels of the TGF-β1, TβR-Ⅰand TβR-Ⅱ genes in breast tissue were quantified using real-time PCR. TβR-Ⅱ expres-sion in cancer tissue was decreased by over 50% as compared to either adjacent normal tissue from the same patients or benign tumor tissue from BBD patients (p<0.001). TGF-β1 expression was lower by approximately 20% in cancer tissue compared to adjacent normal tissue (p=0.14) or to be-nign tumor tissue (p=0.002). Although TβR-Ⅰ expression was also reduced in cancer tissue compared to adjacent normal tissue, or benign tumor tissue, the magnitude of the reduction was less apparent than that for TβR-Ⅱ. Compared to patients with the lowest tertile value for TβR-Ⅱ, patients with median tertile value for TβR-Ⅱ had more favorable overall survival (HR 0.47, 95% CI 0.27-0.85) and disease-free survival (HR 0.65, 95% CI 0.39-1.06). No apparent associations, however, were observed between TGF-β1 or TβR-Ⅰ expression and overall or disease-free survival. 12Carbazole and tetrahydro-carboline derivatives as dopamine D_(3) receptor antagonists with the multiple antipsychotic-like properties显示文摘Dopamine D_(3) receptor(D_(3)R)is implicated in multiple psychotic symptoms.Increasing the D_(3)R selectivity over dopamine D_2 receptor(D_2R)would facilitate the antipsychotic treatments.Herein,novel carbazole and tetrahydro-carboline derivatives were reported as D_(3)R selective ligands.Through a structure-based virtual screen,ZLG-25(D_(3)R K_i=685 nmol/L;D_2R K_i>10,000 nmol/L)was identified as a novel D_(3)R selective bitopic ligand with a carbazole scaffold.Scaffolds hopping led to the discovery of novel D_(3)R-selective analogs with tetrahydro-β-carboline or tetrahydro-γ-carboline core.Further functional studies showed that most derivatives acted as h D_(3)R-selective antagonists.Several lead compounds could dose-dependently inhibit the MK-801-induced hyperactivity.Additional investigation revealed that 23j and 36b could decrease the apomorphine-induced climbing without cataleptic reaction.Furthermore,36b demonstrated unusual antidepressant-like activity in the forced swimming tests and the tail suspension tests,and alleviated the MK-801-induced disruption of novel object recognition in mice.Additionally,preliminary studies confirmed the favorable PK/PD profiles,no weight gain and limited serum prolactin levels in mice.These results revealed that 36b provided potential opportunities to new antipsychotic drugs with the multiple antipsychotic-like properties.Zhongtang Li Fan Fang Yiyan Li Xuehui Lv Ruqiu Zheng Peili Jiao Yuxi Wang Guiwang Zhu Zefang Jin Xiangqing Xu Yinli Qiu Guisen Zhang Zhongjun Li Zhenming Liu Liangren Zhang 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,11:0
13Functionalizing the interfacial double layer to enable uniform zinc deposition显示文摘Due to the unsatisfactory electrode/electrolyte interface,the metallic Zn dendrites and corrosion are easily induced,severely hindering the applications of zinc-ion batteries(ZIBs).Herein,a strategy that engineers the interfacial double layer by an extremely low concentration of sulfolane is proposed to tune the Zn stripping/plating behavior.It is revealed that the highly-polar sulfolane can predominately occupy the inner Helmholtz layer over water,and then regulate the upcoming Zn2+to directly deposit downward.Simultaneously,the widened Helmholtz layer can weaken the electric field intensity,which will generate more nucleation sites and reduce the nuclei radius,thereby promoting uniform zinc deposition as well.Moreover,corrosion byproducts can be inhibited since fewer water molecules can contact the Zn electrodes.Consequently,the battery performance can be naturally optimized.With an optimum amount of sulfolane,the Zn||Zn battery can operate for more than 1,100 h under1 m A cm^(-2)and 1 m Ah cm^(-2).And the as-constructed Zn||NaV_(3)O_(8)·1.5H_(2)O battery demonstrates considerably higher cycling stability than that without sulfolane.Overall,this work has provided a deep insight into constructing a functional interfacial double layer to regulate zinc deposition,which can also act as a reference for other metal-based batteries.Yihu Li Hao Wang Tingqing Wu Chunlin Xie Zefang Yang Qi Zhang Dan Sun Yougen Tang Liang Fu Haiyan Wang 2023Science China Chemistry2023,66,6:0
14Designing Zinc Deposition Substrate with Fully Preferred Orientation to Elude the Interfacial Inhomogeneous Dendrite Growth显示文摘The development of zinc-ion batteries with high energy density remains a great challenge due to the uncontrollable dendrite growth on their zinc metal anodes.Film anodes plated on the substrate have attracted increasing attention to alleviate these dendrite issues.Herein,we first point out that both the random crystal orientation and the low metal affinity of the substrate are important factors of zinc dendrite formation.Accordingly,the(1 O 1)fully preferred tin interface layer with high zinc affinity was fabricated by chemical tin plating on(1 O o)oriented copper.This tin decorated copper substrate can realize high reversible zinc plating/stripping behavior,and full cell using this zinc plated substrate can be operated for more than 1000 cycles with high capacity retention(85.3%)and low electrochemical impedance.The proposed strategy can be also applied to lithium metal batteries,which demonstrates that the substrate orientation regulation and metal affinity design are the promising approaches to achieve dendrite-free metal anode and overcome the challenges of highly reactive metal anodes.Chunlin Xie Zefang Yang Qi Zhang Huimin Ji Yihu Li Tingqing Wu Wenbin Li Pengfei Wu Haiyan Wang 2023Research2023,,1:0
15Encapsulation of polyethylene glycol in cellulose-based porous capsules for latent heat storage and light-to-thermal conversion显示文摘Phase change materials are potential candidates for the application of latent heat storage.Herein,we fabricated porous capsules as shape-stable materials from cellulose-based polyelectrolyte complex,which were first prepared using cellulose 6-(N-pyridinium)hexanoyl ester as the cationic polyelectrolyte and carboxymethyl cellulose as the anionic polyelectrolyte to encapsulate polyethylene glycol by the vacuum impregnation method.Furthermore,the multi-walled carbon nanotube or graphene oxide,which were separately composited into the polyelectrolytes complex capsules to enhance thermal conductivity and light-to-thermal conversion efficiency.These capsules owned a typical core–shell structure,with an extremely high polyethylene glycol loading up to 34.33 g∙g^(‒1).After loading of polyethylene glycol,the resulted cellulose-based composite phase change materials exhibited high thermal energy storage ability with the latent heat up to 142.2 J∙g^(‒1),which was 98.5%of pure polyethylene glycol.Further results showed that the composite phase change materials demonstrated good form-stable property and thermal stability.Moreover,studies involving light-to-thermal conversion determined that composite phase change materials exhibited outstanding light-to-thermal conversion performance.Considering their exceptional comprehensive features,innovative composite phase change materials generated from cellulose presented a highly interesting choice for thermal management and renewable thermal energy storage.Jiangwei Li Lina Meng Jiaxuan Chen Xu Chen Yonggui Wang Zefang Xiao Haigang Wang Daxin Liang Yanjun Xie 2023Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2023,17,8:0
