12018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). 2Efficacy and safety evaluation of intravenous infusion of cervus and cucumis polypeptides for treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head: a randomized clinical trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the efficacy and safety of intravenous cervus and cucumis polypeptides for treating avascular necrosis of the femoral head(ANFH) in regard to pain and hip function in a randomized clinical trial.METHODS: A total of 96 subjects with ANFH who were recruited at the Orthopaedic Hospital Affiliated with Hebei United University and Qian Hai Femoral Head Hospital of Beijing were assigned by lottery to an intervention group(n = 48) or a control group(n = 48). All subjects underwent physical therapy and rehabilitation exercises. In addition,subjects in the intervention group were given intravenous infusions of cervus and cucumis polypeptides. Visual analogue scale(VAS), Harris hip score,and radiography or magnetic resonance imaging were applied to assess all subjects at the beginning of treatment and 3, 6, and 9 months afterward. All the subjects were followed up for 2 years.RESULTS: At the beginning of treatment, there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of the general condition of patients or the VAS and Harris hip scores(all P > 0.05). At 3, 6, and 9 months after treatment,however, the VAS score decreased and the Harris hip score increased in all patients, with the improvement of intervention group significantly greater than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The total effectiveness rates for the intervention and control groups were 89.58% and 70.83%, respectively, with the difference being statistically significant(P < 0.05). 3Research progress in high intensity cyclotron technology显示文摘This paper briefly introduces several major application fields of high intensity proton accelerators and compares the developing status of various types of proton accelerators currently available at home and abroad. 6Carbon dioxide reforming of methane over mesoporous nickel aluminate/γ-alumina composites显示文摘A series of x NiAl_2O_4/γ-Al_2O_3 composites with various Ni contents have been prepared via one-step partial hydrolysis of metal nitrate salts in the absence of surfactants and used for carbon dioxide reforming of methane. The characterization results demonstrated that the Ni Al_2O_4/γ-Al_2O_3 materials possessed mesoporous structures of uniform pore sizes; and the Ni^(2+) ions were completely reacted with alumina to Ni Al_2O_4 spinel in the matrices using N2 sorption, XRD, TEM, and XPS. The Ni Al_2O_4/γ-Al_2O_3 materials exhibited excellent catalytic properties and superior long-term stability for carbon dioxide reforming of methane. The effects of Ni content on the intrinsic activities and the amounts of coke disposition of the x NiAl_2O_4/γ-Al_2O_3 catalysts were discussed in detail for the carbon dioxide reforming of methane. 17A Layered Chitosan/Graphene Oxide Sponge as Reusable Adsorbent for Removal of Heavy Metal Ions显示文摘Along with the growing severity of environment problem and energy crisis, it is inevitable to develop novel materials, which are contributed to the removal of hazardous pollutants from contaminated water. Herein, we reported a fhcile method for the preparation of free-standing chitosan/graphene oxide(CS/GO) composite sponges with low density, where CS/GO mixtures were first synthesized by tlie homogeneous reaction of chitosan and graphene oxide in aqueous acetic acid solution;then CS/GO sponges were obtained by lyophilizing the suspension, which were prefrozen at -20 ℃ and in liquid nitrogen successively. The obtained layered sponge showed good water- driven shape memory effect and was a good adsorbent of Co^2+ and Ni^2+ witli a large adsorption capacity of 224.8 and 423.7 mg/g, respectively. Importantly, the successive adsorption-desorption studies employing CS/GO sponge indicated that the composite could be regenerated by HC1 solution and reused in more than five cycles with regeneration efficiency beyond 80%. 19巴曲酶灌注联合肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗原发性肝癌的临床初步研究(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of the study was to explore the therapeutic efficacy and safety of batroxobin in patients with primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC) and the advantages of transcatheter arterial perfusion of batroxobin combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE).Methods:Forty patients with PHC were randomized into experimental group(transcatheter arterial perfusion of batroxobin combined with TACE treatment,20 patients) and control group(TACE alone group,20 patients).The patients were followed up and the data were recorded,compared and analyzed.Results:(1) Compared with the control group,the FIB level in the experimental group was significantly decreased at the first month after treatment(P < 0.05).(2) The baseline of the tumor was shortened in both groups after the treatment.There was a significant difference between the two groups at different time intervals(P < 0.05).(3) After the treatment,there was a significant difference of progression-free survival(PFS) levels between the two groups(t =2.877,P < 0.05).(4) The incidence of metastasis were 5.0%(1/20) in both groups at 6 months after treatment,and that after one year was 10.0%(2/20) in the experimental group and 25.0%(5/20) in the control group.However,the difference was not significant(χ2 = 0.693,P > 0.05).Conclusion:Batroxobin can rapidly and effectively decrease the FIB level of the PHC cases.Therefore it may be used as an effective and safe adjuvant drug for the treatment of primary hepatic carcinomas.Transcatheter arterial perfusion of batroxobin combined with TACE therapy has advantages in comparison with TACE alone therapy.It could be taken as a new therapeutic regimen in the PHC treatment.Tianjun Gao Mingwu Lou Hui Wang Yi Fan Yunxia Shen Jiyin Ruan Hongguang Zhang 2011The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2011,10,2:1
