1Sodium oligomannate therapeutically remodels gut microbiota and suppresses gut bacterial amino acids-shaped neuroinflammation to inhibit Alzheimer's disease progression显示文摘Recently,increasing evidence has suggested the association between gut dysbiosis and Alzheimer's disease(AD)progression,yet the role of gut microbiota in AD pathogenesis remains obscure.Herein,we provide a potential mechanistic link between gut microbiota dysbiosis and neuroinflammation in AD progression.Using AD mouse models,we discovered that,during AD progression,the alteration of gut microbiota composition leads to the peripheral accumulation of phenylalanine and isoleucine,which stimulates the differentiation and proliferation of pro-inflammatory T helper 1(Thl)cells.The brain-infiltrated peripheral Th1 immune cells are associated with the Ml microglia aaivation,contributing to AD-associated neuroinflammation.Importantly,the elevation of phenylalanine and isoleucine concentrations and the increase of Th1 cell frequency in the blood were also observed in two small independent cohorts of patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI)due to AD.Furthermore,GV-971,a sodium oligomannate that has demonstrated solid and consistent cognition improvement in a phase 3 clinical trial in China,suppresses gut dysbiosis and the associated phenylalanine/isoleucine accumulation,harnesses neuroinflammation and reverses the cognition impairment.Together,our findings highlight the role of gut dysbiosis-promoted neuroinflammation in AD progression and suggest a novel strategy for AD therapy by remodelling the gut microbiota.Xinyi Wang Guangqiang Sun Teng Feng Jing Zhang Xun Huang Tao Wang Zuoquan Xie Xingkun Chu Jun Yang Huan Wang Shuaishuai Chang Yanxue Gong Lingfei Ruan Guanqun Zhang Siyuan Yan Wen Lian Chen Du Dabing Yang Qingli Zhang Feifei Lin Jia Liu Haiyan Zhang Changrong Ge Shifu Xiao Jian Ding Meiyu Geng 2019Cell Research2019,29,10:192

3Synthesis of AgGa1-xInxSe2 Polycrystalline Materials显示文摘AgGa1-xInxSe2 polycrystals were synthesized by the method of mechanical oscillation and temperature oscillation. X-ray diffraction spectra of polycrystal powder are conformable with the JCPDS cards. Lattice constants a and c calculated from the XRD were found to obey Vegard's law. The melting point of AgGa0.8In0.2Se2 obtained by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) is 796.53 ℃. The DSC curve also show that there are no other transformation points below the melting point. 9Effect of microstructures restoration on high temperature fatigue behavior of DZ125 superalloy显示文摘Combination of hot isostatic pressing(HIP)and rejuvenation heat treatment(RHT)technology was used to restore creep-damaged DZ125 directional solidified superalloy,and the influence of microstructure restoration on high temperature fatigue behavior of the samples was explored.The results show that the HIP+RHT process could effectively heal internal cavities and recover the degradedγ’phase in creep-damaged DZ125 superalloy to cubic particles similar as in as-received sample.After restoration treatment,the stress concentration areas inside the sample eradicated with the healing of the internal cavities,and the fatigue source areas were limited only to near surface than initiating from inside as in the as-received and creep-damaged samples.As a result,the restored sample had higher crack initiation life and lower crack propagation rate compared to as-received and creep damaged samples.The TEM microstructure characterization near fatigue fracture showed that the restoration of the degradedγ’phase eliminated tangled dislocation in creep damaged sample and produced evenly distributed dislocations in theγchannel with short curved line-like morphology,like the as-received sample,which effectively hindered the dislocations movement during subsequent deformation,and strengthen the fatigue resistant of alloy.Therefore,it can be concluded that the HIP-RHT process,through the combined effect of internal cavities healing and the restoration of the degraded microstructures,renders higher high temperature fatigue life than creep-damaged and even higher than as-received DZ125 superalloy.Shifu Wang Allah Ditta Yi Xu Zheng Zhang 2021Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2021,31,4:1

20Stabilization of Cu/Ni Alloy Nanoparticles with Graphdiyne Enabling Efficient CO_(2) Reduction显示文摘Electrocatalysis has become an attractive strategy for the artificial reduction of CO_(2) to high-value chemicals.However,the design and development of highly selective and stable non-noble metal electrocatalysts that convert CO_(2) to CO are still a challenge.As a new type of two-dimensional carbon material,graphdiyne(GDY),is rarely used to explore the application in carbon dioxide reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR).Therefore,we tried to use GDY as a substrate to stabilize the copper-nickel alloy nanoparticles(NPs)to synthesize Cu/Ni@GDY.Cu/Ni@GDY requires an overpotential(−0.61 V)to 10 mA/cm^(2) for the formation of CO,and it shows better activity than Au and Ag,achieving a higher Faraday efficiency of about 95.2%and high stability of about 26 h at an overpotential(−0.70 V).The electronic interaction between GDY substrate and Cu/Ni alloy NPs and the large specific surface area of GDY is responsible for the high performance.FU Xinliang ZHU Aonan CHEN Xiaojie ZHANG Shifu WANG Mei YUAN Mingjian 2021Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2021,37,6:0
