1Synthesis of MOR/SAPO-11 Composite Molecular Sieve via Seed Crystallization for n-Alkane Hydroisomerization显示文摘n-Alkane isomerization is a critical reaction that can affect parameters in oil refining, such as the gasoline octane number and diesel oil solidifying point. In this study, a catalyst support, mordenite (MOR)/silicoaluminophosphate (SAPO)-11 composite zeolite with core/shell structure, was synthesized by hydrothermal method with MOR acting as the seed for crystallization. The crystal structure, elemental composition, surface area, pore volume, and acidity of the catalyst was thoroughly characterized. In addition, the catalytic performance of the as-obtained Pt/MOR/SAPO-11 in the hydroisomerization of n-dodecane was tested. The results indicated that the properties and catalytic performance of the composite molecular sieve were quite different from those of the pure zeolites and physical mixture of MOR and SAPO-11 (MOR+SAPO-11). Compared with the physical mixture, MOR and SAPO-11 were more tightly bound in MOR/SAPO-11 because of chemical bonding. Moreover, the acidity and pore structure were favorable to the catalytic hydroisomerization of n-dodecane. Pt/MOR/SAPO-11 exhibited higher isomerization activity than the Pt-loaded pristine MOR and MOR+SAPO-11. 2Effect of Yupingfeng granules on the skin barrier in atopic dermatitis mice models显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate effect of Yupingfeng granules, prepared with Chinese Medicines, on the wound healing and on the expression of aquaporin3(AQP3) and the skin barrier in the animal models of atopic dermatitis(AD).METHODS: Acute skin lesions of AD models were prepared using 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzo(DNCB) in mice and animals were treated with either Yupingfeng granules or placebo for two weeks. Skin wound healing outcome was assessed by measuring skin thickness, weight(quality) of the skin, and trans-epidermal water loss(TEWL). Expression of AQP3 mRNA and protein was assessed by reverse transcriotion polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)and immunoblotting, respectively.RESULTS: Yupingfeng granule treatment resulted in significant acceleration of wound healing with63.64% efficiency, which was significantly higher than that of placebo granule treatment(31.82%,P < 0.01 by Wilcoxon Rank-sum test). Skin thickness, weight of the wounded skin, and TEWL were significantly higher in the AD models compared to that of normal animals. Treatment with Yupingfeng granules resulted in significant decrease in skin thickness [(937 ± 31) vs(360 ± 21) μm, P < 0.01],weight of the wounded skin [(42 ± 4) vs(24 ± 5)mg, P < 0.01], and TEWL [(30 ± 4) vs(13 ± 4) g·h^(-1)·m-2, P < 0.01]. 3Geothermal field and its relation with coalbed methane distribution of the Qinshui Basin显示文摘The average geothermal gradient in the Qin-shui Basin, Shanxi Province, North China, estimated from temperature logging data of 20 boreholes is 28.2±1.03℃/km. The thermal conductivities of 39 rock samples are measured and 20 heat flow values are obtained. The estimated heat flow ranges from 44.75 mW7m2 to 101.81 mW/m2, with a mean of 62.69±15.20 mW/m2. The thermal history reconstruction from the inversion of vitrinite data, using Ther-model for Windows 2004, reveals that the average paleo-heat flow at the time of maximum burial in late Jurassic to early Cretaceous is 158.41 mW/m2 for the north part, 119.57 mW/m2 for the central part and 169.43 mW/m2for the south part of the basin respectively. The reconstruction of the buried history of the strata indicates that the age for the end of sedimentation and the beginning of erosion for the basin is 108-156 Ma, and that the eroded thickness of the strata is 2603 m in the north, 2291 m in the central, and 2528.9 m in the south of the basin respectively. The 'higher in the north and the south, lower in the central' distribution pattern of the paleo-heat flow coincides with the distribution of the coal-bed methane spatially and temporally, which shows that the coal-bed methane is controlled by the paleo-geotem-perature field in the basin.Zhanxue Sun Wen Zhang Baoqun Hu Wenjuan Li Tianyou Pan 2005Chinese Science Bulletin2005,50,S1:3
4Geothermal regime and hydrocarbon kitchen evolution in the Jianghan Basin显示文摘The present geothermal gradient and terrestrial heat flow was calculated of 18 wells in the Jianghan Basin.Thermal gradient distribution of the Jianghan Basin was obtained based on data of systematical steady-state temperature and oil-test temperature.The basin-wide average thermal gradient in depth interval of 0-4000 m is 33.59℃/km.We report nine measured terrestrial heat flow values based on the data of detailed thermal conductivity and systematical steady-state temperature.These values vary from 41.9 to 60.9 mW/m 2 with a mean of 52.3±6.3 mW/m 2.However,thermal history analyses based on vitrinite reflectance(VR) and apatite fission track(AFT) data indicate that thermal gradient in the northern and southern Qianbei Fault reached its peak of ~36 and ~39℃/km respectively in the Middle Jurassic and the Oligocene,and it descended during the early Miocene to the present-time value.Furthermore,tectonic subsidence analysis reveals that the tectonic subsidence of the Jianghan Basin in the Cretaceous to early Miocene was characterized by synrift initial subsidence followed by the subsequent thermal subsidence.The thermal history and tectonic subsidence history of Jianghan Basin are of great significance to petroleum exploration and hydrocarbon source assessment,because they bear directly on issues of petroleum source rock maturation.Based on the thermal history and tectonic subsidence history,with the combination of geochemical and thermal parameters,the maturation and the hydrocarbon generation intensity evolution history of the P2d source rocks are modeled.The results show that the P2d source rocks are in a higher degree of maturation at present,and the Yuan'an and Herong sags are the two most important kitchens in the Late Jurassic,Xiaoban Sag is another most important kitchen during the Late Cretaceous to late Paleogene,and the Zhijiang and Mianyang sags are other two important hydrocarbon kitchens in the Late Cretaceous.The Mianyang Sag and Yichang Ramp are the favorable exploration targets in the future.This study may provide new insight for the understanding of the oil and gas exploration potential for the Jianghan Basin.LI ZongXing XU Ming ZHAO Ping SUN ZhanXue ZHU ChuanQing 2013Science China Earth Sciences2013,56,2:3
5Effect of the Morphology of ZnO Support on the Desulfurization and Regeneration Performance of Ni/ZnO Catalyst显示文摘The Ni/ZnO desulfurization catalyst has been highly valued for its high desulfurization rate and low octane value loss. However, during the process of desulfurization, ZnO is prone to deactivation and the active component Ni is susceptible to agglomeration, which can affect the performance of the catalyst. In order to solve these problems, the modification of ZnO support has been extensively studied. The granular, short rod-shaped and nanowire-structured ZnO were synthesized by controlling the concentration of NaOH, and the desulfurization catalyst was prepared with ZnO serving as the support after loading of metallic Ni. The catalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction, N2 adsorption-desorption, SEM, TEM and other analytical methods. The desulfurization performance of the catalyst was investigated with n-heptane - thiophene used as model compounds. Test results showed that the morphology and size of ZnO support has great influence on the desulfurization performance of the catalyst. Desulfurization catalyst prepared with nanowire-structured ZnO support has the best desulfurization performance, with its desulfurization rate reaching 98.2%. The result was achieved mainly due to the nanowire structure of ZnO support which could effectively restrain the agglomeration of metallic Ni on the surface and reduce the particle size of the active component of metallic Ni so as to improve its dispersion on the surface of the support. 6Integration of high-fidelity model of forward variable area bypass injector into zero-dimensional variable cycle engine model显示文摘Forward Variable Area Bypass Injector(FVABI)is one of key components which contributes to modulate the cycle parameters of Variable Cycle Engine(VCE)under various operation conditions.The modeling method of zero-dimensional FVABI was reviewed and its deficiency was analyzed based on FVABI flow characteristic.In order to improve the accuracy of VCE performance simulation,the high-fidelity modeling method of FVABI was developed based on its working characteristics.Then it was coupled with the zero-dimensional VCE model and the multi-level VCE model was built.The results indicate that the geometric and aerodynamic parameters can affect the interaction between the two airflows and the zero-dimensional FVABI model is too simple to predict the component performance accurately,especially when the FVABI inner bypass is chocked.Based on the performance curves for single bypass mode and the regression model of multi-scale support vector regression for double bypass mode,the high-fidelity model can predict FVABI performance accurately and rapidly.The integration of high-fidelity FVABI model into zerodimensional VCE model can be done by adjusting iterative variables and balance equations.The multi-level model has good convergence and it can predict VCE performance when the FVABI inner bypass is chocked.Fu SONG Li ZHOU Zhanxue WANG Zhifu LIN Jingwei SHI 2021Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,8:3
7A one-for-all strategy of polyimide coating layer for resolving the comprehensive issues of phosphorus anode显示文摘Phosphorus is a promising anode with high capacity (2596 mAh g^(-1)and 6075~6924 mAh cm^(-3)),low lithium-ion diffusion barrier (0.08 e V),and appropriate lithiation potential (~0.7 V vs Li+/Li).However,it faces the problems of huge volume expansion (~300%),low electronic conductivity (10^(-14)~10^(2)S cm^(-1)),soluble intermediates (lithium polyphosphides,Li_(x)Ps),degradation in air,and low thermal stability.In this work,phosphorus/carbon nanotube composites were coated with a polyimide layer,which plays the roles of a buffer layer to relieve the volume expansion of phosphorus,an obstruct layer to confine LixPs,an inert layer to prevent the degradation of phosphorus in air,a heat resistant layer to improve the thermal stability of the anode.The resulting composites (P/CNT@PI) display high capacity retention of798.1 m Ah g^(-1)after 150 cycles at 1 A g^(-1),achieving 17 times as much as the control sample (P/CNT).Muyao Han Shaojie Zhang Yu Cao Chengyu Han Xu Li Yiming Zhang Zhanxu Yang Jie Sun 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,7:2
8PRESSURE GRADIENT FROM THE CONTRIBUTION OF BOTH GEOTHERMAL AND GRAVITY IN THE LITHOSPHERE显示文摘The pressure gradient of the lithosphere is a key to explaining various geological processes, and varies also in time and space similar to the geothermal gradient. In this paper a correlation formula of geothermal gradients and pressure gradients was built with the thermocomprestion coefficients. 10Sequential ensemble optimization based on general surrogate model prediction variance and its application on engine acceleration schedule design显示文摘The Efficient Global Optimization(EGO)algorithm has been widely used in the numerical design optimization of engineering systems.However,the need for an uncertainty estimator limits the selection of a surrogate model.In this paper,a Sequential Ensemble Optimization(SEO)algorithm based on the ensemble model is proposed.In the proposed algorithm,there is no limitation on the selection of an individual surrogate model.Specifically,the SEO is built based on the EGO by extending the EGO algorithm so that it can be used in combination with the ensemble model.Also,a new uncertainty estimator for any surrogate model named the General Uncertainty Estimator(GUE)is proposed.The performance of the proposed SEO algorithm is verified by the simulations using ten well-known mathematical functions with varying dimensions.The results show that the proposed SEO algorithm performs better than the traditional EGO algorithm in terms of both the final optimization results and the convergence rate.Further,the proposed algorithm is applied to the global optimization control for turbo-fan engine acceleration schedule design.Yifan YE Zhanxue WANG Xiaobo ZHANG 2021Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,8:1

13PHF6 functions as a tumor suppressor by recruiting methyltransferase SUV39H1 to nucleolar region and offers a novel therapeutic target for PHF6-muntant leukemia显示文摘Mutations in the plant homeodomain-like finger protein 6(PHF6)gene are strongly associated with acute myeloid(AML)and T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia(T-ALL).In this study,we demonstrated that PHF6 can bind to H3K9me3 and H3K27me1 on the nucleolar chromatin and recruit histone methyltransferase SUV39H1 to the rDNA locus.The deletion of PHF6 caused a decrease in the recruitment of SUV39H1 to rDNA gene loci,resulting in a reduction in the level of H3K9me3 and the promotion of rDNA transcription.The knockdown of either SUV39H1 or PHF6 significantly attenuated the effects of increase in H3K9me3 and suppressed the transcription of rDNA induced by the overexpression of the other interacting partner,thereby establishing an interdependent relationship between PHF6 and SUV39H1 in their control of rRNA transcription.The PHF6 clinical mutants significantly impaired the ability to bind and recruit SUV39H1 to the rDNA loci,resulting in an increase in rDNA transcription activity,the proliferation of in vitro leukemia cells,and the growth of in vivo mouse xenografts.Importantly,significantly elevated levels of pre-rRNA were observed in clinical AML patients who possessed a mutated version of PHF6.The specific rDNA transcription inhibitor CX5461 significantly reduced the resistance of U937 AML cells deficient in PHF6 to cytarabine,the drug that is most commonly used to treat AML.Collectively,we revealed a novel molecular mechanism by which PHF6 recruits methyltransferase SUV39H1 to the nucleolar region in leukemia and provided a potential therapeutic target for PHF6-mutant leukemia.Hsiang-i Tsai Yanping Wu Rui Huang Dandan Su Yingyi Wu Xiaoyan Liu Linglu Wang Zhanxue Xu Yuxin Pang Chong Sun Chao He Fan Shu Haitao Zhu Dongqing Wang Fang Cheng Laiqiang Huang Hongbo Chen 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,4:1

15Hierarchical SAPO-11 Molecular Sieve for n-Alkane Hydroisomerization Synthesized by Directing Agent Method显示文摘Silicoaluminophosphates SAPO-11 molecular sieves with small particle size and hierarchical pores were synthesized using the directing agent method.The effect of crystallization time on the particle structure,morphology,pore structure properties,and acid properties of SAPO-11 molecular sieves were investigated.Unlike the SAPO-11 molecular sieves synthesized with the conventional method,the results of XRD,SEM,BET and NH3-TPD analyses showed that the SAPO-11 molecular sieves synthesized by the directing agent method in a shorter crystallization time exhibited fine and uniform morphology.By increasing the crystallization time,the particle size of SAPO-11 molecular sieve was significantly reduced,and the mesoporous structure(intercrystalline pores)was formed.Furthermore,the external specific surface area and the total specific surface area reached 81.7 m^2/g and 192.0 m^2/g,respectively,which effectively reduced the pore mass transfer resistance and significantly increased the number of acid sites.The results of n-dodecane hydroisomerization revealed that the Pt/SAPO-11 prepared with the novel method exhibited higher catalytic activity and better hydroisomerization selectivity than that synthesized by the conventional hydrothermal method.Thus,the small particle molecular sieve showed a promising industrial application prospect to be used as catalyst support.Meng Yuan Wang Haiyan Sun Na Yang Zhanxu Wang Yujia 2020China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2020,22,4:1

17Dual effects of disorder on the strongly-coupled system composed of a single quantum dot and a photonic crystal L3 cavity显示文摘Light-matter interaction in the strong coupling regime enables light control at the single-photon level. We develop numerical method and analytical expressions to calculate the decay kinetics of an initially excited two-level quantum emitter in dielectric nanostructure and single-mode cavity, respectively. We use these methods to discover the dual effects of disorder on the stronglycoupled system composed of a single quantum dot and a photonic crystal L3 cavity. The quality factor is sensitive to disorder,while the g factor and vacuum Rabi splitting are robust against disorder. A small amount of disorder may either decrease or increase the light localization and the light-matter interaction. Our methods offer flexible and efficient theoretical tools for the investigation of light-matter interaction, especially cavity quantum electrodynamics. 20Density Functional Theory Calculations for the Evaluation of FePS3 as a Promising Anode for Mg Ion Batteries显示文摘FePS3,a classical 2D layered material with transition metal phosphorous trichalcogenides,was investigated as an anode material for Mg ion batteries.We used density functional theory to calculate the Mg storage properties of FePS3,such as Mg adsorption energy,theoretical specific capacity,average voltage,diffusion energy barriers,volume change,and electronic conductivity.The theoretical specific capacity of the FePS3 monolayer is 585.6 mA h/g with a relatively low average voltage of 0.483 V(vs.Mg/Mg^2+),which is favorable to a high energy density.The slight change in volume and good electronic conductivity of bulk FePS 3 are beneficial to electrode stability during cycling.Yu Cao Fusheng Pan Huili Wang Zhanxu Yang Jie Sun 2020Transactions of Tianjin University2020,26,4:0
