1The effect of mechanical loads on the degradation of aliphatic biodegradable polyesters显示文摘Aliphatic biodegradable polyesters have been the most widely used synthetic polymers for developing biodegradable devices as alternatives for the currently used permanent medical devices.The performances during biodegradation process play crucial roles for final realization of their functions.Because physiological and biochemical environment in vivo significantly affects biodegradation process,large numbers of studies on effects of mechanical loads on the degradation of aliphatic biodegradable polyesters have been launched during last decades.In this review article,we discussed the mechanism of biodegradation and several different mechanical loads that have been reported to affect the biodegradation process.Other physiological and biochemical factors related to mechanical loads were also discussed.The mechanical load could change the conformational strain energy and morphology to weaken the stability of the polymer.Besides,the load and pattern could accelerate the loss of intrinsic mechanical properties of polymers.This indicated that investigations into effects of mechanical loads on the degradation should be indispensable.More combination condition of mechanical loads and multiple factors should be considered in order to keep the degradation rate controllable and evaluate the degradation process in vivo accurately.Only then can the degradable devise achieve the desired effects and further expand the special applications of aliphatic biodegradable polyesters.Ying Li Zhaowei Chu Xiaoming Li Xili Ding Meng Guo Haoran Zhao Jie Yao Lizhen Wang Qiang Cai Yubo Fan 2017Regenerative Biomaterials2017,4,3:2

4自上而下和自下而上相结合提高大规模生态修复规划的实用性和效率——来自社会生态系统的启示显示文摘Ecological restoration policies and their implementation are influenced by ecological and socioeconomic drivers.Top-down approach-based spatial planning,emphasizing hierarchical control within government structures,and without a comprehensive consideration of social–ecological interactions may result in implementation failure and low efficiency.Although many researchers have indicated the necessity to engage social–ecological interactions between stakeholders in effective planning processes,socioeconomic drivers of ecological restoration on a large scale are difficult to quantify because of data scarcity and knowledge limitations.Here,we established a new ecological restoration planning approach linking a social–ecological system framework to large-scale ecological restoration planning.The new spatial planning approach integrates bottom-up approaches targeting stakeholder interests and provides social considerations for stakeholder behavior analysis.Based on this approach,a meta-analysis is introduced to recognize key socioeconomic and social–ecological factors influencing large-scale ecological restoration implementation,and a stochastic model is constructed to analyze the impact of socioeconomic drivers on the behavior of authorities and participants on a large scale.We used the Yangtze River Basin-based Conversion of Cropland to Forest Program(CCFP),one of the largest payments for ecosystem service programs worldwide,to quantify the socioeconomic impacts of large-scale ecological restoration programs.Current CCFP planning without socioeconomic considerations failed to achieve large-scale program goals and showed low investment efficiency,with 19.71% of the implemented area reconverting to cropland after contract expiry.In contrast,spatial matching between planned and actual restoration increased from 61.55% to 81.86% when socioeconomic drivers were included.In addition,compared to that with the current CCFP implementation,the cost effectiveness of spatial planning with social considerations improved by 46.94%.Thus,spatial optimization planning that integrates both top-down and bottom-up approaches can result in more practical and effective ecological restoration than top-down approaches alone.Our new approach incorporates socioeconomic factors into large-scale ecological restoration planning with high practicality and efficiency.Zhaowei Ding Hua Zheng Jun Wang Patrick O’Connor Cong Li Xiaodong Chen Ruonan Li Zhiyun Ouyang 2023Engineering2023,31,12:0
5Throughput Analysis of HARQ Scheme Based on Full-Duplex Two-Way AF SWIPT Relay显示文摘The simultaneous wireless information and power transfer(SWIPT)relay system is one of the emerging technologies.Xiaomi Corporation and Motorola Inc.recently launched indoor wireless power transfer equipment is one of the most promising applications.To tap the potential of the system,hybrid automatic repeat request(HARQ)is introduced into the SWIPT relay system.Firstly,the time slot structure of HARQ scheme based on full duplex two-way amplify and forward(AF)SWIPT relay is given,and its retransmission status is analyzed.Secondly,the equivalent signal-to-noise ratio and outage probability of various states are calculated by approximate simplification.Thirdly,the energy harvesting power in each state is calculated.Finally,the energy harvested-throughput sum function is constructed to characterize the performance of energy harvesting and data transmission.Simulation results show that the proposed HARQ scheme has better energy harvestedthroughput sum function than the traditional HARQ scheme.When P_(2)=22 dB,the maximum sum function is 54.86%(the proposed HARQ scheme)and 52.307%(the traditional HARQ scheme),respectively.Xiaoye Shi Fei Ding Haiting Zhu Zhaowei Zhang Lei Zhang 2023Computers, Materials & Continua2023,,3:0

7Rate-Energy Tradeoff for Wireless Simultaneous Information and Power Transfer in Full-Duplex and Half-Duplex Systems显示文摘In this paper,we study the rate-energy tradeoff for wireless simultaneous in-formation and power transfer in full-duplex and half-duplex scenarios.To this end,the weighting function of energy efficiency and transmission rate,as rate-energy tradeoff metric is first introduced and the metric optimization problem is formulated.Applying Karush-Kuhn-Tucker(KKT)conditions for Lagrangian optimality and a series of mathematical approximations,the metric optimization problem can be simplified.The closed-form solution of the power ratio is obtained,building direct relationship between power ratio and the rate-energy tradeoff metric.By choosing power ratio,one can make the tradeoff between information rate and harvested power in a straightforward and efficient way.Using the method similar to the half duplex systems,the optimal power ratio can be obtained in the full duplex systems,so as to balance the information transmission rate and energy transmission efficiency.Simulation results validate that the information rate is non-increasing with harvested power in half-duplex systems and the tradeoff of information rate and harvested power can be simply made.In the full duplex systems,the power ratio solution of the rate-energy tradeoff metric optimization problem can be used as the approximate optimal solution of the optimization problem and the approximation error is negligible.Xiaoye Shi Jin Sun Dongming Li Fei Ding Zhaowei Zhang 2020Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,11:0

9Nd^(3+)/Yb^(3+) co-doped mid-infrared luminescence fluorobromide glass with energy transfer and zero-thermal-quenching IR emission显示文摘Nd^(3+)/Yb^(3+)co-doped fluorobromide glass samples were prepared by melt quenching.The mid-infrared(MIR)luminescence of the Nd^(3+)/Yb^(3+)co-doped fluorobromide glass was investigated by Br-doping reduces the phonon state density of the matrix.The 3.9μm MIR luminescence of the samples excited at 793 and 980 nm pump excitation was investigated in detail.There is an effective mutual energy transfer process between Nd^(3+)and Yb^(3+).It is proved under 793 nm excitation that the luminescence of Nd^(3+)at 3.9μm is reduced by effective energy transfer from,Nd^(3+):2 H11/2→Yb^(3+):2 F5/2,At the same time,it is proved that the effective energy transfer from Yb^(3+):2 F5/2→Nd^(3+):2 H11/2 under the excitation of 980 nm enhances the luminescence of Nd^(3+)at 3.9μm.In addition,it is found that the samples still have good infrared(IR)luminescent properties when the temperature changes.The emission cross-sectional area and the absorption cross-sectional area areσem(3.87×10^(-20)cm^(2))andσabs(4.25×10^(-20)cm^(2)).The fluorescence decay characteristics of the sample at 3.9μm at the 2 H11/2 level were investigated and the fluorescence lifetime was calculated.The gain performance of the sample was calculated and analyzed,which can reach 4.25×10^(-20)cm^(2).Those results prove that Nd^(3+)/Yb^(3+)co-doped fluorobromide glass is the potential mid-infrared laser gain material.Jiajia Zhang Xiaosong Zhang Hao Yin Lan Li Zhaowei Zhang Xin Liu Xiaokai Gong Rukun Ding 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,9:0
10Energy transfer process of Nd^(3+)/Ho3+co-doped fluoride halide glasses with anion substituted multi-wavelength tunable mid-infrared luminescence显示文摘Ho^(3+)doped ZBLAN glass with 2.0 and 2.9μm emission was prepared.In order to further improve the luminescence of Ho^(3+),halogen ions(Cl,Br,1)were introduced to reduce the maximum phonon energy and phonon state density of the sample.At the same time,Nd^(3+)was introduced to transfer the energy to Ho^(3+)pumped with a 793 nm laser(Nd^(3+):4 F5/2,4 F3/2→Ho^(3+):5 I6).The effect of different halogen ion on the luminescent properties of the fluoride halide glass was compared.The results show that the luminescent intensity of infrared increases with the introduction of different halogen ions.By comparison,it is found that the sample with I-has the strongest luminescence of 1064 nm,2.0μm and 2.9μm.This is consistent with the calculated J-O intensity parameters.In addition,the 2.0 and 2.9μm emission of Ho^(3+)pumped with a 450 nm laser will not disappear.A mid-infrared sample with multi-wavelength excitation and multi-wavelength emission can be obtained.Nd^(3+)/Ho^(3+)co-doped fluoride halide glasses with 1064 nm,2.0μm and 2.9μm luminescence were prepared by melt quenching method.The luminescent mechanism and the energy transfer process between the two ions of Nd^(3+)/Ho^(3+)co-doped fluoride halide glass were studied.The J-O parameters,luminescence lifetime and absorption emission cross-sectional area of Ho^(3+)and Nd^(3+)were calculated,respectively.It is found that the value ofΩ2 in the glass matrix increases with the introduction of different halogen ions,whileΩ4 andΩ6 do not change obviously in different glass compositions.This is because the environment of the crystal field around the rare earth ions changes.The crystal phase and phonon energy of the sample were analyzed by X-ray diffraction pattern and a Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,respectively.Based on the above spectra and data(phonon energy is 634.71 cm-1),it can be predicted that Nd^(3+)/Ho^(3+)co-doped fluoride halide glass is a potential mid-infrared luminescent material.Hao Yin Xiaosong Zhang Lan Li Jiajia Zhang Zhaowei Zhang Xin Liu Xiaokai Gong Rukun Ding 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,11:0
11Investigation on Thermal Insulation and Mechanical Strength of Lightweight Aggregate Concrete and Porous Mortar in Cold Regions显示文摘Thermal insulation is an important indicator to evaluate the construction material in cold region engineering.As we know,adding the industrial waste as lightweight aggregate or creating the pore inside the cement-based composite could make the texture loose,and the thermal insulating capacity of the material would be improved with this texture.Using these methods,the industrial by-product and engineering waste could be cycled in an efficient way.Moreover,after service the fragmented cement composites paste could be used as aggregate in the thermal insulating concrete again.While the porous texture is not favorable for the mechanical strength and long-term durability in a cold environment.To balance the above three requirements from two opposite directions,different processing methods were applied to create the thermal insulation concrete/mortar.Firstly,the organic/inorganic lightweight aggregate,including the Expanded Polystyrene(EPS),Expanded Perlite(EP),and Ceramsite(CRMST)particles,were applied to create the Lightweight Aggregate Concrete(LWAC).As the comparative tests,the expanded Superabsorbent Polymer(SAP)hydrogel and Air-Entraining Agent(AEA)were also introduced to create the porous mortar.The above concrete/mortar was tested in the normal state and under the Freeze-Thaw cycle to explore the engineering performance in cold regions.During the experimenting process,the thermal insulation,mechanical strength,and frost resistance of these cement-based composites were investigated,and an optimal thermal insulation concrete/mortar was determined.Jianan Wu Ke Xue Zhaowei Ding Lei Lang Kang Gu Xiaolin Li Mingli Zhang Desheng Li 2022Journal of Renewable Materials2022,10,12:0
12Sialic acid-mediated photochemotherapy enhances infiltration of CD8^(+)T cells from tumor-draining lymph nodes into tumors of immunosenescent mice显示文摘Immunoscenescence plays a key role in the initiation and development of tumors.Furthermore,immunoscenescence also impacts drug delivery and cancer therapeutic efficacy.To reduce the impact of immunosenescence on anti-tumor therapy,this experimental plan aimed to use neutrophils with tumor tropism properties to deliver sialic acid(SA)-modified liposomes into the tumor,kill tumor cells via SA-mediated photochemotherapy,enhance infiltration of neutrophils into the tumor,induce immunogenic death of tumor cells with chemotherapy,enhance infiltration of CD8^(+)T cells into the tumordraining lymph nodes and tumors of immunosenescent mice,and achieve SA-mediated photochemotherapy.We found that CD8^(+)T cell and neutrophil levels in 16-month-old mice were significantly lower than those in 2-and 8-month-old mice;16-month-old mice exhibited immunosenescence.The anti-tumor efficacy of SA-mediated non-photochemotherapy declined in 16-month-old mice,and tumors recurred after scabbing.SA-mediated photochemotherapy enhanced tumor infiltration by CD8^(+)T cells and neutrophils,induced crusting and regression of tumors in 8-month-old mice,inhibited metastasis and recurrence of tumors and eliminated the immunosenescence-induced decline in antitumor therapeutic efficacy in 16-month-old mice via the light-heat-chemical-immunity conversion.Dezhi Sui Changzhi Li Xueying Tang Xianmin Meng Junqiang Ding Qiongfen Yang Zhaowei Qi Xinrong Liu Yihui Deng Yanzhi Song 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,1:0
