| 1 | An Inception Module CNN Classifiers Fusion Method on Pulmonary Nodule Diagnosis by Signs显示文摘A 'sign' on a lung CT image refers to a radiologic finding that suggests a pathological progression of some specific disease. Analysis of CT signs is helpful to understand the pathological origin of the lesion. In-depth study of lung nodules classification with different CT signs will help to distinguish benign and malignant nodules more clearly and accurately. To this end, we propose an Inception module-based ensemble classification method for pulmonary nodule diagnosis with different nodule signs. We first construct a Convolutional Neural Network(CNN) classifier adopting Inception modules and pre-train it on ImageNet. We then fine-tune this pre-trained classifier on 10 different lung nodule sign sample sets, and fuse these 10 classifiers with an artificial immune ensemble algorithm. The overall sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of our proposed Artificial Immune Algorithm-based Inception Networks Fusion(AIA-INF) algorithm are 82.22%, 93.17%, and 88.67%, respectively, which are significantly higher than those of the alternative Bagging and Boosting methods. | 2 | Protective electrode/electrolyte interphases for high energy lithium-ion batteries with p-toluenesulfonyl fluoride electrolyte additive显示文摘High energy density lithium-ion batteries using Ni-rich cathode(such as LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2) suffer from severe capacity decay.P-toluenesulfonyl fluoride(pTSF) has been investigated as a novel film-forming electrolyte additive to enhance the cycling performances of graphite/LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2 pouch cell.In comparison with the baseline electrolyte,a small dose of pTSF can significantly improve the cyclic stability of the cell.Theoretical calculations together with experimental results indicate that pTSF would be oxidized and reduced to construct protective interphase film on the surfaces of LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2 cathode and graphite anode,respectively.These S-containing surface films derived from pTSF effectively mitigate the decomposition of electrolyte,reduce the interphasial impedance,as well as prevent the dissolution of transition metal ions from Ni-rich cathode upon cycling at high voltage.This finding is beneficial for the practical application of high energy density graphite/LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2 cells. | Yanxia Che Xiuyi Lin Lidan Xing Xiongcong Guan Rude Guo Guangyuan Lan Qinfeng Zheng Wenguang Zhang Weishan Li | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,1: | 3 |
| 3 | Research on System Control and Energy Management Strategy of Flux-Modulated Compound-Structure Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine显示文摘The flux-modulated compound-structure permanent magnet synchronous machine (CS-PMSM), composed of a brushless double rotor machine (DRM) and a conventional permanent magnet synchronous machine (PMSM), is a power split device for plug-in hybrid electric vehicles. In this paper, its operating principle and mathematical model are introduced. A modified current controller with decoupled state feedback is proposed and verified. The system control strategy is simulated in Matlab, and the feasibility of the control system is proven. To improve fuel economy, an energy management strategy based on fuzzy logic controller is proposed and evaluated by the Urban Dynamometer Driving Schedule (UDDS) drive cycle. | 4 | Review of drought impacts on carbon cycling in grassland ecosystems显示文摘Grasslands play a key role in both carbon and water cycles.In semi-arid and arid grassland areas,the frequency and intensity of droughts are increasing.However,the influence of a drought on grassland carbon cycling is still unclear.In this paper,the relationship between drought and grassland carbon cycling is described from the perspective of drought intensity,frequency,duration,and timing.Based on a large amount of literature,we determined that drought is one of the most prominent threats to grassland carbon cycling,although the impacts of different drought conditions are uncertain.The effects of a drought on grassland carbon cycling are more or less altered by drought-induced disturbances,whether individually or in combination.Additionally,a new conceptual model is proposed to better explain the mechanism of droughts on grassland carbon cycling.At present,evaluations of the effects of droughts on grassland carbon cycling are mainly qualitative.A data fusion model is indispensable for evaluating the fate of carbon cycling in a sustainable grassland system facing global change.In the future,multi-source data and models,based on the development of single and multiple disturbance experiments at the ecosystem level,can be utilized to systematically evaluate drought impacts on grassland carbon cycling at different timescales.Furthermore,more advanced models should be developed to address extreme drought events and their consequences on energy,water,and carbon cycling. | Tianjie LEI Jie FENG Cuiying ZHENG Shuguang LI Yang WANG Zhitao WU Jingxuan LU Guangyuan KAN Changliang SHAO Jinsheng JIA Hui CHENG | 2020 | Frontiers of Earth Science2020,14,2: | 2 |

| 14 | The As-surface of an iron-based superconductor CaKFe_(4)As_(4)显示文摘As a new type of iron-based superconductor, CaKFe_(4)As_(4) has recently been demonstrated to be a promising platform for observing Majorana zero modes (MZMs). The surface of CaKFe_(4)As_(4) plays an important role in realizing the MZM since it hosts superconducting topological surface states. However, due to the complicated crystal structure, the terminal surface of CaKFe_(4)As_(4) has not been determined yet. Here, by using scanning tunneling microscopy/spectroscopy (STM/S), we find that there are two types of surface structure in CaKFe_(4)As_(4). Bias-dependent atomic resolution images show an evolvement from 2–√×2–√ superstructure with respect to the As lattice into 1 × 1 when the tip is brought close to the surface, revealing the sublattice of missing As atoms. Together with the first-principles calculations, we show that the surface As layer has a buckled structure. | 16 | Tracking Transfer of Carbon Dioxide Emissions to Countries along the Silk Roads Through Global Value Chains显示文摘The Belt and Road Initiative(BRI)has aroused rich discussions about the possible increase in carbon dioxide emission under the arduous global carbon dioxide emission reduction task.Adopting the methods of input-output technique and complex network ana-lysis,we first construct a fairer method to trace carbon dioxide emission transfer based on global value chains,then trace the source of carbon dioxide emission transfer to the Silk Roads countries with a long-term multiple regional input-output database.We find that,first,after the proposal of the BRI,the total direct carbon dioxide emissions of the Silk Roads countries and China’s proportion of carbon dioxide emission transfer to the other Silk Roads countries have both declined.Second,the Silk Roads countries are generally the net receivers of carbon dioxide emission transfer,and the inflow is mainly distributed in Southeast Asian countries and core countries in other sub-regions.Then,the transfer of carbon dioxide emission accepted by the Silk Roads countries comes mostly from large developing countries,such as China,Russia,and India,and developed countries,such as the United States,Japan,and Germany.The products are mainly concentrated in energy and chemical industries,as well as heavy industries,such as mining and quarrying,and metal products.We suggest that,due to the high degree of spatial and industrial concentrations of carbon dioxide emission transfer,it is necessary to make targeted policies for these countries and industries to reduce these transfers. | ZHANG Guangyuan ZHENG Zhi WUZHATI Yeerken | 2022 | Chinese Geographical Science2022,32,4: | 0 |

| 18 | Culture of patient-derived multicellular clusters in suspended hydrogel capsules for pre-clinical personalized drug screening显示文摘A personalized medication regimen provides precise treatment for an individual and can be guided by pre-clinical drug screening.The economical and high-efficiency simulation of the liver tumor microenvironment(TME)in a drug-screening model has high value yet challenging to accomplish.Herein,we propose a simulation of the liver TME with suspended alginate-gelatin hydrogel capsules encapsulating patient-derived liver tumor multicellular clusters,and the culture of patient-derived tumor organoids(PDTOs)for personalized pre-clinical drug screening.The hydrogel capsule offers a 3D matrix environment with mechanical and biological properties similar to those of the liver in vivo.As a result,18 of the 28 patient-derived multicellular clusters were successfully cultured as PDTOs.These PDTOs,along with hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)of non-cellular components,preserve stromal cells,including cancer-associated fibroblasts(CAFs)and vascular endothelial cells(VECs).They also maintain stable expression of molecular markers and tumor heterogeneity similar to those of the original liver tumors.Drugs,including cabazitaxel,oxaliplatin,and sorafenib,were tested in PDTOs.The sensitivity of PDTOs to these drugs differs between individuals.The sensitivity of one PDTO to oxaliplatin was validated using magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and biochemical tests after oxaliplatin clinical treatment of the corresponding patient.Therefore,this approach is promising for economical,accurate,and high-throughput drug screening for personalized treatment. | Haijiang Dong Zequn Li Suchen Bian Guangyuan Song Wenfeng Song Mingqi Zhang Haiyang Xie Shusen Zheng Xuxu Yang Tiefeng Li Penghong Song | 2022 | Bioactive Materials2022,7,12: | 0 |

| 20 | Excess PbI_(2)evolution for triple-cation based perovskite solar cells with 21.9%efficiency显示文摘The triple cation mixed perovskites(Cs FAMA)are known as one of the most efficient candidates for perovskite solar cells(PSCs).It is found that the power conversion efficiency(PCE)of triple-cation based devices would increase with the test time extending,and the maximum efficiency is normally obtained after several days aging storage.Here,the relationship between enhanced device performance,excess PbI_(2)and its evolution in triple cation perovskite films of initial days was systematically explored.The Cs FAMA-PSCs are prepared by two-step methods under two environmental conditions,including in the glove box and the ambient air(30%humidity).After 7 days testing,the maximum PCE of PSCs under two conditions dramatically increased 12.4%and 12.2%,reached 21.68%and 21.89%,respectively.At initial days,the XRD peak intensities of perovskite phase gradually decreased and those corresponding to PbI_(2)increased.Along with time-resolved photoluminescence(TRPL)and kelvin probe force microscopy(KPFM),it was found that the defects were passivated with the evolution of PbI_(2).This work reveals the excess PbI_(2)and its evolution in perovskite film,which can further supplement the understanding of PbI_(2)defect passivation. | Zhu Ma Dejun Huang Qianyu Liu Guangyuan Yan Zheng Xiao Dong Chen Jiaxuan Zhao Yan Xiang Changtao Peng Haijin Li Meng Zhang Wenfeng Zhang Lianfeng Duan Yuelong Huang | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,3: | 0 |
