1Experimental study on scale inhibition performance of a green scale inhibitor polyaspartic acid显示文摘Static and dynamic experiments were carried out to validate scale inhibition performance of a green scale inhibitor-polyaspartic acid (PASP). From the static experiment, it was shown that below 60℃, polyaspartic acid is very effective in scale inhibition, with the scale inhibition ratio exceeding 90% with only 3 mg/L PASP for the 600 mg/L hardness solution. For a higher hardness solution of 800 mg/L, the scale inhibition ratio can also reach 90% with 6 and 12 mg/L PASP at 30 and 60℃respectively. The SEM photographs of CaCO3 crystals indicate that the crystal structure transforms from a compact stick-shape to a loose shape so that the scale can be washed away easily instead of being deposited on the heat transfer surface. 2Experimental investigations on the heat transfer characteristics of micro heat pipe array applied to flat plate solar collector显示文摘This paper introduces a novel flat plate solar collector(FPC) using micro heat pipe array(MHPA) as a key element.To analyze the thermal transfer behavior of flat plate solar collector with micro heat pipe array(MHPA-FPC),an indoor experiment for thermal transfer characteristic of MHPA applied to FPC was conducted by using an electrical heating film to simulate the solar radiation.Different cooling water flow rates,cooling water temperatures,slopes,and contact thermal resistances between the condenser of MHPA and the heat exchanger were tested at different heating powers.The experimental results indicate that MHPA-FPC exhibits the enhanced heat transfer capability with increased cooling water flow rate and temperature.Total thermal resistance has a maximum decline of approximately 10% when the flow rate increases from 180 to 360 L h 1 and 38% when the cooling water temperature increases from 20℃ to 40℃.When the inclination angle of MHPA-FPC exceeds 30°,the slope change has a negligible effect on the heat transfer performance of MHPA-FPC.In addition,contact thermal resistance significantly affects the heat transfer capability of MHPA-FPC.The total thermal resistances lowers to nearly half of the original level when contact material between the condenser of MHPA and the heat exchanger changes from conductive silicone to conductive grease.These results could provide useful information for the optimal design and operation of MHPA-FPC.DENG YueChao QUAN ZhenHua ZHAO YaoHua WANG LinCheng 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,5:17

4Performance simulation and optimization of new radiant floor heating based on micro heat pipe array显示文摘This paper proposes two new radiant floor heating structures based on micro heat pipe array(MHPA),namely cement-tile floor and keel-wood floor.The numerical models for these different floor structures are established and verified by experiments.The temperature distribution and heat transfer process of each part are comprehensively obtained,and the structure is optimized.The results show that the cement-tile floor has the better heat transfer performance of the two.When under the same inlet water temperature and flow rate,the keel-wood floor's surface temperature distribution is about 2℃ lower than that of the cement-tile floor.The inlet water temperature of cement-tile floor is about 10℃ lower than that of keel-wood structure when the floor surface temperature is the same.During a longitudinal heat transfer above MHPA,the floor surface temperature decreases by 0.5℃ for every 10 mm filling layer increase.In order to reduce the non-uniformity of the floor's surface temperature and improve the thermal comfort of the heated room,the optimal structure for a floor is given,with the maximum surface temperature difference reduced by 3.35℃.We used research focusing on new radiant floor heating,with advantages including high efficiency heat transfer,low water supply temperature,simple waterway structure,low resistance and leakage risk,to provide theory and data to support the application of an effective radiant floor heating based on MHPA.Heran Jing Zhenhua Quan Ruixue Dong Limin Hao Yunhan Liu Yaohua Zhao 2022Building Simulation2022,15,7:1

7Heat mass transfer model of fouling process of calcium carbonate on heat transfer surface显示文摘A new heat mass transfer model was developed to predict the fouling process of calcium carbonate on heat transfer surface. The model took into account not only the crystallization fouling but also the particle fouling which was formed on the heat transfer surface by the suspension particles of calcium carbonate in the su- persaturated solution. Based on experimental results of the fouling process, the deposition and removal rates of the mixing fouling were expressed. Furthermore, the coupling effect of temperature with the fouling process was considered in the physics model. As a result the fouling resistance varying with time was obtained to describe the fouling process and the prediction was compared with experimental data under same conditions. The results showed that the present model could give a good prediction of fouling process, and the deviation was less than 15% of the experimental data in most cases. 16Identification of 1-hydroxypyrene in urine of dogs after pyrene injection and its excretion显示文摘With high performance liquid chromatograph and fluorospectrometry, 1-hydroxypyrene is identified as a metabolite of pyrene in the urine of dogs after intramuscular injection of pyrene. When three successive doses of 1,2 and 5 μmol/kg wt. pyrene administered, urinary excretion of 1-hydroxypyrene reaches the peak level between 24th and 48th hours. 17Synchronous fluorescence technique and its use in identification of polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons in urine samples显示文摘The synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy of three polymiclear aromatic hydrocarbons was studied. It was shown that the specific Δλ of the spectra were 10nm for benzo(k) fluoranthene, 25 nm for benzo(a) pyrene, and 40 nm for pyrene. The peaks of the spectra were at 407, 404, and 373 nm for the three chemicals, respectively. 18Coupling effects of water and nitrogen on photosynthetic characteristics,nitrogen uptake,and yield of sunflower under drip irrigation in an oasis显示文摘An experiment was conducted in an oasis area in northwest China to assess the coupling effects of water and nitrogen supply through drip irrigation on photosynthetic characteristics,nitrogen uptake,and yield of sunflower(Helianthus annuus L.),as well as the nitrate distribution in the root-zone soil.The experiment included three irrigation levels(210[W1],300[W2],and 390[W3]mm),three nitrogen levels(162[N1],232[N2],and 302[N3]kg/hm^(2)),and control treatment(no fertilization during whole growth period and only irrigated at the budding stage).A nitrogen content over-accumulation in the soil was observed under the low irrigation amount with high fertilizer supply,which cannot enhance the sunflowers’absorption of nitrogen.Excessive irrigation caused leach of the soil nitrogen,reduced nitrogen content in the root-zone soil(0-40 cm)and limited nitrogen uptake by the crop.Although low irrigation amount with high fertilizer supply can increase the nitrogen content in the soil,it cannot enhance the sunflowers’absorption of nitrogen.At the vegetative stage of sunflower growth,the accumulation of nitrogen in the organs was mainly concentrated in the leaves,while it was transferred to the flower disk at the reproductive growth stage.Reasonable coupling of water and nitrogen improved the transport of nitrogen from leaves and stems to the flower disk and promoted the formation of yield components.Six regression equations were established with irrigation and fertilization amount as independent variables,and seed rate,seed weight per flowerdisk,1000 grain weight,yield,water use efficiency and nitrogen partial factor productivity as dependent variables,respectively.Multiple regression and spatial analysis suggested that the irrigation amount of 241.62-253.35 mm and the fertilization application of 202.02-209.40 N kg/hm^(2)was a good irrigation strategy,under which all six factors exceed 75%of their maxima,and the yield of sunflower reached 3229.3 kg/hm^(2).Tianyu Wang Zhenhua Wang Qiang Wu Jinzhu Zhang Lishuang Quan Bihang Fan Li Guo 2021International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2021,14,5:0
