| 1 | 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). | 2 | Two RING-Finger Ubiquitin E3 Ligases Regulate the Degradation of SPX4, An Internal Phosphate Sensor, for Phosphate Homeostasis and Signaling in Rice显示文摘SPX-domain-containing proteins (SPXs) play an important role in inorganic phosphate (Pi) sensing,signaling,and transport in eukaryotes.In plants,SPXs are known to integrate cellular Pi status and negatively regulate the activity of Pi central regulators,the PHOSPATE STARVATION RESPONSE proteins (PHRs).The stability of SPXs,such as SPX4,is reduced under Pi-deficient conditions.However,the mechanisms by which SPXs are degraded remain unclear.In this study,using a yeast-twhybrid screen we iden.tified two RING-finger ubiquitin E3 ligases regulating SPX4 degradation,designated SDEL1 and SDEL2,which were post-transcriptionally induced by Pi starvation.We found that both SDELs were located in the nucleus and cytoplasm,had ubiquitin E3 ligase activity,and directly ubiquitinated the K^213 and K^299 lysine residues in SPX4 to regulate its stability.Furthermore,we found that PHR2,a Pi central regulator in rice,could compete with SDELs by interacting with SPX4 under Pi-sufficient conditions,which protected SPX4 from ubiquitination and degradation.Consistent with the biochemical function of SDEL1 and SDEL2,overexpression of SDEL1 or SDEL2 resulted in Pi overaccumulation and induced Pi-starvation signaling even under Pi-sufficient conditions.Conversely,their loss-of-function mutants displayed decreased Pi accumulation and reduced Pi-starvation signaling.Collectively,our study revealed that SDEL1 and SDEL2 facilitate the degradation of SPX4 to modulate PHR2 activity and regulate Pi homeostasis and Pi signaling in response to external Pi availability in rice. | Wenyuan Ruan Meina Guo Xueqing Wang Zhenhui Guo Zhuang Xu Lei Xu Hongyu Zhao Haiji Sun Chengqi Yan Keke Yi | 2019 | Molecular Plant2019,12,8: | 14 |

| 6 | A reciprocal inhibitory module for Pi and iron signaling显示文摘Phosphorous(P)and iron(Fe),two essential nutrients for plant growth and development,are highly abundant elements in the earth's crust but often display low availability to plants.Due to the ability to form insoluble complexes,the antagonistic interaction between P and Fe nutrition in plants has been noticed for decades.However,the underlying molecular mechanism modulating the signaling and homeostasis between them re-mains obscure.Here,we show that the possible iron sensors HRZs,the iron deficiency-induced E3 ligases,could interact with the central regulator of phosphate(Pi)signaling,PHR2,and prompt its ubiquitination at lysine residues K319 and K328,leading to its degradation in rice.Consistent with this,the hrzs mutants dis-played a high Pi accumulation phenotype.Furthermore,we found that iron deficiency could attenuate Pi star-vation signaling by inducing the expression of HRZs,which in turn trigger PHR2 protein degradation.Inter-estingly,on the other hand,rice PHRs could negatively regulate the expression of HRZs to modulate iron deficiency responses.Therefore,PHR2 and HRZs form a reciprocal inhibitory module to coordinate Pi and iron signaling and homeostasis in rice.Taken together,our results uncover a molecular link between Pi and iron master regulators,which fine-tunes plant adaptation to Pi and iron availability in rice. | Meina Guo Wenyuan Ruan Yibo Zhang Yuxin Zhang Xueqing Wang Zhenhui Guo Long Wang Tian Zhou Javier Paz-Ares Keke Yi | 2022 | Molecular Plant2022,15,1: | 5 |

The electrochemistry response of nitrophenol isomers is studied at the SWNTs/POAPE. The re-sult indicates that o-, m- and p-nitrophenol are separated entirely at the SWNTs/POAPE interface. | 9 | Derivation of Cloud-Free-Region Atmospheric Motion Vectors from FY-2E Thermal Infrared Imagery显示文摘The operational cloud-motion tracking technique fails to retrieve atmospheric motion vectors(AMVs) in areas lacking cloud; and while water vapor shown in water vapor imagery can be used, the heights assigned to the retrieved AMVs are mostly in the upper troposphere. As the noise-equivalent temperature difference(NEd T) performance of FY-2E split window(10.3–11.5 μm, 11.6–12.8 μm) channels has been improved, the weak signals representing the spatial texture of water vapor and aerosols in cloud-free areas can be strengthened with algorithms based on the difference principle, and applied in calculating AMVs in the lower troposphere. This paper is a preliminary summary for this purpose, in which the principles and algorithm schemes for the temporal difference, split window difference and second-order difference(SD) methods are introduced. Results from simulation and cases experiments are reported in order to verify and evaluate the methods, based on comparison among retrievals and the 'truth'. The results show that all three algorithms, though not perfect in some cases,generally work well. Moreover, the SD method appears to be the best in suppressing the surface temperature influence and clarifying the spatial texture of water vapor and aerosols. | 10 | Bohai crude oil identification by gas chromatogram fingerprinting quantitative analysis coupled with cluster analysis显示文摘By gas chromatogram, six crude oils fingerprinting distributed in four oilfields and four oil platforms were analyzed and the corresponding normal paraffin hydrocarbon (including pristane and phytane) concentration was obtained by the internal standard method. The normal paraffin hydrocarbon distribution patterns of six crude oils were built and compared. The cluster analysis on the normal paraffin hydrocarbon concentration was conducted for classification and some ratios of oils were used for oils comparison. The results indicated: there was a clear difference within different crude oils in different oil fields and a small difference between the crude oils in the same oil platform. | 14 | Water Vapor Motion Signal Extraction from FY-2E Longwave Infrared Window Images for Cloud-free Regions:The Temporal Difference Technique显示文摘The aim of this study is to calculate the low-level atmospheric motion vectors(AMVs) in clear areas with FY-2E IR2window(11.59–12.79 μm) channel imagery, where the traditional cloud motion wind technique fails. A new tracer selection procedure, which we call the temporal difference technique, is demonstrated in this paper. This technique makes it possible to infer low-level wind by tracking features in the moisture pattern that appear as brightness temperature(TB) differences between consecutive sequences of 30-min-interval FY-2E IR2 images over cloud-free regions. The TBdifference corresponding to a 10% change in water vapor density is computed with the Moderate Resolution Atmospheric Transmission(MODTRAN4)radiative transfer model. The total contribution from each of the 10 layers is analyzed under four typical atmospheric conditions: tropical, midlatitude summer, U.S. standard, and midlatitude winter. The peak level of the water vapor weighting function for the four typical atmospheres is assigned as a specific height to the TB'wind'. This technique is valid over cloudfree ocean areas. | 15 | Polarization microwave-induced thermoacoustic imaging for quantitative characterization of deep biological tissue microstructures显示文摘Polarization optical imaging can be used to characterize anisotropy in biological tissue microstructures and has been demonstrated to be a powerful tool for clinical diagnosis. However, the approach is limited by an inability to image targets deeper than ~1 mm due to strong optical scattering in biological tissues. As such, we propose a novel polarization microwave-induced thermoacoustic imaging(P-MTAI) technique to noninvasively detect variations in deep tissue by exploiting the thermoacoustic signals induced by four pulsed microwaves of varying polarization orientations. The proposed P-MTAI method overcomes the penetration limits of conventional polarization optical imaging and provides submillimeter resolution over depths of several centimeters. As part of the paper, the structural characteristics of tissues were quantified using a new parameter, the degree of microwave absorption anisotropy. | 17 | Genome-wide Identification and Analysis of MVD Gene Family in Euphorbiaceae Plants显示文摘The mevalonate diphosphate decarboxylase(MVD)is an essential enzyme in mevalonate(MVA)pathway that catalyzes the irreversible Mg2+-ATP dependent decarboxylation of 6-carbon compound mevalonate-5-diphosphate(MVAPP)into 5-carbon isopentenyl diphosphate(IPP),the building block of sterol and isoprenoid biosynthesis.In this study,based on the published genome sequences and ESTs,a genome-wide search was carried out for the first time to identify MVD gene family in four genome-sequenced Euphorbiaceae plants,i.e.castor bean(Ricinus communis),physic nut(Jatropha curcas),cassava(Manihot esculenta)and rubber tree(Hevea brasiliensis),and to analyze the gene structure and phylogenetic characteristics.According to the experimental results,1,1,2 and 2 MVD genes,which all contain 9 introns,were identified from castor bean,physic nut,cassava and rubber tree,respectively.Homology analysis indicates that MVD genes are widely distributed in eukaryotes,some archaea and eubacteria,which suggests an early origin of this gene family.Although MVD genes were identified in most green plants,no homologous genes were found in unicellular green algae.In most genome-sequenced plants including castor bean and physic nut,a single copy of MVD gene was found;however,in cassava and rubber tree,two copies were identified just like that in moss,maize,Arabidopsis and poplar.In castor bean,digital expression profiling suggests that in five examined tissues,i.e.leaf,flower,II/III stage endosperm,V/VI stage endosperm and seed,RcPMK was expressed strongly in flower and II/III stage endosperm,moderately in V/VI stage endosperm and leaf,and weakly in seed. | Zhi ZOU Lifu YANG Feng AN Zhenhui WANG Kun YUAN | 2013 | Agricultural Biotechnology2013,2,6: | 2 |
| 18 | A humidity resistant and high performance triboelectric nanogenerator enabled by vortex-induced vibration for scavenging wind energy显示文摘Wind energy is a promising renewable energy source for a low-carbon society.This study is to develop a fully packaged vortexinduced vibration triboelectric nanogenerator(VIV-TENG)for scavenging wind energy.The VIV-TENG consists of a wind vane,internal power generation unit,an external frame,four springs,a square cylinder and a circular turntable.The internal power generation unit consists of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)balls,a honeycomb frame and two copper electrodes.Different from most of the previous wind energy harvesting TENGs,the bouncing PTFE balls are fully packaged in the square cylinder.The distinct design separates the process of contact electrification from the external environment,and at the same time avoids the frictional wear of the ordinary wind energy harvesting TENGs.The corresponding VIV parameters are investigated to evaluate their influence on the vibration behaviors and the energy output.Resonant state of the VIV-TENG corresponds to the high output performance from the VIV-TENG.The distinct,robust structure ensures the full-packaged VIV-TENG can harvest wind energy from arbitrary directions and even in undesirable weather conditions.The study proposes a novel TENG configuration for harvesting wind energy and the VIV-TENG proves promising powering micro-electro-mechanical appliances. | Yan Wang Tianyu Chen Shuowen Sun Xiangyu Liu Zhiyuan Hu Zhenhui Lian Long Liu Qiongfeng Shi Hao Wang Jianchun Mi Tongming Zhou Chengkuo Lee Minyi Xu | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,4: | 2 |
