1Image Inpainting Based on Improved Deep Convolutional Auto-encoder Network显示文摘This paper proposes an effective image inpainting method using an improved deep convolutional auto-encoder network.By analogy with exiting methods of image inpainting based on auto-decoders,inpainting methods using the deep convolutional auto-encoder networks are significantly more effective in capturing high-level features than classical methods based on exemplar.However,the inpainted regions would appear blurry and global inconsistency.To alleviate the fuzzy problem,we improved the network model by adding skip connections between mirrored layers in encoder and decoder stacks,so that the generative process of the inpainting area can directly use the low-level features information of the processing image.For making the inpainted result look both more plausible and consistent with its surrounding contexts,the model is trained with a combination of standard pixel-wise reconstruction loss and two adversarial losses which ensures pixel-accurate and local-global contents consistency.With extensive experimental on the ImageNet and Paris Streetview datasets,we demonstrate qualitatively and quantitatively that our approach performs better than state of the art.QIANG Zhenping HE Libo DAI Fei ZHANG Qinghui LI Junqiu 2020Chinese Journal of Electronics2020,29,6:2
2Effects of Variable Jet Nozzle Angles on Cross-Flow Suppression and Heat Transfer Enhancement of Swirl Chamber显示文摘This paper investigated the effects of variable jetting nozzle angles on the cross-flow suppression and heat transfer enhancement of swirl cooling in gas turbine leading edge. The swirl chamber with vertical jet nozzles was set as the baseline, and its flow fields and heat transfer characteristics were analyzed by 3D steady state Reynolds-averaged numerical methods to reveal the mechanism of cross-flow weakening the downstream jets and heat transfer. On this basis, the flow structure on different cross sections and heat transfer characteristics of swirl chamber with variable jetting nozzle angels were compared with the baseline swirl chamber. The results indicated that for the baseline swirl chamber the circumferential velocity gradually decreased and the axial velocity gradually increased, and the cross-flow gradually formed. The cross-flow deflected the downstream jets and drawn them to the center of the chamber, thus weakening the heat transfer. For swirl chamber with variable jetting nozzle angles, the air axial velocity is axial upstream, opposite to the mainstream, so that the impact effects of cross-flow on the jets were reduced, and the heat transfer was enhanced. Furthermore, with the increase of axial velocity along the swirl chamber, the jetting nozzle angle also gradually increased, as well as the effect of cross-flow suppression, which formed a relative balance. 8The Regulating Effect of CCK and Gastrin on Apoptosis of Bile Duct Carcinoma Cells显示文摘Objective:Probe into the influence and the mechanisms of CCK and gastrin on the apoptosis of bile duct carcinoma cells. Methods:By taking beauvericin as the revulsant to the apoptosis of bile duct carcinoma cells, the influence of CCK and gastrin on the apoptosis of bile duct carcinoma cells was investigated by using the teehniques such as TUNEL fluorescent staining, stream mode cell detecting instrument and reverse bcl-2 oligonucleotide. Techifiques of immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization,flow cytometry(FCM),RT-PCR were used to study the roles of apoptosis-related genes bcl-2 and bax Results:After beauvericin 40 μM worked for 12 h, the survival rate of QBC939 bile duct carcinoma cells was decreased by 35%-40%.About 80% of the bile duct carcinoma cells showed various degrees of apoptosis.CCK and gastrin could upregulate the threshold value of the apoptosis of bile duct carcinoma cells, which could be inhibited by L60,L18 and reverse bcl-2 oligonucleotide. In terms of both transcription and translating levels,CCK and gastrin could obviously promote the genetic expression of bel-2,but had no influence on the genetic expression of bax. Addition of CCK-A receptor or CCK-B/gastr in receptor antagonist could remarkably inhibit the expression of bel-2 boosted by gastrin-17 and CCK-8S. 9Ice Nucleation of Cirrus Clouds Related to the Transported Dust Layer Observed by Ground-Based Lidars over Wuhan,China显示文摘Cirrus clouds related to transported dust layers were identified on 22 occasions with ground-based polarization lidar from December 2012 to February 2018 over Wuhan(30.5°N,114.4°E),China.All the events occurred in spring and winter.Cirrus clouds were mostly located above 7.6 km on top of the aloft dust layers.In-cloud relative humidity with respect to ice(RH_(i))derived from water vapor Raman lidar as well as from ERA5 reanalysis data were used as criteria to determine the possible ice nucleation regimes.Corresponding to the two typical cases shown,the observed events can be classified into two categories:(1)category A(3 cases),in-cloud peak RH_(i)≥150%,indicating competition between heterogeneous nucleation and homogeneous nucleation;and(2)category B(19 cases),in-cloud peak RH_(i)<150%,revealing that only heterogeneous nucleation was involved.Heterogeneous nucleation generally took place during instances of cirrus cloud formation in the upper troposphere when advected dust particles were present.Although accompanying cloud-top temperatures ranged from–51.9℃to–30.4℃,dust-related heterogeneous nucleation contributed to primary ice nucleation in cirrus clouds by providing ice nucleating particle concentrations on the order of 10^(−3)L^(−1)to 10^(2)L^(−1).Heterogeneous nucleation and subsequent crystal growth reduced the ambient RH_(i)to be less than 150%by consuming water vapor and thus completely inhibited homogeneous nucleation.Yun HE Fan YI Fuchao LIU Zhenping YIN Jun ZHOU 2022Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2022,39,12:0
10Persistent radical anion of perylene dianhydride:an emerging metal-free photocatalyst for near-infrared photocontrolled RAFT polymerization显示文摘Developing a new type of photocatalyst(PC) and catalytic mechanism for near-infrared(NIR) photocontrolled reversibledeactivation radical polymerization(RDRP) system is charming but challenging.Herein,a novel PC of the persistent radical anion(PRA)(possessing the properties of both radical and anion) was developed for NIR photocontrolled reversible additionfragmentation chain transfer(RAFT) polymerization,enabling successful polymerization while gaining a deep insight into the mechanism of photo-induced electron transfer RAFT(PET-RAFT) polymerization.Different from the conventional and wellaccepted reductive quenching(RQ) pathway,in which the radical anion intermediates of PCs(PCs^(·-)) must be generated in an excited state(ES),here,the PRA(3,4,9,10-perylenetetracarboxylic dianhydride radical anion(PTCDA^(·-))) could generate conveniently in situ in the ground state(GS) and subsequently serve as highly efficient PC in the NIR region(740–850 nm).The successful implementation of this strategy elucidates the peculiar role played by light and the real way of electron transfer behaviors.In fact,the transfer of a single electron from PRA to chain transfer agent(CTA) and cleavage of the C–S bonds is a process from ES to GS,rather than always from GS(PCs^(·-)) to GS(CTA) in the RQ pathway as is well known to all.In addition,the excellent spatial-temporal control and powerful penetration ability of the NIR light were also confirmed by this PRAcatalyzed polymerization system.Haitao Zhao Guoqing Bian Xiang Xu Weiwei He Lifen Zhang Zhenping Cheng 2024Science China Chemistry2024,67,2:0
11Structural Variation between the Western and Eastern Kuqa Fold-and-thrust Belt,China:Insights from Seismic Interpretation and Analog Modeling显示文摘The Kuqa fold-and-thrust belt exhibits apparent structural variation in the western and eastern zone.Two salt layer act as effective decollements and influence the varied deformation.In this study,detailed seismic interpretations and analog modeling are presented to construct the suprasalt and subsalt structures in the transfer zone of the middle Kuqa and investigate the influence of the two salt layers.The results reveal that the relationship of the two salt layers changes from separated to connected,and then overlapped toward the foreland in the transfer zone.Different structural models are formed in the suprasalt and subsalt units due to the interaction of the two salt layers.The imbricate thrust faults form two broom-like fault systems in the subsalt units.The suprasalt units develop detached folds terminating toward the east in the region near the orogenic belt.Whereas,two offset anticlines with different trends develop at the frontal edge of the lower salt layer and the trailing edge of the upper salt layer,respectively.According to exploration results in this region,the relationship between suprasalt and subsalt structures has an influence on hydrocarbon accumulation.We believe that the connected deformation contains high-risk plays while the decoupled deformation contains well-preserved plays.WANG Wei XIE Huiwen YIN Hongwei JIA Dong XU Zhenping LUO Haoyu HE Wanhui YUAN Rui DUAN Yunjiang 2023Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2023,97,4:0
