The available literature on the RCF testing of thermal spray coatings under various condition services is considerable; it is generally difficult to synthesize all of the result to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the parameters which has a great effect on a thermal spray coating's resistance of RCF. The effects of service conditions(lubrication states, contact stresses, revolve speed, and slip ratio) on the changing of thermal spray coatings' contact fatigue lifetime is introduced systematically. The effects of different service condition on RCF failure mechanism of thermal spray coating from the change of material structure integrity are also summarized. Moreover, In order to enhance the RCF performance, the parameter optimal design formula of service condition and material structure integrity is proposed based on the effect of service condition on thermal spray coatings' contact fatigue lifetime and RCF failure mechanism. The shortage of available literature and the forecast focus in future researches are discussed based on available research. | 4 | Accumulation of unconventional petroleum resources and their coexistence characteristics in Chang7 shale formations of Ordos Basin in central China显示文摘The Ordos Basin is the largest oil and gas producing basin in China, where tight oil, shale gas, oil shale, and other unconventional oil and gas resources have been found in the Chang7 subsection of the Triassic Yanchang Formation. However, the mechanism of formation and the distribution of unconventional oil and gas resources in the shale layers have not been systematically investigated until now. According to the type of unconventional oil and gas resources, main controlling factors, and the maturity, depth and abundance of organic matters, the shale oil and gas resources from Chang7 region are divided into five zones that include an outcrop-shallow oil shale zone, a middle-matured and medium-burial shale oil zone, a medium-matured and medium-burial in situ conversion process (ICP) shale oil zone, a high-maturity and deep-burial shale gas zone, and an adjacent-interbedded tight sandstone oil zone. By the distribution of resources, orderly evolution of oil and gas resources and coexistences in lacustrine shale formations have been put forward, and also a strategy of integrated exploration and development of resources in the shale formations is proposed. | 5 | Geologic investigation and mapping of the Sinus Iridum quadrangle from Clementine, SELENE, and Chang’e-1 data显示文摘The objectives of lunar satellite remote sensing are to study lunar surface characteristics, inner structure, and its evolution history. The contents of TiO 2 and FeO are assessed from Clementine UV/VIS data for Sinus Iridum. The geologic stratigraphic units and crates are interpreted visually based on SELENE Terrain Camera (TC) images and the spatial resolution of which is up to 10 m. And the geologic ages of different stratigraphic units are calculated by the crater size-frequency distributions measurements. The gravity anomaly is generated from SELENE gravity model (SGM90d) to show its difference from Mare Imbrium. Furthermore, the thickness of lunar regolith is also derived from microwave radiometer data of Chang’e-1 satellite. Integrating these results, it shows that the Sinus Iridum is different from the Mare Imbrium in inner structure and surface sedimentation. And its history of subsidence, deposition, volcanism, and impact is described. | 9 | Research on water ice content in Cabeus crater using the data from the microwave radiometer onboard Chang’e-1 satellite显示文摘The existence, formation and content of water ice in the lunar permanently shaded region is one of the important questions for the current Moon study. On October 9, 2009, the LCROSS mission spacecraft impacted the Moon, and the initial result verified the existence of water on the Moon. But the study on formation and content of water ice is still under debate. The existence of water ice can change the dielectric constants of the lunar regolith, and a microwave radiometer is most sensitive to the dielectric parameters. Based on this, in this paper, the radiation transfer model is improved according to the simulation results in high frequency. Then the mixture dielectric constant models, including Odelevsky model, Wagner and landau-Lifshitz model, Clau-sius model, Gruggeman-Hanai model, etc., are analyzed and compared. The analyzing results indicate that the biggest difference occurs between Lichtenecker model and the improved Dobson model. The values estimated by refractive model are the second biggest in all the models. And the results from Odelevsky model, strong fluctuation model, Wagner and Landau –Lifshitz model, Clausius model and Bruggeman-Hanai model are very near to each other. Thereafter, the relation between volume water ice content and microwave brightness temperature is constructed with Odelevsky mixing dielectric model and the improved radiative transfer simulation, and the volume water ice content in Cabeus crater is retrieved with the data from microwave radiometer onboard Chang’e-1 satellite. The results present that the improved radiative transfer model is proper for the brightness temperature simulation of the one infinite regolith layer in high frequency. | 10 | ALM1, encoding a Fe-superoxide dismutase, is critical for rice chloroplast biogenesis and drought stress response显示文摘Chloroplasts are the center of plant life activities including photosynthesis,growth and development,and abiotic stress response.Chloroplast development and biogenesis in rice have been studied in detail,but how does abiotic stress affect chloroplasts is less studied.We obtained an albino mutant,alm1,whose chlorophyll content was greatly decreased.Transmission electron microscopy showed that chloroplast development in alm1 was blocked,especially in thylakoid-like structures,which could not form normally.The ALM1 gene encodes a chloroplast-localized superoxide dismutase.Full-length ALM1 successfully restored the non-albino phenotype,and in knockout lines,the albino phenotype reappeared.The ALM1gene is expressed mainly in young leaves.alm1 plants died as a consequence of excessive reactive oxygen accumulation after the third-leaf stage.A series of biochemical assays verified that ALM1 interacted with the OsTrxz protein,which is one of the components of plastid-encoded RNA polymerase (PEP) complexes.A western blot experiment indicated that ALM1 played an important role in stabilizing OsTrxz in rice.An overexpression test of ALM1 revealed that ALM1 can increase drought resistance by removing excess reactive oxygen in rice seedlings.This study suggests that ALM1 not only participates in rice chloroplast biogenesis,but also increases rice stress resistance by scavenging excess reactive oxygen. | Yanwei Wang Chen Deng Pengfei Ai Xue’an Cui Zhiguo Zhang | 2021 | The Crop Journal2021,9,5: | 4 |

In this work, the moisture-induced degradation of SrLiAl3 N4:Eu2+(SLAN), a very promising narrow-band redemitting phosphor, was comprehensively investigated by treating it in two different moisture conditions in order to reveal the potential mechanism and optimize the luminescence properties. The degradation rate gradually slows down with the decreasing environmental humidity indicating that water plays a key role in the degradation. Moreover, we take the other option with 100% humidity at different temperatures for rapid degradation. In the rapid degradation, the luminescence of SLAN is quenched quickly and the phase and micro structure change obviously, with the phosphor being bleached. The host turns into NH_3, Al_2 O_3, Sr_3 Al_2(OH)_(12) and LiAl_2(OH)_7 finally. | 12 | Composition analysis and antioxidant activities of the Rhus typhina L.stem显示文摘The present investigation reports the chemical composition of the Rhus typhina L. stem identified via mass spectrometry and NMR as gallic acid, 1-O-galloyl-β-D-glucose, tryptophan, scopolin, methyl gallate, fustin, quercetin, rutin, and 1,2,3,4,6-penta-O-galloyl-β-D-glucose. The antioxidant properties and the chemical composition contents of the R. typhina L. stem grown in different regions in China were determined. To determine the antioxidant activity, a total phenolic content analysis, 2, 2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl radical scavenging activity assay, ferric reducing antioxidant power assay, and β-carotene linoleic acid model system were conducted. The results showed that the Rhus typhina L. stem possessed high antioxidant capacities due to its high phenolic content. The contents of the nine isolated compounds were determined by UPLC-ESI-MS/MS. The calibration curves of the nine isolated compounds were linear within the concentration range and the average recoveries were high. The result showed that 1-Ogalloyl-β-D-glucose, gallic acid, methyl gallate, and 1,2,3,4,6-penta-O-galloyl-β-D-glucose could be the compounds mainly responsible for the antioxidant capacity of the R. typhina L. stem. | 13 | Clay-protein ultrathin films:Design and bio-catalytic performance study显示文摘In recent years,immense interest has been paid to the biomolecular architecture with the aim of protein assembly in two dimensions on solid substrates,and the constructions of clay-protein ultrathin films(CPUFs) are particularly concerned.This paper gives an overview of the recent research concerning the protein molecules(lysozyme,papain,protamine,bovine serum albumin) immobilized on clay mineral(Na-saponite) platelets and assembled in monolayered or multilayered hybrid ultrafilms or nanofilms.Two techniques including alternate layer-by-layer(LbL) assembly and the Langmuir-Blodgett(LB) are described in detail.A variety of means,including UV-vis absorption,attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared(ATR-FTIR) spectroscopy,XRD,AFM and surface chemistry techniques,have been described for characterization of the films in terms of quantification of protein and clay.The result reveals that electrostatic interaction is a prominent but not the only driving force in CPUF construction.In the case of LB technique,we managed to manipulate the elementary clay mineral platelets(1.3 nm in thickness) and assemble proteins into CPUFs with the aid of surfactants,and the formation of CPUFs was monitored via surface pressure vs.time(π-t) kinetics curves and surface pressure vs.area(π-A) isotherms.The factors that influence protein adsorption on the clay layer,such as surfactants,the concentration of clay,equilibrium time,categories of protein,and injection methods,were investigated.The parameters such as protein amount(nS),packing density(■),and average surface area per molecule(Ω) of deposited CPUFs were measured via method of surface chemistry and spectroscopy.By comparing the results of surface chemistry with those of adsorption experiments,we demonstrate that the surface chemistry method is a useful tool in investigating CPUFs.We also found that the water soluble protein molecules could form protein-clay hybrid monolayer over the dilute clay dispersions without addition of surfactants,and CPUFs containing elementary clay sheets and protein with great homogeneity were easily prepared by controlling certain surface pressure.To investigate the bio-catalytic performance of the immobilized lysozyme in CPUFs,we deposited CPUFs onto a cover glass,and installed the cover glass in a flow cell-grown reactor for Comamonas testosteroni(WDL7-GFP) incubation.The results show that the proliferation of WDL7-GFP is greatly suppressed by lysozyme,which demonstrates that lysozyme still retains its bioactivity after it is immobilized in the CPUFs. | MIAO ShiDing QIU ZhiGuo CUI Peng | 2012 | Science China Chemistry2012,55,9: | 2 |

| 15 | Fluid Mobility Evaluation of Tight Sandstones in Chang 7 Member of Yanchang Formation, Ordos Basin显示文摘Fluid mobility has been important topic for unconventional reservoir evaluation.The tight sandstones in Chang 7 Member of the Ordos Basin has been selected to investigate the fluid mobility based on the application of core flooding-NMR combined method and core centrifugation-NMR combined method,and the porous structure is studied using optical microscope,field emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM),CT and mercury injection.Our results include:(i)Feldsparrock fragments dissolution pores,calcite dissolution pores,clay mineral dissolution pores,intergranular dissolution expansion pores,inter-granular pores,intra-kaolinite pores,and intra-illite/smectite mixed layer pores are developed in Chang 7 tight sandstones;3D CT pore structure shows that the pore connectivity is positively related to physical properties,and the overall storage space is connected by the throat with diameter between 0.2 and 0.3μm.The percentage of storage space connected by throats with diameter less than 100 nm can reach more than 35%.(ii)Movable fluid saturation of Chang 7 tight sandstones is between 10%and 70%,and movable oil saturation is between 10%and 50%.Movable fluid saturation may cause misunderstanding when used to evaluate fluid mobility,so it is recommended to use movable fluid porosity in the evaluation of fluid mobility.The porosity ranging from 5%to 8%is the inflection point of the fluidity and pore structure.For samples with porosity less than 8%,the movable fluid porosity is generally less than 5%.Moreover,the movable fluid is mainly concentrated in the storage space with a throat diameter of 0.1 to 1μm.For samples with porosity greater than 8%,the porosity of the movable fluid is more than 5%,and the movable fluid is mainly concentrated in the storage space with a throat diameter of 0.2 to 2μm.(iii)The movable fluid saturation measured by core flooding-NMR combined method is generally higher than that measured by core centrifugation-NMR combined method.The former can evaluate the mobility of the oil-water two-phase fluid in samples,while the latter can better reflect the pore structure and directly evaluate the movable fluid in the pore system controlled by different throat diameters.All these results will provide valuable reference for fluid mobility evaluation in tight reservoirs. | Songtao Wu Shixiang Li Xuanjun Yuan Zhi Yang Aifen Li Jingwei Cui Songqi Pan Zhiguo Mao Ling Su You Zhou | 2021 | Journal of Earth Science2021,32,4: | 1 |

| 17 | A perspective on high-entropy two-dimensional materials显示文摘In past decades,high-entropy(HE)materials,containing five or more elements with approximately equal atomic ratio,are extensively investigated due to their desirable properties in a series of applications.Recently,HE two-dimensional(2D)materials have become promising materials,which not only endow the advantages from their bulk form but also exhibit unusual properties due to their 2D features.So far,the HE 2D transition metal carbides(MXenes),dichalcogenides(TMDs),hydrotalcites(LDHs),and oxides have been successfully synthesized and performed well in different electrochemical reactions,which is originated from the synergistic effect of multicomponents and atomic thin characteristics.Here,the challenges on processing,characterization,and property predictions of HE 2D materials are emphasized.Finally,viable strategies,advanced processing,fundamental understanding,in-depth characterization of new HE 2D materials are proposed. | Yanglansen Cui Yongzheng Zhang Zhenjiang Cao Jianan Gu Zhiguo Du Bin Li Shubin Yang | 2022 | SusMat2022,2,1: | 1 |
