Towards 6G wireless communication networks:vision, enabling technologies, and new paradigm shifts显示文摘The fifth generation(5G)wireless communication networks are being deployed worldwide from 2020 and more capabilities are in the process of being standardized, such as mass connectivity,ultra-reliability,and guaranteed low latency.However,5G will not meet all requirements of the future in 2030 and beyond, and sixth generation(6G)wireless communication networks are expected to provide global coverage, enhanced spectral/energy/cost efficiency, better intelligence level and security, etc. To meet these requirements,6G networks will rely on new enabling technologies,i.e.,air interface and transmission technologies and novel network architecture, such as waveform design, multiple access, channel coding schemes,multi-antenna technologies, network slicing,cell-free architecture, and cloud/fog/edge computing. Our vision on 6G is that it will have four new paradigm shifts.First,to satisfy the requirement of global coverage,6G will not be limited to terrestrial communication networks, which will need to be complemented with non-terrestrial networks such as satellite and unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)communication networks, thus achieving a space-airground-sea integrated communication network.Second, all spectra will be fully explored to further increase data rates and connection density, including the sub-6GHz,millimeter wave(mmWave),terahertz(THz),and optical frequency bands.Third, facing the big datasets generated by the use of extremely heterogeneous networks, diverse communication scenarios, large numbers of antennas, wide bandwidths, and new service requirements,6G networks will enable a new range of smart applications with the aid of artificial intelligence(AI)and big data technologies.Fourth, network security will have to be strengthened when developing 6G networks. This article provides a comprehensive survey of recent advances and future trends in these four aspects.Clearly,6G with additional technical requirements beyond those of 5G will enable faster and further communications to the extent that the boundary between physical and cyber worlds disappears. | Xiaohu YOU Cheng-Xiang WANG Jie HUANG Xiqi GAO Zaichen ZHANG Mao WANG Yongming HUANG Chuan ZHANG Yanxiang JIANG Jiaheng WANG Min ZHU Bin SHENG Dongming WANG Zhiwen PAN Pengcheng ZHU Yang YANG Zening LIU Ping ZHANG Xiaofeng TAO Shaoqian LI Zhi CHEN Xinying MA Chih-Lin I Shuangfeng HAN Ke LI Chengkang PAN Zhimin ZHENG Lajos HANZO Xuemin(Sherman)SHEN Yingjie Jay GUO Zhiguo DING Harald HAAS Wen TONG Peiying ZHU Ganghua YANG Jun WANG Erik GLARSSON Hien Quoc NGO Wei HONG Haiming WANG Debin HOU Jixin CHEN Zhe CHEN Zhangcheng HAO Geoffrey Ye LI Rahim TAFAZOLLI Yue GAO HVincent POOR Gerhard P.FETTWEIS Ying-Chang LIANG | 2021 | Science China(Information Sciences)2021,64,1: | 122
Accumulation of unconventional petroleum resources and their coexistence characteristics in Chang7 shale formations of Ordos Basin in central China显示文摘The Ordos Basin is the largest oil and gas producing basin in China, where tight oil, shale gas, oil shale, and other unconventional oil and gas resources have been found in the Chang7 subsection of the Triassic Yanchang Formation. However, the mechanism of formation and the distribution of unconventional oil and gas resources in the shale layers have not been systematically investigated until now. According to the type of unconventional oil and gas resources, main controlling factors, and the maturity, depth and abundance of organic matters, the shale oil and gas resources from Chang7 region are divided into five zones that include an outcrop-shallow oil shale zone, a middle-matured and medium-burial shale oil zone, a medium-matured and medium-burial in situ conversion process (ICP) shale oil zone, a high-maturity and deep-burial shale gas zone, and an adjacent-interbedded tight sandstone oil zone. By the distribution of resources, orderly evolution of oil and gas resources and coexistences in lacustrine shale formations have been put forward, and also a strategy of integrated exploration and development of resources in the shale formations is proposed. Overall, the outcome of this study may guide on the effective utilization of unconventional oil and gas resources in other shale formations. | Jingwei CUI Rukai ZHU Zhiguo MAO Shixiang LI | 2019 | Frontiers of Earth Science2019,13,3: | 11
Influence of MnS particles on the behaviors of grain boundary migration in Fe-3%Si alloys显示文摘The precipitation behaviors of MnS particles at 900℃ in a hot deformed Fe-3%Si alloy were observed statistically. The ratio of MnS particles on dislocations and in grain boundaries was calculated based on a model concerning the second phase precipitation in supersaturated solid solution. It was indicated that the precipitation of MnS particles on dislocations prevailed. The coarsening process of MnS particles in grain boundaries determined the boundary mobility during the secondary recrystallization. However, the density difference of precipitated MnS particles inside the grains on both sides of a boundary will determine the migration direction of the boundary as well, besides the grain size effect. It was observed that the densities of MnS particles in two neighboring grains were commonly different, and the boundary tended to move towards the area with lower particle density. The factors, e.g. dislocation densities in differently oriented grains will affect the density of precipitated particles, in which the Goss grains with higher particle density could grow more easily. | MAO WeiMin AN ZhiGuo LI ShuXia | 2009 | Chinese Science Bulletin2009,54,23: | 5
Pore Characteristics of the Fine-Grained Tight Reservoirs in the Yabulai Basin, Northwestern China显示文摘This work investigated the pore structure characteristics and reservoir features of the finegrained tight reservoirs in the lower member of the Xinhe Formation(J_2 x_1) in the Xiaohu subsag,Yabulai Basin based on core samples through various techniques. Interbedded silt/fine sandstones and mudstones are developed in the study area. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) images were used to delineate different types of pores, including primary intergranular pores, secondary intergranular and intragranular pores, organic pores and fractures. The pore types were distinguished by pore size, pore area, location and formation process. The pore radii of the fine-grained rocks range from 1 nm to 1.55μm, mainly concentrated between 5 and 300 nm by low pressure N_2 adsorption and MICP analyses. The pore structure parameters of pore throat size and pore throat sorting coefficient are both positively correlated with porosity, while pore throat sorting coefficient has a negative correlation with permeability. The pore structures of the studied samples are much related to the mineral type and content and grain size, followed by TOC content. In these rocks with relatively low TOC and low maturity, the rigid minerals protect pores with pressure shadow from collapse, and dissolution-related pores contribute a lot to inorganic porosity. In contrast, these rocks with abundant TOC contain a large number of organic pores. The permeability of the fine-grained tight reservoir is mainly dominated by larger pore throats, while a large number of small pores(mostly <0.1 μm) contribute considerably to porosity. These results have deepened our understanding of the interbedded fine-grained tight reservoirs and can be applicable to fine-grained reservoirs in a similar setting. | ZHANG Shaomin CAO Yingchang Jens JAHREN ZHU Rukai MAO Zhiguo XI Kelai Kashif MUHAMMAD Helge HELLEVANG | 2018 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2018,92,3: | 5

The Development of a Two-finger Dexterous Bionic Hand with Three Grasping Patterns-NWAFU Hand显示文摘Bionic inspiration from human thumb and index finger was the drive to design a high-performance two-finger dexterous hand. The size of each phalanx and the motion range of each joint in the human thumb and index finger were summarized, and the features of three grasping patterns were described in detail.Subsequently,a two-finger dexterous bionic hand with 6 Degrees of Freedom(DoFs)was developed. Both the mechanical thumb and index finger were made up of three rigid phalanx links and three mechanical rotation joints. Some grasp-release tests validated that the bionic hand can perform three grasping patterns:power grasp, precision pinch and lateral pinch. The grasping success rates were high under the following cases:(1)when power grasping was used to grasp a ring with external diameter 20 mm-140 mm,a cylinder with mass<500 g,or objects with cylinder, sphere or ellipsoid shape;(2)when the precision pinch was used to grasp thin or small objects;(3)when the lateral pinch was used to grasp low length-to-width ratio of objects. The work provided a method for developing two-fimger bionic hand with three grasping patterns, and further revealed the linkage between the difference in fimger structure and size and the hand manipulation dexterity. | Zhiguo Li Zhongliang Hou Yuxiao Mao Yan Shang Lukasz Kuta | 2020 | Journal of Bionic Engineering2020,17,4: | 3
Hisingerite in Trachydacite from Tarim:Implications for Voluminous Felsic Rocks in Transitional Large Igneous Province显示文摘Unlike the typical large igneous provinces(LIPs) that are dominated by mafic-ultramafic rocks, the Tarim large igneous province(TLIP) is characterized by a high proportion of felsic rocks, based on which the TLIP is classified as a transitional LIP. In this study, we focus on the trachydacite from the TLIP in which we report the characteristics of hisingerite employing a variety of techniques such as EMPA, LA-ICPMS, CCD single crystal diffraction, and bulk-rock oxygen isotopes. The hisingerite in this rock is associated with plagioclase, amphibole, apatite and ilmenite. These minerals occur as aggregates of fine curled fibers in micron-scale and display heavy rare earth elements(HREE) enriched signature with significant negative Eu anomalies. In the primitive mantle-normalized trace element spider diagrams, they show pronounced Th and U spikes and Nb, Zr, Hf troughs. Petrological observation and mineralogical study reveal a closely genetic relationship between hisingerite and amphibole, indicating that the hisingerite might have been derived from the breakdown of amphibole during the magma ascent. The formation of hisingerite requires excess water from the surrounding melts, suggesting a hydrous parental magma. The hisingerite and amphibole assign a hydrous crustal source for the rock, and extensive crustal melting accounts for the voluminous felsic rocks in the TLIP. | Mingde Lang Zhiguo Cheng Zhaochong Zhang Fangyue Wang Qian Mao M.Santosh | 2020 | Journal of Earth Science2020,31,5: | 2

Fluid Mobility Evaluation of Tight Sandstones in Chang 7 Member of Yanchang Formation, Ordos Basin显示文摘Fluid mobility has been important topic for unconventional reservoir evaluation. The tight sandstones in Chang 7 Member of the Ordos Basin has been selected to investigate the fluid mobility based on the application of core flooding-NMR combined method and core centrifugation-NMR combined method, and the porous structure is studied using optical microscope, field emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM),CT and mercury injection. Our results include:(i)Feldsparrock fragments dissolution pores, calcite dissolution pores, clay mineral dissolution pores, intergranular dissolution expansion pores,inter-granular pores,intra-kaolinite pores, and intra-illite/smectite mixed layer pores are developed in Chang 7 tight sandstones;3D CT pore structure shows that the pore connectivity is positively related to physical properties, and the overall storage space is connected by the throat with diameter between 0.2 and 0.3μm.The percentage of storage space connected by throats with diameter less than 100 nm can reach more than 35%.(ii)Movable fluid saturation of Chang 7 tight sandstones is between 10%and 70%,and movable oil saturation is between 10%and 50%.Movable fluid saturation may cause misunderstanding when used to evaluate fluid mobility,so it is recommended to use movable fluid porosity in the evaluation of fluid mobility. The porosity ranging from 5%to 8%is the inflection point of the fluidity and pore structure. For samples with porosity less than 8%,the movable fluid porosity is generally less than 5%.Moreover,the movable fluid is mainly concentrated in the storage space with a throat diameter of 0.1 to 1μm.For samples with porosity greater than 8%,the porosity of the movable fluid is more than 5%,and the movable fluid is mainly concentrated in the storage space with a throat diameter of 0.2 to 2μm.(iii)The movable fluid saturation measured by core flooding-NMR combined method is generally higher than that measured by core centrifugation-NMR combined method. The former can evaluate the mobility of the oil-water two-phase fluid in samples, while the latter can better reflect the pore structure and directly evaluate the movable fluid in the pore system controlled by different throat diameters. All these results will provide valuable reference for fluid mobility evaluation in tight reservoirs. | Songtao Wu Shixiang Li Xuanjun Yuan Zhi Yang Aifen Li Jingwei Cui Songqi Pan Zhiguo Mao Ling Su You Zhou | 2021 | Journal of Earth Science2021,32,4: | 1

Characteristics of Diagenesis and Pore Evolution of Volcanic Reservoir: A Case Study of Junggar Basin, Northwest China显示文摘Unconventional volcanic reservoir is different from conventional reservoir in reservoir space, diagenesis, pore formation and evolution. The Carboniferous volcanic reservoir was selected in Junggar Basin,Northwest China because based on sediment/rock cores and outcrop data, diagenesis and pore evolution were studied by elemental measurements, thin section observations, and diagenetic analyses. These analyses shows that the reservoir lithology is predominantly intermediate-basic volcanic, and the reservoir storage space is composed mainly of secondary dissolved pores and fractures. The reservoir displays great heterogeneity, and has experienced a great variety of diagenetic alteration during various diagenetic stages including:(1)eruption fragmentation, crystallization differentiation and condensing consolidation at consolidated diagenetic stage;(2)metasomatic alteration, filling, weathering and leaching, dissolution by formation fluids and tectonism at the epigenetic modifications stage. The formation and evolutionary process of the pores is extremely complicated. The primary pores were formed during the consolidated diagenetic stage, and laid a foundation for the late development and alteration of effective reservoir.During the epigenetic modifications stage secondary reservoir storage space was developed via the formation of secondary pores and the development of fractures through weathering and leaching, dissolution by formation fluids and tectonism. | Zhiguo Mao Rukai Zhu Jinghong Wang Jinglan Luo Ling Su | 2021 | Journal of Earth Science2021,32,4: | 1

Tubulointerstitial nephritis antigen-like 1 is a novel matricellular protein that promotes gastric bacterial colonization and gastritis in the setting of Helicobacter pylori infection显示文摘The interaction between the gastric epithelium and immune cells plays key roles in H. pylori-associated pathology. Here, we demonstrate a procolonization and proinflammatory role of tubulointerstitial nephritis antigen-like 1 (TINAGL1), a newly discovered matricellular protein, in H. pylori infection. Increased TINAGL1 production by gastric epithelial cells (GECs) in the infected gastric mucosa was synergistically induced by H. pylori and IL-1β via the ERK-SP1 pathway in a cagA-dependent manner. Elevated human gastric TINAGL1 correlated with H. pylori colonization and the severity of gastritis, and mouse TINAGL1 derived from non-bone marrow-derived cells promoted bacterial colonization and inflammation. Importantly, H. pylori colonization and inflammation were attenuated in Tinagl1−/− and Tinagl1ΔGEC mice and were increased in mice injected with mouse TINAGL1. Mechanistically, TINAGL1 suppressed CCL21 expression and promoted CCL2 production in GECs by directly binding to integrin α5β1 to inhibit ERK and activate the NF-κB pathway, respectively, which not only led to decreased gastric influx of moDCs via CCL21-CCR7-dependent migration and, as a direct consequence, reduced the bacterial clearance capacity of the H. pylori-specific Th1 response, thereby promoting H. pylori colonization, but also resulted in increased gastric influx of Ly6Chigh monocytes via CCL2-CCR2-dependent migration. In turn, TINAGL1 induced the production of the proinflammatory protein S100A11 by Ly6Chigh monocytes, promoting H. pylori-associated gastritis. In summary, we identified a model in which TINAGL1 collectively ensures H. pylori persistence and promotes gastritis. | Yongsheng Teng Rui Xie Jingyu Xu Pan Wang Wanyan Chen Zhiguo Shan Zongbao Yan Fangyuan Mao Ping Cheng Liusheng Peng Jinyu Zhang Wenqing Tian Shiming Yang Yongliang Zhao Weisan Chen Quanming Zou Yuan Zhuang | 2023 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2023,20,8: | 1

Bipolar electrode architecture enables high-energy aqueous rechargeable sodium ion battery显示文摘Aqueous rechargeable sodium ion batteries(ARSIBs),with intrinsic safety, low cost, and greenness, are attracting more and more attentions for large scale energy storage application. However, the low energy density hampers their practical application. Here,a battery architecture designed by bipolar electrode with graphite/amorphous carbon film as current collector shows high energy density and excellent rate-capability.The bipolar electrode architecture is designed to not only improve energy density of practical battery by minimizing inactive ingredient, such as tabs and cases, but also guarantee high rate-capability through a short electron transport distance in the through-plane direction instead of in-plane direction for traditional cell architecture. As a proof of concept,a prototype pouch cell of 8 V based on six Na_(2)MnFe(CN)_(6)||NaTi_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)bipolar electrodes stacking using a“water-in-polymer”gel electrolyte is demonstrated to cycle up to 4,000 times, with a high energy density of 86 Wh·kg^(−1)based on total mass of both cathode and anode. This result opens a new avenue to develop advance high-energy ARSIBs for grid-scale energy storage applications. | Zhiguo Hou Wutao Mao Zixiang Zhang Jiawu Chen Huaisheng Ao Yitai Qian | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,6: | 0
Types, characteristics and geological significance of event deposits of Chang 9 Member of Triassic Yanchang Formation in southwestern Ordos Basin,NW China显示文摘Through core observation, thin section identification, and logging and testing data analysis, the types and characteristics of event deposits in the ninth member of Yanchang Formation of Triassic(Chang 9 Member)in southwestern Ordos Basin,China, are examined. There are 4 types and 9 subtypes of event deposits,i.e.earthquake,gravity flow, volcanic and anoxic deposits,in the Chang 9 Member in the study area.Based on the analysis of the characteristics and distribution of such events deposits,it is proposed that the event deposits are generally symbiotic or associated, with intrinsic genetic relations and distribution laws.Five kinds of sedimentary microfacies with relatively developed event deposits are identified, and the genetic model of event deposits is discussed.Seismites are mainly developed in the lake transgression stage when the basin expands episodically, and commonly affected by liquefaction flow, gravity action and brittle shear deformation.Gravity flow, mainly distributed in the high water level period, sandwiched in the fine-grained sediments of prodelta or semi-deep lake,or creates banded or lobate slump turbidite fan.It is relatively developed above the seismites strata. The volcanic event deposits are only seen in the lower part of the Chang 9 Member, showing abrupt contact at the top and bottom, which reflects the volcanic activity at the same time.Anoxic deposits are mostly formed in the late stage of lake transgression to the highstand stage.Very thick organic-rich shales are developed in the highstand stage of Chang 9 Member, and the event deposits in the depositional period of these shales are conducive to potential reservoirs. | WANG Ziye MAO Zhiguo YUAN Xuanjun DENG Xiuqin HUI Xiao ZHANG Zhongyi CUI Jingweil | 2023 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2023,50,3: | 0
