| 4 | SnS_2@C Hollow Nanospheres with Robust Structural Stability as High?Performance Anodes for Sodium Ion Batteries显示文摘Constructing unique and highly stable structures with plenty of electroactive sites in sodium storage materials is a key factor for achieving improved electrochemical properties through favorable sodium ion di usion kinetics. An SnS_2@carbon hollow nanospheres(SnS_2@C) has been designed and fabricated via a facile solvothermal route, followed by an annealing treatment. The SnS_2@C hybrid possesses an ideal hollow structure, rich active sites, a large electrode/electrolyte interface, a shortened ion transport pathway, and, importantly, a bu er space for volume change, generated from the repeated insertion/extraction of sodium ions. | 6 | Self-Healing Liquid Metal Magnetic Hydrogels for Smart Feedback Sensors and High-Performance Electromagnetic Shielding显示文摘Hydrogels exhibit potential applications in smart wearable devices because of their exceptional sensitivity to various external stimuli.However,their applications are limited by challenges in terms of issues in biocompatibility,custom shape,and self-healing.Herein,a conductive,stretchable,adaptable,self-healing,and biocompatible liquid metal GaInSn/Ni-based composite hydrogel is developed by incorporating a magnetic liquid metal into the hydrogel framework through crosslinking polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)with sodium tetraborate.The excellent stretchability and fast self-healing capability of the PVA/liquid metal hydrogel are derived from its abundant hydrogen binding sites and liquid metal fusion.Significantly,owing to the magnetic constituent,the PVA/liquid metal hydrogel can be guided remotely using an external magnetic field to a specific position to repair the broken wires with no need for manual operation.The composite hydrogel also exhibits sensitive deformation responses and can be used as a strain sensor to monitor various body motions.Additionally,the multifunctional hydrogel displays absorption-dominated electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding properties.The total shielding performance of the composite hydrogel increases to~62.5 dB from~31.8 dB of the pure PVA hydrogel at the thickness of 3.0 mm.The proposed bioinspired multifunctional magnetic hydrogel demonstrates substantial application potential in the field of intelligent wearable devices. | Biao Zhao Zhongyi Bai Hualiang Lv Zhikai Yan Yiqian Du Xiaoqin Guo Jincang Zhang Limin Wu Jiushuai Deng David Wei Zhang Renchao Che | 2023 | Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,6: | 3 |

| 9 | Multiplex genome editing using a dCas9-cytidine deaminase fusion in Streptomyces显示文摘CRISPR/Cas-mediated genome editing has greatly facilitated the study of gene function in Streptomyces. However, it could not be efficiently employed in streptomycetes with low homologous recombination(HR) ability. Here, a deaminase-assisted base editor d Cas9-CDA-ULstr was developed in Streptomyces, which comprises the nuclease-deficient Cas9(dCas9), the cytidine deaminase from Petromyzon marinus(PmCDA1), the uracil DNA glycosylase inhibitor(UGI) and the protein degradation tag(LVA tag). Using d Cas9-CDA-ULstr , we achieved single-, double-and triple-point mutations(cytosine-to-thymine substitutions)at target sites in Streptomyces coelicolor with efficiency up to 100%, 60% and 20%, respectively. This base editor was also demonstrated to be highly efficient for base editing in the industrial strain, Streptomyces rapamycinicus, which produces the immunosuppressive agent rapamycin. Compared with base editors derived from the cytidine deaminase rAPOBEC1, the PmCDA1-assisted base editor dCas9-CDA-ULstr could edit cytosines preceded by guanosines with high efficiency, which is a great advantage for editing Streptomyces genomes(with high GC content). Collectively, the base editor dCas9-CDA-ULstr could be employed for efficient multiplex genome editing in Streptomyces. | 11 | Highly crystalline acceptor materials based on benzodithiophene with different amount of fluorine substitution on alkoxyphenyl conjugated side chains for organic photovoltaics显示文摘Organic solar cells based on narrow bandgap small-molecule acceptors(SMAs)with highly crystalline characteristics have attracted great attentions for their superiority in obtaining high photovoltaic efficiency.Employing highly crystalline SMAs to enhance power conversion efficiencies(PCEs)by regulating and controlling morphology and compatibility of donor and acceptor materials has turned out to be an effective approach.In this study,we synthesized three different crystalline SMAs by using fluorine substitution on alkoxyphenyl conjugated side chains to modulate the relationship of crystallinity and morphologies,namely ZY1(zero F atoms),ZY2(two F atoms),and ZY3(four F atoms).The three SMAs show the broad absorption edges and similar frontier orbital energy levels,generating the analogical(over 0.9 V)open circuit voltage(VOC)of the polymer solar cells(PSCs).As a result,the PM6:ZY2-based PSCs yield a PCE of 10.81%with a VOC of 0.95 V,a short-circuit current density(JSC)of 16.154 mA cm^(-2),and a fill factor(FF)of 0.71,which is higher than that of 9.17%(PM6:ZY1)and 6.37%(PM6:ZY3).And the PCE(17.23%)of the PM6:Y6:ZY2 based ternary PSCs is also higher than that of 16.32%PM6:Y6 based binary device.Obviously,the results demonstrate that adding fluorine atoms on the conjugated side chains to construct high crystalline materials is a positive strategy to effectively increase the efficiencies of binary and ternary PSCs. | Youdi Zhang Ruijie Ma Yong Wang Ying Wang Tao Liu Yiqun Xiao Yongjoon Cho Zhenghui Luo Xinhui Lu Lun Zhao Zhongyi Yuan Changduk Yang He Yan Yiwang Chen | 2021 | Materials Reports(Energy)2021,1,4: | 1 |

| 14 | Rapid and sensitive method for determining free amino acids in plant tissue by high-performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection显示文摘This paper describes a reliable and rapid method for the complete separation and quantitation of twenty-five amino acids typically found in plants, based on reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography–linked fluorescence detector using a 150×4.6 mm Zorbax Eclipse AAA column. Plant tissue free amino acids(FAA)were extracted by ultrasonication with 5%(v/v) aqueous trifluoroacetic acid followed by ultrafiltration of extracts.The following analysis of amino acids was performed through programmed precolumn derivatization with orthophthalaldehyde and 9-fluorenylmethyl chloroformate reagents and efficient elution of derivatives within 26 min using binary gradient scheme. The method was validated over a concentration range of 4.5–450 μmol L^(-1)(μM).Separation analysis showed good selectivity(resolution>1.5) for most amino acids. The average repeatability(RSD%, relative standard deviation) of the analysis at seven calibration concentrations was below 4% and ranged from 1.13% to 12.04%. The intra-day mean coefficient of variation at two concentrations(22.5 and 90 μM) was within 2%, and the intermediate precision was less than 4%. The limits of detection were between 0.012 and 6.68 μM. The coefficients of determination(R2) of the linear calibration curves were from 0.9989 to 0.9999.When the method was applied to plant samples, the FAA recoveries at two spiked levels(25 and 100 μM) ranged from 67.0% to 108.9% with an average of 94.4%, and the precision was 0.26%–12.31% RSD. A specific application combining this method with optimized extraction and interference removal procedures was successfully used to determine the FAA pools in different plant tissues. Complex 1 is a slightly spin-frustrated antiferromagnetic layer with sulfonate aggregated CuⅡ6 clusters periodically extended by ditopic sulfonate linkers. 2 is a grid-based coplanar sheet with hydroxyl group bridgedCuOCulinear-chain interlinked by pairs of μ3 -atr ligands, exhibiting strong antiferromagnetic interactions to lead to an S = 0 spin ground state at low temperature. In contrast, air-instable 3 has a ladder-like broad-ribbon structure constructed from triangular CuⅡ3 cores and centrosymmetric CuⅡ1 octahedra.
