| 5 | pH-Responsive supramolecular micelle based on host-guest interaction of poly(β-amino ester) derivatives and adamantyl-terminated poly(ethylene glycol) for cancer inhibition显示文摘Supramolecular structures have received growing attention and been widely applied in many fields.Herein, we synthesized hydrophobic β-cyclodextrin-contained poly(β-amino ester)(PAE-β-CD) and hydrophilic adamantyl-terminated poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG-AD) to form a supramolecular micelle via the host-guest interaction. The micelle displayed pH responsive structure change due to the transform of hydrophobic PAE core to hydrophilic form in weakly acid condition. After the anticancer drug curcumin(Cur) was loaded into the micelle, the drug release behavior of the Cur-loaded micelle was studied, and it turned out that the Cur-loaded supramolecular micelle could effectively unload the drug at pH 5.5.Furthermore, the antitumor efficiency of the Cur-loaded micelle was also examined both in vitro and in vivo, indicating considerable inhibition ratio as high as 62.14% against mouse sarcoma 180. | Zhuting Yang Yan Peng Liyan Qiu | 2018 | Chinese Chemical Letters2018,29,12: | 1 |

| 9 | Status of transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt for portal hypertension in China:A national survey analysis显示文摘Aim:The transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt(TIPS)procedure has been performed in China for 30 years,but our understanding of the status and difficulties associated with the use of TIPS for portal hypertension is incomplete.This study aims to investigate the current situation of the use of TIPS for portal hypertension,which should aid the development of TIPS in China.Methods:This study involved a questionnaire survey,initiated by the China Portal Hypertension Alliance(CHESS)to investigate the use of TIPS for portal hypertension in China.Questionnaires were released on the Internet between August 16,2022 and September 16,2022.Detailed information was collected from 545 hospitals contracted by the CHESS in China,which performed TIPS surgery in 2021.Results:The 545 hospitals covers the majority of hospitals in China that conduct TIPS intervention.In the survey,a total of 13,527 TIPS interventions were carried out with 94.1%(498/545)of them had a system of routine follow‐up after TIPS.The majority(42.6%[232/545])believed that the main indication of TIPS was the control of acute bleeding.Overall,48.1%(262/545)carried out early or pre‐emptive TIPS,53.0%(289/545)carried out TIPS for cavernous transformation of the portal vein,and 81.0%(441/545)chose routine embolization of collateral circulation during operation.Most used coils(97.0%[475/490])and biological glue(72.0%[353/490])as embolic materials,and 78.5%(428/545)routinely performed intraoperative portal pressure gradient measurements.When selecting TIPS stents,57.1%(311/545)chose viator‐specific stents,and 57.2%(312/545)chose conventional anticoagulation after TIPS.Conventional anticoagulation after TIPS is over a time interval of 3–6 months(55.4%[173/312]).The limitation of TIPS surgery is mainly its cost(72.3%[394/545])and insufficient understanding of the procedure by doctors in other related departments(77.4%[422/545]).Most of the hospital teams accept the use of domestic instruments in TIPS surgery(92.7%[505/545]).Conclusions:This survey shows that TIPS is an essential part of the treatment of portal hypertension in China.TIPS is widely used in Chinese patients with portal hypertension,and this survey presents a more comprehensive picture of the options and difficulties encountered in the implementation of TIPS.In the future,it is necessary to promote TIPS technology and further standardize surgical indications,routine operations,and instrument application. | Haibo Shao Xinwei Han Jianbo Zhao Junhui Sun Zhuting Fang Bin Xiong Xiaoli Zhu Weixin Ren Min Yuan Shiping Yu Meng Niu Weifu Lv Xueqiang Zhang Chunqing Zhang Lei Li Xuefeng Luo Yusheng Song Yilong Ma Tong Dang Hua Xiang Yun Jin Hui Xue Guiyun Jin Xiao Li Jiarui Li Shi Zhou Changlu Yu Song He Lei Yu Hongmei Zu Jun Ma Yanming Lei Ke Xu Xiaolong Qi | 2023 | Portal Hypertension & Cirrhosis2023,2,1: | 0 |
| 10 | Intensifying uneven charge distribution via geometric distortion engineering in atomically dispersed M-N_(x)/S sites for efficient oxygen electroreduction显示文摘Fine regulation of geometric structures has great promise to acquire specific electronic structures and improve the catalytic performance of single-atom catalysts,yet it remains a challenge.Herein,a novel seed encapsulation–decomposition strategy is proposed for the geometric distortion engineering and thermal atomization of a series of Cu-N_(x)/S moieties anchored on carbon supports.During pyrolysis,seeds(Cu^(2+),CuO,or Cu_(7)S_(4) nanoparticles)confined in metal organic framework can accommodate single Cu atoms with Cu–N or Cu–S coordination bonds and simultaneously induce C–S or C–N bond cleavage in the second coordination shell of Cu centers,which are identified to manipulate the distortion degree of Cu-N_(x)/S moieties.The severely distorted Cu-N3S molecular structure endows the resultant catalyst with excellent oxygen reduction reaction activity(E_(1/2)=0.885 V)and zinc-air battery performance(peak power density of 210 mW·cm^(−2)),outperforming the asymmetrical and symmetrical Cu-N4 structures.A combined experimental and theoretical study reveals that the geometric distortion of Cu-N_(x)/S moieties creates uneven charge distribution by a unique topological correlation effect,which increases the metal charge and shifts the d-band center toward the Fermi level,thereby optimizing the inter-mediate adsorption energy. | Zhuting Zhang Simin Yang Rui Jiang Tian Sheng Chunfeng Shi Yueguang Chen Leyu Wang | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,10: | 0 |
| 11 | Safety and efficacy of transcatheter arterial embolization for management of refractory hematuria of prostatic origin显示文摘Objective: To estimate the safety and efficacy of transcatheter arterial embolization(TAE) in the treatment of refractory hematuria of prostatic origin(RHPO).Methods: This retrospective study included 23 patients who underwent TAE for RHPO between May 2013 and August 2021. Technical and clinical success rates were calculated, and arteriogram findings and complications were detected.Results: Embolization was performed 24 times in 23 patients. Technical success was achieved in 24/24(100%)embolization procedures. Contrast agent extravasation was detected during 2 of the 24 angiographic procedures.Bilateral embolization was performed in 23(95.8%) of the 24 procedures. The clinical success rate was 21/23(91.3%), and hematuria stopped 1–4 days after TAE. | 12 | STGNN-LMR:A Spatial–Temporal Graph Neural Network Approach Based on sEMG Lower Limb Motion Recognition显示文摘Lower limb motion recognition techniques commonly employ Surface Electromyographic Signal(sEMG)as input and apply a machine learning classifier or Back Propagation Neural Network(BPNN)for classification.However,this artificial feature engineering technique is not generalizable to similar tasks and is heavily reliant on the researcher’s subject expertise.In contrast,neural networks such as Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)and Long Short-term Memory Neural Network(LSTM)can automatically extract features,providing a more generalized and adaptable approach to lower limb motion recognition.Although this approach overcomes the limitations of human feature engineering,it may ignore the potential correlation among the sEMG channels.This paper proposes a spatial–temporal graph neural network model,STGNN-LMR,designed to address the problem of recognizing lower limb motion from multi-channel sEMG.STGNN-LMR transforms multi-channel sEMG into a graph structure and uses graph learning to model spatial–temporal features.An 8-channel sEMG dataset is constructed for the experimental stage,and the results show that the STGNN-LMR model achieves a recognition accuracy of 99.71%.Moreover,this paper simulates two unexpected scenarios,including sEMG sensors affected by sweat noise and sudden failure,and evaluates the testing results using hypothesis testing.According to the experimental results,the STGNN-LMR model exhibits a significant advantage over the control models in noise scenarios and failure scenarios.These experimental results confirm the effectiveness of the STGNN-LMR model for addressing the challenges associated with sEMG-based lower limb motion recognition in practical scenarios. | Weifan Mao Bin Ma Zhao Li Jianxing Zhang Yizhou Lu Zhuting Yu Feng Zhang | 2024 | Journal of Bionic Engineering2024,21,1: | 0 |
