| 3 | Self-healable electroluminescent devices显示文摘Electroluminescent(EL)devices have been extensively integrated into multi-functionalized electronic systems in the role of the vitally constituent light-emitting part.However,the lifetime and reliability of EL devices are often severely restricted by concomitant damage,especially when the strain exceeds the mechanical withstanding limit.We report a self-healable EL device by adopting a modified self-healable polyacrylic acid hydrogel as the electrode and a selfhealable polyurethane as a phosphor host to realize the first omni-layer-healable light-emitting device.The physicochemical properties of each functionalized layer can be efficiently restored after experiencing substantial catastrophic damage.As a result,the luminescent performance of the self-healable EL devices is well recovered with a high healing efficiency(83.2%for 10 healing cycles at unfixed spots,and 57.7%for 20 healing cycles at a fixed spot).In addition,inter-device healing has also been developed to realize a conceptual“LEGO”-like assembly process at the device level for light-emitting devices.The design and realization of the self-healable EL devices may revive their performance and expand their lifetime even after undergoing a deadly cut.Our self-healable EL devices may serve as model systems for electroluminescent applications of the recently developed ionically conductive healable hydrogels and dielectric polymers. | Guojin Liang Zhuoxin Liu Funian Mo Zijie Tang Hongfei Li Zifeng Wang Venkateshwarlu Sarangi Abhijit Pramanick Jun Fan Chunyi Zhi | 2018 | Light(Science & Applications)2018,7,1: | 0 |
| 4 | Blooms of Prorocentrum donghaiense reduced the species diversity of dinoflagellate community显示文摘Most of reported harmful algal blooms(HABs)of microalgae(75%)have been caused by dinoflagellates.Studies on the negative effects of HABs have generally focused on animals,valuable organisms in particular,and environmental factors such as dissolved oxygen and nutrients,but relatively fewer on community level,particularly that using metagenomic approach.In this study,we reported an investigation on the effects of a HAB caused by the dinoflagellate Prorocentrum donghaiense on the species diversity and community structure of the dinoflagellate sub-community via a pyrosequencing approach for the samples taken before,during,and after the bloom season of P.donghaiense in the East China Sea.We sequenced partial 28S rRNA gene of dinoflagellates for the field samples and evaluated the species richness and diversity indices of the dinoflagellate community,as a sub-community of the total phytoplankton.We obtained 800185 valid sequences(categorized into 560 operational taxonomic units,OTUs)of dinoflagellates from 50 samples and found that the biodiversity of dinoflagellate community was significantly reduced during the blooming period in comparison to that in pre-and after-blooming periods,as reflected in the four diversity indices:the species richness expressed as the number of OTUs,Chao1 index,Shannon index(evenness),and Gini-Simpson index.These four indices were all found to be negatively correlated to the cell density of the bloom species P.donghaiense.Correlation analyses also revealed that the P.donghaiense cell abundance was correlated negatively with NO3--N,and NO2--N,but positively with total nitrogen(TN)and total phosphorus(TP).Principal coordinates analysis(PCoA)showed that the community structure of dinoflagellates was markedly different among the different sampling periods,while the redundancy analysis(RDA)revealed P.donghaiense abundance,salinity,NO3--N,and SiO32-were the most four significant factors shaping the dinoflagellate community structure.Our results together demonstrated that HABs caused by the dinoflagellate P.donghaiense could strongly impact the aquatic ecosystem on the sub-community level which the blooming species belongs to. | Huan Wang Zhangxi Hu Zhaoyang Chai Yunyan Deng Zifeng Zhan Ying Zhong Tang | 2020 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2020,39,4: | 0 |
| 5 | Simultaneous and multiplex detection of exosomal microRNAs based on the asymmetric Au@Au@Ag probes with enhanced Raman signal显示文摘Simultaneous and quantitative detection of multiple exosomal micro RNAs(miRNAs)was successfully performed by a surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)assay consisting of Raman probes and capture probes.In this design,the asymmetric core-shell structured Au@Au@Ag nanoparticles were first synthesized by layer-by-layer self-assembly method and modified with different Raman molecules and recognition sequences(poly A-DNA)to prepare the surface-enhanced Raman probes.Then,the streptavidinmodified magnetic beads were used to immobilize the biotinylated DNA capture sequences(biotin-DNA)to obtain capture probes.In the presence of target exosomal miRNAs,the Raman probes and capture probes could bind to the target exosomal miRNAs in the partial hybridization manner.Thus,the developed SERS sensor could indicate the target miRNAs levels in the buffer solution.Using breast cancerrelated miRNAs as model targets,the limits of detection of this sensor were determined to be 1.076 fmol/L for synthetic miR-21,0.068 fmol/L for synthetic miR-126,and 4.57 fmol/L for synthetic miR-1246,respectively.Such SERS sensors were further employed to detect the miR-21 in 20%human serum and the extraction solution of exosomes,respectively.Therefore,simultaneous and multiplex detection of cancerrelated exosomal miRNAs by this assay could provide new opportunities for further biomedical applications. | Min Hou Dinggeng He Huizhen Wang Jin Huang Hong Cheng Kejin Wan Hung-Wing Li Zifeng Tang Xiaoxiao He Kemin Wang | 2022 | Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,6: | 0 |
| 6 | Application of the frequency-matching method in the probability forecast of landfalling typhoon rainfall显示文摘In this paper,a revised method for typhoon precipitation probability forecast,based on the frequencymatching method,is developed by combining the screening and the neighborhood methods.The frequency of the high-resolution precipitation forecasts is used as the reference frequency,and the frequency of the lowresolution ensemble forecasts is used as the forecast frequency.Based on frequency–matching method,the frequency of rainfall above the rainstorm magnitude increases.The forecast members are then selected by using the typhoon tracks of the short-term predictions,and the precipitation probability is calculated for each member using a combination of the neighbor and the traditional probability statistical methods.Moreover,four landfalling typhoons(i.e.,STY Lekima and STS Bailu in 2019,and TY Hagupit and Higos in 2020)were chose to test the rainfall probability forecast.The results show that the method performs well with respect to the forecast rainfall area and magnitude for the four typhoons.The Brier and Brier skill scores are almost entirely positive for the probability forecast of 0.1–250 mm rainfall during Bailu,Hagupit and Higos(except for 0.1mm of Hagupit),and for<100 mm rainfall(except for 25 mm)during Lekima. | Rong GUO Hui YU Zifeng YU Jie TANG Lina BAI | 2022 | Frontiers of Earth Science2022,16,1: | 0 |
