1Bi-level Planning for Integrated Energy Systems Incorporating Demand Response and Energy Storage Under Uncertain Environments Using Novel Metamodel显示文摘The optimal planning and design of an integrated energy system(IES)is of great significance to facilitate distributed renewable energy(DRE)technology and improve the overall energy efficiency of the energy system.With the increased penetration of distributed generation(DG),the power supply and load sides of an IES present more increased levels of uncertainties.Demand response(DR)and the energy storage system(ESS)serve as important means to shift energy supply and use across time to counter the indeterminate variations.However,the current IES planning methods are unable to effectively deal with the uncertainties of DREs and loads,and to optimize the operations of DG-DR-ESS due to the enormous possible combinations.In this paper,a new method for the optimal planning and design of an integrated energy system has been introduced and verified.The new method consists of three integrated elements.First,the method of the probability scenario has been used to model the uncertainties of the DREs and loads so as to better characterize the impact of uncertainty on the planning and design of the IES.Secondly,the optimal operation of the IES under different probability scenarios is ensured using the second-order cone optimization for quick solutions due to the simplicity of this sub-problem,serving as the bottom-level optimization.Thirdly,the optimal planning and design of IES through optimal sizing of the power generating components and ESS are performed using a special meta-model based global optimization method due to the complex,black-box,and computation intensive nature of this top-level optimization in a nested,bi-level global optimization problem.The combined approach takes full account of the interrelated operations of DG-DR-ESS under different design configurations to support a better optimal planning and design of the IES.The simulation has been carried out on an IES system modified from the IEEE 33-node distribution system.The simulation results show that the proposed method and model are effective.Hao Xiao Wei Pei Zuomin Dong Li Kong 2018CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2018,4,2:27
2Medusoid Fossils from the Sinian Xingmincun Formation of Southern Liaoning Province显示文摘Abundant medusoid soft-bodied metazoan fossils have been found in the Sinian Xingmincun Formation(with an isotopic age of 650 Ma) at Qipanmo, Qidingshan and Yangtun of the Dalian-Jinzhou area, southern Liaoning Province; in addition, a number of macroscopic algal fossils have been discovered for the first time in the Getun Formation overlying the Xingmincun Formation. Medusoid fossils include 3 genera and 6 species(all of which are new). Judging from their biological characters, these medusoid fossils are considered to have an intimate affinity with the Ediacara fauna in the terminal Precambrian of Australia, as their characters are close to each other. The authors suggest that these medusoids and the Edicara fauna might be the products of the same period. 3Genesis of Highly Fractionated I-Type Granites from Fengshun Complex:Implications to Tectonic Evolutions of South China显示文摘The South China Block is characterized by the large-scale emplacement of felsic magmas and giant ore deposits during the Yanshanian. We present zircon Hf isotopic compositions, whole-rock major and trace element compositions of the Fengshun complex, located in eastern Guangdong Province, South China. The Fengshun complex is a multi-stage magmatic intrusion. It is composed of two main units, i.e., the Mantoushan(MTS) syeno-monzogranites, alkali feldspar granites and the Hulutian(HLT) alkali feldspar granites. LA-ICPMS zircon dating shows that the complex emplaced in 166–161 and 139±2 Ma, respectively. Geochemically, the MTS granites show relatively various geochemical compositions with low REE contents(87.76×10^(-6)–249.71×10^(-6)), Rb/Sr ratios(1.19–58.93), pronounced Eu negative anomaly(0.01–0.37) and low Nb/Ta ratios(2.40–6.82). In contrast, the HLT granites exhibit relatively stable geochemical characteristics with high REE contents(147.35×10^(-6)– 282.17×10^(-6)), Rb/Sr ratios(2.05–10.30) and relatively high Nb/Ta ratios(4.45–13.00). The isotopic data of the MTS granites display relatively enriched values, with I_(Sr) varying from 0.708 2 to 0.709 7, εNd(t) from-7.8 to-6.9 and εHf(t) from-7.4 to-3.2, in comparison with those of the HLT which are I_(Sr)=0.703 05–0.704 77, εNd(t)=-5–-3.4 and εHf(t)=-0.7–1.8). The two-stage model ages of the MTS granites(T_(2DM)(Nd)=1.51–1.59 Ga and T_(2DM)(Hf)=1.26–1.48 Ga) are also higher than those of the HLT granites(T_(2DM)(Nd)=1.21–1.34 Ga and T_(2DM)(Hf)=0.96–1.10 Ga). Thus the MTS and HLT granites might originate from different sources. The former is more likely derived from partial melting of Meso-Proterozoic basement triggered by upwelling of asthenosphere and/or underplate of the basaltic magma and then extensive fractional crystallisation, similar to the genesis of Early Yanshanian granitoids of the EW-trending tectono-magmatism belt in the Nanling range. In comparison, the latter might have involved with asthenosphere component, similar to the Early Cretaceous granitoids of NE-NNE-trending granitoid-volcanic belt in coastal region, southeastern China. We propose that the MTS granites were mainly formed in Paleo-Tethyan post-orogenic extensional tectonic setting whereas the HLT granites were formed in the back-arc extensional tectonic setting. 6The acoustical character of low noise asphalt pavements显示文摘The acoustical character of low noise asphalt pavement was studied theoretically and experimentally. Its normal incident absorption coefficient can reach 0.5 - 0.7, much better than that of general asphalt pavement, although both are the same in thickness and maximum aggregate size. The connected porosity is the most major parameter, which can control the coefficient. The more the porosity is, the higher the coefficient is. The peak value of normal incident absorption coefficient will increase and move towards lower frequency when the depth of pavement is thickened. The peak will approach a stable value when the depth is about 40 mm. 7DDX3X regulates cell survival and cell cycle during mouse early embryonic development显示文摘DDX3X is a highly conserved DEAD-box RNA helicase that participates in RNA transcription,RNA splicing,and mRNA transport,translation,and nucleo-cytoplasmic transport.It is highly expressed in metaphaseⅡ(MⅡ)oocytes and is the predominant DDX3 variant in the ovary and embryo.However,whether it is important in mouse early embryo development remains unknown.In this study,we investigated the function of DDX3X in early embryogenesis by cytoplasmic microinjection with its siRNA in zygotes or single blastomeres of 2-cell embryos.Our results showed that knockdown of Ddx3x in zygote cytoplasm led to dramatically diminished blastocyst formation,reduced cell numbers,and an increase in the number of apoptotic cells in blastocysts.Meanwhile,there was an accumulation of p53 in RNAi blastocysts.In addition,the ratio of cell cycle arrest during 2-cell to 4-cell transition increased following microinjection of Ddx3x siRNA into single blastomeres of 2-cell embryos compared with control.These results suggest that Ddx3x is an essential gene associated with cell survival and cell cycle control in mouse early embryos,and thus plays key roles in normal embryo development.Qian Li Pan Zhang Chao Zhang Ying Wang Ru Wan Ye Yang Xuejiang Guo Ran Huo Min Lin Zuomin Zhou Jiahao Sha 2014The Journal of Biomedical Research2014,28,4:4
8Flotillin-2 is an acrosome-related protein involved in mouse spermiogenesis显示文摘Spermatogenesis is a complex process of terminal differentiation by which mature sperms are generated,and it can be divided into three phases:mitosis,meiosis and spermiogenesis.In a previous study,we established a series of proteomic profiles for spermatogenesis to understand the regulation of male fertility and infertility.Here,we further investigated the localization and the role of flotillin-2 in spermiogenesis.Flotillin-2 expression was investigated in the testis of male CD1 mice at various developmental stages of spermatogenesis by using Western blotting,immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence.Flotillin-2 was knocked down in vivo in three-week-old male mice using intratesticular injection of small inhibitory RNA(siRNA),and sperm abnormalities were assessed three weeks later.Flotillin-2 was expressed at high levels in male germ cells during spermatogenesis.Flotillin-2 immunoreactivity was observed in pachytene spermatocytes as a strong dot-shaped signal and in round spermatids as a sickle-shaped distribution ahead of the acrosome.Immunofluorescence confirmed flotillin-2 was localized in front of the acrosome in round spermatids,indicating that flotillin-2 was localized to the Golgi apparatus.Knockdown of flotillin-2 in vivo led to a significant increase in head sperm abnormalities isolated from the cauda epididymis,compared with control siRNA-injected testes.This study indicates that flotillin-2 is a novel Golgi-related protein involved in sperm acrosome biogenesis.Yibo Wu Xin Chen Shuai Wang Min Jiang Bo Zheng Quan Zhou Ye Bi Zuomin Zhou Xiaoyan Huang Jiahao Sha 2012The Journal of Biomedical Research2012,26,4:3
