4Q&P钢热处理工艺的开发进展(英文)显示文摘Q&P钢的工艺概念已提出了有些年了,它作为一种热处理工艺,生产的组织具有马氏体和富C的亚稳残余奥氏体。工艺包括:控制淬火形成部分的马氏体,然后热处理以使C从过饱和的马氏体中转移到残余奥氏体中。潜在的应用包括具有好的成型性和抗断裂的高强度钢。应用该工艺可生产薄板和厚板,以及用从长锻材生产热处理元件,甚至于铸铁。自2003年一直在实验室研究,早期的工作结果已有发表。近期的研究主要集中于机理方面的细节。国际范围的独立团队在此研究领域也有很多进展。John G Speer David K Matlock 2009世界钢铁2009,9,1:21

7CYP24A1 inhibition facilitates the anti-tumor effect of vitamin D3 on colorectal cancer cells显示文摘AIM:The effects of vitamin D3 have been investigated on various tumors, including colorectal cancer (CRC). 25-hydroxyvitamin-D3-24-hydroxylase (CYP24A1), the enzyme that inactivates the active vitamin D3 metabolite 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 (1,25-D3), is considered to be the main enzyme determining the biological halflife of 1,25-D3. During colorectal carcinogenesis, the expression and concentration of CYP24A1 increases significantly, suggesting that this phenomenon could be responsible for the proposed efficacy of 1,25-D3 in the treatment of CRC. The aim of this study was to investigate the anti-tumor effects of vitamin D3 on the human CRC cell line Caco-2 after inhibition of the cytochrome P450 component of CYP24A1 activity. METHODS:We examined the expression of CYP24A1 mRNA and the effects of 1,25-D3 on the cell line Caco-2 after inhibition of CYP24A1. Cell viability and proliferation were determined by means of sulforhodamine-B staining and bromodeoxyuridine incorporation, respectively, while cytotoxicity was estimated via the lactate dehydrogenase content of the cell culture supernatant. CYP24A1 expression was measured by realtime reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. A number of tetralone compounds were synthesized to investigate their CP24A1 inhibitory activity. RESULTS:In response to 1,25-D3, CYP24A1 mRNA expression was enhanced significantly, in a time- and dose-dependent manner. Caco-2 cell viability and proliferation were not influenced by the administration of 1,25-D3 alone, but were markedly reduced by coadministration of 1,25-D3 and KD-35, a CYP24A1-inhibiting tetralone. Our data suggest that the mechanism of action of co-administered KD-35 and 1,25-D3 does not involve a direct cytotoxic effect, but rather the inhibition of cell proliferation. 16应用分子生物学技术探讨慢性肺疾病和呼吸窘迫综合征的炎症反应机制显示文摘目的 应用分子生物学技术探讨慢性肺疾病 (CLD)和呼吸窘迫综合征 (RDS)患儿肺部的炎症反应机制。方法 应用原位基因杂交技术 (insitu hybridzation) ,结合免疫组织化学染色技术和常规组织染色技术检测尸解肺组织的炎性细胞浸润和细胞因子基因表达情况 ,结果用中位数 (M)表示。结果 新生儿RDS患儿肺内IL 8mRNA基因表达为 2 7/ 5mm2 ,明显高于对照组的 2 / 5mm2 ,差异有显著性 (U =3 2 3,P <0 0 1) ;CLD患儿肺内IL 8mRNA基因表达为 5 6 / 5mm2 ,也明显高于对照组的4 / 5mm2 ,差异有显著性 (U =5 7 3,P <0 0 1)。RDS组肺间质CD68阳性巨噬细胞 (14 5 / 5mm2 )、白细胞弹性蛋白酶 (N elastase)阳性多核粒细胞 (133/ 5mm2 )均明显高于对照组 (CD68细胞 18/ 5mm2 ,N elastase细胞 2 8/ 5mm2 )。CLD组肺间质CD68阳性巨噬细胞 (中位数为 15 3/ 5mm2 )、N elastase阳性的多核粒细胞 (182 / 5mm2 )均明显高于对照组 (CD68细胞 31/ 5mm2 ,N elastase细胞 37/ 5mm2 )。CD+ 3 淋巴细胞在RDS新生儿肺组织增加不明显 (2 1/ 5mm2 和 17/ 5mm2 ,P >0 0 5 ) ,而在CLD组肺组织中明显高于对照组 (41/ 5mm2 和 5 / 5mm2 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 RDS和CLD可引起肺组织细胞因子基因表达增加 。曹蕾 Schmidt Bease Speer Christian P 2001中华儿科杂志2001,39,11:3

20Effect of intercritical annealing on microstructure,mechanical properties,and work-hardening behavior of ultrahigh-strength dual-phase steels with different silicon contents显示文摘In this study,three kinds of dual-phase( DP) steels were used to investigate the influence of silicon content and intercritical annealing temperature on their microstructures,mechanical properties,and work-hardening behaviors. By adding silicon and matching the critical annealing temperature,a new DP steel( 1. 0Si and intercritically annealed at 790 ℃) that exhibits an excellent combination of ultrahigh strength and adequate ductility was obtained. Variations in the strength,elongation,and fracture mechanism of the specimens with respect to different intercritical annealing temperatures were correlated to microstructural features. With an increase in the silicon content,there is no significant change in the martensitic band structure or ferrite morphology. At the same annealing temperature,the yield strength and yield strength ratio of the specimens decreased,but at different annealing temperatures,the tensile strength was reduced. The Hollomon analysis results indicate that the workhardening behavior obeys a two-stage work-hardening mechanism. With an increasing intercritical annealing temperature,the 'transition strain'shifts to the left,and with an increasing silicon content,the 'transition strain'shifts to the right. The surface exhibits ductile fractures characterized by a high density of microvoid dimples.
