| 2 | Computer Aided Simulation on Precision Cold Forging of Universal Joint Cross显示文摘The 3D FEM numerical simulation on multi-action precision cold forging technology of universal joint cross and differential spider is done in this article using DEFORM Software, a commercial computer aided engineering software specializing in forming and heat treatment simulation technology, and suitable for cold, warm and hot forging process. The material flow properties, the dynamic variation of stress and strain in the process of deformation and the load-stroke curve have also been achieved. A good consistency is exhibited between simulation results and practical data. Based on the DEFORM simulation results, the optimized procedure has been found for forging a universal joint cross. What should be emphasized here is that a better understanding of practical forging characters and the environmental factors can greatly improve the simulation accuracy thus make the simulation results more reliable. | H. | 4 | Mesenchymal stem cell therapy in patients with small bowel transplantation:Single center experience显示文摘AIM:To study the effects of mesenchymal stem cell(MSC) therapy on the prevention of acute rejection and graft vs host disease following small bowel transplantation.METHODS: In our transplantation center, 6 isolated intestinal transplants have been performed with MSC therapy since 2009. The primary reasons for transplants were short gut syndrome caused by surgical intestine resection for superior mesenteric artery thrombosis(n = 4), Crohn's disease(n = 1) and intestinal aganglionosis(n = 1). Two of the patients were children. At the time of reperfusion, the first dose of MSCs cultured from the patient's bone marrow was passedinto the transplanted intestinal artery at a dose of 1000000 cells/kg. The second and third doses of MSCs were given directly into the mesenteric artery through the arterial anastomosis using an angiography catheter on day 15 and 30 post-transplant.RESULTS: The median follow-up for these patients was 10.6 mo(min: 2 mo-max: 30 mo). Three of the patients developed severe acute rejection. One of these patients did not respond to bolus steroid therapy. Although the other two patients did respond to antirejection treatment, they developed severe fungal and bacterial infections. All of these patients died in the 2nd and 3rd months post-transplant due to sepsis. The remaining patients who did not have acute rejection had good quality of life with no complications observed during the follow-up period. In addition, their intestinal grafts were functioning properly in the 13th, 25th and 30th month post-transplant. The patients who survived did not encounter any problems related to MSC transplantation.CONCLUSION: Although this is a small case series and not a randomized study, it is our opinion that small bowel transplantation is an effective treatment for intestinal failure, and MSC therapy may help to prevent acute rejection and graft vs host disease following intestinal transplantation. | Sait Murat Do?an Sel?uk K?l?n? | 9 | 血根碱对肉鸡生长性能、相对器官重量、盲肠菌群、血清胆固醇水平以及肉品质的影响显示文摘研究旨在探索日粮添加血根碱(SGV)对肉鸡生长性能、相对器官重量、盲肠菌群、血清胆固醇水平和腿肌丙二醛含量的影响。选用840日龄雄性肉鸡(罗斯品种)饲养于28个稻草垫上,随机分为4个处理:玉米-豆粕型基础对照日粮、基础日粮中添加卑霉素10 ppm作为生长促进剂(AGP)、基础日粮中添加SGV 20 ppm(SGV20)和50 ppm(SGV50)。与饲喂基础日粮的肉鸡相比,基础日粮中添加AGP组、SGV20组和SGV50组的肉鸡最终体重(BW)、日增重、饲料转化率(FCR)显著改善(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,SGV20喂养组的肉鸡相对空肠重量显著降低(P<0.05),所有添加SGV组肉鸡相对空肠或回肠长度显著升高(P<0.05)。SGV20组较对照组肉鸡肠道菌群有所改变,尤其是盲肠乳酸菌数增加,但AGP组无改变。SGV20组或SGV50组肉鸡的总胆固醇水平较对照组显著降低(P<0.05),控制饮食物显著降低(P<0.05)。添加SGV后,作为脂质过氧化反应指示剂的腿肌丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,在肉鸡日粮中补充SGV 20或50 ppm可以提高肉鸡生长性能,改变多种生物和生理参数,如相对器官重量、血清胆固醇水平、肠道菌群和肉品质。 | Lee K W Kim J S Oh S T Kang C W An B K | 2015 | 饲料博览2015，0，3： | 2 |
| 10 | Spinosad and neem seed kernel extract as bio-controlling agents for malarial vector,Anopheles stephensi and non-biting midge,Chironomus circumdatus显示文摘Objective:Midge egg masses are reported to support non-pathogenic strains of the cholera pathogen.Vibrio cholera(V.cholera).Mosquito born diseases have been reported to cause millions of death worldwide.The present research reveals the toxicity effect of spinosad and neem seed kernel extract(NSKE) against different larval stages of Anopheles stephensi(An.stephensi) and Chironomus circumdatus(Ch.circumdatus).Methods:The neem seeds were collected from Marudamalai hills,Bharathiar University,Coimbatore,India.Neem seed kernels were powdered,extracted and diluted for different concentrations(2 ppm to 10 ppm).Spinosad was purchased from Kalpatharu pesticide Limited,Coimbatore,Tamil Nadu,India and thoroughly mixed with distilled water to prepare various concentrations(0.01 to 0.08 ppm) and used for bioassay.Results:The results depict that spinosad is more toxic in lower concentrations when compared to NSKE and mosquitoes are more susceptible than chironomids.Lethal concentrations were evaluated using the observed mortality.The lowest LC50 value obtained from spinosad against An.stephensi and Ch.circumdalus were 0.002 05 ppm and 0.008 91 ppm.This study investigated on effect of Spinosad and NSKE on the biology of mosquito.The immature stages of both species were susceptible to Spinosad and NSKE.Spinosad and NSKE in individual as well as combined treatment provided additional days in development for mosquitoes.Conclusions:The results conclude that Spinosad and NSKE are potential larvicides against An.stephensi and Ch. circumdatus. | Kumar AN Murugan K Madhiyazhagan P Prabhu K | 2011 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2011，4，8： | 2 |
