1The research progress on lateral shift of reflected electromagnetic wave at the interface of two conductive media显示文摘In this paper the research status of lateral shift of reflected electromagnetic wave at the interface of conductive media was reviewed, the lateral shift and the lateral delay were analyzed, and the charac-teristic of lateral shift curves varying with the angle of incidence was introduced in detail. For electro-magnetic wave logging, the error correction method of lateral shift was stressed in this paper, the magnitude of measured errors caused by the lateral shift was established. It is noticed that the longer wavelength, the larger error of measured results. 2Analytical solution of electromagnetic field generated by induction logging tool in a fan-ring slot of drill collar while drilling显示文摘Based on the structural characteristic of metal drill collar for induction logging while drilling, we have given the analytical formulae of lengthways fields Ez and Hz when the tool is located in a fan-ring shaped slot of drill collar by the boundary conditions of electromagnetic field, and derived the other components of electromagnetic field in and out the fan-ring slot from Ez and Hz. In the other intervals of formation, where the drill collar is a solid cylinder, the analytical formulae of field are educed through the method of variable coefficient. The total analytical solutions of field in whole space have been obtained. With the help of the analytical formulae, we have also given numerical examples and analyzed the distributive characteristic of electromagnetic field. From the computational results we find that the secondary scattering field Hz is in a linear relation with the conductivity of stratum. The characteristic of field is very useful for induction logging while drilling, which can be used to measure and analyze the logging responses of the stratum conductivity. 3Boundary element numerical method for the electric field generated by oblique multi-needle electrodes显示文摘According to the electric potential of oblique multi-needle electrodes (OMNE) in biological tissue, the discrete equations based on the indetermination linear current density were established by the boundary element integral equations (BEIE). The non-uniform distribution of the current flowing from multi-needle electrodes to conductive biological tissues was imaged by solving a set of linear equa- tions. Then, the electric field and potential generated by OMNE in biological tissues at any point may be determined through the boundary element method (BEM). The time of program running and stability of computing method are examined by an example. It demonstrates that the algorithm possesses a quick speed and the steady computed results. 9The Goos-Hnchen shift of wide-angle seismic reflection wave显示文摘The partial derivative equations of Zoeppritz equations are established and the derivatives of each matrix entry with respect to wave vectors are derived in this paper.By solving the partial derivative equations we obtained the partial derivatives of seismic wave reflection coefficients with respect to wave vectors,and computed the Goos-Hnchen shift for reflected P-and VS-waves.By plotting the curves of Goos-Hnchen shift,we gained some new insight into the lateral shift of seismic reflection wave.The lateral shifts are very large for glancing wave or the wave of the incidence angle near the critical angle,meaning that the seismic wave propagates a long distance along the reflection interface before returning to the first medium.For the reflection waves of incidence angles away from the critical angle,the lateral shift is in the same order of magnitude as the wavelength.The lateral shift varies significantly with different reflection interfaces.For example,the reflected P-wave has a negative shift at the reflection interface between mudstone and sandstone.The reflected VS-wave has a large lateral shift at or near the critical angle.The lateral shift of the reflected VS-wave tends to be zero when the incidence angle approaches 90°.These observations suggest that Goos-Hnchen effect has a great influence on the reflection wave of wide-angles.The correction for the error caused by Goos-Hnchen effect,therefore,should be made before seismic data processing,such as the depth migration and the normal-moveout correction.With the theoretical foundation established in this paper,we can further study the correction of Goos-Hnchen effect for the reflection wave of large incidence angle.LIU FuPing MENG XianJun XIAO JiaQi WANG AnLing YANG ChangChun 2012Science China Earth Sciences2012,55,5:1

16Fluorescent and quantitative mitochondrial redox imaging of tumor targeted by Octa-RGD probe显示文摘Integrins,over-expressed in a broad range of cancer diseauses,are widely utilized as a tumor biomarker.Metabolism investigation also plays important roles in tumor theranostics.Devel-oping simple integrin-targetting probe and monitoring tumor metabolism will give opportunities to find ways for cancer treatment,however,the investigation of tumor metabolism with integrin receptor based probes has been rarely reported so far.Here,we developed an octavalent fuo-rescent probe Octa-R.GD by convenient genetic method,based on one tetrameric far-red fluo-rescent protein(fRFP)linked with RGD pept ides.We validated its inter gin targeting by confocal imaging in vitro.Then we screened a variety of tumor cells,and differentiated their binding affinity based on the fuorescence of the probe via flow cytometry.Among these cells,CNE-2 cells had the highest uptake of the probe,while B16 cells had the lowest,corresponding with their intergin expression levels.Next,the fuorescent and metabolic imaging was performed in HT1080(intergin postive)tumor,where nicotinamide adenine dinudeotide hydrogen(NADH),flavo-protein(Fp)and fRFP fuorescent signals were collected.The tumor from mice intravenously injected with Octa RGD probe displayed obviously higher NADH redox ratio NADH/(Fp+NADH)and fRFP signal,than those with fRFP protein.It suggested that integrin targeting may have influence on the target cell metabolism,and further demonstrated Octa-R.GD probe facilitated its uptake in the targeted tumor in vrivo.This paper developed a useful probe,which can bind integrins speci-cally and e±ciently in tumor cells,and together with tumor metabolic information,it may provide new insight for RGD targeting-based cancer therapeutics.Shuang Sha Fei Yang Anle Wang Honglin Jin Zhihong Zhang Qiaoya Lin 2016Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2016,9,4:0
