| 1 | Toripalimab plus chemotherapy as second-line treatment in previously EGFR-TKI treated patients with EGFR-mutant-advanced NSCLC:a multicenter phase-II trial显示文摘This multicenter phase-II trial aimed to investigate the efficacy,safety,and predictive biomarkers of toripalimab plus chemotherapy as second-line treatment in patients with EGFR-mutant-advanced NSCLC.Patients who failed from first-line EGFR-TKIs and did not harbor T790M mutation were enrolled.Toripalimab plus carboplatin and pemetrexed were administrated every three weeks for up to six cycles,followed by the maintenance of toripalimab and pemetrexed.The primary endpoint was objective-response rate(ORR).Integrated biomarker analysis of PD-L1 expression,tumor mutational burden(TMB),CD8+tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte(TIL)density,whole-exome,and transcriptome sequencing on tumor biopsies were also conducted.Forty patients were enrolled with an overall ORR of 50.0%and disease-control rate(DCR)of 87.5%.The median progression free survival(PFS)and overall survival were 7.0 and 23.5 months,respectively.The most common treatment-related adverse effects were leukopenia,neutropenia,anemia,ALT/AST elevation,and nausea.Biomarker analysis showed that none of PD-L1 expression,TMB level,and CD8+TIL density could serve as a predictive biomarker.Integrated analysis of whole-exome and transcriptome sequencing data revealed that patients with DSPP mutation had a decreased M2 macrophage infiltration and associated with longer PFS than those of wild type.Toripalimab plus chemotherapy showed a promising anti-tumor activity with acceptable safety profiles as the second-line setting in patients with EGFR-mutant NSCLC.DSPP mutation might serve as a potential biomarker for this combination.A phase-III trial to compare toripalimab versus placebo in combination with chemotherapy in this setting is ongoing(NCT03924050). | Tao Jiang Pingyang Wang Jie Zhang Yanqiu Zhao Jianying Zhou Yun Fan Yongqian Shu Xiaoqing Liu Helong Zhang Jianxing He Guanghui Gao Xiaoqian Mu Zhang Bao Yanjun Xu Renhua Guo Hong Wang Lin Deng Ningqiang Ma Yalei Zhang Hui Feng Sheng Yao Jiarui Wu Luonan Chen Caicun Zhou Shengxiang Ren | 2021 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,11: | 8 |
| 2 | Tailoring the mechanical anisotropy of sintered NdFeB magnets by Pr-Cu grain boundary reconstruction显示文摘Pr_(83)Cu_(17)(wt%) grain boundary reconstruction was applied to prepare sintered NdFeB magnets. The effects of addition amount and annealing on the bending strength were investigated. The results show that Pr_(83)Cu_(17) can not only effectively enhance the bending strength, but also change the mechanical anisotropy in two directions parallel and perpendicular to c-axis. The bending strength perpendicular to c-axis reaches 404 MPa in 10 wt% addition magnet, higher than 348 MPa along parallel direction. This change is attributed to the preferred distribution of boundary phases, i.e., ductile(Nd,Pr)-Fe-Cu phase along perpendicular direction to c-axis and(Nd,Pr)-Fe phase along parallel direction. | 5 | Relationship between Lightning Activity and Tropospheric Nitrogen Dioxide and the Estimation of Lightning-produced Nitrogen Oxides over China显示文摘To better understand the relationship between lightning activity and nitrogen oxides(NOX) in the troposphere and to estimate lightning-produced NOX(LNOX) production in China more precisely, spatial and temporal distributions of vertical column densities of tropospheric nitrogen dioxide(NO_2VCDs) and lightning activity were analyzed using satellite measurements. The results showed that the spatial distribution of lightning activity is greater in the east than in the west of China, as with NO_2 VCDs. However, the seasonal and annual variation between lightning and NO_2 density show different trends in the east and west. The central Tibetan Plateau is sparsely populated without modern industry, and NO_2 VCDs across the plateau are barely affected by anthropogenic sources. The plateau is an ideal area to study LNOX. By analyzing 15 years of satellite data from that region, it was found that lightning density is in strong agreement with annual, spatial and seasonal variations of NO_2 VCDs, with a correlation coefficient of 0.79 from the linear fit.
