| 1 | High precision landing site mapping and rover localization for Chang'e-3 mission显示文摘This paper presents the comprehensive results of landing site topographic mapping and rover localization in Chang’e-3 mission.High-precision topographic products of the landing site with extremely high resolutions(up to 0.05 m)were generated from descent images and registered to CE-2 DOM.Local DEM and DOM with 0.02 m resolution were produced routinely at each waypoint along the rover traverse.The lander location was determined to be(19.51256°W,44.11884°N,-2615.451 m)using a method of DOM matching.In order to reduce error accumulation caused by wheel slippage and IMU drift in dead reckoning,cross-site visual localization and DOM matching localization methods were developed to localize the rover at waypoints;the overall traveled distance from the lander is 114.8 m from cross-site visual localization and 111.2 m from DOM matching localization.The latter is of highest accuracy and has been verified using a LRO NAC image where the rover trajeactory is directly identifiable.During CE-3 mission operations,landing site mapping and rover localization products including DEMs and DOMs,traverse maps,vertical traverse profiles were generated timely to support teleoperation tasks such as obstacle avoidance and rover path planning. | LIU ZhaoQin DI KaiChang PENG Man WAN WenHui LIU Bin LI LiChun YU TianYi WANG BaoFeng ZHOU JianLiang CHEN HongMin | 2015 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2015,58,1: | 15 |

| 3 | Mechanical and Morphological Properties of Highly Dispersed Carbon Nanotubes Reinforced Cement Based Materials显示文摘Stable homogeneous suspensions of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were prepared using gum arabic (GA) as dispersant and were incorporated to Portland cement paste. The dispersion was examined by ultraviolet visible spectroscopy (UV-vis), and the concentration measurement shows that the optimum concentration of GA is 0.45 g L-1. The dispersibility of the surface-modified MWCNTs in aqueous solution and cement matrix were investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), and the mechanical properties of the composites were investigated. The results show that the addition of the treated nanotubes can improve both the flexural strength and the compressive strength of the Portland cement composite significantly. The flexural strength of the composite increases up to 43.38% with the MWCNT concentration of 0.08% (by weight of cement). The porosity and pore size distribution of the composites were measured by mercury intrusion porosimetry (MIP), and the results indicate that the cement paste doped with MWCNTs obtained lower porosity and concentrated pore size distribution. The morphological structure was analyzed by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and EDS. | 5 | Low-frequency unsteadiness of vortex wakes over slender bodies at high angle of attack显示文摘A type of flow unsteadiness with low frequencies and large amplitude was investigated experimentally for vortex wakes around an ogive-tangent cylinder. The experiments were carried out at angles of attack of 60–80 and subcritical Reynolds numbers of 0.6–1.8×105. The reduced frequencies of the unsteadiness are between 0.038 and 0.072, much less than the frequency of Karman vortex shedding. The unsteady flow induces large fluctuations of sectional side forces. The results of pressure measurements and particle image velocimetry indicate that the flow unsteadiness comes from periodic oscillation of the vortex wakes over the slender body. The time-averaged vortex patterns over the slender body are asymmetric, whose orientation is dependent on azimuthal locations of tip perturbations. | 7 | An extract from the earthworm Eisenia fetida non-specifically inhibits the activity of influenza and adenoviruses显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To test the in vitro antiviral activity of a crudetissueextract(CTE)fromtheearthwormEisenia fetida,determine any effective components in the CTE,andelucidatepossiblemechanismsofaction.METHODS:A CTE was made by homogenizing earthworms,followed by treatment with ammonium sulfate,then thermal denaturation.Inhibition of virus-induced cytopathic effect(CPE) was used to assess antiviral activity.Chromatographic analysis was used to identify effective components in the CTE.RESULTS:The CTE inhibited viral CPE at non-cytotoxic concentrations.Chromatography indicated that antiviral components corresponded to three active peaks indicative of proteases,nucleases and lysozymes.For adenoviruses,reduction in viral activity occurred for 100 μg/mL CTE.The reduction in adenoviral activity for four fractions was 100%,91.8%,86.9%,and 94.7%.For influenza viruses,reduction in viral activity of 100%,86.6%,69.1% and 88.3% was observed for 37 μg/mL CTE.In addition,three active fractions mixture had stronger antiviral activity(98.7% and 96.7%) than three fractions alone.Gel electrophoresis results indicated that nucleases from E.fetida could degrade the genome of influenza viruses and adenoviruses.CONCLUSION:The earthworm CTE displayed non-specific antiviral properties,possibly mediated by a combination of proteases,nucleases and lysozymes.Nucleases likely participate in the antiviral process,and degrade the genome of the virus thereby preventing further replication. | Zhizhen Liu Jianhua Wang Jianlin Zhang Baofeng Yu Bo Niu | 2012 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2012,32,4: | 4 |

| 11 | Transsphenoidal microsurgical treatment of infradiaphragmatic craniopharyngioma显示文摘Objective Typically,the transcranial approach has been used for the treatment of craniopharyngiomas with suprasellar extension,whereas the transsphenoidal approach has been used mostly for infradiaphragmatic craniopharyngioma.Total resection of craniopharyngioma can reduce the recurrence rate,especially in young children,but it may lead to severe complications.Therefore,any benefit of the degree of resection must be weighed against the risk of complications by the surgeons.The purpose of this study was to explore the therapeutic outcome after transsphenoidal microsurgical treatment of infradiaphragmatic craniopharyngioma and share our experiences.Methods Between January 2003 and June 2013,30 patients with infradiaphragmatic craniopharyngioma underwent transsphenoidal microsurgical resection in our hospital.The neurological,visual,and endocrine functions,and extent of resection were analyzed retrospectively.Recurrence or growth of residual tumor tissue during follow-up was assessed using magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).Results Total resection was achieved in 25 patients(83.3%),subtotal resection was achieved in 4 patients(13.3%),and partial resection was achieved in 1 patient(3.4%).There were no perioperative deaths.Cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) leakage occurred in 6 patients,and among them,2 required surgical repair of the sella.New-onset postoperative diabetes insipidus(DI) developed in 8 patients.Vision and visual fields were improved at different levels in 13 out of 16 patients who had sight impediments before treatment.Tumor recurrence and regrowth was observed in 2 patients;1 patient underwent transsphenoidal reoperation,the condition of the other patient who had undergone several craniotomies grew worse over the 6-month follow-up period.Conclusion Transsphenoidal surgery is an ideal choice in treating infradiaphragmatic craniopharyngioma.The transsphenoidal approach,which preserves pituitary function and avoids damage to the hypothalamic structures and optic nerve,is associated with fewer complications than the transcranial approach and a low mortality rate. | Ting Lei Baofeng Wang Juan Chen Yu Xu Kai Shu Wei Sun Shaozheng Liu Xiaopeng Li | 2016 | Oncology and Translational Medicine2016,2,5: | 2 |
| 12 | Exosomes secreted from cardiomyocytes suppress the sensitivity of tumor ferroptosis in ischemic heart failure显示文摘Heart failure(HF)patients in general have a higher risk of developing cancer.Several animal studies have indicated that cardiac remodeling and HF remarkably accelerate tumor progression,highlighting a cause-and-effect relationship between these two disease entities.Targeting ferroptosis,a prevailing form of non-apoptotic cell death,has been considered a promising therapeutic strategy for human cancers.Exosomes critically contribute to proximal and distant organ-organ communications and play crucial roles in regulating diseases in a paracrine manner.However,whether exosomes control the sensitivity of cancer to ferroptosis via regulating the cardiomyocyte-tumor cell crosstalk in ischemic HF has not yet been explored.Here,we demonstrate that myocardial infarction(MI)decreased the sensitivity of cancer cells to the canonical ferroptosis activator erastin or imidazole ketone erastin in a mouse model of xenograft tumor.Post-MI plasma exosomes potently blunted the sensitivity of tumor cells to ferroptosis inducers both in vitro in mouse Lewis lung carcinoma cell line LLC and osteosarcoma cell line K7M2 and in vivo with xenograft tumorigenesis model.The expression of miR-22-3p in cardiomyocytes and plasma-exosomes was significantly upregulated in the failing hearts of mice with chronic MI and of HF patients as well.Incubation of tumor cells with the exosomes isolated from post-MI mouse plasma or overexpression of miR-22-3p alone abrogated erastin-induced ferroptotic cell death in vitro.Cardiomyocyte-enriched miR-22-3p was packaged in exosomes and transferred into tumor cells.Inhibition of cardiomyocyte-specific miR-22-3p by AAV9 sponge increased the sensitivity of cancer cells to ferroptosis.ACSL4,a pro-ferroptotic gene,was experimentally established as a target of miR-22-3p in tumor cells.Taken together,our findings uncovered for the first time that MI suppresses erastin-induced ferroptosis through releasing miR-22-3p-enriched exosomes derived from cardiomyocytes.Therefore,targeting exosome-mediated cardiomyocyte/tumor pathological communication may offer a novel approach for the ferroptosis-based antitumor therapy. | Ye Yuan Zhongting Mei Zhezhe Qu Guanghui Li Shuting Yu Yingqi Liu Kuiwu Liu Zhihua Shen Jiaying Pu Yanquan Wang Changhao Wang Zhiyong Sun Qian Liu Xiaochen Pang Ao Wang Zijing Ren Tong Wang Ying Liu Jinhuan Hong Jiajie Xie Xin Li Zhonghua Wang Weijie Du Baofeng Yang | 2023 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,4: | 2 |
| 13 | Dasatinib inhibits proliferation of liver cancer cells,but activation of Akt/mTOR compromises dasatinib as a cancer drug显示文摘Dasatinib is a multi-target protein tyrosine kinase inhibitor.Due to its potent inhibition of Src,Abl,the platelet-derived growth factor receptor(PDGFR)family kinases,and other oncogenic kinases,it has been investigated as a targeted therapy for a broad spectrum of cancer types.However,its efficacy has not been significantly extended beyond leukemia.The mechanism of resistance to dasatinib in a wide array of cancers is not clear.In the present study,we investigated the effect of dasatinib on hepatocellular carcinoma cell growth and explored the underlying mechanisms.Our results showed that dasatinib potently inhibited the proliferation of SNU-449 cells,but not that of other cell lines,such as SK-Hep-1,even though it inhibited the phosphorylation of Src on both negative and positive regulation sites in all these cells.Dasatinib activated the phosphoinositide-dependent protein kinase1(PDK1)/protein kinase B(Akt)/mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR)signaling pathway in SK-Hep-1 cells,but not in SNU-449 cells.Blocking the Akt/mTOR signaling pathway strongly promoted the efficacy of dasatinib in SK-Hep-1 cells.In SNU-449 cells,dasatinib promoted apoptosis and the cleavage of caspase-3 and caspase-7,induced cell cycle arrest in the G1 phase,and inhibited the expression of Cyclin-dependent kinase(CDK4)/6/CyclinD1 complex.These findings demonstrate that dasatinib exerts its anti-proliferative effect on hepatocellular cell proliferation by blocking the Src family kinases;however,it causes Akt activation,which compromises dasatinib as an anti-cancer drug. | Chang Liu Xiaoxia Zhu Yuqi Jia Fenqing Chi Keru Qin Jinhong Pei Chan Zhang Xiuli Mu Hongwei Zhang Xiushan Dong Jun Xu Baofeng Yu | 2021 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,7: | 2 |
| 14 | Scale-dependent effects of habitat fragmentation on the genetic diversity of Actinidia chinensis populations in China显示文摘Spatial scale partly explains the differentiated effects of habitat fragmentation on plant biodiversity,but the mechanisms remain unclear.To investigate the effects of habitat fragmentation on genetic diversity at different scales,we sampled Actinidia chinensis Planch.at broad and fine scales,China.The broad-scale sampling included five mountain populations and one oceanic island population(Zhoushan Archipelago),and the fine-scale sampling covered 11 lake islands and three neighboring land populations in Thousand-Island Lake(TIL).These populations were genotyped at 30 microsatellite loci,and genetic diversity,gene flow,and genetic differentiation were evaluated.Genetic differentiation was positively related to geographical distance at the broad scale,indicating an isolation-bydistance effect of habitat fragmentation on genetic diversity.The oceanic population differed from the mainland populations and experienced recent bottleneck events,but it showed high gene flow with low genetic differentiation from a mountain population connected by the Yangtze River.At the fine scale,no negative genetic effects of habitat fragmentation were found because seed dispersal with water facilitates gene flow between islands.The population size of A.chinensis was positively correlated with the area of TIL islands,supporting island biogeography theory,but no correlation was found between genetic diversity and island area.Our results highlight the scale-dependent effects of habitat fragmentation on genetic diversity and the importance of connectivity between island-like isolated habitats at both the broad and fine scales. | Wenhao Yu Baofeng Wu Xinyu Wang Zhi Yao Yonghua Li Yongbo Liu | 2020 | Horticulture Research2020,7,1: | 1 |

| 20 | MoS_(2)/MoO_(2) nanosheets anchored on carbon cloth for high-performance magnesium-and sodium-ion storage显示文摘Developing new types of rechargeable metal-ion batteries beyond lithium-ions,including alkaline ion(such as Na+,K+)and multivalent ion(such as Mg 2+,Zn 2+,Ca 2+and Al 3+)batteries,is progressing quickly towards large-scale energy storage systems.However,the major obstacle to their large-scale applications has been a lack of appropriate electrode materials with reversible metal ions insertion/extraction be-havior,resulting in inferior electrochemical performance.Here we develop a well-designed MoS_(2)/MoO_(2) hybrid nanosheets anchored on carbon cloth(MoS_(2)/MoO_(2)/CC)as electrode materials.This rational de-sign can effectively shorten ion diffusion distance,increase electric conductivity of the electrode,and buffer volume change.Benefiting from the synergistic effect of structural and compositional features,the MoS_(2)/MoO_(2)/CC electrode exhibits high initial reversible capacities(326 mA h g^(−1) at 0.1 A g^(−1) in magnesium-ion storage;1270 mA h g^(−1) at 0.1 A g^(−1) in sodium-ion storage),excellent rate capacities(57 mA h g^(−1) at 10 A g^(−1) in magnesium-ion storage;335 mA h g^(−1) at 5 A g^(−1) in sodium-ion storage)and long-term cycling stability(105 mA h g^(−1) after 600 cycle at 1 A g^(−1) in magnesium-ion storage;208 mA h g^(−1) after 600 cycles at 5 A g^(−1) in sodium-ion storage).We expect that the multi-engineering strategy will provide some valuable insights for the development of other advanced electrode materials for high-performance metal-ion batteries. | Hui Wu Zhennan Xiong Yiyang Mao Huihui Zhang Yingying Hu Jun Shen Baofeng Wang Xuebin Yu | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,12: | 0 |
