3A Learning-Based Channel Model for Synergetic Transmission Technology显示文摘It is extensively approved that Channel State Information(CSI) plays an important role for synergetic transmission and interference management. However, pilot overhead to obtain CSI with enough precision is a significant issue for wireless communication networks with massive antennas and ultra-dense cell. This paper proposes a learning- based channel model, which can estimate, refine, and manage CSI for a synergetic transmission system. It decomposes the channel impulse response into multiple paths, and uses a learning-based algorithm to estimate paths' parameters without notable degradation caused by sparse pilots. 6Common traditional Chinese medicine therapies for diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome: An overview of systematic reviews显示文摘Objective: To critically evaluate and summarize the methodological quality of systematic reviews(SRs)and present objective and important outcomes on the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) therapies, including Chinese herbal medicine(CHM), acupuncture, and moxibustion, for diarrheapredominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D).Methods: We conducted a comprehensive literature search for SRs in 7 databases until April 16, 2022.Two reviewers independently extracted data and assessed the methodological quality of the reviews according to the Assessing the Methodological Quality of Systematic Reviews 2(AMSTAR-2), the Risk of Bias in Systematic reviews(ROBIS) tool, and the Preferred Reporting Item for Systematic Review and Meta-analysis(PRISMA) statement. The Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development, and Evaluation(GRADE) was used to rate the quality of evidence.Results: IBS-D patients included in 12 reviews were diagnosed in accordance with the Rome criteria, 9 reviews focused on CHM, 2 articles observed moxibustion and heat-sensitive moxibustion, 1 article studied acupuncture and CHM. The outcomes of the SRs were the effectiveness rate, the total effectiveness rate,global symptom improvement, and adverse effects. Based on AMSTAR-2, which measures the quality of methodology, all of the included studies were of low or critically low quality. According to the ROBIS tool, 10 SRs(83.33%) had a high risk of bias. 7Growth of large-area atomically thin MoS2 film via ambient pressure chemical vapor deposition显示文摘Atomically thin MoS2 films have attracted significant attention due to excellent electrical and optical properties.The development of device applications demands the production of large-area thin film which is still an obstacle.In this work we developed a facile method to directly grow large-area MoS2 thin film on Si O2 substrate via ambient pressure chemical vapor deposition method. The characterizations by spectroscopy and electron microscopy reveal that the as-grown MoS2 film is mainly bilayer and trilayer with high quality. Back-gate field-effect transistor based on such MoS2 thin film shows carrier mobility up to 3.4 cm2V-1s-1 and on/off ratio of 105. 9Mechanical Characterization of Close Cell Aluminum Foams Reinforced by High Voltages Electro-deposition显示文摘The parameters for the electro-deposition of Cu were optimized in order to increase the compressive properties of close cell aluminum. Different values of deposition voltages and times were considered to vary the amount of deposited Cu. The surface morphology of the coating was observed by SEM and the compressive properties were evaluated by MTS. The results show that the coating is more homogeneous and compact with increasing voltage in a certain range, and beyond which, the coating quality decreases apparently. The reason is dedicated to the discharge rate of Cu2+ and nucleus formed in unit time. The compression results show three experienced stages: elastic deformation stage, collapse deformation stage and densification stage. After the electro-deposition of Cu, the elasticity modulus is increased obviously and the platform stress is also increased. Under the same strain, the stress of the aluminum foam with coating is reinforced comparing with the aluminum foam without coating. Furthermore, the platform area is widened apparently. 11Quantum-dot light-emitting diodes with Fermi-level pinning at the hole-injection/hole-transporting interfaces显示文摘Quantum-dot light-emitting diodes(QLEDs)are multilayer electroluminescent devices promising for next-generation display and solid-state-lighting technologies.In the state-of-the-art QLEDs,hole-injection layers(HILs)with high work functions are generally used to achieve efficient hole injection.In these devices,Fermi-level pinning,a phenomenon often observed in heterojunctions involving organic semiconductors,can take place in the hole-injection/hole-transporting interfaces.However,an in-depth understanding of the impacts of Fermi-level pinning at the hole-injection/hole-transporting interfaces on the operation and performance of QLEDs is still lacking.Here,we develop a set of NiOx HILs with controlled work functions of 5.2–5.9 eV to investigate QLEDs with Fermi-level pinning at the hole-injection/hole-transporting interfaces.The results show that despite that Fermi-level pinning induces identical apparent hole-injection barriers,the red QLEDs using HILs with higher work functions show improved efficiency roll-off and better operational stability.Remarkably,the devices using the NiOx HILs with a work function of 5.9 eV demonstrate a peak external quantum efficiency of~18.0%and a long T95 operational lifetime of 8,800 h at 1,000 cd·m^(−2),representing the best-performing QLEDs with inorganic HILs.Our work provides a key design principle for future developments of the hole-injection/hole-transporting interfaces of QLEDs.Maopeng Xu Desui Chen Jian Lin Xiuyuan Lu Yunzhou Deng Siyu He Xitong Zhu Wangxiao Jin Yizheng Jin 2022Nano Research2022,15,8:0
12Enriched electrophilic oxygen species facilitate acidic oxygen evolution on Ru-Mo binary oxide catalysts显示文摘The polymer electrolyte membrane(PEM)electrolyzers are burdened with costly iridium(Ir)-based catalysts and high operation overpotentials for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER).The development of earth-abundant,highly active,and durable electrocatalysts to replace Ir is a critical step in reducing the cost of green hydrogen production.Here we develop a Ru5Mo4Ox binary oxide catalyst that exhibits high activity and stability in acidic OER.The electron-withdrawing property of Mo enriches the electrophilic surface oxygen species,which promotes acidic OER to proceed via the adsorbate evolution pathway.As a result,we achieve a 189 mV overpotential at 10 mA·cm^(-2) and a Tafel slope of 48.8 mV·dec^(-1).Our catalyst demonstrates a substantial 18-fold increase in intrinsic activity,as evaluated by turnover frequency,compared to commercially available RuO_(2) and IrO_(2) catalysts.Moreover,we report a stable OER operation at 10 mA·cm^(-2) for 100 h with a low degradation rate of 2.05 mV·h^(-1).Yaya Wang Yunzhou Wen Yumeng Cheng Xinhong Chen Mengjiao Zhuansun Tongbao Wang Jun Li Debora Meira Huarui Sun Jun Wei Jia Zhou Yuhang Wang Sisi He 2024Nano Research2024,17,3:0

14Fuzzy logic algorithm of hovering control for the quadrotor unmanned aerial system显示文摘Purpose–The purpose of this paper is to present a control strategy which uses two independent PID controllers to realize the hovering control for unmanned aerial systems(UASs).In addition,the aim of using two PID controller is to achieve the position control and velocity control simultaneously.Design/methodology/approach–The dynamic of the UASs is mathematically modeled.One PID controller is used for position tracking control,while the other is selected for the vertical component of velocity tracking control.Meanwhile,fuzzy logic algorithm is presented to use the actual horizontal component of velocity to compute the desired position.Findings–Based on this fuzzy logic algorithm,the control error of the horizontal component of velocity tracking control is narrowed gradually to be zero.The results show that the fuzzy logic algorithm can make the UASs hover still in the air and vertical to the ground.Social implications–The acquired results are based on simulation not experiment.Originality/value–This is the first study to use two independent PID controllers to realize stable hovering control for UAS.It is also the first to use the velocity of the UAS to calculate the desired position.Lie Yu Jia Chen Yukang Tian Yunzhou Sun Lei Ding 2017International Journal of Intelligent Computing and Cybernetics2017,10,4:0
15Developing an intermediate-complexity projection model for China's fisheries:A case study of small yellow croaker(Larimichthys polyactis)in the Haizhou Bay,China显示文摘Projection models are commonly used to evaluate the impacts of fishing.However,previously developed projection tools were not suitable for China’s fisheries as they are either overly complex and data-demanding or too simple to reflect the realistic management measures.Herein,an intermediate-complexity projection model was developed that could adequately describe fish population dynamics and account for management measures including mesh size limits,summer closure,and spatial closure.A two-patch operating model was outlined for the projection model and applied to the heavily depleted but commercially important small yellow croaker(Larimichthys polyactis)fishery in the Haizhou Bay,China,as a case study.The model was calibrated to realistically capture the fisheries dynamics with hindcasting.Three simulation scenarios featuring different fishing intensities based on status quo and maximum sustainable yield(MSY)were proposed and evaluated with projections.Stochastic projections were additionally performed to investigate the influence of uncertainty associated with recruitment strengths and the implementation of control targets.It was found that fishing at FMSY level could effectively rebuild the depleted stock biomass,while the stock collapsed rapidly in the status quo scenario.Uncertainty in recruitment and implementation could result in variabilities in management effects;but they did not much alter the management effects of the FMSY scenario.These results indicate that the lack of science-based control targets in fishing mortality or catch limits has hindered the achievement of sustainable fisheries in China.Overall,the presented work highlights that the developed projection model can promote the understanding of the possible consequences of fishing under uncertainty and is applicable to other fisheries in China.Ming Sun Yunzhou Li Yiping Ren Yong Chen 2021Acta Oceanologica Sinica2021,40,8:0
16Systematic Review and Meta-analysis of Randomized Controlled Trials on Manual Therapy for the Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease显示文摘Objective The objective of our study was to systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of manual therapy in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD),providing a reference value for clinical decision-making.Method Studies of randomized controlled trials(RCTs)evaluating the efficacy of manual therapy in patients with GERD were searched through Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang,ViP China Science and Technology Journal Database,China Biology Medicine Database,PubMed,The Cochrane Library,OviD Medline,and Embase.Two researchers independently reviewed the literature,extracted data,and performed a risk of bias analysis using the Cochrane risk of bias assessment tool,and conducted meta-analysis analysis and publication bias evaluation,the Grading of Recommendations,Assessment,Development and Evaluation(GRADE)tool 26 was used to rate the caliber of the data in this meta-analysis.Results This study included 11 RCTs.Meta-analysis showed that the manual therapy group had a higher total effective rate(odds ratio[OR]=4.63,95%confidence interval[Cl;3.01,7.14],p<0.00001)and better Reflux Disease Questionnaire scores[weighted mean difference(WMD)=-1.59,95%CI[-2.85,-0.33],p=0.01]than the control group.The subgroup analysis showed significant differences in improving the total effective rate in manual therapy versus Western medicine,manual therapy versus Chinese medicine decoction,manual therapy+Western medicine versus Western medicine,and manual therapy+conventional treatment versus conventional treatment groups.Among the 11 trials,5 reported adverse events,and all RCTs had the possibility of publication bias.Subgroup analysis shows that the differences in age could significantly influence heterogeneity;The GRADE analysis revealed that the overall quality of evidence for all outcome indicators was low and did not support our recommendation for the outcome.Conclusion Manual therapy is more effective than medication therapy alone in relieving GERD symptoms.Furthermore,conventional therapy combined with manual therapy was found to be even more effective.Hence,it is crucial to consider these findings when applying manual therapy to GERD patients to enhance treatment outcomes.Future studies must address issues such as study quality,treatment duration,and generalizability.Mengdie Yan Yunzhou Shi Yanqin Liu Yue Shi Mengzhu Zhang Dongnan Chen Senlin Ye Shiyin Li Yue Feng 2023Chinese Medicine and Natural Products2023,3,4:0

18Development and Application of a Multidrug-Resistant Tuberculosis Case Management System—Yunnan Province,China,2017–2020显示文摘Introduction:Treatment and case management of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis(MDR-TB)is a significant challenge in tuberculosis(TB)control and prevention.This pilot study aims to apply and test a new electronic information system in order to help bolster case management of MDR-TB.Methods:The MDR-TB Case Management System(CMS)was developed and piloted in the Yunnan Tuberculosis Clinical Center(TCC)in 2017.Next,5 sites in Yunnan were randomly selected and sampled as pilots in 2018.The real-time regular follow-up rate(RFUR)was calculated for pilot sites.Loss to follow-up(LTFU)rates of MDR-TB treatment cohorts between pilot and non-pilot sites were compared by a chi-square test.LTFU for MDR-TB treatment cohorts was then assessed by univariate and multivariate binary logistic regression.Results:The average regular follow-up rate was 90.7%in TCC and 73.7%in five other pilot sites of Yunnan Province respectively.The average LTFU rate for pilot sites(9.0%)was lower than non-pilot sites(20.6%,P<0.01).The risk of LTFU during MDR-TB treatment reduced 61.7%in CMS pilot cases(adjusted odds ratio:0.38,95%confidence interval:0.23–0.60)compared with non-pilot cases.Conclusions:As a significant supplement to the Tuberculosis Information Management System,the CMS strengthened the collection,analysis,and utilization of strategic information for MDR-TB cases.The system improved case management by embedding it as a tool of the Comprehensive Supportive Care service model.Jinou Chen Yunzhou Ruan Kai Wang Ling Li Yunbin Yang Rui Yang Lin Xu 2022China CDC weekly2022,4,38:0
19(Salen)osmium (Ⅵ) nitrides catalyzed glutathione depletion in chemotherapy显示文摘Glutathione depletion provides a promising strategy for the design of non-platinum anticancer drugs.Here we report a series of electrophilic (salen)osmium(Ⅵ) nitrides that react with glutathione to generate (salen)osmium(Ⅲ) ammine compounds.In vitro studies indicate that these osmium(VI) nitrides show comparable cytotoxicity to cisplatin against various carcinoma.Mechanistic studies with the representative compound[OsⅥ(N)(LH)(OH_(2))](PF6)(1,LH=N,N’-bis(salicylidene)-o-cyclohexyldiamine dianion) suggest that 1 induces glutathione depletion,reactive oxygen species generation,endoplasmic reticulum stress,and in turn triggers death receptor-mediated apoptosis and autophagy in lung cancer cells.In vivo evaluations show that 1 can inhibit tumor xenograft growth effectively with no body weight drop.Wanqiong Huang Chen Pan Yongliang Huang Tao Huang Xiaonan Dong Yunzhou Chen Huatian Shi Taichu Lau Wailun Man Wenxiu Ni 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,10:0
20Anisotropic emission of orientation-controlled mixed-dimensional perovskites for light-emitting devices显示文摘Perovskite light-emitting diodes(PeLEDs)are attracting increasing attention owing to their impressive efficiencies and high luminance across the full visible light range.Further improvement of the external quantum efficiency(EQE)of planar PeLEDs is limited by the light out-coupling efficiency.Introducing perovskite emitters with directional emission in PeLEDs is an effective way to improve light extraction.Here,we report that it is possible to achieve directional emission in mixed-dimensional perovskites by controlling the orientation of the emissive center in the film.Multiple characterization methods suggest that our mixed-dimensional perovskite film shows highly orientated transition dipole moments(TDMs)with the horizontal ratio of over 88%,substantially higher than that of the isotropic emitters.The horizontally dominated TDMs lead to PeLEDs with exceptional high light out-coupling efficiency of over 32%,enabling a high EQE of 18.2%.Yuhui Qi Yang Liu Chen Lin Yunzhou Deng Peng Bai Yunan Gao Haiming Zhu Zhizhen Ye Yizheng Jin 2023Journal of Materiomics2023,9,4:0
