| 1 | Models for estimating the leaf NDVI of japonica rice on a canopy scale by combining canopy NDVI and multisource environmental data in Northeast China显示文摘Remote sensing of rice traits has advanced significantly with regard to the capacity to retrieve useful plant biochemical,physiological and structural quantities across spatial scales.The rice leaf NDVI(normalized difference vegetation index)has been developed and applied in monitoring rice growth,yield prediction and disease status to guide agricultural management practices.This study combined rice canopy NDVI and environmental data to estimate rice leaf NDVI.The test site was a japonica rice experiment located in the eastern city of Shenyang,Liaoning Province,China.This paper describes(1)the use of multiple linear regression to establish four periods of rice leaf NDVI models with good accuracy(R2=0.782–0.903),and(2)how the key point of the rice growth period based on these models was determined.The techniques for modeling leaf NDVI at the point of remote canopy sensing were also presented.The results indicate that the rice leaf NDVI has a high correlation with the canopy NDVI and multisource environmental data.This research can provide an efficient method to detect rice leaf growth at the canopy scale in the future. | Yu Fenghua Xu Tongyu Cao Yingli Yang Guijun Du Wen Wang Shu | 2016 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,5: | 6 |
| 2 | Discovery and study of silver sulfate mineral in S_5 from the eastern suburb of Xi'an显示文摘The paleosol samples from the fifth layer of the loess profile at Renjiapo in the eastern suburb of Xi'an are observed and analyzed using electron microscope and energy spectrum. Minerals such as AgSO4 and molybdenum, which are rare to find and can indicate typical dry climate environment, are found in this layer of paleosol. Secondary mineral is usually granular form of ellipsoidal and crystallization, and has the characteristics of chemical precipitating crystallization of apertures and fracture. Molybdenum minerals have the characteristics of colloidal substances. There are two kinds of secondary minerals. One is silver sulfate mineral and the other is silver oxide mineral. The movement of secondary silver, molybdenum and cobalt minerals, new clay mineral, Fe2O3 and Al2O3 indicates that S5 has experienced strong chemical weathering and mineral dissolution during its development. Silver, molybdenum, and cobalt can be released from primary minerals. During that period, the precipitation was abundant in Xi'an where soil reached an acidity stage of chemical weathering. At the later development stage of paleosol in the lowest part of S5, warm and wet monsoon climate had changed to dry and non-monsoon climate. In the period of the formation of AgSO4, which is easier to dissolve than CaSO4, a dry and non-monsoon climate was present in the Guanzhong Plain. Strong evaporation resulted in the accumulation of SO42-in the soil water solution and the formation of AgSO4. At that time, summer monsoon of East Asia was weak and did not cross Qinling Mountains to reach Guanzhong Plain. | 10 | Effects of plant protection UAV-based spraying on the vertical distribution of droplet deposition on Japonica rice plants in Northeast China显示文摘In order to study the regularity of the vertical distribution of droplet deposition on rice plants during pesticide spraying operated by a low-flying multi-rotor plant protection unmanned aviation vehicle(UAV),water-sensitive spray cards were placed on the leaves at the top,in the middle,and at the bottom of rice plants to acquire data on droplet deposition.In this study,a suspension containing tricylazole and hexaconazole was used in the spraying.The water-sensitive spray cards were analyzed by the droplet deposition processing software iDAS to obtain the vertical distribution of the droplets sprayed by the plant protection UAV.The results showed that (1)significant variation was found in the coverage of the droplets in different vertical positions of the rice plants.Within the effective spray width,the best coverage of the droplets was found in the area just below the rotors,whereas the coverage of areas farther away from the rotors was poor.For the different vertical positions of the rice plants,the overall droplet coverage was 58.38%at the top,33.55%in the middle,and 11.34%at the bottom of the plants;(2)for all vertical positions,the average size of the droplets ranged between 110μm and 140μm,which was suitable for the control of plant diseases and insect pests.The highest droplet density was found at the top of the plants,and the distribution of the droplet density was similar in the middle and at the bottom of the rice plants;(3)the diffusion ratio at the top of the rice plants(0.84)was better than that in the middle(0.57)and at the bottom(0.37).The overall relative span could meet the requirements for the actual application.Except for the position in the middle of the plants,the relative span for the other positions of the plants was over 0.67,which is the standard value.This study demonstrated the distribution regularity of droplet deposition along with the vertical direction of rice plants during UAV-based spraying,which is of guiding significance for the use of UAVs in plant protection,the improvement of chemical utilization efficiency,and the reduction of pesticide and fertilizer pollution. | Yingli Cao Fenghua Yu Tongyu Xu Wen Du Zhonghui Guo Haiyan Zhang | 2021 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2021,14,5: | 1 |

| 12 | Hsp90/C terminal Hsc70-interacting protein regulates the stability of Ikaros in acute myeloid leukemia cells显示文摘The stability of Ikaros family zinc finger protein 1(Ikaros),a critical hematopoietic transcription factor,can be regulated by cereblon(CRBN)ubiquitin ligase stimulated by immunomodulatory drugs in multiple myeloma.However,other stabilization mechanisms of Ikaros have yet to be elucidated.In this study,we show that the pharmacologic inhibition or knockdown of Hsp90 downregulates Ikaros in acute myeloid leukemia(AML)cells.Proteasome inhibitor MG132 but not autophagy inhibitor chloroquine could suppress the Hsp90 inhibitor STA-9090-induced reduction of Ikaros,which is accompanied with the increased ubiquitination of Ikaros.Moreover,Ikaros interacts with E3 ubiquitin-ligase C terminal Hsc70 binding protein(CHIP),which mediates the STA-9090-induced ubiquitination of Ikaros.In addition,the knockdown of Ikaros effectively inhibits the proliferation of leukemia cells,but this phenomenon could be rescued by Ikaros overexpression.Collectively,our findings indicate that the interplay between HSP90 and CHIP regulates the stability of Ikaros in AML cells,which provides a novel strategy for AML treatment through targeting the HSP90/Ikaros/CHIP axis. | Meng Liu Jin Jin Yanjie Ji Huizhuang Shan Zhihui Zou Yang Cao Li Yang Ligen Liu Li Zhou Hu Lei Yunzhao Wu Hanzhang Xu Yingli Wu | 2021 | Science China(Life Sciences)2021,64,9: | 0 |

| 15 | Hippocampal mitochondrial cytochrome C oxidase activity and gene expression in a rat model of chronic cerebral ischemia显示文摘The present study established a rat model of chronic cerebral ischemia using bilateral common carotid artery permanent ligation to analyze cytochrome C oxidase activity and mRNA expression in hippocampal mitochondria. Results showed significantly decreased cytochrome C oxidase activity and cytochrome C oxidase II mRNA expression with prolonged ischemia time. Further analysis re-vealed five mitochondrial cytochrome C oxidase II gene mutations, two newly generated mutations, and four absent mutational sites at 1 month after cerebral ischemia, as well as three mitochondrial cytochrome C oxidase III gene mutations, including two newly generating mutations, and one dis-appeared mutational site at 1 month after cerebral ischemia.
