2Divisional and hierarchical innervations of G. gecko's toes to motion and reception显示文摘As a member of robot families, climbing robots have become one of the research hot-spots in the robotic field recently and Gekko gecko (G. gecko) has been broadly seen as an ideal model for climbing robot development. But for gecko-mimic robots, one of the key problems is how to design the robot's foot. In this paper, (1) high-speed camera recording and electrophysiological method are used to observe motion patterns of G. gecko's foot when it climbs on different oriented surfaces; (2) nerve innervations of gecko's toes to motion and reception are studied. It is found that the five toes of the G. gecko can be divided into two motion and reception divisions, and also its motion and reception are modulated and controlled hierarchically. 8Permian-Triassic Magmatism in the Qin-Fang Tectonic Belt,SW China:New Insights into Tectonic Evolution of the Eastern Paleo-Tethys显示文摘The granites of ambiguous geodynamic mechanism in the Qin-Fang tectonic belt(SW China)were studied in detail based on petrological,element geochemical,zircon U-Pb geochronological,and Hf isotopic data.LA-ICPMS U-Pb analyses on zircon yield ages of 248-245 Ma for the granites from the Qin-Fang tectonic belt.The geochemical data show that they are high-K,calc-alkaline,and peraluminous series.Their ε_(Hf)(t)values are from -14.01 to -7.75 with two-stage model ages of 1.74-1.43 Ga.These data,integrated with low Al_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2),Rb/Sr,Rb/Ba,and(Na_(2)O+K_(2)O)/(FeO^(T)+MgO+TiO_(2))ratios,and high CaO/Na_(2)O ratios for the granite,suggest an origin from psammite source which was contaminated by mantle-derived components.These observations,in combination with the age data and stratigraphic records in the Jinshajiang,Ailaoshan,and Hainan Island areas suggest that the granites were formed in a post-collision tectonic setting.The Qin-Fang tectonic belt was likely a branched ocean basin of the eastern Paleo-Tethys.Yun Zhou Yongshan Zhao Yongfeng Cai Qiaofan Hu Ce Wang 2023Journal of Earth Science2023,34,6:0
9Regulating f orbital of Tb electronic reservoir to activate stepwise and dual-directional sulfur conversion reaction显示文摘The sluggish kinetics in multistep sulfur redox reaction with different energy requirements for each step,is considered as the crucial handicap of lithium–sulfur(Li–S)batteries.Designing an electron reservoir,which can dynamically release electron to/accept electron from sulfur species during dis-charge/charge,is the ideal strategy for realizing stepwise and dual-directional polysulfide electrocatalysis.Herein,a single Tb^(3+/4+)oxide with moderate unfilled f orbital is synthetized as an electron reservoir to optimize polysulfide adsorption via Tb–S and N…Li bonds,reduce activation energy barrier,expe-dite electron/Li+transport,and selectively catalyze both long-chain and short-chain polysulfide conversions during charge and discharge.As a result,Tb electron reservoir enables stable operation of low-capacity decay(0.087%over 500 cycles at 1 C),high sulfur loading(5.2 mg cm^(2))and electrolyte-starved(7.5μL mg^(-1))Li–S batteries.This work could unlock the potential of f orbital engineering for high-energy battery systems.Shuang Yu Shuo Yang Dong Cai Huagui Nie Xuemei Zhou Tingting Li Ce Liang Haohao Wang Yangyang Dong Rui Xu Guoyong Fang Jinjie Qian Yongjie Ge Yue Hu Zhi Yang 2023InfoMat2023,5,1:0
10Burst Phase Distribution of SGR J1935+2154 Based on Insight-HXMT显示文摘On 2020 April 27,the soft gamma-ray repeater SGR J1935+2154 entered its intense outburst episode again.Insight-HXMT carried out about one month observation of the source.A total number of 75 bursts were detected during this activity episode by Insight-HXMT,and persistent emission data were also accumulated.We report on the spin period search result and the phase distribution of burst start times and burst photon arrival times of the Insight-HXMT high energy detectors and Fermi/Gamma-ray Burst Monitor(GBM).We find that the distribution of burst start times is uniform within its spin phase for both Insight-HXMT and Fermi/GBM observations,whereas the phase distribution of burst photons is related to the type of a burst’s energy spectrum.The bursts with the same spectrum have different distribution characteristics in the initial and decay episodes for the activity of magnetar SGR J1935+2154.Xue-Feng Lu Li-Ming Song Ming-Yu Ge You-Li Tuo Shuang-Nan Zhang Jin-Lu Qu Ce Cai Sheng-Lun Xie Cong-Zhan Liu Cheng-Kui Li Yu-Cong Fu Ying-Chen Xu Tian-Ming Li 2023Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics2023,23,3:0

12Exploring the mechanism of Yishen Daluo decoction in the treatment of multiple sclerosis based on network pharmacology and in vitro experiments显示文摘Objective:To explore the mechanism and related active components of Yishen Daluo decoction(YSDLD)in treating multiple sclerosis(MS).Methods:Targets of YSDLD were collected through the TCMSP,Chemistry,and TCMID databases.The MS targets were collected through OMIM,DrugBank,Gencards,TTD,and Pharmgkb databases.We built“componentetarget”network diagrams and proteineprotein interaction(PPI)diagrams and performed topological analysis.The targets were subjected to GO and KEGG enrichment analysis.Molecular docking verification was conducted on selected targets and molecules.Finally,in vitro experiments were con-ducted.BV2 cells were induced by lipopolysaccharide for model establishment.CCK8 experiment was conducted to explore the effect of YSDLD and RT-qPCR technology was used to explore the expression of key targets.Results:There were 184 active components in YSDLD and 898 targets of its action.There were 940 MS targets,and 215 targets were shared by YSDLD and MS.According to the“componentetarget”diagram,the top five key components included quercetin,kaempferol,beta-sitosterol,stigmasterol,and nar-ingenin.IL-6,IL-1 b,TNF-α,AKT1,and VEGFA were the important targets identified by PPI network to-pology analysis.A total of 564 functions were identified by GO enrichment analysis(P<0.01),mainly involving inflammatory response,hypoxia response,plasma membrane,neuronal cell body,protein phosphatase binding,and cytokine activity.KEGG enrichment analysis enriched 98 pathways(P<.01).YSDLD at the concentration of 20 m g/mL had no effect on BV2 cells.RT-qPCR indicated that YSDLD at the concentrations of 15 m g/mL and 20 m g/mL alleviated LPS-induced inflammatory injury and lowered the content of inflammatory factors(P<0.05).Conclusion:In this paper,the network pharmacology and in vitro experiments were used to explore the potential mechanism of YSDLD in treating MS.The research provides a good basis for the development of YSDLD and drugs for MS in future.Shuo Cheng Ce Zhang Qingyuan Cai Xinghua Wang Zhaoheng Liu Peng Wei Xu Wang Yan Tan Qian Hua 2023Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2023,10,2:0
