The Exhumation History of North Qaidam Thrust Belt Constrained by Apatite Fission Track Thermochronology:Implication for the Evolution of the Tibetan Plateau显示文摘Determining the spatio-temporal distribution of the deformation tied to the India-Eurasian convergence and the impact of pre-existing weaknesses on the Cenozoic crustal deformation is significant for understanding how the convergence between India and Eurasia contributed to the development of the Tibetan Plateau. The exhumation history of the northeastern Tibetan Plateau was addressed in this research using a new apatite fission track(AFT) study in the North Qaidam thrust belt(NQTB). Three granite samples collected from the Qaidam Shan pluton in the north tied to the Qaidam Shan thrust, with AFT ages clustering in the Eocene to Miocene. The other thirteen samples obtained from the Luliang Shan and Yuka plutons in the south related to the Luliang Shan thrust and they have showed predominantly the Cretaceous AFT ages. Related thermal history modeling based on grain ages and track lengths indicates rapid cooling events during the Eocene-early Oligocene and since late Miocene within the Qaidam Shan, in contrast to those in the Cretaceous and since the Oligocene-Miocene in the Luliang Shan and Yuka region. The results, combined with published the Cretaceous thermochronological ages in the Qaidam Shan region, suggest that the NQTB had undergo rapid exhumation during the accretions along the southern Asian Andean-type margin prior to the India-Eurasian collision. The Cenozoic deformation initially took place in the North Qaidam thrust belt by the Eocene, which is consistent with the recent claim that the deformation of the northeastern Tibetan Plateau initiated in the Eocene as a response to continental collision between India and Eurasia. The immediate deformation responding to the collision is tentatively attributed to the pre-existing weaknesses of the lithosphere, and therefore the deformation of the northeastern Tibetan Plateau should be regarded as a boundary-condition-dependent process. | CHENG Xiaogan LIN Xiubin WU Lei CHEN Hanlin XIAO Ancheng GONG Junfeng ZHANG Fengqi YANG Shufeng | 2016 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2016,90,3: | 10
Optimization method for diagnostic sequence based on improved particle swarm optimization algorithm显示文摘To realize the requirement of diagnostic sequence optimization in the process of design for testability, the authors put forward an optimization method based on quantum-behaved particle swarm optimization(QPSO) algorithm.By a precedence ordering coding, the diagnostic sequence optimization can be translated into a precedence ordering problem in the multidimensional space of swarm. It can get the optimizing order quickly by using the powerful and quick search capability of QPSO algorithm, and the order is the diagnostic sequence for the system. The realization of the method is simpler than other methods, and the results are more excellent than others, and it has been applied in the engineering practice. | Lian Guangyao Huang Kaoli Chen Jianhui Gao Fengqi | 2009 | Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2009,20,4: | 7
Gut microbiome alterations and its link to corticosteroid resistance in immune thrombocytopenia显示文摘Quantitative metagenomic studies have linked the gut microbiota to autoimmune disorders. Here,we performed deep shotgun metagenomic sequencing of fecal samples from 99 immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)patients and 52 healthy controls.Dysbiosis in the gut microbiome of ITP was detected phylogenetically and functionally, and classifier based on species markers distinguished individuals with ITP from healthy controls. In particular, the abundance of Ruminococcus gnavus,Bifidobacterium longum and Akkermansia muciniphila was markedly increased in treatment-na?ve ITP patients, and the alterations of microbial species were correlated with clinical indices.Functionally, the secondary bile acid biosynthesis and flagellar assembly were depleted in the gut microbiota of ITP,which may contribute to the onset of ITP by affecting the immune system.Furthermore,we found that corticosteroid treatment affected the gut microbiome of ITP.Compared with corticosteroid-sensitive ITP patients,we identified that the corticosteroid-resistant ITP patients displayed a distinct gut microbiome, which was different from that of the treatment-na?ve ITP patients.Together,we provided support for the critical role of gut microbiota in the development of ITP and established a foundation for further research characterizing gut microbiota in relation to corticosteroid resistance of ITP. | Yanan Wang Fengqi Liu Gaochao Zhang Yan Su Xueyan Sun Qi Chen Chencong Wang Haixia Fu Yun He Xiaolu Zhu Xiao Liu Meng Lv Xiangyu Zhao Xiaosu Zhao Yueying Li Qianfei Wang Xiaojun Huang Xiaohui Zhang | 2021 | Science China(Life Sciences)2021,64,5: | 6

Syntenic quantitative trait loci and genomic divergence for Sclerotinia resistance and ?owering time in Brassica napus显示文摘Oilseed rape(Brassica napus) is an allotetraploid with two subgenomes descended from a common ancestor. Accordingly, its genome contains syntenic regions with many duplicate genes, some of which may have retained their original functions, whereas others may have diverged. Here, we mapped quantitative trait loci(QTL) for stem rot resistance(SRR), a disease caused by the fungus Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, and flowering time(FT) in a recombinant inbred line population. The population was genotyped using B.napus 60 K single nucleotide polymorphism arrays and phenotyped in six(FT) and nine(SSR) experimental conditions or environments. In total, we detected 30 SRR QTL and 22 FT QTL and show that some of the major QTL associated with these two traits were co-localized,suggesting a genetic linkage between them. Two SRR QTL on chromosome A2 and two on chromosome C2 were shown to be syntenic, suggesting the functional conservation of these regions. We used the syntenic properties of the genomic regions to exclude genes for selection candidates responsible for QTL-associated traits. For example, 152 of the 185 genes could be excluded from a syntenic A2–C2 region. These findings will help to elucidate polyploid genomics in future studies, in addition to providing useful information for B. napus breeding programs. | Fengqi Zhang Junyan Huang Minqiang Tang Xiaohui Cheng Yueying Liu Chaobo Tong Jingyin Yu Tehrim Sadia Caihua Dong Lingyan Liu Baojun Tang Jianguo Chen Shengyi Liu | 2019 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2019,61,1: | 3
InAs-based interband cascade lasers at 4.0 μm operating at room temperature显示文摘InAs-based interband cascade lasers(ICLs) with InAs plasmon waveguides or InAs/AlSb superlattice(SL) waveguides were demonstrated at emission wavelengths below 4.1 μm. The threshold current densities of the lasers with SL waveguides were 37 A/cm^2 at 77 K in continuous wave mode. The operation temperature of these lasers reached room temperature in pulsed mode. Compared with the thick InAs n++ plasmon cladding layer, the InAs/AlSb superlattice cladding layers have greater advantages for ICLs with wavelengths less than 4 μm even in InAs based ICLs because in the short-wavelength region they have a higher confinement factor than InAs plasmon waveguides. | Tian Yu Shuman Liu Jinchuan Zhang Bo Xu Lijun Wang Junqi Liu Ning Zhuo Shenqiang Zhai Xiaoling Ye Yonghai Chen Fengqi Liu Zhanguo Wang | 2018 | Journal of Semiconductors2018,39,11: | 3
Characteristics, origin and controlling effects on hydrocarbon accumulation of overpressure in foreland thrust belt of southern margin of Junggar Basin,NW China显示文摘Aiming at the differential distribution of overpressure in vertical and lateral directions in the foreland thrust belt in the southern margin of Junggar Basin, the study on overpressure origin identification and overpressure evolution simulation is carried out.Based on the measured formation pressure, drilling fluid density and well logging data, overpressure origin identification and overpressure evolution simulation techniques are used to analyze the vertical and lateral distribution patterns of overpressure, genetic mechanisms of overpressure in different structural belts and causes of the differential distribution of overpressure, and the controlling effects of overpressure development and evolution on the formation and distribution of oil and gas reservoirs. The research shows that overpressure occurs in multiple formations vertically in the southern Junggar foreland thrust belt, the deeper the formation, the bigger the scale of the overpressure is.Laterally, overpressure is least developed in the mountain front belt, most developed in the fold anticline belt, and relatively developed in the slope belt. The differential distribution of overpressure is mainly controlled by the differences in disequilibrium compaction and tectonic compression strengths of different belts. The vertical overpressure transmission caused by faults connecting the deep overpressured system has an important contribution to the further increase of the overpressure strength in this area. The controlling effect of overpressure development and evolution on hydrocarbon accumulation and distribution shows in the following aspects:When the strong overpressure was formed before reservoir becoming tight overpressure maintains the physical properties of deep reservoirs to some extent, expanding the exploration depth of deep reservoirs;reservoirs below the overpressured mudstone cap rocks of the Paleogene Anjihaihe Formation and Lower Cretaceous Tugulu Group are main sites for oil and gas accumulation;under the background of overall overpressure, both overpressure strength too high or too low are not conducive to hydrocarbon enrichment and preservation, and the pressure coefficient between 1.6 and 2.1 is the best. | LU Xuesong ZHAO Mengjun ZHANG Fengqi GUI Lili LIU Gang ZHUO Qingong CHEN Zhuxin | 2022 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,5: | 2
Effects of combined application of Nogo-neutralizing antibody IN-1 and neurotrophin-3 on c-Fos and c-Jun expression in a rat model of hemisection spinal cord injury显示文摘BACKGROUND:Nogo-neutralizing antibody IN-1 accelerates axon growth and enhances recovery of spinal cord function by inhibiting growth inhibitory factors. Neurotrophin-3 (NT-3)contributes to regeneration of nerve fibers in the spinal cord and motor function recovery. The combination of Nogo-neutralizing antibody IN-1 and NT-3 is hypothesized to produce better outcomes and facilitate axonal regeneration by affecting c-Fos and c-Jun protein expression. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the combined effects of Nogo-neutralizing antibody IN-1 and NT-3 on c-Fos and c-Jun protein levels in the injured spinal cord. DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:A randomized, controlled study was performed at the Laboratory of Neuroanatomy,Xiangya Medical College,Central South University and the Central Laboratory of Third Xiangya Hospital of China from June 2005 to December 2007. MATERIALS:NT-3 (Peprotech,USA) and Nogo-neutralizing antibody IN-1 (Santa Cruz Biotechnology,USA) were used in this study. METHODS:Hemisectioned spinal cord injury models were established by cutting the posterior 2/3 of rat spinal cord, which is equivalent to the T8 level in the human spine. A total of 120 rats were equally and randomly assigned to three groups:model (0.2 μL saline),IN-1 (0.2 μL IN-1),and IN-1/NT-3 (0.2 μL IN-1 + 0.2 μL NT-3). The compounds were separately infused into transection sites on the side of head. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Western blot analysis was employed to measure c-Fos and c-Jun protein expression in the injured spinal cord at 15,30 minutes,1,2,4,6,8,and 12 hours following surgery. RESULTS:Following spinal cord injury,c-Fos and c-Jun protein expression were increased and peaked at 4-6 hours. Following injection of IN-1 or the combination of IN-1 and NT-3,c-Fos protein expression was significantly reduced in the injured spinal cord (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01) (with the exception of the 15 minute time point). However,c-Jun protein expression was significantly increased (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01) (with the exception of the 15 and 30 minute time points). Combined application of IN-1 and NT-3 resulted in significantly altered protein expression compared to IN-1 alone. CONCLUSION:IN-1 increases c-Jun protein levels and protects the injured spinal cord by inhibiting c-Fos protein levels. Moreover, the effects of IN-1 combined with NT-3 are more significant than with IN-1 alone. | Ruisen Zhan Xiongwu Long Weiguo Wang Shijie Chen Fengqi Huang | 2010 | Neural Regeneration Research2010,5,6: | 2

Quantum cascade superluminescent light emitters with high power and compact structure显示文摘Quantum cascade(QC)superluminescent light emitters(SLEs)have emerged as desirable broadband mid-infrared(MIR)light sources for growing number of applications in areas like medical imaging, gas sensing and national defense. However,it is challenging to obtain a practical high-power device due to the very low efficiency of spontaneous emission in the intersubband transitions in QC structures.Herein a design of^5μm SLEs is demonstrated with a two-phonon resonancebased QC active structure coupled with a compact combinatorial waveguide structure which comprises a short straight part adjacent to a tilted stripe and to a J-shaped waveguide. The as-fabricated SLEs achieve a high output power of 1.8 mW,exhibiting the potential to be integrated into array devices without taking up too much chip space. These results may facilitate the realization of SLE arrays to attain larger output power and pave the pathway towards the practical applications of broadband MIR light sources. | Jialin Sun Chuncai Hou Hongmei Chen Jinchuan Zhang Ning Zhuo Jiqiang Ning Changcheng Zheng Zhanguo Wang Fengqi Liu Ziyang Zhang | 2020 | Journal of Semiconductors2020,41,1: | 1

A Preliminary Study on the Diversity of Fish Species and Marine Fish Faunas of the South China Sea显示文摘There are 3048 species of fish occurring in the China Seas (CS), of which at least 2321 species are found in the South China Sea (SCS), belonging to 35 orders, 236 families and 822 genera. The fish species diversity is analyzed in this paper based on biogeography, biostatistics, fishing methods, etc. It is found that the regional environment, especially biological factors, plays an important role in the distribution of faunas, and there are two fish faunas in the SCS, one in the north and another in the center and south. This regional division is of value for sustainable fishery production and efficient management of fishery resources. | MA. | 20 | Superior surface electron energy level endows WP_(2) nanowire arrays with N_(2) fixation functions显示文摘Nitrogen reduction reaction(NRR)under ambient conditions is always a long-standing challenge in science, due to the extreme difficulty in breaking the strong N≡N triple bond. The key to resolving this issue undoubtedly lies in searching superior catalysts to efficiently activate and hydrogenate the stable nitrogen molecules. We herein evaluate the feasibility of WP_(2) for N2 activation and reduction, and first demonstrate WP_(2) with an impressive ammonia yield rate of 7.13 lg h^(-1)cm^(-2),representing a promising W-based catalyst for NRR.DFT analysis further reveals that the NRR catalysis on WP_(2) proceeds in a distal reaction pathway, and the exceptional NRR activity is originated from superior surface electron energy level matching between WP_(2) and NRR potential which facilitates the interfacial proton-coupled electron transfer dynamics. The successfully unraveling the intrinsic catalytic mechanism of WP_(2) for NRR could offer a powerful platform to manipulate the NRR activity by tuning the electron energy levels. | Dongdong Han Xiaojing Liu Jinyan Cai Yufang Xie Shuwen Niu Yishang Wu Yipeng Zang Yanyan Fang Fengqi Zhao Wengang Qu Minghua Chen Gongming Wang Yitai Qian | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,8: | 0
